I recently purchased a 'new-to-me' 2006 Subaru Forester. I did my internet homework before I went to a dealer who was in my area (bonus!). I drove away that day with my car. Joe Natale was the individual from whom I purchased my car. The process was seamless. From the moment I drove onto the lot he was friendly as all the other staff were: Joe, Bob and several others I met on Battaglia's service team. I believe I got a fair trade considering the condition of my trade in. He was able to finance the purchase within the hour. It has been about a month since I purchased my car and I remain delighted with their attention and care. Some very minor issues occurred (my passenger side window squeaked): I brought car in as soon as convenient to all and they fixed it no questions/no problems. When and if this Forested is retired, I will go again to Battaglia. Very pleased. Thank you all so much at Battaglia Auto!

We bought a car from Ron Battaglia 5 years ago for our daughter. I could not join my wife and daughter and was initially not comfortable with them buying a used car on their own. Ron made them feel VERY comfortable and walked them through all questions and concerns. He also gives a 3 month warranty which helped close the deal for us. It was clear he did not just want the sale but he wanted us as repeat customers. Just today we visited him and I got to finally meet him and his lovely daughter Danielle and it was a pleasure.. We were looking for a Toyota 4Runner for my son. Ron and Danielle were extremely gracious and very low pressure. I test drove it and went through the car stem to stern. They would have been fine with me staying there all day to discuss it and ask questions. It is clear that they only sell clean cars and they stand behind them with their warranty. And they are very flexible and accommodating with putting together a deal that worked for us both! I usually HATE buying cars but have to admit this was a very pleasant experience with a great family business! I probably will not go anywhere else to buy a car and will recommend them to friends and family.

5 stars across the board for Joe and the rest of the staff. I originally came in to buy a Suzuki and not 2 miles off the lot I unfortunately got into an accident which resulted in a total loss of the car. I called Joe back and he and Ron bent over backwards to get me in a car that I would love for the same monthly payment. Left with a Ford Fiesta which I absolutely adore. Great service and great people. I'll absolutely be a repeat customer when it's time to look again. Thanks again Battaglias!

Great folks, no pressure, nice clean modern dealership. We dropped by to look at cars for our daughter on a Saturday. The sales folks were busy with other customers, so the Service Manager showed us some cars. Very upfront and easygoing. We took a test drive and found a car we were interested in quickly. The following Saturday we did the paperwork and took the car home. There had been a routine scheduled service item that I was concerned about getting completed before the purchase, but they readily agreed to handle it, had the car ready even earlier than necessary, and even produced the old parts when we picked up the car. Since the sale, we took the car to our own mechanic for a once-over just for peace of mind. He found no issues and gave it an enthusiastic thumb's up. Great car at a good price. I was able to get a great car at a great rate and was very happy with the customer service. The owner is very nice and took the time to talk to me for a while when we were waiting for paperwork. Very low stress environment and no high pressure sales tactics were used at all. The staff laid out my options and made recommendations but there was no pressure to choose anything. I will be going back for any future service and I will definitely make sure I send my friends and family there first.

Went here a few days ago to purchase my first car, and had an excellent experience. Joe answered any and all questions about the vehicle, encouraged me to test drive the car, and helped throughout the entire buying process. My daughter bought a 2004 Subaru Forester here and we had a great experience. This was her first car she bought herself and these guys couldn't be nicer. We got a great deal and this is where it's gets better. Two days after we took the car home and noticed the temp gauge moving into the red and the engine surged in park. We took the back to the dealer and to their credit, they checked it out twice and couldn't find the issue. A second set of eyes at a local auto repair shop did the trick. They found out the radiator was clogged and the O2 sensor was bad. And get this, Battaglia paid for all the repairs and diagnosis time. Two great businesses in Norristown!

I purchased a 2009 Kia Sorento from Battaglia Auto. There was no pressure. The communication during the process was excellent. I kept changing my mind, and it was not a problem. There was a minor issue with the car that they took care of before I picked it up. The car was clean and issue free. It came with a 3 month 4,000 mile warranty. The main thing was that I trusted them and felt that they would not abandon me if the car turned out to be a lemon. I would definately by from them again if I need another preowned car. Great job!

I've been to a few dealerships and dealt with a few salesman and Joe Natale is by far, the best. I felt like I knew him for years within 2 minutes of meeting him! He knew exactly how to treat me as a customer who wanted a good deal for a good car. I came across a car that had just been put up for sale and emailed Battaglia right away. Joe got back to me fast, told me to fill out the application and would call me with details of approval. I was really nervous and embarrassed due to my credit score being so low, I didn't think I had a chance to get approved. Joe worked hard got me a GREAT rate that I'd never expect to get. I was highly impressed! Paperwork only took an hour which is extremely IMPRESSIVE considering other dealerships take 4-5 hours. The whole time he went through my paperwork, we conversed as if we were old friends that were catching up on our lives. That's a great feeling when you feel that welcomed. The car is perfect and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase! I look forward to doing business with Joe again in the future and would highly recommend anyone to Battaglia Auto Sales. Don't let your credit score scare you out of financing a car with Battaglia, Joe did a great job helping me and getting me approved! Thanks again, Joe! It is very much appreciated!!!

