We cannot say enough great things about our salesman David Zhilyaev, who went above and beyond any salesman we have ever met! And we didn't even buy a brand new car! We felt important to him from the start. Never ever pushy, but not at all indifferent. A fantastic balance in a salesperson representing any dealership in this day and age. He is a wonderful representative for Balise. Don't let his Doogie Howser looks fool you, he really knows how to make his customers happy! Loving our "new" car! Ryan in financing was also very informative, helpful and down-to-earth! Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a F-150 STX from Balise Ford. A good friend had purchased a truck recently and recommended Balise. David Zhilyaev was extremely helpful in purchasing the truck. He answered all of my questions in a friendly and courteous manner. Yesterday I returned from my first long trip, 500 miles, and the truck preformed beyond my expectations, including 20 mpg. I called David Z to tell him how much I liked the truck and to say thank you. PS: This is my 4th Ford truck, the others were Ford Rangers, and they were all great trucks! Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Once they got my down payment and papers signed everything came to a halt and the excuses started on why I couldn't take delivery of the car yet. Also caught salesman in numerous lies and the sales manager. Don't go here.

My service experience was excellent. From the time I called to set up my appointment for the 90K service of my 2008 Ford Focus, to the actual pickup of my vehicle, everything was handled in a polite and professional manner. I had my 2013 Ford Fusion 15K service completed at Balise just two weeks earlier and that experience was quite positive, as well. As always i drop my truck off to monica in service and she calls my cell when it is complete one time i was working at a near by company and my truck was in the shop i received a call from my younger sister that our mother was going to pass away within 24 hours i called monica she had her transport guy at my job in less than 10 minutes they brought me directly to my truck and said catch us later for payment and go be with your mother i will never forget that act of kindness from monica and rick, i now work at the dealership myself.

We are now the proud owners of a new 2014 F150 FX4. We replaced our 2012 F150 XLT. We had a great experience with the purchase of this truck. We were in and out of the dealership in under two hours. Monica & her team in the Service Area are easy to work with, are super friendly and very professional. They quickly addressed my cars 3 recalls with no waiting for appointments, they're proactive in providing updates along the way, and can usually have my vehicle in and out the same day. As a working parent that carts kids to and from different sports I totally appreciate the quick turn around time. Monica has been great about returning my calls and thoroughly answering my questions in terms I can easily understand. I love the fast lane for oil changes... in & out for a very reasonable price. So fast & easy even my teenager was willing to take my car in! Thank you!

Michael Tavares took the time to explain all options. He included both myself and my wife in all discussions and made sure our questions were well answered. When negotiations began, he made you feel that he was on our side to insure that everyone was satisfied. In all of our years buying cars he was the best salesman we ever dealt with. i was on line looking to buy a new or use vehicle i happen to go on Balise Ford site of wilbraham searching their inventory, i put in a credit application because i don't like spending allot of time at the dealership and actually i forgot i had put one in until i got a phone call from Brandon hes was very diligently to accommodate my needs i finally made my mind up after talking to Brandon on which vehicle fitted my needs and what was good for me without his help i don't know what i would had done, he stay with me threw the whole processes, he made my experience a pleasant one and when the time comes to purchase another vehicle i hope he will still be at Balise Ford because without no doubt in my mine i will diffidently be looking for Brandon M. Marcus Gervais of Balise Ford came through as promised and in the clutch! I'm a busy guy and a new dad and didn't have time to waste time idling( no pun intended) at dealerships looking at cars, but I have time to look at inventory online, and Chris Reed and Marcus worked promptly with me via email( I always have my iPhone with me!) and we struck a deal for the exact car I wanted and they followed through and retrieved the car from another dealer and made the experience a happy one( even with my baby on the verge of a meltdown ). Marcus worked diligently to accommodate us and his good and pleasant demeanor made conversation easy and comfortable and I quite enjoyed working with him on my purchase. I went to Balise to trade my car in (which I bought from them), I picked the one I wanted, after a couple of hours I was told I had the car and I could take it home that night. It was decided that I wouldn't take it until the next day so it could be detailed and inspected. They called my ins co and switched the coverage to the new car. Another sales man came out and congratulated me. Come morning, Ryan called me and told me I didn't have the car, he now said I needed a co signer. Later I called Ryan, but got his answering machine. I left a message but never got a return call. Two things..... you don't tell someone they have the car if you don't know for sure.....you don't change their car ins until their ready to leave the lot with the car, had I gotten into an accident, I wouldn't have been covered. I would not recommend doing business with them, they really don't seem to know what their doing!

