We returned a car after a lease in impeccable shape. The guy at the dealership even commented how nice it was and he knew some "Nike execs who are excited to buy this car". He told us we shouldn't get any fees. A few months later, we get a letter saying we have been turned over to collections for a balance of $550. We never received a letter. Didn't receive any phone calls. We would have been understanding if someone contacted us and explained the reasons for the fee....nope....straight to collections. We are fortunate to be able to afford this and clear it up, but being a business owner myself, I feel this is very unprofessional.

My husband and I were visiting Portland for our anniversary when our car wouldn't start. The tow truck driver put the cables on wrong and blew a fuse that protects the electrical system. Steve at the dealership was very accommodating and helpful. He ordered the part, had it repaired and we were on the road back home at noon. We are truly impressed with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.

We were sold a warranty with the used car we bought and it has been misinformation from day one. I can only assume they have continued to lie to cover their tracks. Or just simply ignore us when they realize they lied and are now caught. We paid 5000 for a warranty that was not what we were sold. They corrected it after we bugged them non stop to remind them they said they would fix the issue. We were told we would get a refund and we did but it was not in the form of a check like we were told. Beyond frustrated. Don't buy any warranty without reading all the fine print before you sign. You can not use it at any dealership and it does not start from the purchase date. You will get a refund to your loan without changing your loan terms or going towards your payments. Instead of a check like you were told. We now have had to go back multiple times and have already had to use the warranty for the check engine light. We have owned the car for a month. It came on less than 2 weeks after purchase. Be careful with what they tell you vs what the paperwork says.

Angel literally helped me get the car of my dreams. He helped me do everything over the phone and through text so I didn’t have to spend days upon days at the dealership. It was such an easy organic transition too. Favorite part I didn’t have to hussle down the price , he was honest and advice me on what to do. Contacted Bill in the afternoon to inquire about a vehicle. From the moment he answered the phone to the completion of the deal Bill was prompt, professional and courteous being a first time buyer he made me comfortable and confident in my purchase I did not feel pressured at any point in my buying process. I came from visiting this dealership for the first and only time and would like to express the great disappointment and dissatisfaction I just experienced with the staff. Drew was unfortunately the first person who was "there" as my husband and I were trying to find the main office to seek assistance with the Porsche 911 Targa 4S that was listed online. I called the day before and spoke with the Infinity receptionist and told her I would like to speak with a sales representative about the car. She couldn't get a hold of Alex who apparently is the one in charge of the car. I gave her my name and number and told her that I would be there between 2-3pm to look at the car. I told her that he could call me if he needed to. I obviously did not receive a call so assumed he would be expecting me.Drew had a "are you lost" look on his face as I proceeded to tell him that I was here to see the Porsche 911 Targa. He said that it was currently being test driven and said we can wait if we want.We found our way to the Service department waiting room and patiently waited (not long). Next all we see is Drew dangling a key outside in front of the window (like we're some dogs trying to fetch) in which my husband got up and said "I think it's ready". We get up and walk outside to meet Drew. He immediately said "it's only a two seater, who's driving?". I told him I was and that there is back seats, perhaps not big enough. He stated that it didn't have back seats and I told him that the pictures online clearly show seats with seat-belts in the back.Drew seemed very annoyed at this point and said "Well let's go and see then". When we walked down the driveway passed a big truck that was parked in front of the Porsche, I noticed that it was not the Targa that I was inquiring about. He obviously did not listen at the beginning of our "un-welcoming". Drew went towards the car and I turned to my husband and said "There's no way I'm buying anything from this guy!" And started walking in the opposite direction into the main showroom. I proceeded to anyone else that could help. One of the finance guys came out of his office and asked if we needed help. I told him what I told Drew and also told him I was not going to work with Drew that he was very rude. He apologized and said that the Targa he thought was already sold. It took a few other guys to have a brief discussion on if it was sold or not. One of the guys said that they were only waiting for financial information and it was pretty much a done deal. They said sorry and I walked out furious.I took time off of work from Salem, drove to pick up my husband from work in downtown Portland and to the dealership to be treated like trash and disrespected for no reason. It would have been good customer service and appreciated if someone would have called me letting me know that the car was "basically" sold. I would have asked them to call me if things change. I also would have not wasted my time, gas, driving in traffic and the emotions of anger and disgust. I had already secured financing and was ready to buy.I feel that good customer service would be a high priority for this dealership based off the types of cars that are sold. To feel welcomed, acknowledged and respected to any and all customers. That was definitely not what I experienced, in fact the opposite.

I can't say enough about how painless the car buying process was here. I did not know what I wanted and was only shopping around various dealerships. Drew listened to what I wanted out of my next car and showed me several options. He was patient and either answered or found answers for all of my questions. The entire process took over a week and I did not feel any pressure to make any hasty decisions. The staff that I interacted with were courteous, professional, and attentive to my needs. I dealt with the manager Calvin from Beaverton Infiniti. Unfortunately I purchased a vehicle from them. My experience could've been worse. It was always so hard to reach somebody on the phone (sales manager, main manager, finance department). Nobody never answer the phone calls and never call back after all my left messages.I tried to apply for a loan with Beaverton. But first I waited for 2 or 3 days when our sales manager will be back in the office after days off, then we waited few days to get the answers from the banks they applied for our loan and in the end they offered me the awful terms with the promise that I will be not able to have better deal. I decided to go to my local banks and try to apply by myself. Beaverton manager said they are not going to hold a car for us no more even if we already paid the deposit. This is unbelievable! I waited so long to hearing from them and they didnt want to give 2 days to see my options. The first bank I applied gives me the loan with 100 times better terms so I was ready to purchase my car. Infiniti wanted me to use their transport company and ask for transportation $1,500. While when I did request for transfer almost all companies give me the price about $950.We received the vehicle this morning without any title or even a temporary trip permit. We came to DMV for receive the temporary tag but they needs a title which nobody send us. Beaverton decided to send it to the bank even if we never ask them for. Bank said they will get the title only in 30 days and so DMV refuse give us a temporary tag. We asked for the copy of title, but Beaverton doesn't have it. So we don't have a title, bank doesn't have it, Beaverton doesn't have it! And nobody wants to help us.We just spent 55k on the car that we can not use now for at least one month. This is ridiculous. The worst service in our lives!!!

