If you want a no-pressure but super informative car-buying experience, go here and ask for Catherine. She was very personable, easy to work with and did just the right amount of communication (not intrusive like other dealers/sales folks). It was also nice having someone shorter like me to relate to my car needs. I even texted her late in the evening and she was quick to respond. I’m very happy with my purchase and the entire process. Highly recommend.

I don't spend an excessive amount of time looking for small defects when I go looking for newer vehicles. After buying, I noticed within the first 24 hours some spots where paint had chipped (pictures) and attempted to contact Beardmore to find a win-win resolution from what I had hoped would be a reputable company. My first returned call after my prior voice-mails and messages with Receptionists was from their in-house All-State Insurance rep trying to sell me insurance packages. After I left another message, I finally got a returned call from Tom. I asked for Beardmore to do paint touch-ups, his response was that I was asking him for a blank check and I was responsible for all due diligence. I didn't argue the fact about due diligence but I'm surprised that major brands like GM and Subaru would allow Beardmore to put out a vehicle with what should be easily fixable issues out on the lot for sale without fixing them first. Be very mindful when considering buying a used vehicle from Beardmore!

My questions were answered completely and everything was explained. We encountered no surprises or hidden fees. The staff is amazing. Catherine Smith was amazing, she knew almost everything and if she didn't know it off the top of her head, she got the information for me. She was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. I would like to also mention Brandon Johnson with the Love Encore program. He was also very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've had my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek for a year and LOVE it! And I travel 150 miles for dealer service at Beardmore Subaru. Their hours are convenient, they bend over backwards to take care of your car and you and the staff is super friendly. My only complaint is the "add on" service they don't tell you about...like "fuel treatment" at each oil change? Really, a year old car with less than 10K on the odometer and I use an ethanol blend...and they need to "up-charge" me for "fuel treatment... come on guys, I may be a woman but I know better!

New Crosstrek 2016 that had damage to front bumper and was promised it would be repaired. THEY had the car for a week and when we got it back, ot was exactly as it was before. SO essentially they parked it for a week and once again did nothing. Seriously this dealership is the worst.

Went in to purchase a very simple part, a tire sensor for a Chevey Malibu, walked out with a sensor for a Buick, when I asked a simple question all he could say was , I do not know I just sell parts, no you can't even do that! Was not impressed Would not buy any parts here again , and NEVER A Car!!!!

Bought a brand new (or was supposed to be a brand new) Crosstrek 2016. Someone stole the navigation chip out of it. Was told that would be remedied quickly, that took a month to resolve and 3 trips to the dealership. The first trip to the dealership to have the work done, we waited for 6 hours to find out that they did nothing on the car; when they were supposed to be fixing the damage to the paint and the chip to the navigation system. They apologized, like that did anything but anger me further, and scheduled another day for me to have to waste to bring the car back to them. Trip 2, we brought it in and they were supposed to fix the navigation system. They didn't but they did to the rust proofing and the female in the service department commented that we were not going to see that navigation chip "any time soon." They were great about rust proofing the vehicle, but I suppose that was so we did not cancel that $900.00 add-on because of the lousy service on everything else. There was a blemish on the drivers door, they just sanded that off and left damage to the clear coat (swirl marks). When we originally bought it, we did not notice until we washed it the first time that it had been driven it into something and they had damaged the front bumper, it was noted and they were supposed to have this fixed. I called today( now 2 months later) and low and behold, they never even bothered to order the parts for this supposed brand new car. First time Subaru owner and wouldn't buy another one due to this experience ever and in fact, If it wasn't for the fact that we have already titled the vehicle, bought extended warranty on it and are upside down on the loan due to the value. I would be getting a lawyer and filing for breach of contract and they could have this vehicle back. It sucks on long trips, it is loud to the point that if you are going to take it on a trip wear ear plugs or your ears will ring for days because of the decibels. As far as legal action, that is still an option. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I have purchased many cars since I was 17. This experience was by far the greatest I have ever had.A couple of weeks ago, David Shuck was able to help me test drive a Cross Trek and start the wheels turning for thinking about buying or leasing a Subaru. He was incredibly helpful and I had planned on returning to Beardmore and work with him when I decided to lease a Subaru Impreza. The morning I arrived at Beardmore, David was unavailable since he was working with someone, however Bonnie Ahrens stepped right in to immediately help me. Bonnie was incredible with helping me find the best car for my budget without sacrificing the fun I was looking for (She knew I was on a smaller budget, but wanted something more than basic). I still cannot believe the deal she helped me find on the 2016 Subaru Impreza Sport I chose to lease. This car is the nicest car I have ever leased/owned and I owe it all to Bonnie for finding it for me. Thank you also to your finance manager Jason Hoeman for making the process so simple and also to Jeff the Allstate agent for helping me transport my old Jeep back to my apartment. Best experience in car buying ever. Thane has sold me at least 3 cars over the last 5 years and made it the easiest process yet. I remember buying cars before Thane. It was NOT fun. He explains everything I need explained. Nothing is tedious. He always has a quick laugh and a great attitude The Beardmore Subaru location is busy but clean and quiet. It's very pleasant. Having worked as a car salesman and coming in to this dealership with a pretty bad pre-conceived notion of how it would go down I can say I was completely surprised by what happened. We were greeted at the door by Dave and he took us inside and just honestly wanted to know what we were looking for so that we did not have to waste any time. We were able to get the pricing we wanted and the exact car I had been looking for. Both Dave and Brett the finance manager we worked with were absolutely the most well informed, kind, and genuinely caring people I have ever met in the car sales industry. Having worked at Baxter for a year I can guarantee you that they do not even train anyone at their facilities to treat you this way. They were honest, and were only trying to get us the pricing and the deal that we wanted.We will be coming back here for years to come due to just how friendly, and caring they were to us. Also my wife is pretty happy now because we know of a super dog-friendly dealership that we can go to in the future. :) Thank you to the whole team there! We loved the entire Beardmore experience!