Due to mild overheating had thermostat replaced day before by local shop. Following day condition worsened so had car towed to the nearest ford shop. After 8 hours of waiting and no courtesy call from shop advising me of diagnosis, I called them directly only to be disgusted. Service rep said it would be approximately $1400 and that is was required that I also replace the thermostat. I Advised Wayne that I would contact bbb and consumer protection based on his deceitful behavior to sell me parts and services I did not need. Of course their was complete awkward silence. Subsequently recieved call from manager infirming me of a complete other diagnosis and options on prices. Not once did i recieve an apology for the unprofessional and unethical misconduct. I would strongly recommend against anyone wasting their time or money at this dealer.

Balise Ford Wilbraham provided me the best and most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. I am 59 yrs old and have purchased a number of new cars over the last 35 years.The sales associate, Jim Pirro, was outstanding. I walked into the showroom on a cold February Sunday afternoon simply to look at new cars. I told him him immediately I was not there to buy a car but just wanted to look at the Ford Explorer Limited. He immediately took me to one and showed me all of the features and benefits in detail. We spent about a half hour together and he said to call him when I was ready to look more seriously. No hard sell, just friendly information.I went back 2 months later and hooked up with Jim. No advance appointment, just walked in and saw him. We took a car for a test drive and again went over all of the features of the car. We then got down to negotiating. It was very easy. Again no hard sell and no games. They made an offer on my trade vehicle and I made an offer on the new vehicle. Within the next 30 minutes we had reached agreement on a price. Jim and his manager, Charles Dansby were very professional and courteous during the negotiation process. It truly was a very pleasant car buying experience.Since then, I have told many friends and family about my experience with Balise Ford of Wilbraham. When my wife or myself are ready to buy another car, we will once again go to Balise Ford of Wilbraham. They have my respect and they have more than earned the right for my business.

I am very pleased to say that everyone at Balise Ford in Wilburham, MA is very friendly and kind. We entered the showroom and was greeted by a cheerful young lady and she proceeded to guide us to the next available salesman. My husband and I were then greeted with a smile and a hand shake by our salesman Greg Bansfield. He then proceeded to take my husband and I on a test drive of a Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. This was a car we had been looking at for quite some time. Greg has answered all our questions regarding the car and if it was a question he was not sure of he was very pleased to get the answer for us. Which may have been only one or possibly two questions he could not answer. Once we were done with the test drive and ready to negotiate a price he was pleased to make sure we were comfortable getting us coffee/water before we got started. While we were waiting for the financing to be approved Greg again was pleased to make us feel comfortable. He is an extremely pleasant salesman to work with. We were extremely extremely surprised how well everyone worked together and we able to drive home our 2014 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid. I am so pleased with my car buying experience at Balise Ford! We had the pleasure to work with Ralph Torres- who is the epitome of what a good salesperson should be. My husband and I had visited a nearby dealership the day before and were so turned off by the lack of effort put forth and knowledge displayed by the salesman. Visiting Balise was like night and day. We walked into their gorgeous showroom and were given a warm welcome by Ralph. He quickly found the vehicle we were interested in and brought it inside so we wouldn't have to stand out in the cold- very impressive! Although we had done extensive research on the Escape, his thorough overview was able to teach us so much more! After going for a nice, no-pressure and relaxed test drive, he sat with us and went over all of the interior features and answered any question we had. After we worked out a reasonable deal and the sale was final he was still extremely helpful and looked into any question we had. I am so grateful we made the trip to Balise so we were able to have such a great experience that such a big purchase deserves! Without a doubt I would highly recommend Ralph at Balise- we will definitely be seeing him for our next car!!

