Our experience at Bedards was excellent! My husband Donald and I had stopped in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler "just for fun" to see if I liked the way a Wrangler handled. I'd been eyeing them for quite a while and had decided I wanted to take it a step further. Dave and my husband have been friends for a long time, so that immediately put me at ease. However, even though he was a good friend, Dave's customer service and professionalism were excellent and no matter how many Jeeps I wanted to try, or how many times I changed my mind, he was right there to serve my needs. My "just for fun" test drive turned into my purchasing my dream Wrangler Rubicon within a few hours and taking it home just about 24 hours later! My husband and I have never had such a great experience before at a dealership and Dave's experience with the Wranglers and answering questions cannot compare! Thank you Dave for such a great experience and you will be our first stop when the time comes for another vehicle!

I can't explain how excited I am about my new Honda civic! I came to Bedard Bros on a tight budget looking for a reliable, affordable vehicle and with the help of Shanna Latura and her amazing team they got me into one! Shanna was fantastic, so professional, knew exactly what I wanted and what I didn't. She was never pushy felt like she was truly trying to help me get the deal I wanted! Once we found the right car for me the process went super quick and Ms. Shanna even went to the extent of personally dropping off my new Honda right to my front door! Best car buying experience yet!

After leasing my last car at what I thought was a good dealership I was wrong. I was more of a number than a name. Glad I am now back where I belong at my hometown Honda dealer. At Bedard Brothers. Kathy Burgess has always helped me get the Honda I am looking for. I and other family members have either bought or leased cars through Kathy for years. Kathy cares about her customers. I can remember picking up a new front wheel drive Accord after driving an AWD Pilot in one of the worst snowstorm in Berkshire County. Before I left for home she was like a mother and wanted me to call her when I made it home. As soon as I reached home I called her right away.

I recently purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships in the car buying process and no one has made it as easy as Jared and the entire team at Bedard Bros. The friendly, professional, no-pressure atmosphere has made this the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! If you are in the market for a new car Bedard Bros. is the way to go. I was looking to lease a new truck so being local to bedards, I went there. I viewed a Chevy lt and ls model pickup. I test drove a new lt. The salesman knew of my budget limits but continually tried to steer me into the more expensive LT. He never offered a deal on the LS, which I probably would have bought. As a result we went out of state and leased a new LS and got it on my terms. Another deal lost to price. I have found that Bedards pricing is much higher than other dealers.

I bought my 2015 Honda Fit at Bedard Bros last week. I was armed with research results, knew the value of my trade in and the availability of the model Fit I had decided on. I started my buying adventure by emailing sales for a quote. I received a prompt reply from Kathy B, inviting me to come shop with her. She listened to the result of my research, asked questions, she really listened! I did not buy what I had planned to, and am so happy with what I did buy. Jeff and Steven were very helpful, courteous and worked hand in hand with Kathy to provide me a fair deal. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience.

Last week I purchased a CRV after a test drive with Kathy Burgess. I had intended to buy a Subaru Outback but thought I should try the CRV. I had a HONDA Odyssey mini van that I loved but wanted to try a smaller SUV. I loved the CRV from the first moment but also I love Hondas. The 6 years I have lived here I have used Bedards Service & their department is the best I have ever seen. Scott Miller is a perfect manager for it. Kathy Burgess is a superb sales woman. She made the sale happen in 3 days!!!!! She even had a "signature" orange stripe added for me. The car is perfect & I would recommend Kathy & Bedards to anyone who is interested in a Honda. This is a first rate Dealership!!!

Kathy Burgess is the first salesperson to ever sell us two new cars in a row since 1974! Her salesmanship is outstanding. She took all the time we needed and answered all our questions in great detail. The reason we went back to see Kathy this time was because when we purchased our new CRV 4 years ago, she kept in contact with us yearly to see how we were enjoying our vehicle. As we left with our new Honda Accord, we told her we'd see her in 4 years when it was time for our next new car.

When I decided to lease a vehicle I shopped around and was just about sold on another vehicle when a friend/family member recommended that I take a ride to Bedard Brothers and check out the Honda. Well, I was wowed by the incredible service I received from the beginning of my search. I dealt with Kathy Burgess and I can't say enough about her. She was so friendly and helpful. I explained this was my first Honda and my first lease. She led me through the process. I have never felt so 'not' pressured. She is a great salesperson. I spoke with Jeff the sales manager and he was just as great and helpful. That afternoon, I drove out of there with the CRV to test drive for the weekend which was Mother's Day. That sold me!! It was nice to have it for the weekend to show my family, etc. I did lease this vehicle and couldn't be happier. Steve Bedard did the final paperwork and explained everything in detail. Bedard Brothers should be proud to have such great people in your dealership. Kathy and Jeff score very high on my list. I am very happy with the CRV and will probably always be a Honda owner. I just want to say a Big Thank You to Julie Bialas for making the purchase of my Chevy Cruz a real easy process. Julie is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Shes is always pleasant, as far as financing, leasing she answered every question to excellence. Being young I didn't have much credit but where I got denied, Julie worked even harder to get me approved within my tight budget. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The salesman Mark Civello was knowledgeable, informative, friendly, accommodating and just awesome, I highly recommend seeking him out for purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. The sales manager Jeff was also top notch and made the experience wonderful. Steve Bedard did all the paperwork to close the deal and made sure we were happy and taken care of before we signed on the dotted line :) They have a play area for the kids which was extremely convenient and the kids loved it which made car shopping that much easier. The 2014 Honda Odyssey is a fantastic vehicle and suits our family well especially with what they offer for standard features. They made sure to get us one of the two colors we preferred and in only a couple of days after signing the papers!! The program the dealership offers for purchasing a vehicle is an added plus and makes for a great incentive/thank you for doing business with them. I highly recommend purchasing or leasing a vehicle from this dealership.

