Absolutely the best place I have ever been to! Jeff said, "Yes"! Thank you, to everyone at Bayside Automall. Jeff made the experience so pleasant. He doesn't look at you like your worthless bc of your credit score. He's HONEST and he doesn't apply pressure. I WILL RETURN for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th vehicle.

Was looking at a 350z. Did not buy but not due to anything of their fault. I decided to go with a newer Genesis Coupe. They were helpful and knew about the car. Very friendly and, when I asked about the price compared to book value, they agreed and offered me a better price that was much more in-line with the official value (can't blame them for asking for more -- it's up to the buyer to know what anything should sell for).

I purchased a 2012 infinite in March 2016. The service I received from Jeff was top notch. I will return at anytime and I suggest that you give this dealership a try.I had a goal to the amount I wanted to pay and the bank had a higher amount. Jeff step in and I am riding with the car I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. Thanks Jeff for the experience of my life time for buying a car...No hassle and very friendly. Many options to choose from. Low mileage vehicle and good condition.

While me and the fiance were in there with our son the were willing to put cartoons on for him to watch. Russel was very helpful and knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot. He broke down the paperwork to where it was easier to understand and even provided a free carfax report. i definitely refer friends to the lot and will return.

This was my first car purchase, and I loved how completely honest Jeff was about the car I was interested in along with the other cars I had interest in. Jeff made process of purchasing my first car go very smoothly and any questions I had being a new buyer he didn't hesitate to educate me, I recommend all buyers in the area drop by and take a look at the awesome inventory and ask for Jeff if you're interested.

While the facilities aren't flashy, the way Russell and Jeff work with their customers is. They worked almost a week trying to find financing and payments that would work with my credit and budget. I recommend them to everyone.

Oddly enough, the fact that I had longed for a Cadillac CTS or XTS for quite some time had barely crossed my mind when I strolled on to the lot in the market for a used car. I suppose that dream seemed too far fetched, and I was in need of something that I could realistically afford. They had a lot full of sharp looking vehicles, and I quickly zeroed in on one that seemed practical and possibly affordable. Russell met me at the window as I peered in at the interior. After exchanging pleasantries, I asked about the price... Wow, it was even less than I thought. Kicking some more tires while quizzing Russell on the numbers, I quickly caught on to their game: They simply stock fantastic cars and put great prices on them! My attention turned to something that caught my eye upon my arrival to the lot... A 2007 Cadillac CTS in Blue Chip with only 70k on the odometer! With Russell in tow, I made a bee line for the car. When he gave me the numbers on this beauty, my reaction was a wha, wha, whaaat? There must be something wrong with this car! He assured me it had a clean CarFax (happily produced upon request) and that their mechanic cleared it. Well, just to be sure, I took it to my own trusted mechanic around the corner where they jacked it up, plugged it in, and went over it with a fine toothed comb. Even they could not believe the exceptional condition of this car! Ladies and gentlemen, the car is cherry, the price was a steal, the customer service was fantastic...