Wow! Thane Kreager really helped our car buying experience. We were looking for a replacement for our 13-year old van. We did our homework in advance and working with Thane really added to my research. Thane was enthusically helpful without being a pain...he described all the features of our Forester and answered any and all questions we had. His presentation was very thorough, and very TRANSPARENT with all the details necessary. He was TREMENDOUS! (Yes, I'm SHOUTING this comment). We worked with Dave Sexton tonight at Beardmore Subaru and I have never dealt with a more smooth and easy car buying experience. My husband and I are younger, and we've dealt with several other dealerships treating us badly. Beardmore exceeded every other car buying experience. They were kind, informed and made us feel comfortable. At no point were any salesmen or finance managers pushy or rude. They were friendly not sales-y, which we totally appreciated!I would recommend David and the Beardmore team a hundred times! We are looking forward to my Jeep lease expiring so we can work with them again. This wife is happy her husband is finally done car shopping and that we bought a car from Beardmore.

What can I say? We had poor experiences at other dealerships, including Baxter (Stan Olsen) and Edwards. Luke at Beardmore gave us great personal service, including separate test drives for my wife and myself while we were wrangling our daughter. The price was fair, they sourced us a vehicle from Minnesota within a few days, and they were very responsive to our few concerns and hiccups that happened along the way. The facility was very nice as well. No dingy offices, just bright lights and glass walls. That wasn't a big deal to us, but it was nice as car deals take a bit of time. When my phone went dead, Luke even found me a phone charger and brought my charged phone out to me when we were in the finance office. Basically, exceptional service throughout. Oh, and we like the car too.

We purchased a 2006 Baja back in May 2014 before it even hit the lot. This car is gorgeous! 53K miles and left in amazing condition. This was the best price we found of all the Bajas we researched(a lot). Our dealer was very nice, helpful and honest. There were some mechanical problems we ran into over the last few months (transmission, belts, swaybar end links(?) and we live in KC so we had the car fixed at our local dealership. Subaru of America covered a large portion, as did the warrantee, but we still had a good portion left to pay. We discussed the work needed with Jim and Rob in Service and very quickly both gentleman showed how dedicated they are to keeping quality to the Beardmore name. 2 days later I received a very generous check to offset the rest of the cost. When Beardmore and Subaru tells you they have pride in their cars and stand by that, believe them! I'm not shocked to see the high ratings, they are well earned. The Baja is my 3rd Subaru and we will be back many many years from now when it's time to purchase again. (New Bajas please!!!!!!). Thank you, Beardmore for being so wonderful to work with!!!