I just purchased a car from this location. The customer service was outstanding, was acknowledged immediately by a very friendly young man. I told the sales rep Ralph what I was looking for and my price range and based on that he narrowed down my choices. I walked away with exactly what I was looking for, and for the price I was only willing to pay. Unlike most car dealerships I have dealt with in the past, it was a very quick procedure. Paperwork went fast, and was able to pick up the car the next morning. I could not of asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

I really enjoyed my experience at Balise of Wilbraham! Having purchased my last 2 vehicles there I had gone in with the idea of what I wanted. As I walked into the showroom there was 3 salespeople available to assist me, I asked which one would like to sell me a new truck. MS Carol Plumb stepped up and offered to assist me. After explaining what I was looking for, Carol looked up what they had on the lot, and reviewed them with me. I decided to look at the 2013 F 150s because of the discounts on them. Carol was very knowledgeable with the features and explained them in detail to me.While taking the vehicle for a test drive, Carol had them look at my trade in. This is where I feared I would have to haggle to get my price. Once we returned from the test drive, Carol and I sat down to go over the Pricing, discounts and trade in value of my vehicle. Having checked out the value of my vehicle before coming to Balise, I was amazed that their offer was in line with my idea of what my vehicle was worth. After reviewing the bottom line I decided to make the purchase. Carol made this experience more like being family, there was no pressure at all and a very pleasant experience.The time came to pick up my new vehicle, and Carol explained how to cancel my old plates on line and sign up for sync my ride. We then went out to the vehicle and set up my cell phone. Carol explained everything again to me. Although I was not really looking for a car at the time, I had gone to Balise ford "window shopping" and let Ralph know what I was looking for if I was to buy anytime soon. Shortly after the car that I wanted came in on a trade, and without any hesitation Ralph called to let me know that he had the vehicle I mentioned that I wanted. That same day, I went to back to Balise to test drive the car, and told him I wanted it. Within two days I had test drove, completed all paperwork, and was ready to take my new car home. Ralph was laid-back, efficient, understanding, and had a an easy to get along with personality. I recommend Ralph and Balise ford to all my friends.

I wanted to get rid of my chevy cruze because I felt like I was being ripped off, Ralfy from Balise Ford, helped me come to a solution and a conclusion to my situation. He sat down with me with the most trusting and friendly relationship I ever had at any dealer I've been to before. He knew I was on a tight schedule and time is very limited for me. With much haste, he knew what car would be right for me, at a reasonable price seeing as I am a college grad student and I needed something that would work with mileage and transportation. When I got my chevy I was just not happy with the car. Having bought my ford I am excited to own my car and happy to drive it to this day 9 months later. Ralfy introduced to me the staff at Balise and everyone was on board with what I wanted and negotiations were made to price, but by the end of the whole experience I was happy and excited to finally be getting what I wanted. I was very pleased with the service I got from Balise Ford. Jim Pirro and I spoke on the phone and when I showed up 2 hours later he had the truck we talked about ready to look at. He was able to inform me about all of the trucks features. The one thing I really liked about Jim especially coming from a sales background is that there was no pressure or sales tricks. He was just there to help me. Jim and the staff were able to get me financing with no problems and the service department added the features I wanted that the truck didn't come with. It was a great experience and I'd recommend them to everyone!