Exchanged email with "Izzy"'and Bill Thompson regarding what I could spend and what I wanted.Flew up to Portland from Bend as I am a previous Infiniti owner!'communication was timely and specific. Sales Mgr Thompson even called me on the phone and explained,options. Then Israel called and talked to me about different financing!!!I arrived and the car was sold. There was another brand new one and Mr Thompson and Israel went to the G.M and he discounted the car and helped me get extended financing to meet my budget!I was so happy....the car I wanted and the color.Being a retired city police officer and on a pension I was shocked at the length these two guys went to so that I got my car!! Beaverton Infinity were professional throughout the entire process. I called ahead about a 2008 Volvo that I had seen. Izzy had the car waiting for me and I enjoyed his no pressure demeanor. I felt like he had my best interests in mind. The breaks felt funny and they replaced them for me. They also did some other mechanical and electrical work and did not charge me for it. Bill Thompson was fantastic also! While the dos the work he made sure I had a nice vehicle, as I had some clients in town that day. After multiple visits to Beaverton Infiniti and looking at other makes and models, we decided on the QX80. There really is no comparison between this vehicle and the Yukon Denalis we were looking at. Truly a luxury SUV compared to a Truck with lip stick. Izzy was there to greet us every time and was always happy to see us, even though we took a ton of his time. Israel facilitated a purchase for us even though we were out of state at the time. We drove from 3 hours away to look at a used car that was listed on the internet. We spoke with John on the phone, prior to arriving, and he was extremely helpful. When we arrived, the car was pulled up in the front convenience spots, ready to be looked at. John met us right away, with a handshake and a smile. While on a test drive, I remarked that the car didn't have a small feature that I had appreciated with our last car, and John said "Would a bottle of nice Pinot make you feel better about that?" I politely declined, as we don't drink wine, but what a thoughtful gesture! John was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, soft-spoken, helpful, and kind. He was everything you would want in a salesman. Bill worked with us as a manager, and helped us get to a price point we were both comfortable with. My iPhone was no longer syncing to my car, so I came to the Infiniti dealer today to see what they could do about it. Thank goodness Israel was around and had time to work with me and my car! It took almost an hour for him to get my car and phone working together again. He even went to a new car and tried to sync my phone to that car since it was not working in my own car. He was amazing, especially since he doesn't even own an iPhone, but he didn't give up, and he worked with it until my phone was synced to my car! Talk about a very pleasant and informative individual, and I even got a cupcake out of it. Thank you Israel, and thank you Infiniti for employing such a caring and an astute individual.

I have had a lot of terrible experiences with dealerships in the past and this was by far and away one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking at a specific vehicle on their site for about 3 months and I got lucky that no one had purchased it. I called and talked to Calvin and gave him the info for the vehicle I was looking for. We then exchanged a few emails, I had him run credit for myself and my co-borrower, I was already approved when I walked in the door. All I needed to do was test drive and sign, and I was done. I was in and out in about 2 hours including a test drive. Couldn't ask for better service.

I bought a preowned certified at a price much lower than blue book. We received a 2 year 100,000 powertrain warranty at no costs. We were offered what KBB told me I would be for my trade in and the financing was slightly better than my credit union. After the sell I noticed a belt squeal and they replaced 2 belts at no cost to me. They also provided us with a loaner while they made these corrections. Everyone who helped us was genuinely friendly and professional. I did not expect to feel pleased with the car buying experience but I was wrong. Beaveron Infinity will be the first place I check for my next vehicle.

I hate care shopping, but love cars. Beaverton Infiniti (BI) has helped me overcome my phobia of car shopping. I keep expecting to have bad experiences, but now couldn't go anywhere else. Izzy (Israel) my sales rep is brilliant. He is friendly (not fake), extremely helpful, gets to the point and has always made me feel comfortable without that pressure known to exude from the pores of car salespeople. Crazy weird to me NOT to feel like underneath it he was only watching his sales line. I have boughten 3 cars from him over the past 7 years. I get itching to buy a new experience every few years, last one was the FX35 ( needed the space to coach my kid's soccer) this past week I got to pick one for me - traded it in and got the Q50 - sweet ride; handles like its on rails, passes in a blink with 328 horse power (faster than my previous Mustang GT my kids fought ovver so they didn't have to sit sideways in the back). I know salesmen need to sell cars, thats their job, but I have looked and walked away often at many dealerships always feeling like I was resented for it, but I have NEVER felt that way at BI. That means a lot when you get the itch to get a new car about every 2-3 years. Freaky to me that I have done 3 straight Infiniti cars, but have you driven one? They are a blast to drive. I have always had amazing service there too, in fact the service department is a major reason I keep coming back, and oh, yeah, the cars are a ton of fun to drive.I am happy to recommend BI to anyone, and I have NEVER felt that way about a dealership!Thanks Izzy!Dr. T

The Good: finance manager Troy provided great customer service. The Bad: Israel Garza ultimately lied to us about getting the 156-point inspection report their website brags about, he gave us the run around about getting more than one key, telling my husband "keys are expensive". The GM NEVER returned my emails. We had to pay Audi about $500 for a new battery less than a week after buying from Beaverton Infiniti. BI did not care about us after the sale. They are not up to par with luxury dealerships we've worked with in the past (BMW, Lexus, Audi), not even close.

After paying cash for my QX80, and in less than 7K miles on it I start having problems. The major problem was that the sonar on the backup camera stopped working. I found out the hard way, after putting some scratches on the bumper!! (Thank goodness it wasn't a child that I backed into!) They agree to fix the sonar, BUT only after I get the bumper fixed. They never offered a quote on fixing the bumper, they had no idea if I was even going to fix it and yet they were shoving me out the door knowing good and well that the sonar wasn't working!!! This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen!! Wish I would have stuck with Lexus, in 10 years I had nothing but a positive experience with Lexus!

Some of the staff was very helpful and friendly (Isreal, Dana and Jon) but when issues came up the person (Jake) I was put in contact with was totally unavailable. The certified car I purchased appears to have been in an accident and I question if they even put it thorough the certification process. FYI - a clean Carfax doesn't mean it's never been in an accident. The tail lights didn't function properly due to missing parts, the car was out of alignment, which resulted in uneven tire wear (another dealer recommended replacing them) and the transfer case had a seal that was out. The cost of repairs was just under 2000$. All this was discovered days after I drove the car off the lot. I made many calls to Jake (used car sales manager) in an attempt to resolve the issue but he never returned my calls. I eventually had to call Infiniti's costumer affairs to get partial resolution. Im not sure what happened did they knowingly sell me a car without going through the certification process (dishonest) or did they go through the process and miss the problems (incompetent)? Either way, they failed to work directly with me to completely resolve the issue. I would not recommend buying a certified car from them but if you do, have someone else closely look at it first!

So I took it back as they requested because the issues I mentioned and the last rep had also seen. This rep the original one I was dealing with made me feel like I didn't have to worry about a thing she contacted me every week... the list goes on.When I came back that person was let go or something along those lines. Now I have to call the warranty and make calls and try and get a problem covered that was already a done deal. Because the rep that took over really has a poor attitude and I feel as though I get no help. He doesn't go out of his way he doesn't push for the customers needs. I haven't heard back from him or his boss. His manager was not much nicer when I explained the situation to him and said well "lets move on nothing I can do about it".As of now my car runs terrible and non of my original problems have been fixed what so ever. I dread taking my car back there because the confusion and lack of communication and now lack of ability to follow a paper trail or a phone conversation.Really wish it wasn't like thisFree sodas and a nice facility doesn't stop or make up for this rude behavior and lack of customer support.