We are long-time Subaru lovers and a one-car family. We leased a new vehicle this summer in an effort to assure we would have reliable transportation for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, we began experiencing major electrical problems within the first few months. The service staff at Beardmore had our vehicle for over 34 days without ever calling us to update us on what theyd found, and could provide no detailed diagnostic information, which may be why the problem continues to reoccur, requiring us to repeatedly return the vehicle. Throughout the process we were dismissed by service manager Jim Bowser and his technicians, who gave little more than 1-word responses. We were lied to by GM Doug Christensen, who gave us the verbal equivalent of a pat on the head and assured us we would be taken care of though he provided no follow-through. He and his entire staff made it quite clear they couldnt care less about our lack of reliable transportation, so we took the car elsewhere to have it properly diagnosed by professionals. If Beardmore is incapable of completing warranty work correctly and with tact, Im not sure what they can do. Would highly recommend going elsewhere- anywhere, elsewhere.

I have just completed the purchase of my 4th Subaru Forester, three of them from Beardmore Subaru, and two of them with Thane Kreager. Needles to stay we love the car which comes better and better year after year. I cannot say enough how happy and comfortable I am in dealing with this dealership. What a difference their honest and friendly attitude can make when buying and trading! I would recommend any Subaru buyer to go straight to this dearlership to save time and hassle.

When my husband and I recently decided to buy a new Subaru Forester, our local Subaru dealership here in Sioux Falls, SD wanted a ridiculous price. Their idea of a "fair price" was to add a wholly bogus $1,069 "dealer prep" fee and $200 "documentation" fee to the MSRP then graciously knock them off and try to charge folks nearly full retail on a vehicle. We emailed other Subaru dealers in Iowa, Nebraska, and Minnesota to check on Forester models available and get price quotes. We finally purchased a Forester 2.5i CVT from Beardmore Subaru. Even after the expense of a 6-hour round-trip drive to Bellevue, NE, we saved around $1,600 over what Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls wanted to charge us. The salesman we dealt with at Beardmore Subaru was Tom Howard. Mr. Howard was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the transaction as simple and straightforward as possible.

Recently had an addition to family. Needed to upgrade vehicles. I brought our 10 week old child in to make sure his car seat fit how we wanted it. I flew in from SWMO to drive home a low-mileage used car. I had specific questions which were specifically answered--unfortunately, some of the answers were not accurate. I ultimately still wanted and bought the car, but without some of the desired features I was seeking. Rick Ham was an accommodating sales person and even gave me a ride from the airport. Financing, which I had asked to be addressed before I left, had not been touched until I sat down in the finance office. I asked for this because of my local relationships with banks where I've been financed at competitive rates. The finance manager saw no auto loans on my credit report (I owned two already, and paid off early) with a 5yo "ding" on my report and started quoting rates at, I kid you not, 10.99% on a 60 month note. After I got my own bank on the phone, it magically started to decrease as she stepped in with her manager to see if she could do anything for me. I ask the industry as a whole: Do you believe the public so naive as to think we don't know you (the dealer) in your dealings with your lenders can still make more money at the financing table, as a percentage of the cost of lending, and that the rates are only as competitive as they have to be?To be clear, my FICO, was just shy of 700 at the time of purchase. NOT impressed with financing.The service department claimed the vehicle checked out, however, a carrier bearing was about to go out and I didn't feel it until 1,000 miles post-purchase. My fault for not putting the thing on a lift, but if a DEALER claims to have had it checked out, as opposed to a sketchy used car independent, I'm more inclined to believe them. It's on me ($1800), but I still like my car--I just would've negotiated more in retrospect.

Angel was our sales person and she was very friendly and knew the answers to all my questions about the cars I was looking at. She made me feel very relaxed and made the whole car buying experience great.I was never in the building more than a minute without someone asking if I needed anything or would like something to drink. The whole staff there went out of their way to make me feel welcome.Thane was very helpful explaining the Navigation system to my husband and myself. Our overall experience was great and we will be back the next time we want to purchase a new car.