I called the dealership ahead of time with a very specific request in how I wanted to proceed with my sale and the dates that it had to work on. The Chris Reed (mngr) was more than willing to work with me with in the parameters that I asked, and Jim Pirro (Sales) was great to work with on the floor and with the vehicle. It was a great, no bull, experience. After having purchased a vehicle a different dealership in the Springfield area last year, I had not been looking forward to buying again. This was my first time dealing with Balise Ford as I had a previous dealer for my past 3 vehicles.I am so glad I decided to Balise!First of all, No pressure!!! My salesperson was Mr. Marcus Gervais. A young salesperson that had a work ethic you dont find in younger adults. He was genuine.He answered all my questions and concerns and if he didnt have all the answers, he got them.Through the sales, you can simply tell he cared. He followed up on everything.Kudos also goes to Ms. Carol Plum. She was also very helpful making this visit a pleasant experience.The facility is new and had a very comfortable atmosphere. Every person I had to deal with, finance, etc. were very accommodating and professional. As a matter of fact, one of the employees (I wish I had his name) had just got done clearing the snow off the vehicles all morning after a recent snow storm, as he walked by looking cold and pretty worn, looked up at me and said with a smile on his face, Welcome back Sir. This may not seem like much but, I never remembered seeing him prior the day before. That tells me that people are aware of the customers and it did leave an impression of their staff on me.The pricing of the vehicles were better than fair. I did not have to negotiate much at all.There is no doubt I will back to this facility for my next purchase.I highly recommend Mr. Marcus Gervais or Ms. Carol Plum as a salesperson.I normally never write a review on anything but this sale surely warrants one!

My husband and I just bought a 2012 Toyota Yaris from Balise Ford of Wilbraham. Carol our sales person was very friendly and laid back. The show room was beautiful and the facility was very clean. Balise Ford prices their cars to sell, so their is no haggling because their prices are very fair. My husband and I were able to take the car home the same day we bought it which was great. We had been to a few other dealerships and had very negative experiences, so this was very refreshing to have people be very friendly and respectful. I would recommend Balise Ford to anyone whose is looking to be treated with respect and to have a very smooth transaction! Also, I would recommend Carol as your sales person, she was wonderful!

Wanted to test drive a used Hyundai Sonata called them up & they said to come on down. I got halfway to the dealership (45 minutes away from where I live) and they called to tell me the car sold 2 DAYS AGO! very unprofessional. will not buy a car from here ever.

Bought a used 2004 Ford Ranger from Andy in Wilbraham, MA . Andy showed me a detailed multipoint inspection report from Balise Ford showing the truck was inspected with no defects the week before (May 2013), report also showed brake condition to be good (above 5 mm wear) Got it state inspected in NH the following week. Front brakes are junk. pads are worn to the metal and both from calipers have cracks and chunks missing. 660.00 dollars in repair work. when I called and spoke to the service advisor he said that the wheels never even came off the truck for inspection. customer declined work. Why would they provide a report showing no defects??? I wouldnt use them.

My experience at Balise ford in Wilbraham Mass was great from the first moment to the last. Our Salesman David Zhilyaev was a young man, but very professional and not a typical pushy, and annoying one. He made my purchase very enjoyable and fun. All the employess that I came into contact with were all very friendly and helpful. I was asked many times if I would like a cup of coffee or use the restroom, which I thought was very polite on their part. When I met with the Financial person, I only know his name as Joey, he was also just as pleasant. Everything was explained to me and easy to understand what I was purchasing. I would definetly return to purchase another vehicle and also highly recommend anyone I could to visit Balise because of my experience. Was told by dealership truck would be picked for shipment on 4/1/2013 and to my amazement is delayed again have been trying to get emails about it and no response. DO NOT waste your time with this dealership

Bought 2012 F350 from out of state was told truck would be delivered in 2 weeks but after they got my down payment things came to a halt is going on 4 weeks now and truck is suppose to be delivered this week ( not holding my breath ) do not waste your time

I bought a 2012 Ford F350 from out of state they said the truck delivered to my door in 2 weeks after they got my down payment on the truck things came to a halt has been going on 4 weeks now and finally am suppose to get the truck delivered this week ( not holding my breath ) they said took a while to get ahold of the trucking company funny thing I did a search for trucking companies and they were calling like mad to get my business. My opinion do not deal with them

My wife and I were looking for a new/used Ford fusion. Stopped at Balise Ford in Wilbraham to see what was available. Ending up purchasing a 2012 Ford Fusion. The buying experience was very relaxed and didn't feel pressured at all. The salesman Dean McKeever couldn't have been more helpful. Very easy going and knowledgeable. Would recommend him and the dealership again!