I was searching to purchase a vehicle for myself but wasn't having much luck. I didnt think that I would be able to finance a car with my credit being not so great, but i figured it wouldnt hurt to at least try and see what happens. I searched used car dealerships near me on Google and I came across Battaglia's Auto Sales. I checked out their used inventory in what I thought I would be able to afford. One vehicle in particular really caught my attention, a 2007 Scion tC. I went in shortly after to see if it was still available which it was. I tried not to get my hopes up knowing that there was probably a really good chance I wasnt walking out of there with a car because of my credit. Joe Natale, the GM, came out to assist me. He was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the car i was interested in. We started all the paperwork to see if I could even get approved for the car. Joe really went out of his way for me, im sure it wasnt easy but he was able to finally get me approved. He explained everything to me very clearly so I wasnt confused, it was a very easy process. He was very willing to work with me, he helped me save a lot of money by giving me a great deal on the car. He even helped me save more money with finding the right car insurance for me without having to sacrifice any coverage. Anything that he could help with, he went above and beyond, then beyond beyond. At the end of the day I knew he was there to help out people like me. I couldn't have been more grateful. I know in the future when it comes to buy another car, I will be returning to Battaglia's. And I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking to purchase a car.

My wife and I were shopping for a pre-owned vehicle for my 17-year old daughter. My wife came across Battaglia Auto Sales during an online search for vehicles in our area. When she sent me a link to the site, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of inventory they had. It was the first time in weeks there were lower mileage vehicles that were within our budget. We took a ride to the lot on a Sunday afternoon during off-hours to take a look at the cars in person. We were very pleased with what we saw, and returned the next evening to speak to a salesperson. We met Joe Natale, who was polite, professional, and a "straight-shooter." Joe showed us several vehicles, and let us test drive each for as long as we wanted. There was no pressure, and Joe patiently answered all of our questions. We liked a particular Honda Accord, but left the lot that evening without making a purchase so we could have time to decide it was the right fit for us and our daughter (including the car's age, mileage, cost, etc.). After another phone call the next day, Joe and I reached an agreement on price and we made the deal that evening. Joe offered a very reasonable price on a terrific vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Joe was up front with the total cost of the vehicle, including all fees and taxes. Throughout the process, Joe made us feel comfortable and at ease, and never made us feel like we had to make a quick decision. He was confident in the fact that the car would sell itself, and he was right. To those of you who have reservations about making a used car purchase from a lot, take my advice: go to Battaglia Auto Sales - they will treat you right! Thanks Joe!

Yesterday evening, I bought my first car from a dealership. I've heard so many people have so many bad experiences that I've preferred to buy from private owners in the past. However, at Battaglia I saw the car that I wanted at a price that was potentially within range of my budget, so I called. When I spoke to Joe Natale, I was leery, expecting insincerity and pressure. That turned out to be not at all the case. In my initial phone conversation with him, I was straightforward about my budget and about what I wanted in a vehicle, and Joe was equally straightforward and direct. I decided to go out there yesterday afternoon. I had a great experience - and I was not expecting that! Buying this car was an important, somewhat stressful decision for me, and I'm writing this review because I appreciate the way Joe treated me throughout the process: he cared about how I felt, he was thorough about giving me information, and he genuinely cared that I was happy about the decision and about my experience there. He treated me with great integrity and I am grateful for that.

Second time My family has purchased a vehicle from Battaglia and Joe has always taken care of us!!! The cars are clean and in great shape. Joe is straight forward with you.. no Bull and no trying to sell you a piece of junk for a luxury price!!! I purchased a vehicle on 9/23/15. Although I dealt primarily with Joe Natale, within minutes I had met everyone at the dealership, including the owner. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 21 years, and to say I was NOT looking forward to the ordeal would be an understatement. Not only was I put at ease, but everything was clearly detailed, no hidden surprises, and no pressure. I had never purchased a car without my Dad before, so I wondered if I would be able to get through this process without him. Turns out Mr Natale was trained by and is best friends with the dealership owners that my Dad had always trusted. Truly it is a small world after all. It is rare indeed these days to HIGHLY recommend any products, or places, but Battaglia deserves the highest ratings in every category. We were searching for a nice safe pre-owned first car for our son. The process took months and our search lead us to Battaglia Auto Sales. We were searching for a particular vehicle type. We were looking for a dealer that we felt was honest, reputable and stood behind their vehicles after the initial sale. Battaglia is all of that and more. The atmosphere is very professional and not at all representing what comes to mind when you think about pre-owned vehicle dealerships. They are by no means your typical side of the road dealer. On our first visit we met with Joe Natale. As people say first impressions are everything. We felt very comfortable with Joe and immediately felt he was very trustworthy and an up front honest person. We were there for hours and a lot of time was spent getting to know each other and discussing personal situations. Joe is a great guy and made you feel like a friend. The most important thing was we felt like we could truly trust him. The dealership was very clean as well as the vehicles. We did not want to play the negotiation game and Joe made the process very comfortable. Joe was very open about the vehicle we were considering purchasing regarding previous repairs and potential inherent issues with the make and model year. We had a few things we wanted the dealer to take care of with the car prior to considering the purchase and there was no hesitation with Joe to take care of it. He is definitely a man of his word and we purchased the vehicle we had in mind. All of the Battaglia vehicles come with a standard warranty which made the purchase even more comfortable. We had some initial issues with the vehicle and Battaglia stood behind the repairs without question. As time went by we continued to have some problems with the vehicle and Battaglia did what was necessary to take care of it. To be honest Battaglia went above and beyond what I would have expected a pre-owned dealer to do without going through a lot of arguments and hassle. The process was hassle free. Bob in Service was excellent as well. At a point the situation required Ron Battaglia to become involved to best determine how to proceed with the vehicle. Ron Battaglia did whatever was necessary to rectify the situation regardless of cost. His main goal was to resolve the issue and take care of his customer. Ron will go above and beyond to take care of his customers and is sincere about operating his business in a professional manner . My experience directly with Ron Battaglia was completely stress free. Our experience with the car we purchased was very unique and had nothing to do with Battaglia directly. However, Ron wanted to make the situation right and went out of his way to the point of taking the car back and again going out of his way to find us a car to replace it. We were very particular about the car we wanted and Ron searched until he found one. Understanding Ron is a busy man and has a business to run his focus was on taking care of our situation and he did. Was the situation with the initial car we purchased frustrating ? Yes it was but the way Ron handled the situation was commendable and unusual. At no time did I feel like the situation was an "you bought a used car and it is what it is" scenario. I have nothing but good things to say about Battaglia Auto Sales and would for sure purchase another vehicle there and would encourage anyone to allow Battaglia the chance to earn your business. You will not regret it. The entire staff including Joe Natale, Ron Battaglia and his wife, Bob in service are excellent and truly understand customer service and the value of the customer and reputation. Please do yourself a favor and if you are in the market for a pre-owned car, give Battaglia an opportunity to earn your business.

