Overall Great place! Extremely friendly & professional! We used Mark Crabtree as our sales man, he was very informative and straight forward on all questions we had! Glad for a slow leak. Bought 2016 Transit Connect because of excellent sales follow up but was unaware of locking lug nuts. Within a couple of weeks, low tire light and alarm surprised me.After 3 repeats, took to local tire shop who couldn't remove locking lug nuts (no special socket in vehicle). Took it to Bedford Ford who didn't have socket either. Came back next day to find B.F. couldn't identify socket. THEN told there's a removal tool (that didn't work). Left to question if the socket wasn't in the car, how was it inspected? After 10 hours in dealership, I'm now cancelling other appointments because I don't have the needed vehicle. Who should be satisfying the customer and how?. WWW shows many ways to remove locking lug without special socket.Voicing my complaint local first, but not happy with results

I purchase a 2009 Mercury Mountaineer from Chad Foreman and the experience was one of the best I have ever had. I called ahead because I am not from that area, but I saw the Mountaineer on cars.com. My daughter was staying at a near by camp and I was picking her up that Saturday. I spoke with Chad and he was great. He said to call him before I left so he could make sure the vehicle was still available. He also called me back the day before I said I was coming to let me know it was still there and get an idea of what time I would be there.Once I was there I saw a 2016 Expedition that was on sale with a great price. Chad was very gracious and made sure I got to test drive both vehicles. Chad was never pushy. He only asked me what I thought. I liked the Mountaineer, but I didn't like the price they offered for my trade (2009 Explorer with about 40K more miles and less bells and whistles) and he was very understanding. Once we agreed on a price on the Mountaineer, which was a very smooth process, Chad promptly took the vehicle to a gas station and filled the tank while I signed all the paperwork! I just want to thank Chad and the rest of the folks at Bedford Ford for a very uniquely pleasurable car buying experience. I really feel I got a great vehicle at a great price. Now if he can just get Ford to change the Explorer back to a truck frame with the Ford Ecoboost.

THANK YOU! we didn't expect a response and had no expectation of your accurate interpretation of our unique objectives in a vehicle.Our intention to "just shop around" was quickly changed to buy EXACTLY what we described to you when you called to have us check a "just arrived" vehicle that came to Bedford Ford just after we left the showroom. We nearly purchased an "almost" what we want from a competitor but got your message when we checked in at home.Our Ford Transit Connect fits the step-in height to accommodate Barbara's physical limitations. The wide swinging door, adjustable height seat and adjustable steering wheel do the same. Rear storage has enough room for the TWO rolling walkers we frequently need when using the rear seats for similarly handicapped passengers. Although our previous vehicle was adequate, there was a constant need to fold seats, manipulate intermingled walkers and more.We are most impressed on how well you interpreted or needs and then quickly recognized how appropriate the Connect is for us when one arrived at the Bedford display lot. You are a living example of the old saying that:Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

We got a great truck at a great price. Our sales person, Chad Foreman was great. He made us feel welcome and appreciated, even while attempting to help another customer. When he was done with his previous transaction, he gave us his full attention. Chad was pleasant to deal with and I feel that I made a great deal on my new truck. I was recently in the market to purchase a new SUV due to my husband moving into a motorized wheelchair. I purchased a truck on the phone last Tuesday the 12th. I went Friday the the 15th and signed the papers and picked up my truck. The salesman and the F&I lady were great. It was a fast process not the usual painful 3 or 4 hours that you usually have to spend in a dealership buying a vehicle. The pain wasnt there with this dealer. Our experience was with salesman Chad Foreman. He did an awesome job of giving us all the info we needed when we decided to purchase a truck. The truck we purchased definitely met and surpassed what we were looking for in a truck. We recently purchased a very nice used 2014 Mustang that we found through an online website. The pictures looked good, but our salesman, Chad, provided us with the type information we needed to decide that a long trip would be worth our while. He even came in on his day off to help show us the vehicle, because it was our best travel day and then spent time going over the whole car, demonstrating various options and going for a test drive. Then Cole was able to get us a very good finance rate through the dealership and the whole procedure including test drive and sales paperwork took under 2 hours. The car was serviced and ready to go when we got there and the showroom was clean, warm and friendly. It was a long travel day, but I wouldn't hesitate to return to Bedford Ford if I ever found another car that interested me as much as the Mustang. I have visited lots of dealerships over the years, but this was the best experience I can remember. Thank you Chad and Bedford Ford!

