Great experience. I ran into some issues but the team did everything they could to make sure I left with a vehicle a very affordable nice vehicle and I did just that. The team there was absolutely wonderful. They worked past work hours to help me. I really appreciate everything they did. Chase would check on me and keep me updated on everything. I am glad I chose Bayird in west memphis ar. Thank you guys so much

My wife and I were in the market to buy because of an accident we had. These folks made us feel at home through the whole buying process. Seth Freeman was our sales guy and he is worth coming to see. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! I can’t stress enough how shady and dishonest these people are. They will shove any vehicle they have down your throat for you to buy and give you as little information as possible. They will do whatever they can from letting you do research on your own to make a good purchase decision. I made the mistake of signing on a vehicle that I had only seen one picture. I was told that if I did not like the vehicle that it would be no problem at all to change my decision. After seeing the vehicle the first time I decided that I grossly overpaid for what the vehicle was. I went back the same day and was told no that there was nothing they were going to do. Seriously, there are so many places to purchase a vehicle from. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place like the plague. They have some decent reviews because they are nice as they can be until after you do business with them. Walking in the door of Bayird West Memphis was a huge mistake.