We just purchased a used vehicle from Joe Natale at Battaglia Auto Retail and I will say the negotiating with Joe was fun,, a straight up man and I think 2 things took place. We came to an agreement and we became friends. This is exactly the type of people I really love doing business with no matter what it is we are purchasing. I see the quality that is kept there with the people, process, and grounds and this is where you want to go for a vehicle. Good people, good cars, good deal and maybe not what you want to spend but it will be what you should spend. It made sense to me once there with Joe that this guy is being a straight as an arrow and what he has on his lot will reflect the dealership quality.

I've just purchased my first car and had an amazing experience. My family has purchased several cars Montco County and we've never had such a good experience. They're willing to find you the car you need/deserve. Highly recommend to anyone looking for used cars. Sales men were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Once purchased you can have the car serviced there which is also something I was looking for. An amazing team highly recommend.

Purchased my vehicle back in January 2015 and waited until now (July 2015). I was referred to this place and met with Joe without an appointment. I felt very comfortable right away; no pressure, no hassle, no worries. What I really liked about Joe was that he knew everything about the cars on the lot (mileage, history, where the car came from, etc) without referring to paperwork like every other place I went to prior to going to Battaglia. After a few days I had a minor issue with the vehicle. The GPS navigation screen made me feel nauseous trying to view it while driving as if I were getting sea sick or something. Sounds like a bunch of crap right? Joe didn't think so. In fact, after I contacted him to explain, he insisted that I come back and talk to him and another person (upper management i assume) which I did the next day. Though they both said they never in all their years in business heard of such a complaint with a car, they still offered me the opportunity to exchange/swap the vehicle for another without question or financial loss (equal value of course). At the time there wasn't anything they had that I was interested in, so what did they do? Told me to check their inventory on the website every once in a while and if something I like becomes available to let them know and that they would do what they can to make me satisfied. Long story short, I liked the car too much so I had the Acura dealership configure the GPS to turn on manually instead of when starting the car. It does bother me that I paid a premium to have a navigation system that I don't use, but this is no ones fault but my own, so in the end, I am happy with my car (no problems at all to date) but more importantly, I want to express how extremely impressed I was with the way Joe and management were willing to work with me on exchanging the vehicle. they certainly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. These are qualities you cannot/will not encounter at any other dealership in my opinion and experience car shopping. I should also mention that Joe and the manager (or whoever he was) actually stayed after business hours to accommodate my schedule the day I came in to explain the situation ... Who does that? Battaglia does! Will be back soon to purchase another quality pre-owned vehicle for my wife in the coming months. Highly Recommended!

I have been searching for an SUV for 8 months. My price range made it difficult to find what i was looking for being that SUV's are pricey. I have been to EIGHT different dealerships throughout PA and NJ. I was one more bad dealership away from giving up on my dreams of getting an SUV and settling for a sedan. My mom and I arrived to Battaglia and from the moment we got there it was an excellent experience. Joe Natale was more than helpful, honest and pleasant with helping us. He should us options for what I was looking for in my price range and was respectful of that price range, he never once tried to get me to get something that was more than what I was looking for. Joe walked us through the dealership, inside was pristine ! Joe then showed us into the mechanic area which was out of this world clean!! He told us how every night before the mechanics leave they scrub the floors down. When i got into the 2004 Ford Escape, it was so well detailed that we thought it was new ! I can't express how well my experience was and how happy I was doing business with Battaglia Auto Sales ! I HIGHLY recommend buying your next vehicle with them. Im sure all of their sales employees are wonderful, but Joe, Joe was outstanding and I would recommend you ask him for help !