The service was friendly. I wanted to make the sale happen that day, and several members stayed late to help me make that happen. Every step was handled professionally and questions were followed up so there was no miscommunication. Verbal agreements from both sides were followed up with paper copies for both sides to sign so there was never a concern about "what he/she said was..." They gave the impression that they were there to make money, but not by taking advantage of people.

I would recommend Bearmore Subaru anyday!! The positives I thought were: They didn't bother me too much at home while I thought about the process of buying the car. That I liked... they didn't seem to be too pushy. Another positive would be that I got the car I wanted for the price I planned on paying for it. I can't really argue with that!! A small negative would be it took about 6 hours to buy the car. I just wish it didn't take so long to go from salesperson presenting a price then you counter offering and then they go back upstairs to the head house and come back and you keep going back and forth over and over again. However, I had the time in my day to play the game and I think both parties were happy with the sale. Another positive thing I found was I saw a small imperfection the next day and took it back to them and they fixed it right away...no questions asked. That was nice. Yes some could say that is what they should have done. True but they didn't make me feel at all that it was any part of my doing!! I was just glad not to hear.... well you did check it over and drove it off the lot but we will see what we can do. That is excellent customer service. Most of all so far I love the Subaru Outback!! I am getting great gas milage, its comfortable and has everything I wanted.

Fantastic experience! I cannot say enough about the wonderful treatment, care and assistance from Todd Beardmore. He not only answered all of our questions he went out of his way to be there everystep of the way. He was encouraging and patient. We felt as if we were the only people in the dealership with the customer service that he provided to us. He is such a positive and friendly man. We have told all of our friends about the exceptional customer service that we have recieved from Todd and the team at Beardmore Chevrolet. There are other Chevy dealers in the area but the individual attention and friendly (not pushy) treatment of the Beardmore team is terrific. I work in a customer service field and so am very particular about the service I receive - ok I am downright pickey! We have purchased two cars from Todd in the past 4 months and will return again to deal with him. When you walk around the dealership with Todd he has a smile and positive word for everyone. There were others that we dealt with but Dale is the other stand out for us. We were there 4 months ago and Dale has been wonderful, patient and encouraging. He knew of some of our past financial challenges and yet did not judge us and encouraged us. When there Saturday he was almost like a proud parent sharing with us the progress we were making in our credit scores. It made us feel really good to have that encouragment and to know that he cared as well. The Beardmore team is wonderful. Thanks to each one of them but especially to Todd. Blessings.

We made an appointment to look at a 2006 Subaru since we live in Lincoln but don't care for the selection of the used Subarus in the area. Rick Ham (who we made the appointment with) quickly had us out the door to test drive the car that we were interested in. He had the car running and ready for us. We were very happy with the car and after the test drive, were prepared to purchase. We were able to come to an agreement on price after Rick spoke to his manager and they looked at our trade-in. I was hoping to get a little more for the trade-in, but I do feel that we received a great price for the Subaru and trade-in together. Rick was professional, funny, welcoming, and wonderful to deal with. Rob Christopherson, who did all of the paperwork was also professional, friendly, and worked very quickly to get us out the door with our car. We had a wonderful experience at Beardmore and we would highly recommend this dealer. It was definitely worth the drive from Lincoln.

I was initially very disappointed with my visit to the service department this morning. Two issues arose: 1. the quoted price for my service was $156; the billed price was $190+, and 2. I inquired about service coupons and was told there were not any; I found one on the Beardmore website.The online coupon was applied to my bill prior to my paying. After paying $171 for the remainder and leaving disappointed, I received a call from the service department that they had realized that I had been overcharged. They wrote me a check for the overcharge and had it ready for me in less than one hour.I was pleasantly surprised by the turn of events and well definitely return to Beardmore!David Henry

I love my Subaru. After 5 years it's only had very minor issues (windshield wipers got stuck, for example). Due to some issues with other cars and other dealerships, I am normally reluctant to use them for service. But every interaction I've have with Beardmore has been professional, prompt and very affordable. I would highly recommend Subaru and Beardmore Subaru especially.