I am not one to write many reviews, but I must tell you about my recent truck buying experience with Bedford Ford and in particularly my sales representative. I have purchased a few new vehicles in my time and I must tell you I have never experienced the true honesty, outstanding customer service and caring staff at any dealership than that at Bedford Ford. I drove 156 miles from Maryland to Bedford to purchase this Ford F150 from Bedford Ford and was not disappointed. I will, without a doubt, do it again. If you are looking to buy now or in future, I will tell you every mile you may have to drive to Bedford will be miles and time well spent. Much of all this was because of the professional first class treatment I received from Sales Representative Chad Foreman. Never once in all my years of buying new vehicles did a representative like Chad sit in my new F150 and offer and review every item on the truck including programming issues. With all this said, all I can say is if you are looking to purchase a vehicle now or in future, call or stop and see Chad Foreman and you will I'm sure receive same awesome treatment. I contacted Bedford Ford and spoke to Chad Foreman. I told him what I was interested in and I just missed out as the vehicles matching what I was interested had just been sold. Chad took the time to go over the vehicle packages so I understood which one better suited my interest. Chad was able to find the truck I wanted. I had a trade so in this process (it was very busy) , I encountered the managers Bob Watson and Brian Sell. Very knowledgeable and professional, my wife and I were greeted with a handshake and an unrushed and pleasant atmosphere. We made a deal and with the extra items I decided to have put on, the truck was still ready for delivery when promised. Charlee in the finance office was great to work with as well. A great experience with great people. Purchased a new 2015 Ford Escape from Bedford Ford on August 28, 2015. The saleswoman, Lori, was dedicated in finding the specific color and requested Titanium package and took the time to go over the many special features of this SUV. She made sure the delivery was made in the timeframe that I requested. Finance (Charlie) was very organized, explain all of the necessary forms, and packaged the necessary documents for home and auto. This is the 2nd Ford F-150 that we have purchased from this dealership in 3 years. After we bought the first truck from CHAD FOREMAN, we drove away feeling quite pleased. We recently heard that Ford was offering incentives and decided to stop in to talk to Chad to see if it would be in our best interest to "upgrade" to a new truck. We talked to Chad (as per his suggestion) about what options were most important to us. He told us that he would do some checking and let us know what he could find for us. He called, THE NEXT DAY, with 6 options! We met with him the next day and he went over each of the trucks that he found and we narrowed it down to one that had the options we wanted plus a few that were "over and above" what we were seeking. The trade-in that we received for our truck and the rebates that were offered convinced us to "make the deal" and we are glad that we did! We are taking our new truck to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks and I think I am even more excited about it than my husband is, if that's possible! My husband and I like to deal locally and we like to deal with a salesman who knows us by name, who finds out what is important to us and then goes and finds it for us!! We will definitely be returning to Bedford Ford in the future!!

I can not say enough about Bedford Ford. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Taurus and we are extremely satisfied with everything that Bedford Ford did for us. Chad Foreman is beyond amazing in customer service and car knowledge. Through the whole process (which was about 2 months of searching for the right car) he assured me that he would find something that would fit all of our wishes. Okay, trying not to make this a long winded review. Bottom line..... in the beginning, had a great salesman named Chad. He was right on the ball with everything. He took all my information, was informative, stated he was working with the bosses, etc. Sounds great, right? I thought so. In any event, after all was said and done, I stated to Chad what my best offer would be for their vehicle with my trade in and cash out the door. He seemed eager to take it to the bosses and see if anything would come of it. I have waited 3 days since and not even a word of communication from Chad or the dealership since. Thus, I have given up on this dealership because the customer service is completely null and void at this point. I am in the market for a replacement vehicle for my current vehicle and unfortunately Bedford Ford in Bedford Pa is not where I will be purchasing my next vehicle. Even being a 6 hour round trip drive from them, I was very much interested in doing business with them. However, with their lack of interest and bad buying process, I have been forced to not make them a consideration now or in the future for ever purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased a used F250 truck, which was in a very good shape. They took care to check the vehicle, it was detailed well, very clean. Test drove it, good working order. Very friendly service, easy to do business with them. Very responsive, too, in answering questions, as I had handful of questions during the previous day about the vehicle, via email and then over the phone, as well. All around, a great experience. The dealership was clean and orderly, which is not something that I have seen in other Ford dealerships that I have shopped at, during the last few weeks, researching vehicles.

For starters, layout of sizeable lot was excellent and well organized with good placement of vehicles and lots of room to drive/walk around to look. Had good selection of pre-owned vehicles and in very good condition, clean, no junky/beat-up stuff. Very good selection of new vehicles also. Very good and reasonable prices on all vehicles. Salesman who worked with me (Chad Foreman) was very polite, very personable, helpful and informative, and not high pressure at all. Chad gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my own and of my own free will. Chad was very patient and understanding as time from first visit to dealership to actual purchase was about 2 weeks. Again, no pressure, no phone calls to my home, etc. And I was given a very good and reasonable deal on my trade-in. The inside of the dealership gives a relaxed, "come on in" feeling to a visitor with free coffee/hot chocolate/tea available and a nice, homey atmosphere, with a nice customer waiting area with magazines, big screen TV, etc. All other employees I just happened to run into while there (other sales personnel, receptionist, mechanics, finance, dealership Manager) greeted me with what I felt was a genuine, not phony, friendly greeting that made me feel like I was appreciated and welcome, and at ease. Dealership[ Manager "Bob" talked to me like an old friend-a good, OK, down-home, personable guy. Finance girl "Charlie" was as organized and efficient with paperwork as anyone I've ever seen, but while professional, she also had a very nice and pleasant manner that made put me at ease. She took the time to search around to get me the best rate for my loan, and she did find it- I'm very satisfied with the rate. This dealership seems more like one big family than just a "bunch of sales people." They were more advisors than sales people as they patiently guided me through the whole process step-by-step and gave me the information I needed to make a decision without any pressure. They made the whole process very painless and enjoyable, and-with a good sense of humor-even fun at times. During my 58 years I've lived on one side of this country to the other, and I can in all honesty say that I've never experienced an auto dealership like this before. This is a rare jewel from the old days of integrity and knowing how to treat people. I will be a repeat customer and would highly recommend Bedford Ford, Bedford, PA, to anyone.