We purchased 3 cars for the kids from Joe Natale. We feel like he's a real straight shooter. No pressure. We've always dreaded car shopping. Mostly due to the stereotypical behavior of car salesmen. Luckily; we've found a place where you feel like more than a customer. They treat you like they want your business for years to come. My son is 16 and just got his license so we were in the market for a car with low miles, good gas mileage and inexpensive. The first car I found at Battaglia ended up getting sold before I had a chance to even look at it, but Joe reached out to me with another car he just got in a 2001 Nissan Sentra with low miles, he told me how nice the car was. I set up a time to see the car the next day. Upon arriving at the dealer early I was met by Bob, the Sales Manager, who took time to talk with me in the lot until Joe arrived. When Joe arrived the car was exactly what he said it was and exactly what we were looking for. After a test drive I purchased the car. We picked it up later that day and Joe went as far as to put helium balloons in the car so my son would be surprised when he got home from work that night and the car was there. It was a great experience and my son was thrilled. The next day my son noted that the cd player was not working in the car, he took it upon himself to email Joe who got him in touch with Bob. Bob went way above and beyond and purchased an aftermarket radio/ CD player and installed it for my son that week for no charge, they certainly did not have to do that as the CD player was not under warranty but that is the kind of dealer and service Battaglia is. Joe and Bob are awesome to deal with and they now have a customer who will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks so much!!

On April 20, 2015, I purchased a 2010 Honda Accord EX for Battaglia's and I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff were more than friendly and professional. Let me say for the record that Joe Natale is by far one of the best guys in the auto sales industry right now. I cane here for a 2010 Honda Accord. I took it for a test drive. Joe worked absolutely hard to secure me the car I wanted. Because of Joe Natale, I did a serious upgrade from a gas guzzling 1999 Nissan Maxima to a more fuel efficient, top of the line, and very fun to drive Accord EX. About 5 years ago we bought a Camry from Battaglia for our youngest son to drive and it still runs like a top. They also resolved a minor issue with the sunroof on that car; their service department is friendly and helpful. I just bought a Subaru Forester wagon and was once again impressed. Seriously, how many people enjoy their car buying experience? The whole process is relaxed and low-key. Joe even got me a low rate for a loan; it was competitive with my credit union. They have clean, solid cars at a great price. I would highly recommend them. BTW, the new facility looks great too.

We had a fantastic experience at Battaglia Auto Sales. Joe Natale is great person. Plain and simple. We are the Steele's and my husband had been researching cars for months to find something used and reliable for many reasons. 1. something good in the snow 2. something safe for our daughter that will be learning to drive this year as she turned 16 (yikes) 3. this being our third vehicle that is super reliable, not expensive and low mileage for its age Chris found our car at Battaglia Auto Sales and texted Joe to tell him we would like to come up and look at it one afternoon. We did, we were greeted with a smile, told Joe why we were there, he got us the keys and we took our new BMW 325xi for a spin. A nice long drive checking EVERYTHING out from front to back. Every button and switch inside. The car was like new. Everything worked and we were extremely happy. After some discussion, we felt like this was the car for us and our needs. We then told Joe and off we went to buy the car. Joe was awesome. We had to finance the car and he found us a great rate, place that would finance us and called our insurance company to get us insured immediately. After ALL that paperwork, we left with the keys and our new (used) car!!!! Thank you Joe for being so nice, helpful and telling it like it is. No hidden agendas and no tricks. Very professional and extremely nice!!!!

I am extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service and overall high quality of vehicles at Battaglia! Joe Natale was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I knew that I wanted a Ford Escape, and when I walked on to the lot I was not hounded or haggled with. The transaction was smooth, quick, and painless, and the warranty that comes with all of their vehicles increased my peace of mind. He was also very nice to my kids. If I could give ten stars I would. Joe worked so hard to make the deal happen and wouldn't let us go home unless it was in the suv we wanted. I have never had someone work so hard on trying to get the numbers where they have to be. Let me tell you, he got us where we needed to be. We left with the suv and never been happier. We will be back for our next car purchase. If your looking for a great guy, down to earth and totall committed to his customers its Joe. Thanks for all your help Joe. We will be back.

Was looking around for a Ford Explorer, finally found one through cars.com. Turns out the vehicle I liked was less than a mile from my house, stopped in after work on NYE to take a quick look at it for myself. If it wasnt for dinner reservations at 6pm, I would have bought the car that evening. Joe and Ron were able to work out a great deal for me and I came back the next morning and drove off in my new Explorer. Easy buying experience, close to my house for when I need servicing, and I felt like I was part of their family after I left there. Thanks again Battaglia's!

I had been looking for a reasonably priced and well maintained used Subaru Forester and the vehicle I purchased from Battaglia Auto Sales was exactly what I was looking for. The vehicle was accurately described on their website and exactly what I expected upon seeing the vehicle in person. The sales staff was great, well informed, helpful, and very professional. I had the car inspected in Maryland so that I could get the car registered in MD and it passed inspection just fine except that an exhaust hanger had to be welded back on due to corrosion as would be expected with a Pennsylvania vehicle. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and highly recommend paying them a visit if you're in the market for a quality used vehicle at a fair price.

I have never brought a car from Battaglia but when someone hit my car I brought it to Battaglia's service department and they were fantastic! Not only did they help me out in a jam and save me money but everyone there is very friendly and professional! They also offer car detailing and I will definitely be taking my car there for a detail very soon!

We were extremely impressed with the quality of service at Battaglia. They are honest, give the cars excellent care, sell them at very fair prices, worked with our particular financial circumstances, and gave prompt service. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and we will be recommending this business to all of our friends who find themselves in need of a car. We know if we have any problems with the car we can take it back and have it serviced right at the car lot AND for no charge in the next 3 months. We dealt with people and family men- not just car salesman (and that wasn't part of some gimmick; it was truly who they are).