I loved my experience at Balise of Wilbraham! I had gone there kind of knowing what I wanted but wasn't knowledgeable about the model I wanted. I was shown the different models of escapes and what they had to offer. The limited was a little out of my price range so one of the sales managers, Peter, told me he was going to an action the next day. He took down exactly what I wanted to color, features, miles and interior. He told me, "I will find you your car". Which I loved. It was like he just didn't want me to sell a car but really wanted me to love what I had. And to be honest I didn't expect that from a cars salesman. The next day I received a call from a salesman saying they had gotten an escape to my specifications so I went down to look at it. It was what I had wanted but earlier in the week I had test drove the limited and it was stuck in my head. I wasn't sure what I was going to do and was having a hard time making up my mind but lucky for me Jesse was there! He explained every different between the two models not to sway me in any direction but to give me knowledge to make the best educated decision. He was AMAZING!!! Once I had made up my mind that I had to have the limited it was so quick and painless to get the ball rolling. Not to mention that I had looked at the surrounding ford deals and couldn't find a limited escape for even close to how much I paid. It took two days for my husband and I to be able to get over there to sign our paper work but Jesse kept me updated the whole time. He took the time too call me to let me know everything step by step that was going on with my car. I loved it.The day finally came and once everything was signed Jesse took the time to show me everything in my new car and set up my Microsoft sync! He had given my he cell phone number right when I had first met him but he instructed me to call him if I had any questions at all! I gave him a hug for all of his help and he congratulated me on my new car!That's my story with Balise and I will be returning there for my husbands new truck and I will ONLY be dealing with Jesse or Peter!

Going to Balise Ford was the best experience i have had buying a car. My friends recommended we go to Balise and were they right. Not only a large selection of used and certified cars, they looked brand new, the prices were right on the window sticker and the salesperson, Dave, was really fun to work with. Him and his manager Peter couldn't have made the process easier. I want to tell everyone who needs a new or used car to go to Balise Ford

Buying the vehicle was the easy part. The salesman had only been with the company for a few weeks however, he know his stuff. The part that was the worst was signing the paperwork. The person doing it was great - they know what they were doing however, super fast in getting things done that it was hard to keep up with what he was saying. All I knew was sign here, here, here, and don't worry about anything. I even had to come back because I missed areas to sign. I think this is an important area/process that the customer should not be over whelm. Take the time to teach the customer what each piece of paper is.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and began where we purchased our last two vehicles at Balise Ford of Wilbraham. I decided to purchase a new Ford Taurus using the internet. I live in CT, but Balise Ford came up. Although ititially reluctant, I must admit this was one of the best experiences in purchasing a car. From Lisa who handles internet inquiries, to Dave and Brian, everyone was friendly, professional and caring. Everyone exhibit the patience and concern as we configured my new car. They gave me the purchase price of the new Ford Taurus Limited and a trave in value on my current car. I beleive that they gave me the best value for the transaction. The followup and communication during the build process was excellent. The car was delivered and the every single promise and commitment was fulfilled. As a college student on a budget and 100 miles a day for commuting, I picked a 2012 Ford Focus with a manual transmission for lower vehicle cost and better fuel efficiency. I told Pete exactly what I wanted in terms of model, packages, and color. He searched and found one match in a 500 mile radius. He dispatched a team to drive and pick up the vehicle. Test driving the car put a smile on my face.Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and professional. Pete made the experience of purchasing a vehicle easy, fun, no-pressure, and very comfortable. Found a vehicle I was interested in on their web site. Drove out from the Worcester area. From the moment we walked in the entire staff was courteous and friendly. I was only looking to view and possibly test drive the used vehicle but wound up purchasing it. Both the salesperson and the finance person were knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring that the vehicle was in fact what I desired and that the payment numbers worked toward my budget. I had been to several other dealers, but these folks out classed all the others.I would recommend Balise to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Drove all the way to Wilbraham from Cape Cod to deal with Balise Ford. They had the new 2011 F350 4x4 Crew Cab Lariat I needed and had a deal I could not beat. They handled the trade in and sale flawlessly. Brian the saleman spent all the time I needed to familarize me with the new Sync system in the truck, he even paired my Droid phone to the truck so I could use it on the ride back to the Cape. Tim the finance guy saved me an extra $100 a month by going the extra distance to search out every rebate and finance offer available from a ton of different banks. Its rare that you leave a dealer with more than you expected for less than you intended to pay, but thats exactly what happened in this case.Great dealership, no pressure and a GREAT deal!!!!!

