I bought a used 2013 f150 xlt in June. I was trading in a 2008 Nissan Xterra that had major engine issues. I received a very fair trade in given the circumstances. The truck had a cracked windshield which was replaced by them with no questions asked. I drove it off the lot and ended up finding a badly scratched roof that I had not noticed on the lot. They could have easily denied the repair, but agreed to have this fixed at no cost to me even after the purchase was deemed finalized with no contingencies. Our financial situation isn't the best and not once from the sales process to signing off on it were we made to feel inferior in any way. They made it happen for us at the best possible price. Great Customer service is sadly hard to find these days, but I will easily say that this is the only place I will ever buy a vehicle from in the future. Thank you Banner. Very pleased customer for life now. Roy Johansen was my salesman.

Unexpectedly, my wife was in need of a new car. Went to Veterans Ford due to previous buying experience with them. I was quite shocked the salesman at Veterans knew very little about the car she was interested in and did not seem very knowledgeable about the Ford website. After many hours at that dealership, we decided to visit our local Banner Ford. She happened to see a car she was interested in therefore, we went to visit the sales department during business hours. I can honestly say I was quite impressed with the experience we had with our sales person, Chris Richthofen. Most salesman will tend to tell you anything to get you to buy a vehicle. He was honest when she had shown an interest in a hybrid and told her everything she would need to know about the car and especially regarding the battery. She eventually settled on a car and the whole buying experience was painless and smooth. Would I buy another Ford, yes. Would I buy from Banner, without a doubt. If you need an honest salesman then visit Chris at Banner.

Even with the gully washing rain and thunderstorms our experience purchasing our new truck for Banner was a great and suprisingly a very easy experience. There staff was friendly and listen to your needs. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they bent over backwards to help us get the best deal. I took my 2014 Ford Flex to have a tire replaced under warranty. I was told to wait in the waiting area. I went there and there were two men waiting. One was reading the newspaper, the other surfing the internet on his phone. An employee named Liz came in and asked which channel we would like to watch on the TV. The two men were not interested, so I said CNN. Liz informed me that we don't watch Democrats here. I said excuse me. She put on ESPN and said watch this and walked out. I became very upset and went to retrieve my car and go somewhere else. I felt very insulted and not welcome. I asked to speak to the GM and went back to the waiting area where the two gentlemen had no problem with CNN. Liz's manager came to speak with me. He said that her opinion did not reflect the dealership and that the dealership had no political opinion. Said that Liz would be counseled. She needs to keep her political opinion at home and not bring it to the workplace. I feel discriminated against because of my political affiliation. I am tempted to report this to the Democratic National Commettee and the ACLU.

They told me that the truck I wished to purchase was available, so I paid $30+ for a CarFax report. They emailed me ,after being closed for the 4th of July weekend to inform me that suddenly, the vehicle was sold?!? I was promised an incredible online buying experience. Great service with personal attention from Joseph and his service department. We needed a quick check of a potential steering problem with our 2012 Escape on our trip home from New Orleans to Indiana. The Banner service department worked us in, and called us within an hour with good news that no repairs were needed. We drove home without problems and had peace of mind on the road trip.

I traded a 2013 silv 1500 Ltz for a 2007 sequoia here. Great experience. Frank was our salesman; he was funny, cordial and patient. He treated us like people instead of marks as some used car salesmen are wont to do. Frank was reasonable at the negotiating table and I feel we found a fair price for the transaction. I enjoyed the purchase process and was glad to give Frank my business. Again, an excellent experience and I highly recommend this dealer and of course, Frank Pallapatoc.

This is my second Ford I have purchased from Banner, and the fourth purchase in my family. The salesman I had did not pressure me into a purchase. I was undecided between two vehicles and he went through the pros and cons of each vehicle. I decided to purchase a 2014 Ford Focus. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Everyone is really nice every time I come in. Any problem I have they take care of. Only thing I don't like is if I say I'm having some type of issue with my car they stare at me but if my husband says the same thing they'll take a look at it. A little sexist.

I bought an F150 from Rusty F, had a great buying experience! I was referred by a co-worker in ponchatoula... I can tell you it was well worth the drive. My local dealers couldn't beat the price they gave me, so it was a no-brainer on making the purchase. I even bring my car back over here for service. Extremely happy with the entire experience!