I needed to find a used vehicle for my daughter. We had a particular price range we had to work within so we did some research on the internet before going out shopping. We made a list of the cars we wanted to see, and we went to the dealers to look at them. Battaglia's had a nice selection of vehicles in our price range, and the salesman, Joe Natale, was a pleasure to work with. We decided to buy a car from Battaglia's because they're selective about the cars they sell, Joe was very knowledgeable about the cars on his lot, and he was not trying to pressure us into buying a vehicle. We were very comfortable with the experience. I would recommend Battaglia's to anyone looking for a pleasant used car buying experience.

Had a wonderful car buying experience here. All the reviews were right! Spent a couple weeks online and a few days hitting several dealers as far a 30 miles away from home. Stopped by Battaglia to check out one car they had that I was interested in for my daughter since they were fairly local to me. Since it is a small dealership and the head of sales had stepped out for a bit, Jim the comptroller assisted me until Joe returned. By the time Joe got back, I had taken a test drive, got to know a little more about the car and about Jim and the dealership. He was very nice. When Joe got back I was actually on my way out having put that car and the dealership on my list of "must sees" for when my daughter got into town. Went back to dealership with my daughter and bought the car (after deciding between 3 cars). Very pleasantly surprised that a small, local dealership had so many options with the style and price were were looking for. Very glad I stopped by... and will be sure to go back again for our next used car purchase.

I spent a few weeks looking around the web for a new to me Jeep Wrangler. I was getting an idea of what was out there and how much it was going to cost me. When it was finally time to get out and test drive something, my two young daughters and I headed to Battaglia, as it was the closest dealer to me with what I was looking for, and the price was quite fair. I talked to Joe about the jeep for a while and took it out for a drive. He didn't care that I wanted to stick car seats in the back (even though we had to disassemble the aftermarket trunk to hook up the belts!) He was even quite friendly with my girls. We came back, he answered a few more questions and we were on our way. He never once tried to push me into buying or financing. He answered my questions, gave me his card and we took off. I stopped back a few days later and drove it again (without the kids) and had a concern. Joe and I took it out together and he even took it to a transmission shop to have it looked at. I was still a bit hesitant (he is after all, a used car salesman, but I won't hold that against him ;) ) In the end, I bought the jeep. Joe went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with it and set my mind at ease with some extra warranty coverage, out of the dealer's pocket, not mine. At no time did I get that "used car salesman" feeling from him. He seemed genuine and really wanted me, his customer, to be satisfied. I would certainly recommend him and Battaglia to a friend looking for a used car in the future. If and when I am need of another vehicle, I will certainly check these guys out. I was looking for an inexpensive yet reliable car for my 16 y/o daughter to learn how to drive and then use as her car. I found this 2006 Kia Spectra5 online and being an owner of other Hyundai/Kia vehicles I thought it would be perfect for her. We had a GREAT experience buying our Honda Civic from Joe. He showed us that he appreciated us as customers and valued our time we were giving them. He was very attentive to us, fixed any issues we saw with the vehicle, such as an interior light being out, installed a new hood latch that was broken, etc. (Also, he went above and beyond...our van displayed a service engine light during our drive to their dealership and he did a check scan to show what the error code was.) Battaglia Auto Sales showed dealer excellence in how Joe was up front and honest with us about the vehicle. He carried himself professionally and made us feel very comfortable buying our next vehicle from him. The Honda Civic is in excellent condition and after owning it for one month now...we have had NO issues at all. We love driving it and we LOVE the excellent gas mileage we are getting. So like the title of this review shows...Customer Appreciation + Dealer Excellence = Merited Experience!!!! Outstanding experience and I would definitely recommend a friend to go to Battaglia! Joe and the rest of the crew over at Battaglia showed my wife and I that not all used car dealers are out purely to make a buck. Battaglia is out to make relationships. My brother recently bought a car from Joe and was extremely happy with the service and buying process. He really felt like Joe took care of him, so when it was time for us to look for a new vehicle we gave them a shot. My dad was in the car business for over thirty years so I have dealership experience and grew up around many car lots and different salesmen. I can honestly say that these guys are one of a kind and that the appreciation that my brother felt from his buying experience was not a fluke. Joe was nothing but honest and straight forward (but not pushy) about the cars we were looking at. He made the process incredibly less stressful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We ended up purchasing a Subaru Forrester and couldn't be happier, we looked at many Subarus in the area with similar years and or miles and Joe gave us not only the best deal but a deal that fully fit within our budget, which wasn't easy. He worked the numbers in a way most sales managers would only do for family member, and went out of his way to help us out preparing my old car get ready for a lease return. He did not have to offer to go the extra mile concerning my old lease, after all we already purchased the vehicle, its not like he needed to sweeten the pot to try to close the deal, but he did anyway...because these guys are not just concerned about selling vehicles, they are going out of their way to build relationships, the type of relationships that cause brothers, neighbors and friends to recommend their establishment over all the numerous dealers in the area. All dealers should take note...this is how dealerships should be run, Joe and the crew at Battaglia are now not just our spot for all future car purchases but I have no problem considering them friends!

on Monday 4/14/14 my transmission went on my old car. Started looking online and found battaglia auto sales to be top rated. From my first phone call to Joe to verify if they still had the vehicle to after the sale emails, he was extremely pleasant to deal with. The Explorer was exactly as advertised. Joe was not a pushy salesman. He presented the vehicle and answered my questions without any pressure or rushing me along. When I decided I wanted the vehicle but explained it was a bit out of my price range, Joe worked on the numbers to make it more affordable for me. He even brought Ron in to help crunch the numbers. Neither one placed any pressure on me. They merely explained the merits of the vehicle and presented the best price they could. I walked out happy with my decision and purchase and happy it had a 3 month powertrain warranty included. When I explained my experience to my wife, she stated, "Oh, that would make me go back again and to suggest them to family and friends."

