My experience purchasing a vehicle from BCG International was nothing short of spectacular. Five stars are not enough for the excellent service I have received. They deserve all the stars in the sky if I could give that as a rating. I am ecstatic to have left the lot with the car that I desired. The level of service I received at BCG International surpassed my expectation, especially since being turned away from so many other dealers that make empty promises. The service is genuine and diligent. I implore anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to do it with BCG International. We came here to get another car and Ed Cortez helped us out. We drove around and he showed us a couple different models and interiors that they had. Even drove us to their second lot to take a look at another model that we were interested in. Not only was he very friendly and funny, but he also made the process extremely easy and quick. Expected to be at the dealership for a lot longer but the process went by like a breeze. Highly satisfied and would recommend.

You can count on BCG to deliver the right experience and great customer service. Their staff is extremely professional and always trying to help customers. Purchased a BMW here and Carpet is always wet. Went to dealership 2xs for mechanic and I live 40 mins away for the mechanic to not be there.. When I test Drove the car I noticed it wasn’t driving its full potential nonetheless The Salesman says “Yeah these cars don’t drive that fast normally anyway, but I’ll have my mechanic check it and fix the issue”.. later on making the purchase before leaving he hands me the Remote “key” and I go outside and push the unlock button and the remote doesn’t work..
