You want help in financing, you want honesty then check these guys out they are awesome! They were up front and there was no pressure. It was a great experience dealing with these guys. Finance lady Maha was great she was very thorough in explaining how the financing procedure works and gave me a great understanding about building your credit. They are very nice people, repairs and parts take a long time though, and the lot space is very small too tight to enter and leave out of.

I brought a 2008 Impala and its rides like new. it was and still is clean, title was clean. I got it for less than 100,000 miles on it. The process was quick and easy, I was like that annoying I did notice after a day or two driving it my brake lights was not coming on. I called them and told them about it, I brought it in and had no problems they help me quickly and did not give me any problems and I made it out in a timely fashion ( I was on my lunch break) My car came with a remote starter and that works perfectly as well. I really would recommend this dealer to anyone, from first car buyers to mature adult age buyers. You can't go wrong with the people or the service. The process of me getting the car was about a week but not because of them, I annoyed them like a child asking "are we there yet" and there never once got attitude or ignored me, they worked hard with me. Which is another reason why I love this dealer. I will be back next year (2016) for a camero, hopefully they have one. I wouldn't feel comfortable going to another dealer. Others just try to make the sell these people let you know if its worth it in your case or not.

I have never been to a used car dealership before a month ago and bank auto sales was recommended to me and I am so glad they were awesome. I will tell everyone I know that's looking for a car to go to bank auto sales and ask for maha or faris...the best customer service I have ever received!!

Me and my wife were in a tough spot. Just had a repo and both of our credits are not the best. Even with her low income we they were able to get us a nice affordable car. I would suggest this place to anyone that asked where to get a car from. They are about helping you not just making money.

We had excellent service from the time we first drove on the lot. We bought a vehicle and there were a few things wrong with it. We got a excellent deal on it and the mechanic was willing to help fix what was wrong with it. Thank you Bank Auto Sales.

I came in and purchased a vehicle at Bank! Everyone there listened to what I wanted and I feel I got an awesome deal. I've gone a couple times since to ask questions and they've been GREAT! I have purchased 4 cars from Banks auto and I'm in the process of purchasing my next car. Not because the cars were bad, no the complete opposite. They were all good cars. My first was a Dodge Dakota which my husband drove and my second was a GMC Envoy which I am still driving, in between we purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix as a work car which we passed to my daughter. Then my husband traded in the Dodge Dakota for a Trail Blazer which he is still driving. All cars are still running Good. Now I'm upgrading to a Lexus and upgrading my daughter to the Envoy!!! All I can say is these people are awesome. They stand behind their products and they are honest. And anyone who has been there knows customer service is great. I trust them so much I sent my Dad who brought a Trail Blazer also, My step dad who brought a Dodge Durango and my friend who brought a Ford Escape, all cars are still running good. Don't get me wrong we've had minor repairs (used cars), but they fixed them for unbelievable prices. If you are buying your first car this is the place to go because they take away that one issue that we all worry about and that is, am I getting a lemon. Like I said earlier they stand behind their product (cars). I won't buy a used car from anyone else but them. Love these guys!!!!

I had previously purchased one car and went back the next week to purchase another vehicle. Nothing had changed. Service was great and they worked out the best deal possible for me. I rode out in a great vehicle and I have been smiling ever since. Wonderful team and I definitely recommend this company.They really looked out for me. They made it personal.

Wonderful people at htis dealership. They went way over and beyond to make sure I drove off with a reliable vehicle. I have never experience the exceptional and detailed service from a buy here, pay here place before. They have a fantastic inventory and the prices are very reasonable. I'm actually going back in about a week to purchase another vehicle. I can call "Bank Auto Sales" my new home. There's no other place I can go to get that "down home" feeling.

The staff at Bank auto were the best I could ever imagine! I was in a crunch for a car after my engine blew in my old car, and Faris and Maha, the two people I dealt with worked with me incredibly. In spite of financial limitations, and transportation limitations, they found me a good car that I could afford, serviced it, replaced parts, and then gave it to me for a great deal. I could not imagine a better buying experience. Thanks much!