I just purchased a used Mazda from Battaglia about a month ago. A week after I bought the car, somebody hit and ran my drivers side door while I was staying out for the night. When I came home the next morning, I realized there was a huge dent and my paint was chipped. I was originally going to get it fixed through insurance, but then I would have to pay a high deductible which I really didn't have the money for. I was having minor issues with my brakes, so I brought it to Battaglia as Joe requested and fixed the brakes issue with no problem! Then, after discussing my door, Joe said the he and the shop would be able to help me fix my door at a cheaper price. In addition, he had my car in and out of the shop in a day! Joe is a LIFESAVER. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have someone take such good care of me and my car. Both my brakes and door are back to normal, and I know I can always go to Joe with any issues in the future! Battaglia Auto takes such good care of their customers, I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to buy a car from them.

In a world where shopping for a used car can be dreadfully painful, it is good to know that there are still some reputable people/dealers out there. Joe, at Battlaglia Auto Sales was fantastic, and their cars are remarkably clean. After checking out Battaglia online and finding several quality cars in our price range, we decided to head down to see them in person. My son had his sights set on a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse, which we took for a test ride. The quality of the car, combined with Joe's up front, no pressure demeanor made it an easy decision to make. I had a great experience with Joe, he was honest with me from the beginning he also went out of his way to get me approved so I wouldn't have to have a co-signer. He then went the extra mile to take my old beat up Nissan Maxima off my hands and to put me into a used 2006 Mazda 6 I sport... which was a huge upgrade for me, car runs great even in the snow. I walked into Battaglia Auto Sales a week ago stressed that I could not find a car that I could get approved for. Right away, Joe Natale was at my service and helped me every step along the way. I have been searching for a Mazda3, and after having no luck at the Mazda Dealership, I came to Battaglia with one in mind. I stressed to Joe that I needed a car due to me having a job and being a full-time student. I did not have anybody to cosign for me and that was my biggest problem. Joe took the time to send my application through, and talked to the banks in order to get me the best interest rate and everything! I was approved for a GREAT interest rate considering I am young and a first time buyer. After settling the process which was completely easy and stress free, Joe had the car fully cleaned and ready to be driven the next morning! Battaglia was extremely helpful and I am so grateful to have people like them that care about you getting what you want and need. In addition, I purchased the extended warranty that covers the full term of my loan and it feels great knowing my car is covered! I had been saving up to buy a new car for quite sometime. I was looking around online when I stumbled upon a beautiful 2004 Ford Mustang. I wanted a Mustang since the day I got my permit. Joe was beyond polite, he didn't hassle me at all. I was given space and time to check out the entire vehicle and was able to test drive it for a good amount of time. The car runs so smooth and I have not had any problems with the car. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car. I was in the market for a used Mazda 3 sp23 edition. The nearest one I found was at Battaglia. It had every option and was even the color I was looking for. I traveled well over an hour just to see it and I am so glad I did. Joe was friendly, informative and very easy going. After my application for financing was accepted by the banks, he went through the trouble of making a phone call to his contact and getting me an even better rate. I was in need of a good car nothing over the top but great gas mileage and reasonably priced. I contacted these guys and they quickly responded to my inquiry wanting to know when I would be up to take the 06' Subaru legacy for a test drive. I don't live local near the dealership and wanted to ensure that I wasn't going to drive all the way up for it to be sold underneath me. Joe kept to his word by being present at the time we arranged. As I arrived he already had the vehicle detailed and running. He was polite and courteous greeting me with a handshake. Joe didn't pressure me or crowd me but instead asked for my license to make a copy while he retrieved a dealer tag. He gave me simple directions for a test drive and I was behind the wheel in less than 5 mins. The staff were professional at all times and worked with my bank. I left and hand to come back with the funds for the vehicle while joe prepared the paperwork and awaited my arrival back. He didn't sell the car from underneath me! A few weeks back I was in a bind. I had needed a car for quite sometime but I had been putting it off and then a fender bender forced my hand. I needed a car and I needed it quick but didn't what to rush anything. I spent the next couple of weeks looking around from the Greater Philadelphia Area to Central PA. The owner was beyond courteous and Joe, my salesmen was AMAZING!!! Found a Nissan on Monday via their website and sent an email that night, Joe went out of his way to contact me the next morning and gave a professional, no non-sense, inviting deal. I would and have recommend Battagalia Auto Sales to friends and family. While searching for a particular car without a real reason to buy, I came across one that I owned before and wanted again. I found it at Battaglia's. I left a message on their voice mail and was suprised to hear back from Joe Natale within hours of my call telling me to come on down and check out the car. What amazed me about this was it was Labor Day and Joe was working. I found Joe to be very personable, easy going and willing to do what it would take to get me in that car; not just for the sale, he has a sincerity about him to make you happy. I didn't go into the showroom to buy a car that day but I walked out with one because of Joe's efforts. Since the sale, I had an issue with the car and when I called Joe about it, without hesitation, he told me to bring it to him and he would make it good and he did. I was looking for a low mileage, late model work van. Ron and Joe had one that fit the bill but the radio had no aux input...a must for me! I also was turned off by a long scratch on one side (so many vans have these from scraping tree branches. I also mentioned that once I purchased it, I would have to find someone to take care of this as well as tint the rear windows. Ron worked a deal where he would have his guys do the tint, swap the factory radio for an aftermarket radio with aux input and leads for adding rear speakers, adding a pinstripe and painting the top. right side. The result: a beautiful van, professional installation of the tint and radio, expert body work, full detailing and all done on time and with great courtesy and attention to detail. A great experience. I will be sure that whenever anyone I know needs a car. I will send them to Battaglia. Thanks Ron and Joe !!