Thank you to all of the fabulous employees that provided extra-ordinary customer service to me at Infinity Bvrtn. Gabriel was diligent about emailing me, inviting me to come in and check out Infinity (and offering to have cars set aside and waiting for me). I never responded to the emails as I was not sure when I would be able to make it in. I finally made it into Infinity Bvrtn last Sunday around 5:00pm. Gabriel warmly invited us into Infinity and offered to show us your cars and let us test drive what we were interested in. After we had already test drove a couple cars, we asked him what time Infinity closed. He informed us they closed at 5pm (and it was already 5:30+, but he had not let on to us that "they were already closed"). Instead, he simply gave us his valuable time without even letting on to the fact that he was suppose to already be off work. Once we found out the dealership was already closed, we thanked him for his time, and told hime we would be back on Friday after Thanksgiving when there would be more time. Upon seeing my business card, Gabriel informed me that he had been emailing me (he is good with names!). I apologized for not emailing him back, but thanked him for all the info he had been sending me that inspired me to come visit Infinity (extra-ordinary customer service: manicures/pedicures, massages, etc...). When I came back on Friday, Gabriel was running around helping other customers so Stan jumped in and helped us, and he was fabulous as well. I decided what car I wanted and Stan confirmed I was approved, and said I could come back later in the day to pick it up. Once again the staff at Infinity stayed late to make sure I was walked through the sales process. We met Jon the manager who was very friendly as well. Gabriel met up with us & took my picture in my new car, and I was even allowed to borrow a bow to take home to put on my old car that I was giving to my 16 year old son. When I returned the bow today, Gabriel made time to make sure I was comfortable with all the fabulous features of my new amazing car. I love my new car, and I plan to be singing the praises of the extra-ordinary customer service of Infinity Beaverton. AWESOME JOB, THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Beaverton Infiniti to anyone looking to buy a car. I have never been happy with the entire experience of buying a new car, I was able to look at any car without being pushed to leave in one. Jon Hansen was extremely caring and focused on my needs and wants for a car and my budget and price range. He was completely honest with me and even got my interest rate lowered by communicating with the bank! I left in a new car in the exact budget and interest rate I wanted. He has called to check if I'm loving my new Mazda 6 2012 and making sure I'm completely happy with the car. I highly recommend going to see him or anyone at this dealership because of the honesty and care they provide and they are NOT Trying to push you to buy that one car you jump in first! We purchased our 2007 Suburban from Beaverton Infiniti two years ago & have returned multiple times to get it serviced. Your service department has always done a great job of quickly fixing our car along with friendly service. Your waiting area is by far the most comfortable & welcoming area for us to relax while the car is getting serviced. The kids enjoy a treat while I enjoy a cup of coffee. The reason for our email is regarding the excellent service we received from Dave Stout last week. We brought our car in early April, because the steering froze on us a few times over the previous weekend. Dave had a loaner car waiting & got us on our way. Over the next nine days Dave was in constant communication with us regarding the steering issue. He was not able to duplicate the same issue after driving it yet he wanted to keep the car a few days to be sure the steering didn't have an issue. He understood that we drove our kids around & wanted to make sure that we were safe. We truly appreciate the time Dave & the service team spent on our car last week. We have a choice on where we have our car serviced, whether it's an oil change or major issue. Based on the excellent service provided by Dave, we will continue to bring our car into Beaverton Infiniti. We know the car will get the best quality care because your employees understand that families drive in the cars they send out the service doors. We have shared our experience with multiple friends, family members, and the occasional onlooker in the parking lot admiring the QX56 loaner car.

1) Sales: Unprofessional and poor customer service! During negotiations prior to signing the sales contract for an preowned FX 35 in 2011 we orally agreed on two FOB keys. On the day we picked up the car we received only one key with the excuse the second FOB cannot be located. We followed up multiple times asking for the second key and were unfriendly told that we can purchase it for additional price. This was not what we agreed upon. Our mistake was trusting and relying on according to their website 'professional' service. Man were we wrong. Don't trust these guys and make sure you include all points of negotiations in your sales contract. Very disappointing experience! We would never buy anything from this place ever! Simple rule: Poor customer service = poor amount of customers. And we're making sure we're sharing our disappointing experience.2) Maintenance: According to the maintenance the brakes were supposably in "very good condition" but worn down within 2 months of owning the vehicle requiring additional cost to replace them. The heated seats were not working and there service department claimed they were working fine, however, still didn't resolve the problem upon two visits. Instead of fixing the problem or replacing the seats they managed to compile a list of things that needed to be replaced for extra $$$ and wouldn't be covered by service agreement purchased from the dealership. They even claimed I needed an engine flush and oil change even though I changed the oil in the vehicle couple weeks before! Disappointing and unprofessional! Go to Tacoma Infiniti!

Quick Summary: I purchased a used 2003 Toyota Sequoia, after seeing it listed on-line. O.K. service. Marginal product. I would not go out of my way to recommend this dealer to a friend. Did I get a great price? According to KBB, I negotiated an average retail dealer price on my used truck, but they tried to remind me on several occasions that I was getting such a great deal, that they were losing money on the deal (trying to stroke my ego perhaps?). I thought it was funny that my salesman didnt stop mentioning this, even after I reminded him they were willingly selling the car at the negotiated price, and they would be fools (i.e. soon out of business) if they were really selling it at a loss. I dont berate Beaverton for trying to make profit - they are in business to make money for Petes sake! But, give me some credit.Was the salesman knowledgeable / helpful / honest? My salesman, Steve knew a lot about cars, but not really anything about my specific vehicle, which was frustrating, especially given the availabity of CAR FAX, KBB, NADA, and manufacturers websites. I really did feel like I knew more about the vehicle than he did. To his credit, he was very helpful before the sale, he did personally wax the vehicle before we arrived, and he did follow up after the sale to see if I was happy or had other issues. I did make him aware of the issues I had, and he expressed that because of the HUGH loss Beaverton was taking on the vehicle, it was upper managements call to correct them. Did the dealership deliver the Infinity experience? Not in my opinion, really for (3) reasons: Issue # 1. The vehicle was delivered with the gas needle below E. Oddly, every other time I have purchased a vehicle from a dealer, they made it a point throw in a full tank of fuel.Issue # 2. After driving the truck off the lot, and across town, two wheel lip / trim pieces fell off, revealing that someone had used caulking to affix them to the truck. Was that the dealers fault? No, I guess not, I purchased the truck AS IS with all its problems known, and unknown. It was now MY redneck repair job. Issue # 3. The truck only had (1) valet key for it. After visiting my Toyota dealer, I was informed that it would be ~$1,200 to get additional keys, because they would need to replace the anti-theft computer (specific to each vehicle). I'm not sure that is as much Beaverton's fault, as it is Toyota's fault, for crappy design......... but it would have been very helpful to know this BEFORE I purchased the vehicle. Now I need to spend an additional $1,200 to get the vehicle usable.To Beavertons credit, they did replace the battery and replace the rear hatch latch, but I kind of feel like that falls underneath getting it ready to sell. They would have had to do that whether they sold it to me or someone else. Did the dealership offer financing / warrenty options? I paid cash, so they didnt try to sell me any financing. They were pretty darn pushy on the extended warranty, which was irritating. The salesman made it a point to mention that the vehicle was in such good condition, it was a great / rare find.. only to have the finance guy say these older vehicles can explode at any minute, killing you and your family, and costing you thousands of dollars in repairs.. (Sarcasm added). I think this is probably typical upsale technique, but irritating.Overall, I wouldnt rate Beaverton Infinity any higher or lower than your average Ford / GM used car lot.... well maybe lower, because at least when I set foot in the GM dealer, my expectations are already low.