Angel worked very hard to please me, but I am a hard person to please and they just didn't have EXACTLY what I wanted for the money I was willing to spend. Very friendly people and she went the extra mile to try to find for me what I wanted. I test drove a few different vehicles and Subaru is what I wanted to go with. They had one that almost fit my desires but it didn't have all the bells and whistles I was hoping for. I did find another Subaru in Des Moines and purchased it because I was set on getting a Subaru. I test drove a Murano, Enclave, MKZ, Outback, B9 Tribeca and Legacy, and I was most impressed with the B9 Tribeca 2007. I was looking at a used Subaru on cars.com, seemed to have everything I wanted and the pricing seemed to be reasonable. I went in over my lunch (foolishly) just to test drive and get some paperwork started, as my fiance would also have to approve as well. That is where I made my mistake. I told them where I needed to be payment wise, and of course, they come back with WAY higher than my comfort zone with the usual song and dance of, "This is the best way...blah blah blah...". They sales reps have to walk about 50 yards to another building to deal with the used car manager, which makes ABSOLUTELY no sense at all, that wastes so much time going back and forth.About the the first time I tried to leave I got the "Hang on just a minute, I'll get my manager routine". I realize this is standard practice, but why are we still doing this? I told them what I wanted, but rather they try to push you into what they want. I bought from Carmax a few years ago, and was nothing like this. I spent 3.5 hours at Beardmore, wasting part of my work day and getting absolutely nowhere. They would not budge at all on pricing, expecting me to do all the work. I was already trading in the PAID OFF car...not sure what I was thinking... When looking at a used car one expects a degree of imperfections; however, the massive "|_|" shaped crack in the front bumper, scuffed to no-end rims, and pitted rear bumper, were almost too much for an $18K car. Had they been willing to come down a little, this probably could have worked, but they wouldn't.I had originally told them to pull my bureau before leaving to see what my interest rate would have been, then after some consideration, called the sales rep back and told him not to do it. He told me that had not, but after an alert from Experian today, I find they in fact did. I called the manager and his excuse was, "He probably didn't know...". I have a job where if I don't know, I find out. Terrible experience can't begin to describe. I don't think I have the patience to write out in full detail just what a terrible experience it was. Each time I tried to walk, another sale rep or manager would get involved, or I would get the, "Wait just another minute", answer. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll head back to Carmax.

After finding myself in need of a car, I started searching around for a used car in the 50000 mile range. Several of the dealerships just wanted to dump anything in my lap. My parameters were ignored. Superior Honda was the worst. After searching the internet, I found a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5s with 43000 miles on it. When I showed up at the dealership, I meet Todd Beardmore. He was very friendly and took the time to get to know me a little first, without any sales pressure. I found the visit very friendly and personal. The car was exception with all documentation and several bonus upgrades and services provided by the dealership. The price was a couple thousand more then I wanted to pay. In retrospect, looking at the condition of the car and the extras that the dealership provided, it was a great buy. They were very easy to deal with, and while it is their job to up sale, they never tried to pressure me in to extras. Now the real bonus offered from buying from them. The car went through an extensive examination process. Everything was checked for wear and service needs. I picked the car up Thursday night and drove it home, it was 12 degrees then. The next morning I went out to start the car, for my trip to work. It would not start. The battery had gone bad (reached it service life). Now the car was sold as is (being used). I called the dealership at 7:30 and asked for service. I reached Darrell in service; I explained the issue and said I needed to get to work. Darrell was very understanding and said he would take care of it. Now here is where Beardmore shines. Darrell sent a driver to pick me up and I was at work by 8:30, they sent a tow truck to pick the car up. The battery was replaced (at no charge) and the car was delivered to me before I got of work. They never tried to surk there reasonability and made sure I was inconvenienced as little as possible. While I think the bad battery should have been caught in inspection, in all fairness it had been very warm before I got it and the 12 degrees was the killer. The positive point is, when Beardmore was contacted about it, they never hesitated to make it right. They did not try and charge me a penny to fix the issue and get me the car back. I have bought a lot of cars over the years form many dealerships. This is one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. Before you sign on the dotted line at any other dealership, do yourself a favor and check with Beardmore. Great job guy and thank you.Sincerely Tim JohnstonOmaha NE.