I went in to check out a used vehicle and immediately was greeted by Joe at the dealership. He gave me some information on the car and let me go for a test drive. I ended up purchasing this vehicle and since it was my first vehicle it was a learning process. Luckily, Joe was very patient and worked with me so that we got everything figured out. I appreciate his help greatly! He seemed honest and like he actually was trying to help me out. I am sure it was a little tougher working with a first-time car buyer but he handled it perfectly. It is clear that they take care of their facilities and their vehicles, trying to make the best appearance for their customers. This does go a long way when you are trying to judge a company with only brief interactions.

I didnt need repairs so i didnt check that one :) we drove over an hour to get there to check out a mazda. This is the dealer to visit if in the market for a used car! Negotiations are pressure-free and straightforward. Joe attempts to make it work for you. The process is efficient and takes little time once the decision is made to purchase. We were able to drive the car, negotiate the transaction, and, have all necessary paperwork including temporary tag in 90 minutes. After visiting several dealers in the area we saw Battaglia's dealership on the way home and stopped in to check out several cars we noticed on the lot. Joe was close to closing and stayed until we looked at several used cars. We chose one that had just arrived and was not prepped by Battaglia so we waited several days for the work to be done. There was one problem after we drove the car home and Joe fixed it immediately. My daughter is driving the car and is very happy with it. Our price range was low and the cars we saw at the other dealers were "auction" cars that were in accidents and were painted however the work done on them was not quality work because we could see the difference in paint color and the parts put on did not line up with the adjacent areas. I previously bought used cars from a company that has good prices and low mileage cars however they try to sell you a lot of add ons at very high prices and after spending hours saying no to all the not necessary items we were disappointed with the amount of time spent on these items. With Battaglia there was "no pressure, no hype" and the time was spent on the car we were buying.

Joe responded quickly to my initial email, but there was no reply to my questions about the car. Bought our son his first car here! Joe was awesome to deal with from start to finish...not pushy at all! We test drove the car several times, asked a ton of questions, and he was very patient and let us make our decision without pressure, which was a huge bonus for us! We shopped around for several months, and felt all the cars on Battaglia's lot were clean, well taken care of, and fairly priced. We would recommend shopping here for a nice quality used car.

I was referred by a good friend who bought a car year a few years ago. He spoke very well of his experience. He liked the car and the service he received. I looked at the website and found the car I was looking for. I called Joe and made an appointment to see him the next day. Joe allowed me to take a test drive, alone, at my leisure. I liked that a lot. They show the car fax report of each car on the website and it is there on each and every car. I felt very comfortable and not pressured into buying it. I was looking for an used car for almost 2 months, I almost lost hope of finding one fitting my requirements. I just picked up my 'new' used car today, and I'm already loving it. Ron and Joe were great. It was a bumpy start to the relationship as the car I went to see was already sold. It was a genuine case of miscommunication. But Ron the owner felt really bad about the mix up and promised to make amends which he did. I saw another car I liked on his lot but it was hundreds of dollars more than the car I wanted. Ron offered the car for the same price as the one that was sold. He is a man to his word and the deal was done. You get to know a lot about a business when thing go wrong and how they fix the problem. Ron and the sales manager Joe were great to work with and were very patient and professional, no pressure sales here. The showroom was spotless even the restrooms! All the cars on the lot were well serviced and in good condition. I would be happy to send anyone to get there next car from these gentlemen.

i bought my first car from this dealership. my 2000 jeep wrangler had rusty brake lines unkown to me at first. but when i called the dealership they gladly took a second look and replaced them without any hassle. i would reccomend this place because they offer a great warrenty decent prices but a great experience with approachable salesmen.

Picked up an awesome Subaru from them at a great price. All the cars on the lot are great. Staff is knowledgable and helpful, as well as fun. Facilities are immaculate - even the shop. I drove 4 hours out of my way to go to them, and would absolutely do it again. Highly recommend them to anyone.

