Impressed on how they responded back so quickly. I would definitly recommend this place to a family, co worker and friends that is looking for a yar in the future. I will guarantee come back to this dealership as soon as i get my tax returns and purchase my vehicle here. Very fast and friendly. Keep up the good work and dont work to hard.

I moved here recently and was in need of a vehicle.I was looking at car ads in these newspaper they have in a eatery i visited and came across the Bayview Auto ads. I was really impressed with the type of vehicles and prices they offered. Gave them a call and spoke with a young lady by the name of Kahea. She was very professional and friendly over the phone. Set me up an appoinment to meet with the salesman jay. I arrived at the Aiea location and was greeted by Kahea. She was superior in greeting me and very helpful with my questions even though she was just a receptionist. the car salesman jay was very promising too. Gave me a test drive of the vehicle i was interested in.With professionalism and excellent customer service,I decided to purchase.The vehicles here are in excellent condition and prices are reasonable.Staff is awesome.Definitely recommend coming here!!!!!

Bayview is superb in customer service...Vehicle i purchased is just how the ad described it. Positive customer service. Front desk receptionist Kahea is very knowledgable and friendly.She helped me every step of the way. Car salesman was very helpful too. If you need a vehicle this is the place to get one from.

Before coming down to Bayview Auto, I visited other car dealers; greeted with the typical pushy sales people. At Bayview Auto, no pressure shopping whatsoever. Car shopping is never easy especially when you're on a tight budget. At Bayview Auto, I was able to get the car that I needed at a price that I could afford.

Went to Kaneohe location, they had very prompt service and gave me a lot of options. They gave me just as much options as those big dealerships if not more. Since they aren't as big as some other dealerships it seems like they really care about the customer more. With this type of experience I won't go to another dealership, thank you guys!!!

After being too many different used car lots and having horrible experiences I was blown away by the amazing customer service I got at Bayview Auto Sales in aiea!!! Kahea was wonderful and my salesman Ron was amazing!!!!if you are looking for a great car from great people go to Bayview!!!

First of all I purchased a 2005 Jeep Wrangler from these guys. Traded in my beat up Honda I've had for ages!! Anyways, they took my trade and got a great deal on the jeep. I recommend and will refer my friends and family to them. The process didn't take long and they weren't super pushy.. ahhh I could breathe! Lol