As one who does not look forward to car shopping, I was pleasantly surprised by how positive my experience at Beardmore was. It helped that we were able to deal directly with an experienced dealer who bears the dealership's name,but I would imagine his approach was the norm at this location. Todd Beardmore was friendly, knowledgeable, interested, and easy to work with. He let US determine the kind of vehicle would meet our needs, rather than the other way around. Therefore, we found a car that really is good for us. He negotiated a fair trade on my old vehicle, and was never pushy or off-putting. At first, the service department's integrity was at question, but after a few weeks Mike got a bank-breaking repair covered under warranty which means we should have a car again pretty soon, although it's been there for a few weeks now. Maybe I was definitely wrong in thinking Subaru does not help its customers the way they should be helped, but will find that out later on, when all is said and done and will keep review current.

We purchased our second Subura from Beardmore Subura after talking to all the local Subaru dealers. Beardmore was willing to deal on price and wanted to earn our business. Our sales consultant, Aaron Hawley, did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of new car deliveries during the two month period we were shopping for this car. He did a great job of explaining the differences between models and options on each model. It is great to have a sales person who really knows his prodct. Aaron is intellegent, works hard to understand your needs and goes out of his way to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. The financing staff at Beardmore are just as good. The final paperwork, which generally takes forever, went quickly and was done well. We've had our original Subura serviced at Beardmore in the past and they did good work at a competative cost. We look forward to bringing our new Legacy Sedan to Beardmore for our service work. Check Aaron out if you're looking for a knowledgeable sales person.

Just recently moved to Kansas area, and by far was the customer satifaction from Bellevue Beardmore Subaru the best service I have received, they let you know exactly what is going on with your car and the amount of time it is going to be, cost and what repairs need done and everything, very satified when I left there, treated you everytime like family. I bought my first subaru in 2003. I am now on my 3rd I love subarus so much I can't see owning any other make of car. However, the biggest reason is the customer service I receive at Beardmore. My sales person, Aaron, always remembers me by name when I am there for service on my vehicle. The service department is absolutely the cream of the crop. No matter who it is I am treated with helpfulness and a smile. When I leave there is no doubt that my car is at its optimal capacity. The price is always competitive. Currently they are remodeling and I am so excited to see the finished product. It is my opinion that with the remodeling and all the changes Beardmore should put that extra touch for thier customers and install a carpaccio machine. That would be the icing on the cake. Thank you Beardmore for putting me and my car first.

Thane is very enthusiastic about Subarus. The buyer (me) noticed the sparkle in his eye and smile when he was giving information about what the Legacy has to offer. I was impressed that he wanted me to take a ride in it before the check was written. My husband had previously decided to buy the car and had placed a down payment on it. He scored more points during the test drive, as he instructed me to see for myself what the car can do. He had me stop on a snow covered hill, set the brake, and then continue upward. The traction is impressive. He also gave very helpful instructions on the navigation system, sitting in the front passenger seat to guide us in a hands-on introductory lesson. He then showed us the manuals and advised us to use the short cut booklet. He emphasized that he is willing to receive a call from us anytime we felt the need for further clarification. We received a call the next sales day to ask how the ride home went. (When I asked if he drove a Suburu, he pointed his car out on the parking lot, and said it was his second Legacy.)

We are very happy with our 2009 Forester purchased in early November. Waiting for the first snowfall to really try it out. The folks at Beardmore Subaru were very friendly. Our only quibble is that we ere originally offered only $1000 for our trade in, a 2002 Pontiac Sunfire with 750000 miles. We knew the blue book value and knew this was low. We eventually settled on $2000 for the trade in. Our car was on the Beardmore website a week later for $4500, and off a week after that. Don't know if it sold or was sent to a used dealer. Today we received a mailer from O'Daniel Honda stating that the 2002 Sunfire is often selling for as much as $2000 over the blue book, depending on miles and condition, carfax, maintenance, offering to buy our Sunfire outright, without a purchase! Since ours was never in any accident, even a fender bender, was maintained by the dealer on the Pontiac maintenance schedule, got 28-30 mpg in the city, and we were the only owners, I am guessing we would have been better to sell it ourselves rather than trade! Live and learn....The Forester was exactly what we wanted, the basic model w/o all the bells and whistles, and we know we bought it for a VERY fair price, so all in all, we are very satisfied. Rick was wonderful to deal with and we would recommend him.