We bought our daughter's first car today. The 1 & 1/2 hr drive from Elkton, MD to Plymouth Meeting was totally worth it! Ron & his staff where very professional, the facilities where very clean, and most importantly the 2005 Scion TC that we purchased today was just as beautiful & clean in real life as it looked on the internet. We can be tough customer's because my husband is a very experienced Toyota technician, however this car was in such great condition that he could not find anything wrong with it! It drove very smooth! The buying process was also easy! This is only our first day with the car, so we will update in the future if any new interactions are required, however the Scion drove great all the way back to Elkton, MD and we don't anticipate any problems! We picked our daughter up from work in it today & she was thrilled!! She said "this is the most beautiful machine I have ever seen!!!" We are so glad we found Battaglia Auto Sales, and we recommend them anyone who is looking for really nice used car!

The guys at Battaglia could not have been more helpful and friendly. They have a very high-quality inventory of used cars, walked me and my wife through the financing process, and helped us find the exact right car for us. They really stand behind their products, giving a 90-day warranty and offering a 3 year one. We bought a used Subaru wagon in tremendous shape, very nicely detailed for sale, and with all the bells and whistles working properly. A few weeks later, the 'Check Engine' light came one (and later went off mysteriously), they checked it out once, found nothing, invited us back if it happened again. It did, and they did a thorough diagnostic, found a cracked spark plug wire, and replaced it right away. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I saw a car on their website that I wanted to test drive. From the moment I walked in, I was treated professionally, courteously and promptly. My entire buying experience was the same. I did have a small issue with the car after buying it, but they rectified this quickly, with no complaints. I would buy another car from them in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a moderately priced used car.

I needed a reliable but inexpensive car. I'm not typically a used car lot person, but I liked this dealer's inventory and went in to test drive a car I'd seen online. Service was attentive and easy--no high pressure here. There were other things I liked: the carfax was clearly available, so you could at least have an idea of the car you were considering; the vehicles seemed really clean. I'd gone to another dealer that didn't even seem to vacuum their used vehicles before putting them on the lot. Plus, this dealer offered a 3 month powertrain warranty. I dealt with the owner, Ron. The deal went smoothly, was handled professionally, and they've subsequently been prompt in answering questions or handling a few minor things I had. If you're looking for an economy priced used car and prepared to do your homework, I'd definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Update: It's now been several weeks since I got my car, and I am loving it!

I bought my daughter a car there in January and had a great buying experience. Joe and Terry were great to deal with and when I had a minor issue with the car they corrected it immediately. My daughter was in an accident with that car and it was totaled so we were in need of another vehicle. So five months later I am back at Battaglia looking for a car. I went to other dealers but none made me feel like I could trust them. Joe went out of his way to find a car for my daughter in the price range that we could afford. If you're in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, visit Ron Battaglia. He and his staff are wonderful. I purchased a pre-owned Audi A4 and had a great experience with Ron, Joe and Terry throughout the whole process - from the test drive to financing to driving my car off the lot. Ron showed me the Carfax before I even asked and the price was well within Kelly Blue Book range. Everything was clear and up front - no pitch to sell me anything extra at the last minute. I have never seen such an unprofessional place. I purchased a vehicle on 2/15/12. Terry the General Manager's fit the sterotypical USED CAR salesman. He smiles and misrepresents himself, his vehicles and his company. The vehicle had some rather major issues and Terry's says things like "I have been here six years, we are not going anywhere" I called a month after the sale to inform him the air conditioning didn't work. He told me you bought an as-is vehicle and when I told him they listed A/C THAT WORKS, He became agitated and insulted me. Someone who a month earlier promised they take of their customers. There are a lot of choices to buy a car these days. Don't let their appearance fool you. Terry & Joe will smile while they are sticking it you. Fair Warning

The General Manager Terry is the most unprofessional person you will ever run into. He will look you in the eye and say "I have been here 6 years trust me" then when you go back for service after the sale, they tell you "your vehicle was sold as is". The owner Ron is totally hands off and Joe the salesman has a bad attitude.Do yourself a favor and stay away from these frauds. I am sorry I ever met them

I was looking for a 7-9k car and found this dealership on Cars.com. Even though it was a thirty minute drive I was impressed with their website and how they responded to my phone call. Long story short, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Terry and Joe were very professional with out making me feel like I was being pressured. The process was non imtimidating and very easy. I drove it home the same day and would very much recommend this dealership.

1/16/2012 I purchased a 2005 Ford F150 4X4 pickup truck from Battaglia Auto Sales in Plymouth Meeting , PA, because I was impressed with the quailty of vehicles on the lot and the professional sales staff. I recently purchased a 2010 Toyata Prius from Battaglia. I was in the market for a car because of a new job and I knew I wanted a Prius. Battaglia had a great price for the gem of a car I purchased. I drove out to Plymouth Meeting from Philadelphia to test drive the car. I am a first time buyer was nervous about the car sales person pressuring me to buy or overwhelming me with his/her sales pitch. Joe, was great. He showed me the car and gave me the option of test driving it with or without him. He had a grace about him that was welcoming and kind. He made me feel really comfortable. After the test drive, I told him I was interested but wanted to think about it over the weekend. He graciously shook my hand and took down my number. After the weekend, I called to see if the car was still on the lot and if so, that I'd like to purchase it. Being new to this whole process, Joe and Terry guided me through financing and obtaining car insurance with ease. A few days later, I drove back out to Plymouth Meeting and picked up my goregous Prius. After signing a pile of paperwork, they handed me the keys and both their cards saying to call if I had any questions or concerns. Battaglia is a great place to purchase a car from. (the 4 stars was from them not giving me a full tank of gas in the car- I don't know what is kosher so if I am wrong in this situation assume they have 5 stars)