This is our first Honda Vehicle buying experience through Honda dealership. We were looking to buy Honda Pilot. Contacted Bedard and other dealers for price quote. As they advertise "Nobody can beat Bedard". It is absolutely true. If you are looking for a Honda Vehicle my recommendation is don't even try other dealers, Its waste of time (answering phone calls from other dealers, going through their showrooms). Mark Civello from dealership contacted me back with all required information and also gave best price quote. Mark is very friendly and he is on customer side while making a deal. He is very energetic and made us feel ease before making a buying decision (no sales person rush). They really look to make more business through customer satisfaction. I recommend Bedard Honda Dealership and Mark Civello.

We are just beginning the buying process for a new truck. My salesman Keith was attentive, and a good listener. I came in for a test drive so that I can direct my husband to this Chevy dealer. He understood my buying criteria and was willing to take the process at a relaxed pace due to our financial situation. Buying a new Honda Fit here was an extremely positive experience. Julie was pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough and straightforward, and answered all our questions honestly and patiently. Financing, warranties, and other aspects of buying the new car were clearly and thoroughly explained by Steve. When we returned to complete the inspection and registration process, we were kept informed of progress throughout our wait. The best experience we've had at a car dealership.

Purchased a new Civic from this dealership. I would recommend them for competitive pricing and excellent customer service. One minor hiccup in the sales negotiation, as there was a miscommunication early on about the pricing that didn't get solved until the financing, but the sales staff were professional and helpful throughout. I'm very confident that I'll be well taken care of by this dealership for future visits.

I recently bought a used car at Bedard Bros in Cheshire. The buying process went fairly smooth. With used vehicles you get a 60 day "express warranty." I have had nothing but problems (with the car & repairs) since I test drove this car, and was promised it would all be fixed. With a list of different noises and things that needed to be repaired or replaced, my car has spent many days in its first 2 months of my ownership sitting in the Honda Service shop. On an occasion that I used their "loaner car," I had to rush up to Cheshire after work to drop off the loaner and pick up my car; (they had my car for 2 days.) When I got there (right before they were to close) I was told my car hadn't been worked on because they were waiting for the part, and it would be in in the morning. Hmmm... so why wasn't I called so I didn't have to leave work 2 hours early and waste my time & gas money driving up to Cheshire before they closed, just to make ANOTHER appointment to get my car fixed? If you DON'T want a bunch of stress and hassle on top of the stress and hassle you already have with your broken car, avoid this place at all costs. Buying a car here was so easy, I wish their mechanics were as prompt and accurate as their sales people.

My trip to Bedard Bros yesterday was expensive but well worth it. I took my car in to have it winterized and they informed me it was in need of some additional help. They were really great and even washed my car before returning it to me. I have been dealing with Bedard Bros. for several years and really appreciate their letting me know what is best for my car and leaving the decision to me regarding if I feel it a worthwhile expenditure. I really appreciate their help and honesty.

My wife and I leased two Hondas from Bedards Bros in Cheshire. The people there were very easy to work with, and went out of their way to be friendly, efficient and professional. Not once did I get that feeling that the salesman was attempting to "buddy" me, like we were great friends, so as to lull me. These people were a real pleasure to deal with. We will most certainly do more business here!

Went to look at a new Ram and found one that was absolutely perfect for my needs. After a short test drive I returned to dealership to see what prices I could get. The first offer was better than any offer I had and was less of a payment than I was paying on my old 2008 pickup. Great buying experience. The guys over Dodge we're great and I would highly recommend going to see them if your in the market for a new vehicle. Picking up my new truck on Monday. Thanks...

Excellent vehicle everyone is nice had some pproblems and still having problems vehicle doesnt pass inspection, wouldnt start several times, they are working hard to help me but it is just an unsettling feeling when buying a vehicle to have these problems right off the bat.

We bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot about 3 months ago, and the sales process was not only very low key, but the price right out of the gate was far better than we'd hoped.We returned this past weekend to replace another vehicle and bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Again, a low key sales process, quick sale, and a price way less than I'd hoped.Plus, the sales people, managers, and staff have been really great to work with.

We have been customers of Bedard Bros. Honda for almost 30 years, and were very pleased to get - this late in the model year - exactly the car we wanted in the color and with the accessories we wanted. In fact I drove the car out of the dealership about 30 hours after I walked in and took a test drive. Jim LaFrance was as helpful as always, and the whole experience was outstanding.

made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced.also made an appoinment for warranty (front blower inop),front brake pulsation. work was done within a good time frame,paid for the service(L,O,F) paid the deductable the following week.(08/09/2012) the problem is,when i droped the vehicle off, the rear blower motor was blowing cold air(with the air cond. on),when i drove down the road there was no cold air at all from the rear blower . went back,the service advisor told me that the a/c had only a small amount of refridgerant in it,and there was a terminal that had worked out at the compressor. they evacuated the system-added dye checked for leaks-repaired the terminal-couldn't find any leak-sent me on my way. arriving at home,noticed the clock wasn't at the correct time-low tire light on-front lugnuts were torqed in excess of 140ft.lbs. instead of the manufactors spec. of 95ft.lbs.-the computer system wasn't scaned-the tech would have found that the lift gate had malfunctioned(at least twice).