If you want to find a great car at a great price and a great staff look no further. I recently bought a car from them and I love it. Faris made sure that other customers knew I was already interested in the car which really shows to me that they care about their customers.Paper work didn't last long with Mauha around ,she made the final signing of papers super fast so I could get on my way to enjoying my new car.Im glad to have gone to bank auto sales and you will be too!!!!

A no pressure atmosphere was a treat for myself and my wife. every member at Banks was very helpful through the purchasing of our car. All our paperwork was taken care of in a timely fashion. Three months after purchase we found out a/c needed charging and Banks Auto took care of it right away. One word comes to mind for me and that is integrity. Want a car go to Banks Auto!!!!!

I am very satisfied with Bank Auto Sales. My frist experience shopping for a newer model car with my Love was wonderful. The First day of shopping I have spotted my favorite car on the lot. I didn't believe that my love and I would be able to afford it until I met Faris && Mauha. They work extremely hard to have my payments affordable to keep. I have to say this was a very good experience for me! This was my first time buying a car & I went to a couple different dealerships & by far I got the best deal from bank auto. They saved me a lot of money on the car & help find low pay for insurance. I will be letting everyone I know to come here that is looking for a car. I myself will definitely be back in the future.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bank Auto Sales. They knew I was shopping on a budget but were very helpful in financing me and getting me in a vehicle that is safe and reliable. Shortly after purchasing the car, a small component came loose and they were quick to rectify the problem. This is a family owned business that genuinely cares about making their customers happy and stands behind the vehicles they sell. Awesome Customer Service!! The first time I arrived at Bank Auto I was welcomed by Maha and Ferris which both of them provided excellent customer service, I believe both treated me the way they would want to be treated while purchasing anything let alone a vehicle. There are two types of sales people in life GOOD AND BAD. Maha and Ferris are the Great kind who makes you want to come back or send everyone you know to purchase a vehicle from them their assistance is sincere and detailed on what you are purchasing from them. I bought a SUV from Bank Auto 7 years ago and had no issues with it at all. I now have had my 2nd truck from them a little over a year and I'm very happy with it. The people there Faris and Maha really know how to treat there customers and get the job done right. Thank you Maha for getting me the low interest rate on my loan it helped out so much and the people at the credit union were treated me as if I had a million dollars. every one was very nice and respectful. Everyone at Bank was so delightful to deal with. Owner was very approachable. Cars on lot were clean. Went there after it snowed and employees were cleaning snow off cars as soon as it stopped snowing. They were very knowledgeable about history on cars there and offer a car history report right away.

Iwould like to thank the entire staff.the sales staff was very low pressure. Maha did a great job finding me a great interest rate which I did not think was possible on a used car. I love the car I got from them. Farris did a great job explaining the feature of the car. Ameer made some modifications,including upgrading the stereo. Customer satisfaction is job 1 with this dealership. My son is about due for a car and bank one auto will be our first and probably the last stop. I shopped probably 10 dealers in the area and found similar cars with more miles with much higher prices. best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've been driving and buying cars for 36 years.

I just purchased my first car, a Flex I am so excited to have this beautiful car. The sales team on the floor where very friendly he went by the name Faris he took great care of me. The secretary there helped with the paper work she took me step by step explaining it all she even found me great insurance as well extra 5 stars for that.I was grateful for all the nice people there.

Working with Bank Auto Sales was such a great experience. I bought my first vehicle through them and couldn't have been happier with the time I had with that car! I personally worked with Ameer, and he helped get me into the safest and best priced car. The business is family owned, and you can tell that they care about the cars they have on their lot! I recently went back to this dealership for my next vehicle and was again impressed with the great service and the options that were available to me! I have sent my of my friends and family, including my parents to this lot and they have all left happy! I will always refer people to this lot, and I will always go back!