Walk Through of Entire Experience: ExcellentI have to admit, when I was going to buy a car, I was worried about the interest rate and getting killed on the price. I did not want to have to sit in front of some guy who knew nothing about the car I was buying and then have to sit across some finance guy who was going go draw an picture on a piece of paper and explain why I could not get a good rate on my financing. I have been down that road before and to be honest I did not want to go down that road before.I was referred to into Beaverton Infiniti which is just outside of Portland. Originally I spoke to the Portfolio Manager named Tuan Tran who went way out of his way to help me understand about the car buying experience and even helped research some cars for me. He listened to my concerns and by no means wanted me to feel like I was just some Joe Blow off the street. After he helped me, he had me partner with Shane whom he had already prepped about what I was looking for. Shane was not one of those greasy car dealers who often times jump on you like vultures when you walk up to a dealership. He was a beyond professional, right into caring. Again, the contrast to other dealerships was just huge. The single most important thing that I can say about Tuan and Shane is this; relationship. This was like a blast from the past in that they really invested their time into "me" and wanted to know "me" and "my" needs, rather than try and rush things through. Something rare in today's service and sales industry.After I found the car that I wanted, Shame walked though everything with me and helped me through all of the next steps. We found a car with low miles and with a great Carfax history. Shane then helped negotiate a price with the finance manager that was literally around $3000 or so below blue book. Typically, finding a car even close to Blue Book at a dealership can be next to impossible. Financing: This can often be the scariest part of buying a car. Even if you have great credit or not so great credit, it seems like most places want to put you into the highest interest rate possible. Thankfully, that is not the way they work at Beaverton Infiniti. The finance manager, whom I believe was named Don or Dan went the extra mile to find an interest rate that was literally 3% below what I was being quoted at other dealerships. He did NOT break open that dumb little sheet of paper with an X or a T on it and explain my options, instead he found the best possible interest rate without having to haggle. Believe me, I am a haggler and shockingly, I didn't need to.After I signed the paperwork, Shane not only made sure that my car was detailed and in pristine shape before I left, but even waited until I drove away to make sure I was happy.One other thing I would like to say about my experience; I was looking for a good used car with great miles and a good price. I was a little concerned when my friend told me to go to Beaverton Infiniti because I usually associate Infiniti with a high end car which usually means really high prices. I could not have been more wrong. Not only were the Infiniti's affordable but they have a very good selection of newer used cars. Needless to say, I was surprised. Not only do they have a great selection right on the lot, but they have a huge database of cars at other dealers they can bring right to you. Shane turned his computer around on his desk and we looked through a huge list of cars and their pictures right online. Lastly, I would just like to say thank you to everyone at Beaverton Infiniti for the great service. The service is excellent, the prices are great and the experience is smooth. They made me feel like I was actually an important part of their business and they completely made me have a different perspective on the car buying experience. A special thank you to Tuan and Shane for everything, also to the finance manager who helped me. All three of you were amazing.PS: I am driving my car now and could not be happier. I tend to be a road warrior and I feel like I have the perfect car. My car came with a 3 month warranty which is just another great added touch.

Tony was excellent, responded promptly.But...Work performed was horrible. They left screws (all)out of glovebox, didnt plug in GPS (hardwired) and Installed the steering wheel back on crooked. I had to get that fixed ASAP and pay for that upfront as I lived 3 hrs. from a dealer. Nissan heard the name Beaverton Infiniti and said NO they will not bill them they already owed them money. So it took almost 2 months to get reimbursed. I just asked them to mail the screws to us and we'll install them. Got a "it's in the mail" and "they were shipped" but failed to give me the tracking number. I moved in the duration and ended up going to another dealer for completion. The service manager, Randy, dropped the ball and hard. Their service techs have alot to be desired. If it wasn't for Coultier Infiniti in Pheonix I wouldn't buy again. But they by far made it right with no questions. I wouldn't recommend you rely on the work at Beaverton Infiniti if you have to go there. from start to finish it was a 4+ month process.

In as few words as possible- No love of Veterans! No Negotiating! They are VERY SHADY about what they say they do with your information. Very Disappointed! And as a result, I no longer want to even own an Infiniti. They seem to use very old, very typical, car sales tactics and I felt like I needed a shower after talking to them. For more details read below:I had multiple visits to this dealer and met 2 different sales people. I also see in another review that Im not the only person who noticed a VERY angry customer in the lot when I was there. The first sales-person (I forget exactly who but it may have been Joe Hart?) was VERY uninformed about any EX model. As a note, I always check the spec sheets, facts, reviews, etc before any car purchase. I make a pint to be a very informed buyer. So it was laughable when the sales-person spouted a few specs (that were very WRONG) to try to help inform me. He also couldnt seem to operate the voice control in the EX we test drove.The 2nd sales person I met was Shane Hollingsworth, also not especially informed about EX model Infinitis even though I made a point to call ahead be about two days to schedule a test drive. Shane refused to negotiate on price or even fix the paint chips on the 2008 model I was interested in. When sitting down to negotiate- I wasnt even offered to sit in an office. This was in the lounge, next to the showroom in front of everyone. I mentioned I was a Veteran and served 8 years in active service to our country. When I asked about any kind of Veteran discounts or financing options, I didnt even receive a simple, thank-you. Shane completely ignored me. He wouldnt even offer a better offer for my potential trade-in. He eventually directed me to his manager (after I told him I was no longer interested) who very unsuccessfully attempted to talk me into a lease. The Infiniti brand is good (so I hear) but I refuse to do business with this kind of horrendous and shady sales model. I will not be visiting this business again and I would recommend buying from a different Infiniti dealer.

I bought a CPO'd 2008 QX56 on 12/20/11 from this dealership. I went through the Internet Sales department. Doug and Shane were very knowledgeable and low pressure salespeople. The team was willing to negotiate and I feel I got a very good price, especially for a vehicle that is in perfect condition. They even let me take it home for a night, which was very helpful in my decision process. David in finance was also good to work with and was willing to negotiate on the "new car" extended warranty. I have leased a G35 and subsequently a G37 coupe. While I loved my coupe I thought that after 7 years of Infinity I "should" branch out. I researched and test drove the typical competitors like Audi and BMW which also offer very good cars but when I sat down to talk numbers I wasn't satisfied. I went back to Beaverton Infinity. They greeted me like a family member and more importantly they treated me like a family member giving me a great price on an almost new EX35. I wasn't sure I would ever enjoy another car as much as I enjoyed my G37 coupe but I do. The Infinity products are the best combination of performance and value and the dealership made it very easy to continue to be a loyal Infinity customer.

Beaverton Infinity was a real pleasure to work with. My sales representative, John Hart, was very good showing me exactly what I was looking for and explaining everything on the cars I test drove. i was amazed by his knowledge of the details and differences in what seemed to me to be very similar cars. He knew the competition and their strengths but never bad mouthed them. I never felt pressure and was always respected. He and the management team there were really professional and absolutely top notch. The price was great (better than expected actually) and they were easy to deal with. Good follow up too on questions. Not much more I could say other than I will go back for sure and send friends there. Do yourself a favor and make sure to give them a look when researching your next car. Other dealers were good too but the infinity line stood out for me.

I got my car there brand new back in 07 and have been getting service there off and on from that point. Needless to say, after what I had to deal with within the last few days, I for sure will not be returning. I called 3 times Friday for a quote of service milage. I never got one call back. I called back on the following Tuesday, left a message with all the info around 11am. Still no word. I then called back just around 6pm and someone had picked up and hung up right away. Called them back and did not get the guys name but I had asked for the manager at this point and he insisted that he could help me out with my problem. As I explained to him what I had to go through and was a little upset that I have not got any call backs, mind you, I did not seem mad at all, I kept it calm, he replies " I am not here to fight with you. You have to come in in order for your quote. This is why they probably have not called back for a quote". I then jokingly say with a little laugh that " im not trying to argue. All I just said is that this would have been nice to know from the get go. If I knew that my car would have to be looked at for the quote, I would have been in". He then says again that he's not here to argue, hes here to help and said something on how I need to change the tone of my voice. I feel he wasn't trying to help me at all but push my buttons. I hung up the phone and decided to go elsewhere!