I bought our 2011 F150 at Kendell Ford in Klasilla, AK with customer service I didn't think could get any better, but after moving to south Louisiana, we are very happy with the service dept at Banner. I will certainly buy my next truck here! Best facilities I've ever seen.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Banner Ford in Mandeville. I was extremely nervous due to a bad experience purchasing my last vehicle. The folks at Banner, especially Mr. Fleet, were friendly, understanding, and reassuring. I did shop around, and found no other dealership that even came close to Banner. They were willing to work with me to get me into something that I would really be happy driving. Thanks to Banner, I will look forward to my next car buying experience though I hope that's years from now. I would highly recommend their sales department to anyone.

Took my F-150 to Banner Ford about 2 weeks ago for new tires. Next day realized that one of the tires look older than others. Contacted Pam in service, explained concern and was told to bring it by so they could check it (2nd trip). She measured tread depth and acknowledged that it was less tread than the other 3 tires. Next morning went back to have that tire changed (3rd trip). Today while washing vehicle noticed deep gouges to rear passenger wheel, obviously caused by tire machine. Called Pam again, was instructed to bring truck in for a look (4th trip). After waiting a while and no manager available, she took a picture ( I could have texted a picture) and said they would call as soon as he got back. 15 mins before closing I called them. They stated I would need to leave my vehicle all day while they sent it out for repair (5th trip). I explained that I would have an independent wheel repair person fix the wheel and they could pay the bill. They agreed to this with the exception that it did not go over $100. Imagine putting a restriction like that after selling me a used tire as new, damaging my wheel, wasting my time driving over 200 miles total and approx $50 in gas. At no point did they offer any real apology or even something as small as a free oil change for my trouble.

dealership friendley sales people well organised. would of loved to had the ford edge but kinda out of my budget, sales peoel worked with me lisa and ray just couldnt get the blue tooth phone to wwork in vechicle there blue tooth software isnt compaitable with my phone

The best experience with any dealership and sales rep ever! I have purchased 12 autos in my life so far from used to new. We usually have much anxiety while shopping for a new automobile and am a skeptical and usually do not trust auto sales reps. However; Lisa has changed our views on that subject. Lisa was so personable, extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good deal, that we decided right there to purchase rather than shop at any other dealership for makes and models that was on our target. The best sales reps can make customers at ease educate them on their product and convince them that their product will best suit their needs and wants. Lisa Lebiche is that good. I She is a top performer and dedicated to her customers and loyal to her dealership. Banner Ford must make sure that she is recognized and rewarded. She makes the Banner Ford dealership shine above all others.

I give this dealership a great rating across the board because of the excellent work by Raymond Estalote. He worked with me to get the right car for me and despite my bad credit, worked hard to get the right financing and price for my situation. He is perhaps the best new car dealer that I have encountered. I will send my friends, family, strangers, anyone to this dealership. The entire staff was excellent.

Jay Parks, the salesman, worked very hard to get the deal done, there were no hidden surprises and everything was straight across the board. Al Ortiz, the sales manager, was extremely helpful in getting us financed. This was by far the best experience we've ever had in buying a new vehicle.

I have bought 3 used vehicles now from this dealer and each time the experience has been good. I have been given friendly good advice from the sales person and have been totally satisfied with the vehicles we have purchased. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking or a used car.

My credit was sub-par, but I was able to get financed, and not for something used, but a 2010 with 4.7 miles on it... I have never owned a new car before. Feeling great in my new Ford, and getting 39.7 mpg on the highway ROCKS! I will miss the roomy cadillac I had, but I am truly satisfied with my new car from Banner Ford.

This is my second purchase from this dealership. I live on the south shore and both times it has been worth driving to the north shore to buy from Banner Ford. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. They really worked hard to get me the car and deal I wanted. They went above and beyond my expectations of what I thought could be accomplished. I am really happy with my new Mustang! I will never buy from another Ford dealer other than Banner.

At 53 years old I've bought more than my share of vehicles. I tried to think back to when, if ever, I've had a pleasant experience buying a vehicle and buying at Banner Ford certainly was a pleasant experience! Lisa from internet sales started me off on the right foot with her quick response and her attention to helping me match my needs in a truck. Upon arriving at Banner Ford, William Fleet patiently helped narrow the gap between my over the top interests and what my pocketbook could tolerate. Needless to say, instead of having to go back and forth haggling over trade-in allowance and the price of the truck, we came to a fair deal right up front. I highly recommend Banner Ford as THE place to shop.

A great place to purchase a car.I got a fusion sel and love it. Mr parks took his time showing me all the available models .the sync system is very nice amd easy to work. I did not feel preasure to make a purchase on the spot and will recomend this dealer to anyone.