I bought a 2007 Ford Edge from Balise Ford. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I worked with both Steve and Tim for the final purchase of my Edge. I live out of state, and it was great that they arranged delivery of the vehicle. Steve was very knowledgeable about the Edge and I liked the excitement he showed towards the vehicles. Tim was a great help with financing options and solutions. I never felt pressured at any point, received a good value for my trade, and I felt comfortable in the showroom. I would recommend purchasing cars from Balise. As I will in the future.

I bought a new 2011 Ford Fiesta from Balise Ford and I was extremely satisified by both the professionalism and skill that Steve and Tim brought to the purchase. They were good explaining the car itself and Tim was great with the financing options. Its a very low stress atmosphere and they will help you get what you NEED, which is the mark of a great sales team. I had a great experience with this helpful and knowledgable staff. All the features of my new F-150 and the complexities of buying a car were very well explained. No questions left unanswered, I felt listened to. I highly recommend this dealership for new Fords, but I'm sure their professionalism extends to used cars as well.

Saw a preownwed vehcile on line at this dealership that interested me, made a call to the dealership and spoke with Ed in sales, we made our deal on the phone and it was important to me that the car be represented correctly as i had a 90 mile driveto the dealership. Got there, car was exactly as represented in ad. made the purchase and drove the car home..Car had a mechanical problem, spoke with Brian the sales manager, had the car towed back to dealership, car was immediately repaired and Brian had someone from the dealership drive the car more than half way to meet up with us...This is waht i call customer service....

I have purchased two used vehicles from this dealership and Im sure there will be more! The selection was outsanding and the prices were even better! The finance guy (Tim) was great. He let me know about the extended warranty which saved me thousands in repairs and was never pushy! He seemed truly intersted in what would work for my needs. A great local dealer!

Not only did I feel welcome I felt at home. We have never bought a vehicle from a dealer before and we were told to go try balise. We were looking for sonething very specific and while other dealers would not giveus the time of day. Balise Ford sat us down and assured us that they could get what we wanted. And they did. Right down to the tee. The business manager TIM did a great job presenting our warranty options. Highly recommend Balise Ford.

My husband and i knew we wanted and needed a 4wd vehicle because we live in the hilltowns...from the minute we came into balise ford of wilbraham, (met Stephen Phaneuf and Tim Lavoie right away), we knew this was the place...we knew what we wanted and the inventory of ford escapes (2011) was great...Stephen and Tim worked with us for the best deal...they gave us top dollar for our trade in(as a matter of fact, it was a 2005 honda accord that we purchased brand new at balise honda in w. springfield!) and gave us all the incentives available at that time...let us just say that we did not plan on purchasing a vehicle that day necessarily....this was after all the FIRST place we went to....Tim and Stephen were not pushy, they were so friendly and let us take our time looking at and driving the vehicle. Stephen was so knowledgeable and believe it or not, have not had to look at the manual once so far! thanks Stephen! They were prompt with their responses to my questions and flexible when adapting to my hectic schedule. The Flex so far is a great vehicle. The reason for the high rating is two fold. First, these guys know their business and it shows in thier expert advice which creates customer confidence. Secondly, they understand what real customer satisfaction is and they work toward it in all aspects of sales and service. Great Salesman and Great after sales help!! Have bought numerous vehicles from Balise Ford and will continue to do so. They have always been available for work on vehicles and give great deals on oil changes, etc. They also got me a great deal in financing so I got a better rate.

I went to Wilbraham not Westfield. Tony the sales manager really worked with me. They located the truck I needed (I did have to compromise in color because they couldn't find silver)and gave me $1,200 more than the next closest dealer who had one in on thier lot. The delivery process was pretty smooth.
