This dealership knows how to make you feel at home. Although I didn't purchase my vehicle from there, I get all my car repairs done from there. They seem to be pretty honest and they don't come up with a list of outrageous recommendations as a way to squeeze more money out of you. When you go to a dealership, you expect that you're going to pay a bit more for the work they do. However, I've never had to take my vehicle back because of poor service. Old man Joe, affectionately known, usually sees that my vehicle is handled properly from beginning to end. I love his presence and he's easy to meet. Honestly, I've have no complaints with any of the staff I've encountered. The ONLY thing I wish is that they had more loaner cars available when you have to leave your vehicle for several hours, or overnight to be repaired. But the flip side to that, is that they offer a complimentary car service to your home and back to the dealership if you're within about a 10 mile radius.

Jon Marino made my experience at Bayway Chevrolet memorable with my 2016 Cadillac ATS V purchase. He was quick to respond to any questions I had and always kept a positive attitude. I truly do recommend Bayway Chevrolet to any one looking for quality in service/vehicles and competitive pricing.

I was really impressed with the customer service offered by Izzy. Shopping for a car was very hard and when we had started to give up . We called to ask about a trailblazer he went above and beyond for us. We drove straight over there, he answered all our questions.I’ll Definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Josh was responsive to my email inquiries which led me to come in to the dealership to see the vehicle I was looking at. After going to a few other dealerships in the Houston area I made my way back to Bayway to complete my purchase. What started as a five star review is now dropped to a four star review due to the poor performance in the service and after sale additions side of things. What should have been completed in an entire day that I dropped my vehicle off is now requiring me to bring it back a second time due to poor time management. And we keep having to lower the bar with each incomplete interaction . . .

I can say that i appreciate everything you all have done considering I am fighting Covid and Pneumonia. I did so much from home in the bed sick and she guided me gracefully. But it all goes to Raquel. She was awesome and i am very thankful to her. Thanks, Sonja Keel