Our experience with Thane was exceptional from the beginning. We made an appointment early on a "cold" Saturday morning to look at a new car and Thane had the car parked out front and warmed up when we got there. We told him how the "negotation" portion of buying a new car was the part we disliked the most and he promised to make it as painless as possible. Thane kept that promise and we left with a new car and satisfied with the price. Also, as a side note, we took the car back for some special mud flap and the Service Department was exceptional too!

Egalle was extremely friendly and knowlegable about the cars, not so much about the paperwork....minor issue. He was considerate of my time and very eager to see that I was satisfied in all areas.

The reason that I am rating Mr. Kreager is because of the wonderful Customer Service that I recieved from him. When I first drove onto the lot I was met with Friendliness by him with a smile and a friendly greeting. His Quality of Work was excellent as he showed me several vehicles that met with my needs. When I chose one that I thought I would like, he was very patient with me, and explained all of the features that this vehicle had. When we went for the test drive he was a gentelman and opened the door for me and made sure that I was comfortable. Thane gave me time to look over all of the things that I would need to know about a different car so that I would not be surprised while driving. He was very specific about the features of the vehicle. My Overall Experience at this dealership was so rewarding as I worked with Thane as he was knowledgable,had great appearance, and was willing to go extra mile to make me comfortable with my choice. The Price of the vehicle was soon agreed upon to my satifaction, and the paperwork was drawn up. I was treated so well there by Thane that I will tell my friends to shop there, and ask for Thane Kreager.

Rick Ham is a tremendous asset to Beardmore. I live in Lincoln but purchased my car in Bellvue. Prior to my first trip to Beardmore, I called and told Rick what I was looking for. Understanding that my time is important, he had specific cars ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Worked very hard to get me a fair price. Less than 24 hours into my purchase I had a sensor issue on the car. Rick drove down to Lincoln, picked up my vehicle, and took it in to determine the problem and get it corrected right away. I was anticipating a 500 mile the following day and needed to know that my newly purchased vehicle was going to get me safely to my destination. Problem was quickly taken care of. Rick went above and beyond and later phoned me on the day of my long drive to make sure that my new vehicle was still running smoothly and that I made it safely home. Rick Ham truly understands the importance of excellent customer service, which doesn't end once the 'sale' is made. I highly recommend him!

I started out looking for a top of the line travel car. I tried other dealers but Thane Kreager really knew his stuff. His demonstration of the Outback and knowledge sold me on buying it. I stopped looking for any other car once I experienced test drive with Thane. I would use him again while looking for a new car. Ron

If you have a Subaru and want the best advice and care of your vehicle, Beardmore is the place to go. Not only do they do their best to give you the best possible customer service, but your vehicle will also be at it's best, because anything less would never happen at Beardmore. Due to an accident, my car had to be towed and even though there were plenty of dealership options I could have chosen, I only trusted Beardmore to get my car back in "before accident" condition and they were the only option for me.

I live within 3 miles of a Subaru Dealership (Stan Olsen) but I will GLADLY drive 22+ miles to deal with the staff at Beardmore Subaru. I know a good deal about my cars and how to care for them. After dealing with the POOR service and attitudes I found at Stan Olsen Subaru, I vowed NEVER to go back. I reluctantly drove the 22+ mile trip to get my car serviced at Beardmore Subaru and the difference was day and night!! The staff at Beardmore took the time to explain all services and costs with no hesitation when it came to my questions and concerns. Beardmore staff puts the customer first and is willing to take the time necessary to address any customer questions or concerns.

On my 1st trip to dealership, my sales person introduced me to his sales manager, Rich. I found this refreshing because in most dealerships I found the sales manager to be a faceless person in a back room. I explained, as I did will all dealerships, that I didn't need a new car and that price would be my deciding factor. I gave my local dealer first shot at my business, but he wasn't eager to give me a great price. Beardmore gave me a fantastic price. When I picked up the car, my salesman, Ben, did a great job of explaining all the controls and options. Since my purchase I've been back for 2 oil changes, and Mike in their service department does an excellent job as well. I would highly recommend this dealership. This is my 1st brand new car purchase in 25 years, and I've have no buyer's remorse at all!