Buying through Shane at Beaverton Infinity was a great experience - It actually made car buying fun! Shane and all of the employees were professional, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. There were no high pressure sales, conversations behind closed doors, or bait and switch tactics. Although I could hang out in their customer lounge all day drinking great coffee and eating fresh cookies, the entire process was really quick and painless. I would rate this dealership as top quality. Shane was straight-forward, honest and genuinely committed to complete customer satisfaction. It was a pleasure! He presented himself & the dealership as people concerned to make my experience good. I am 66 Years old and I must say that in all my years of buying cars it has NEVER been easier. Beaverton Infiniti had the perfect car I was looking for. I was out of state, and found the car on the Internet, so I dealt with Doug Ness.I was already sold on the car, but Doug still went out of his way to make sure I could get this car. Im sure it would have been easier for Doug to deal with someone else, since we communicated the deal almost entirely by emails over the course of at least several days, but he was always working with me. Doug was always professional and responded quickly. He was able to get my financing approved when others would not have bothered.At the end, I ended up with a top quality car, for a fair price.A good salesperson helps people get what they really want, more than just selling things. I trust Doug and would deal with him again.

Tuan was extremely helpful in showing us the available stock, listened to what our needs were and did not push vehicles that did not fit our criteria. The entire experience lasted a couple of hours and we drove away very satisfied.

We had looked at purchasing a new car about a year and half ago but later changed our minds and purchased an SUV. We remembered how incredibly helpful and knowledgeable John Hart was at that time and called him and he actually remembered us and once again was most helpful in finding us the Infiniti we wanted. I am not really an Infiniti girl and I loathe car shopping however I needed to trade in my beater of a car and was visiting to look at a used Ford Explorer they had taken in on trade. I worked with Doug Ness who treated me as if I were purchasing a $50k car even though the car was less than $10k. Doug is an extremely professional person and even after I had a mini-meltdown in the parking lot he was really great (I have anxiety issues with car dealerships, until this experience of course). Bottom line I traded in my beater and drove off in my pretty shiny Explorer feeling good enough to write a review and post 5 of 5 across the board for Beaverton Infiniti. Yippee for Doug Ness and the great team who made my Friday afternoon car shopping experience better than I could have ever imagined.

I would highly recommend the folks at Beaverton Infiniti. We leased a new car from them in 2010 and subsequently had a baby that changed our car needs from a two door coupe to a four door sedan. A simply inquiry on the internet had me in contact with the General Manager Dave Burdeaux, who worked out a deal for us that was could not have been better. He arranged for us to meet Doug Ness on a Sunday and our car was ready to be picked up when we arrived. Everyone was polite, cordial and welcoming while we awaited the final detailing of our car. Our Infiniti G35X broke down just outside of Beaverton, OR and we were on our way back to Kelowna, BC Canada. We broke down on a Saturday night and had the car towed to Beaverton. On Sunday we left a message with a sales associate and first thing at 7am on Monday morning, we received a call from Randall regarding the car. When we went to the dealership to give them our keys they had a courtesy car waiting for us to use over the couple of days that the car was in the shop. They bent over backwards for us, which we greatly appreciated, since we were from out of town.If we lived closer, we would definitely go back to Beaverton Infiniti and we appreciated all they did for us.

He was so patient in explaining all the computer capabilities not only then but I have gone back a few times and he has gone over it again with this 80 year old woman. When he called to see how I was doing and I told him I could not get the garage door opener to work he volunteered to drive 45 miles and help me (I said no). ince our purchase of our FX, we wondered why it took us so long to get one. I've always been facinated with the full-line of Inifiniti cars to where we'll eventually purchase another one someday. With me leaving a full-time job to pursue a degree in the PDX area this fall, we won't be in a position to purchase a new vehicle for several years. Trust me when I say, our next vehicle will be a Nissan product. I am however also very facinated with the Nissan Juke as it looks like a scaled down FX to me. Either way, we'll be sticking with an Infiniti/Nissan product. On a side-note, I would like to compliment your staff at the Beaverton dealership. On several occasions upon admitting our FX for service, I truly appreicated the very nice Infinity loaner cars. This gave me an opportunity to drive the newer sedan/EX type vehicles for the day. On the first weekend of August, we traveled from Boise to Beaverton to look at Infiniti's with the idea of trading in my 2006 G 35 Sedan on something newer. There are no Infiniti dealerships in Boise, so a road trip was in order. From our first impressions to our final waves goodbye, it was a great experience there at Bob Lanphere's Infiniti. The selection was spectacular, the service was genuinely warm, professional, above and beyond what you normally get at a car dealership. Our sales professional was Israel Garza. What a gentleman and pleasure to deal with. He took us around the dealership lot with patience and expertise. As we were strolling around, Armin Roman, the General Sales manager, drove by on one of the dealership carts on a separate mission. However, he took the time to cart us around the lot to see the Infiniti gold mine that Beaverton Infiniti is, saved us a lot of walking. Anyway, we eventually settled on an '11 G37X Sedan and after a half hour test drive, we knew we had to have it. Armin and James Westfall were a pleasure to deal with during the finance portion of our experience and meanwhile, Israel made the transition from my old G to the new G as seamless as possible. Israel also took extra time showing us all of the new features, bells, and whistles of the new G. What a car! So all in all, you can not do better than Beaverton Infinit and we look forward to more purchases with them in the future. Beaverton Infiniti treats their customers like royalty! I drove up to the service center and they met met at my car door. Danielle Kelly explained the anticipated service and competed service thoroughly. There were no unexpected "surprises" or "add ons" which was refreshing! The color-coded analysis was easy to read and showed me all of the services performed (and I thought that I was just receiving an oil change)! I made the appointment only one day in advance and they were able to service my car in one hour ( I spent this time in the lounge enjoying coffee and hot from the oven chocolate chip cookies )!!! I have purchased over 15 cars in my life and this purchase was one of the best ones ever. The sales rep, manager and internal sales manager were all very easy to work with. They were honest and did not pressure me at all. The took me on a tour of the facility(first time), introduced me personally to my customer service rep(first time), and then before they gave me my car filled the tank, detailed the car again and then sent a thank you the next day.I would purchase a car from these guys again and again!

This was our first Infiniti purchase, G37SX, and John was very knowledgable and helpful. He was able to answer any and all questions. So far in my life I've bought four cars and three of those were from Beaverton Infiniti. In 2002 I bought a nice used car for a great price. That car ran like a top and other that tires, brakes, and oil changes I had no extra car expenses. That car got totaled in an accident so I took my insurance money and bought a Mercedes E320 from a private party seller. That car was beautiful but despite what the seller had told me the car hadn't been maintained well and I paid and paid and paid as the car kept having problems. I hated spending thousands of dollars and way too much time getting the Mercedes fixed and fixed and fixed. In late 2007 I heard about what sounded like a great lease deal on a brand new 2008 G35x. I went to the dealership and talked with a salesperson who gave me the details on the lease. While we reviewed the lease deal they went through my Mercedes to get me a trade appraisal. We went for a ride in the G35 and it was awesome....black with black leather...6 speed...300+ horsepower. When we got back I was impressed with the trade offer....I actually didn't think they would offer that much for it as it had a history of problems. I felt the trade offer was more than fair so I traded the mercedes and signed the lease agreement and went for a long drive home! The service experience during the last three years has been great. They call or email to remind you when you need oil changes / service. They provide you really nice Infiniti loaner cars if you can't wait around during service. If you do wait around they have coffee, cookies, tv, magazine, newspaper to help you pass the time. This summer I was nearing the end of my lease and Beaverton Infiniti contacted me to let me know about a special lease deal Infiniti was offering to existing lessees. The lease offer paid the last three months of my lease and provided a generous loyalty program allowance. I went to the dealership and test drove several cars. Of course the car i wanted was another G35 (now called G37) which now came with a 7 speed transmission! I went ahead with the lease renewal and my new monthly lease rate was actually lower! This time I got a beautiful white G37x with grey leather....the car is luxurious, classy, and fast! So far I've had only had one oil change service done and that was at the new dealership just east of the original dealership on canyon road. I had time to wait at the dealership so I enjoyed their new waiting room. They had a big screen tv with CNN running, several of the days newspapers, coffee / espresso maching, pastries, bottled water, free wireless connection, and some nice couches. I wasn't quite done with my coffee by the time they were done. I wish they would have taken a little longer as I was pretty comfortable. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Every time I buy there I get a great deal and I can really buy with confidence. If you go check them out ask for David Berdichevsky. He is a good guy and will take care of you.

I had taken my car to another dealership because the wheel shook during braking. They told me it was the custom wheels and tires. I dealt with this for a year. Took it to Beaverton Infiniti. Changing cars is not one of my favorite things to do, but changing cars with them is the best deal in town. Beaverton Infiniti is absolutely the Dealer of Choice for me. First--Sales: I have purchased 4 cars from Beaverton Infiniti, and have had outstanding treatment for the entire process. The last car I purchased was a Mercedes. I was looking for one, but really did not want to go to another dealership, so I held off. I was very excited to see that one that fit my requirements was available at Infiniti. I contacted John Hart, and he graciously fit me in his schedule the same day. He has sold to me a QX56 and an M45 also, and each time he is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and walked me through the entire process. He has been instrumental in smoothing out any "rough spots" that have occurred in the purchasing process. Further, when I was looking to trade in the QX4 for my first QX56, I had a rather bad experience with sales at Beaverton Infiniti, so I went to another dealer (in Washington). The next time we needed a car, I went back to Beaverton Infiniti, and met John. He sold me a car, and he "sold" me as a customer of his.Service--I appreciate the treatment I receive as well as the quality of work done on the cars. Being put in a loaner saves me time--a precious commodity with a busy schedule. The nature of the service is outlined to me, and the process of picking up the car is very streamlined. Since the move to the new facility, I believe the customer service in the Service Dept is even better. Both David Stout and Hollie Lanphere have done a great job. One other thing--I was looking for a mat for the back of the QX56. I talked to a gentleman in Parts (this was at the previous facility). He said that Infiniti didn't have one for that model, but directed me toward another source for the mats. I was able to get one and was very pleased to have his help.Bottom-line: I am "sold" on Beaverton Infiniti because of the quality and customer service of individuals in Sales (John Hart) as well as service. I like the Infiniti cars, and it is so very nice to work with the people at Beaverton Infiniti.

I met John Hart at the Portland Auto Show about 3 years ago and was impressed with his willingness, even at a show, to talk to me about what I was looking for. I hung on to his card. A couple years later when I got tired of the stodgy Lexus I started looking at Lamphere's Infiniti web site and found what I was looking for. I dug out John's card and renewed the acquaintance. From the begining of the conversation to the trips to the showroom and throughout the deal John did not pressure nor push. He developed a relationship with me as a customer that most other auto salespeople don't take the time to do. Dealer's should know; the car may bring you into the store but it's the salesperson that can make or break the deal. Many salespeople and their managers, in the 53 automotive purchases I've made, have been so off putting that I make sure to let freinds know. I also let people know where the good people to deal with are and John at Beaverton Infiniti is great to work with. When I am ready for my next Infiniti, the G37 Coupe, I'll be back to see John.

I just would like to offer feedback on the truly superb service that I received at my recent service visit to Beaverton Infiniti. Both my representative David Stout and his manager Randall Blalock went far above my expectations in providing excellent service for my 2011 QX56. My vehicle had developed numerous superficial but unsightly scratches on the rear hatch and bumper. I was offered a very reasonably priced detail work to correct this problem. Apparently the minor type of cleaning did not correct the problem to the satisfaction of Mr. Blalock and Mr. Stout, so they at their own cost sent my car to the body shop where a wonderful job was completed. I have owned numerous luxury vehicles and I believe that the service at Beaverton Infiniti is by far the best in every way that I have experienced. What a disaster of a service department. I would suspect all the steller reviews are not from real customers. They never got my car fixed unde rwarranty right the first time, EVER. And it was in four times. The alignment was quoted $125 to $175 depending on what they had to do, of course it was $175. What they didn't know was I marked all the adjusters to find they didn't adjust anything, just checked it. I sold the car so I'd never have to deal with them again.

Sales process was on par with most dealerships. Was VERY disappointed to learn that Beaverton Infiniti is NOT in alignment with Infiniti's vision of no closing sales managers. Hate spending hours with 1 sales rep only to be handed off to a "closer". Get with the times...that practice is outdated by about 10 years. As for the Service department....good luck getting anyone answer your call. Took me over one month to schedule an appointment for my G35x...no call back even after leaving well over 3 messages. Then, after the appointment my steering wheel is off center. Now no one is answering my calls and the service department since the move has no voicemail...awesome.Best part of all is today. After 1 week of attempting to schedule a time to come back and have them fix what should have been fixed last week; I get frustrated and ask for the General Manager. Of course he is not there...instead I am forwarded to a Paul (probably a made up name) who is the "acting" manager (sure). Paul apologies after listening to me voice my concerns. Well, Paul tells me he is walking to the service department and will watch "Tom" call me personally. He verfies my cell number. All done right? Wrong. That was 3 hours ago, and no call back. Fortunately, I have a family member that works for Infiniti in another state. I will be forwarding my concerns to the corporate offices.

I came to Portland, Or to test drive a used FX35 that was for sale and, without an appointment, drove the vehicle to Beaverton Infiniti for an inspection. Their service department was extremely busy, but David Stout, the Service Manager, was kind enough to stop what he was doing to help me out. After waiting just a few minutes in the Customer Lounge (beautiful!) he test drove my vehicle, printed prior service history and spent time discussing it with me. When I tried to pay for such professional service, he refused. After purchassing the vehicle, I returned to Beaverton Infiniti for servicing and was extremely happy with the work. It is easily worth the 2 hour drive and I will continue to have my FX serviced here.

I brought my 03 M45 to Beaverton Infiniti to fix a airbag warning light on the car. The first thing I thought is it would cost me a bundle to fix, so I went in there with a bad attitude to start with, but after they checked it out and found out is was just a bad connection in the seat, I was elated. Then they did a full inspection on the car too, and told me no charge for anything and sent me on my way. So far this has been the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would highly recommend them for servicing your Infiniti. R Rivett.

I purchased a G37x sedan from Beaverton Infinity after doing extensive online reasearch on Infiniti, BMW, and Audi. I test drove both BMW 328 and the Infiniti. Doug Foley did an exceptional job as a consultative salesman. His knowledge of the Infiniti technology, car attributes, comparison with competition, and trade-off for various options was excellent. His willingness to go recognize my key points during price negotiations was admirable; he was able to balance his dealership profit objectives with my pricing requests taht were grounded in competitive offerings and Web research. The sales manager was pro-active and customer oriented. Doug's G37 tarining was very well done...efficient and clear.

I really cannot think of any really bad experiences with this dealer or the service provided by them. It is quite professional, and their explanation is clear and adequate. On top of that, their new facility looks great. More spacious, and functional.

All my experiences with the service department have been very satisfying.Theservice personnel go above and beyond what's needed, including always washing and vacuuming the car before returning it. They recently noticed some blemishes in the interior details (I hadn't noticed them), and replaced the affected parts, under warranty.I am very impressed, and pleased with the quality of service I receive from this excellent company.

I came in to have my wheel locks removed because I didn't have the key. David went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. I had inquired about the difference in price in simply replacing the wheel locks with new ones or simply putting on regular lug nuts. He came back with a quote and also some great news that he had some lug nuts laying around and that they would put them on free of charge. I was expecting a hefty price to pay and they instead do it for free. I cannot say enough. Coming to this dealership they make you feel like you have been coming there for years. I didn't even purchase my Infiniti at this dealership and they treat you like you did. I have always received over the top service and professionalism from everyone there. Thank you soo much.

We purchased a used car from them in March. The next morning we realized that an item that was stated as fixed on the sale agreement wasn't. We called our sales rep who connected us with the David in the service dept. They fixed the issue free of charge, found an additional issue & fixed that, AND they gave us a free loaner car. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I had two kids in the car when we arrived & Danielle helped me transfer car seats and all to the other car. Both David & Dannielle were extremely friendly & kept us informed every step of the way. Very professional service from them both. What is most amazing is that we didn't even purchase an Infiniti & they still were great. We will definitely return to them in the future for our next car or service needs. My daughter wasn't happy that the transactions were so quick. She thought they were nice and mentioned that she wanted to sit in the waiting room!

In July 2008 I leased a G35x from Beaverton Infiniti and I've loved the entire experience. They took their time with me making sure I was getting the car I wanted, they gave me a very fair price on my trade-in, and provided me a great deal on the lease. After the initial purchase the great service continued in the service department. I would take my car in for oil changes and everyone was so helpful....they even wash and vacuum your car for you after oil changes! When I did need a major service done they always gave me a loaner (really nice loaners) so it was convenient to drop my car off and drive off in one of theirs for free! They always called with updates and they would call AND email when your car is ready to be picked up. One night I had to work late and told them I couldn't get there until the next day....they told me to keep the loaner overnight! I thought that was cool....they made it easier for me which is what I'm always looking for!With my lease ending in July I knew I'd be shopping for a new car soon and my first choice was another Infiniti. We went to the dealership yesterday afternoon. Our salesman, David Berdichevsky, showed us the FX and EX and we test drove both vehicles because we thought we might want something bigger. After driving both of the SUV's I knew that what I really wanted was the same car I already had....just a new one! David pulled the inventory list, we picked the color and features we wanted, and before you knew it I was out of my old lease and into a brand new 2011 G35x.....the car is beautiful and the 7 speed transmission shifts a little smoother than my 2008. David and his finance manager David walked me through all aspects of the new lease which included Infiniti Loyalty Cash?!?!?! I got another great deal on a really awesome car...I'll definitely be back....well not back...they mentioned that they are moving the dealership at the end of the week just up Canyon Road to a bigger / better place....so I'll be back...at the new dealership. excellent service; went the extra mile for me. I have a CD that needed to be replaced and warranty had expired but they called the manufacturer and got the manufacturer to agree to provide without charge. Also, always courtuous and thoughtful. Always attends to details.

I brought in my FX35 to check out a suspicious problem, but through miscommunication, the 60k mile service was done. Since this was not the intention yet I was close to needing the service, we agreed on a discounted rate and moved on. Always nice doing business with fair, honest people that recognize mistakes and still treat customers like they want their business. You might be able to get a cheaper service at some mechanic, but you won't get the service or guaranteed results you get at Beaverton Infiniti.

David Stout has proven to be a fantastic auto service professional.My family and I feel we can turn to David for honesty and integrity.In the last month we've seen some very bad behavior at other dealerships. David has been there for me and my family to help us no matter what. He put our safety and happiness first and foremost. I'm very happy to know David and I'd say he is one of the very few people I'd recommend. Beaverton Infiniti has a Customer Service Super-star with David. One of the many ways David has helped us was when another service company caused the airbag light to start blinking, David went all the way to Infiniti Engineering team on a Friday afternoon to help get it fixed. I wasn't even thinking about buying an Infiniti before I drove my 2009 M35x and worked with the staff at Beaverton Infiniti. Doug Foley was a pleasure to work with. Even when I couldn't get my first choice of cars (mainly because I waited to long and someone else bought it), he worked with me to make sure I got another great car for a great deal and went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect.....I actually like the car I ended up buying more than the car I missed out on. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the experience I had at Beaverton Infiniti. Even after my purchase, there were a few things I had asked them to take care of on the car, and the followed through on everything they had promised. John Long, in the service department, was great to work with as well. He was able to put me in a loaner car while they performed the work on my car and kept me well informed on the status of the work they were doing.You can really tell that the team at Beaverton Infiniti values their customers and they have a great product to sell as well.Regards,Cameron Cook

I bought a FX35 2010. Best car experience I've had. Very thorough. They really take the time with you. I dealt with John Hart, and I would definitely recommend him. He knows his stuff and when unsure he gets back to you in a reasonable time. Dealership always courteous. When you purchase the vehicle, they take the time with you to go through all the details. They were, however, not very negotiable on the price. Then again for what you're getting, the competition is selling their cars at a lot higher price. They did, however, find a really good rate for me with a credit union. Went in for a service and I saw some great deals advertised in their service shop on new cars. Saw my car for 5000 less than MSRP.The car: amazing. A thrill to drive. Lot of features. Really comfortable. More than the BMW. In fact one of the main reasons why I switched. Looks great. Had a lot of positive feedback. Has glitches with the iPhone and its bluetooth, however, still able to use it. Addresses from the phone come up jumbled up. You can transfer the numbers to the vehicle handbook and thats the end of that. Outside of that, no problems. Just a great car to drive. Oh... the gas mileage could be better. I get 15 in town and 24 (active cruise control) on the freeway, generally driving at 70MPH. Advertised as 16/21.Finally note: I would recommend this car and the dealership, but expect to pretty much pay the price except for the occasional sale.

Upon arrival at Beverton Infiniti the salesperson came out and proceded to show us the car we were looking at. About 3 car lengths from us was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs at another sales person " you liars, you lied to us" ( I guess we should have taken the hint and left right away ). The salesperson did not say anything but merely smirked and tried to hustle us into a car for a test drive. After the test drive we then went inside as we were very much interested in this particular car. Well after the typical salesperson ploy of going back and forth to a manager when finally a price was arrived at for their vehicle( 90 minutes for this process ). What they offered for our vehicle was so low it was almost comical. At least 3 other dealers had offered 3000 to 4000 more than what this dealer offered, Beverton Infiniti this is simply UNACCEPTABLE. The salesperson stated he was at rock bottom for his car, even though he was still not adding all the Infiniti incentives into the price. He really could have cared less as we were merely another sale, it did not matter what we thought and it reflected in this salespersons demeanor. Speaking of the sales person he was condescending, bordering on racist. We asked about a nice chinese resturant for dinner. Sales person thought it humorous to mimic and mock chinese language as he talked about this particular restaurant. Further more he questioned my significant other if she worked outside of the home? What? Come on Beverton Infiniti get your act together. I would strongly not recommend this place to buy a car from, NEVER. In fact the sales experience with these people pretty much ended my desire to own an infiniti.

My new rental car died, ran out of gas, right in the road next to this Infiniti dealership and when the sales men saw me trying to push my own car three of them came out and helped move it out of traffic and into the parking lot. Steve Randolph then got me a gas can and a service representative who drove me to the nearest gas station. With out there help i would have been stuck for hours waiting on AAA. It was the perfect help and Steve was so kind and generous. I feel very fortunate that I got that kind of help and service and that I was so well taken.

We arrived at Beaverton Infiniti only expecting to look at their sport-performance car. We were politely greeted by Pat Blanchat who showed us the Inifiniti coupe (G series). Pat took us on a 10 mile test drive so we could experience the car on the type of roads we normally drive. The car sold itself as Pat knew it would. Back at the dealership, quickly put prices together including cost for trading in our current Toyota Avalon. When we asked them to sharpen their pencils, they did without a lot of back-and-forth negotiation. We felt we received an overall good deal. Once the purchase decision was made on a car in the lot, Pat took the time to educate us on the gagets in the Coupe while the business office prepared the paperwork. The business office experience was also good. We purchased some of the service options without a lot of pressure from the business associcate. We would recommend Pat and Beaverton Inifiniti without any reservations.

He asked what I was looking for and why, and didn't try to sell me something else when they didn't have the car I preferred in stock. I was very impressed with Beaverton Infiniti. Pat Blanchat answered all of my questions and concerns. He found the perfect car to fit my needs, gave me a good price and was true to his word in all of our negotiations. We negotiated everything via the internet. So when I showed up at the dealership the whole transaction lasted only one hour. That is a record for me, I always end up spending like 4 hours in the dealership. With Beaverton Infiniti it was a painless transaction. I got a great car for Bend, it is an Infiniti G37x 4 door sedan. It rides great, has lots of power and is great for snow and ice. Besides Pat, everybody at the dealer treated me very well and they were all friendly and treated us very well. I recommend Beaverton Infiniti without reservations and will probably visit them again next year when it is time to change my wife's SUV.

I too am in the camp that they are arrogant, can be downright rude, and are not willing to negotiate on price (not $1 off MSRP unless a factory promotion). As least they aren't sticking the their ridiculous mandatory non-negotiible $1,500 "NW Protection Package" add on of junk that they used to enforce. Other Infiniti dealers online in CA and AZ for example, are happy to negotiate $1000's off in their more competitive climates.Also by the snob factor that radiates from this place, you would think you were buying a Bentley or Ferrari not a car (G37) that overlaps price points in the Honda and Toyota lineups. The worst part is if you did pay MSRP the depreciation is substantial on these. Two year old, but still current models, can easily be found in GREAT condition on eBay and Graigslist for little more than 60% of the new MSRP price. I love the cars, they really are exceptional and recommend them highly, and would still rather buy new, but really dislike this dealer. I really wish another would move into town to add some much needed competition to help ground these guys. Personally I will by my next one used, or buy new out of state from a dealer even with associated headaches (sales tax exemption, transportation, etc.) that will negotiate and with less attitude.Having bought more than 30 cars over 25 years (yes I am a true car junky) in the Portland area they rank as one of the lowest I have dealt with. I have had much more positive experiences in every aspect from every dealer (including Lexus) in PDX save Broadway Toyota (which was truly mind boggling bad).Note numerical scores I posted were based on sales experience only. Overall service department experience would rate about a across the board "3.5".Separate subject on service at this dealership, they still have some attitude, not the greatest waiting area (I'm sure this will change when the new building is finished up the street), and limited parking, but it is better than sales. Watch them though, they will try to charge WAY more for the interval services (15k,30k,60k etc.) than is needed. Check the Infiniti service manual to see what is recommended by the factory and save yourself about half the money they want to charge for unneeded servicing. Also if you are a do it yourself person you can find OEM Infiniti parts for much cheaper online from other out of state dealers even factoring in S/H charges. I can't fault them in particular too much for this because I find that buying parts online to be almost always cheaper online for any brand. Bright spot: Warranty work has been great with free loaner cars if booked in advance. I believe this is a Infiniti USA policy and not the dealer doing it out of the goodness of their heart though. Thankfully this is good, or else I would have to give up on the Infiniti brand in my area all together.

My wife and I just purchased a 2009 G 37 from Beaverton Infinity.We were able to spend some time on the showroom floor to look the product line over before we were ever approached by a salesman. I appreciated this approach.We were assisted by Pat Blanchat. Pat was very knowledgeable with the product line and he never pushed. Pat took us on a test drive over a course that exposed us to all different elements of driving conditions.The overall experience was pleasant and we felt that we had been treated fairly.I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Pat and Beaverton Infinity.

As a Customer Service Development Consultant, I am very picky when it comes to passing out compliments. But when credit is due... Beaverton Infiniti deserves one of my top awards. Throughout the process of purchasing my certified pre-owned M35X, I was treated with integrity and respect. I can frankly say the experience was fun. John Hart, my Sales Consultant, shared his knowledge without ever being pushy. He, along with many others I spoke to at the dealership, helped direct me to the right vehicle at the right price. Before I made my purchase decision, I had done my homework. I knew Infiniti was the car for me but a new M35X with all the bells and whistles I wanted didn't fit my budget. John found me a stellar, certified pre-owned M35x. It took several weeks, but his follow up kept me coming back. A friend of mine referred me to Beaverton Infiniti. He and his wife both drive Infiniti's and have had only superb experience with their cars and this dealership. I think I owe them dinner for introducing me to such a fine organization.

This is my second dealing with Beaverton Infiniti, and it was as great as the first. My first experience there was to lease a 2006 FX35, and Pat Blanchat was my salesman. Pat is extremely knowledgeable with Infiniti automobiles and very friendly and good humored, as were the rest of the staff there.As our FX was nearing the end of our lease, it was time for a new car, and this time we decided to pay cash instead. On June 23, 2009, Pat sold us a new 2009 G37x Coupe, in the very same spirit of professionalism and courtesy as before. Hanna Stinson, the Business Manager, was patient, friendly and courteous as we went over additional items to complete the transaction. Hanna successfully and generously negotiated the final out-the-door cost for us.My wife and I walked out of there with the feeling of being treated fairly and friendly, and just like the first time, we felt they truly appreciated our business. Car buying is not easy at most dealerships, but I can honestly say that doing business with Beaverton Infiniti (twice now for my wife and I) has truly been a very nice experience indeed.I should also add that the service department is top-notch. We have always received great, friendly service from the staff there as well. Infiniti is a higher class of automobile, and we feel Beaverton Infiniti and their friendly staff matches that class point-for-point in the car buying experience. Well be back!

Marco Peiravani was our salesman and great to work with. He was very courteous and did not use high pressure tactics. Sales person started cursing my parents when I criticized him for wanting to sell me a car at MSRP in this market (April 2009), the year when Toyota reported a historic loss of about $7.7Billion in Q1 2009. Ridiculous personality and I fail to comprehend why Infiniti would keep these trash in their dealership while there are millions of better skilled sales persons out looking for a job with much better attitude.

Went in to purchase a new M35x after waiting for months for the right time for my wife and I. We had an enjoyable test drive and went in to negotiate a purchase. Immediately we learned that this dealer does not negotiate. They are the only Infiniti dealer in the Portland area and are quite smug about their not having to negotiate. They quoted us a trade in on our old car thats was $5000 below the lowest KBB listing despite the cars excellent condition. They offered us only a very poor Costco Member discount that was frankly laughable. Despite calls to the management they politely refused to negotiate and told us that they would be here when we changed our minds and wanted the car. Bottom line is, they are very friendly if you are willing to pay full price.