I found the exact used vehicle I was looking for at Bedford Ford Lincoln. The car was perfect and the price was great. I called immediately to set up a time to go look at the vehicle. I was put through to Stephanie, a new sales person. I will try to make a VERY long story as short as possible while still giving you the pertinent information I feel you should know about my experience with these people. I told her my biggest concern was my trade. I asked her if there was any way to get a close to accurate appraisal if I sent her pictures, VIN and details about my vehicle. She said absolutely so I did ALL of the above. (I asked her all of this because it is a 45 min. drive, one way, for us to get to the dealership) I told her I didn't want to waste her time, or have her waste mine. Us purchasing the car really depended on my trade value. She responded within the hour that her manager looked up my vehicle (VIN) and looked at all of the pictures I had sent and my vehicle was KBB at $9600 but they would offer me $8500 because I told them it needed new tires and had a small dent in the back that needed fixed from backing into a trailer hitch! I said we were looking for a little more so I thanked her for her time and told her to have a nice day. She responded that the $8500 was negotiable and "please come out I really feel the car is worth your trip!" I responded again about it being a lot for us to bring our 2 small kids out to look at a car when it was pointless if we know what amount we need to get for our car. Mind you, we had been to 3 other dealers who had offered us from $9500-$10,200 for my vehicle. $8500 wasn't horrible, just no where near what we had been offered at other dealerships (we didn't buy from the others because we were looking for a particular vehicle and were just waiting for someone to get in the make and model we were interested in) So anyway, Stephanie assured me that her manager said they could definitely get me a little more for my vehicle once they saw it in person. So, they finally convinced me to go out. We get out there and she gets the manager and AN HOUR AND 5 MINUTES after we arrived he looked at my vehicle and Stephanie brought the offer out. $6,700!!!!!!!!!!!!! As she stood there and tried to explain that "it needed tires and had a dent" I laughed and said, I think he made a mistake, Stephanie. Remember, he already offered me $8500....you said that was negotiable to go HIGHER, not LOWER, and you CONVINCED me to come out here and promised you WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME. She got mean and snippy and very snotty with me, turned around and went back in to her managers office. Came back out 20 MINUTES later, (great cuz now I am COMPLETELY fuming!) and said she was so sorry, her manager moved the offer to $7500.. BAHAHAHAHAHA. You're still joking, right? As I start to calmly reiterate every single detail of how all of this unfolded via text, and proceeded to show anyone and everyone the texts (which I Still HAVE) her manager comes out. I explained everything to him as I have you and now Stephanie for the 2nd time. He does nothing but apologize. Then tells me to go get new tires and he will give me $8500. Are you serious? At this point I was so furious because I finally let it set in that these people did nothing more than intentionally waste my time by thinking they could simply get me out there and get me to buy the car that was exactly what I wanted and was looking for. Not sure if its because I'm a girl and they thought I was stupid, or if its just that they're that slimy and sneaky and could care less about their customers and their valuable time. Well guess what? You lost a customer and any and everyone that I know and or are related to because I will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how you do business. Bet you wish you wouldn't have lured me into coming out after all, now, huh?

I highly RECOMMEND doing business with Bedford Ford Lincoln in Bedford, PA. I saw their advertisement for a 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC with a little under 70,000 miles on this website, www.cars.com stating the car was in excellent condition. Because I live in Summerville, SC and they're in Bedford, PA which would make it difficult for me to travel there because I'm in a wheelchair and the distance to see and inspect the car myself, I asked their sales representative, Chad Foreman if they'd mind if I sent my own inspector that I hired to look it over. He had no objections at all. The inspector only found one mechanical problem with it, and that was when turning the car at a hard left, the wheel made a noise. He also found 3 little dings on the car. I asked Chad to have their service department take a look at it and the problem turned out to be a piece of debris from the road stuck in there. I purchased the car from them at a very reasonable price that we were both happy with over the telephone. They sent me the documents for it in a very good timely manor. I made arrangements for the car to be transported too me that week. However, I ran into problems that took me several weeks before I could secure a transporter to do so. Bedford Ford Lincoln understood my situation, kept the car inside for me and did not even charge me for storage fees, to my surprise. When I received the car about a week ago, the pictures on your website provided by them doesn't even do it justice. The car looks and runs like it just came out of the showroom BRAND NEW!!! I could barely notice the three dings my inspector reported about unless I got about 5 inches away. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with this business, the car and the purchasing process as described above.

I have been looking for a while for a used Dodge 3500 4x4 diesel & found it here on cars.com. I called & talked to the used car manager & he gave me an honest description of the truck,it was a long ride,148 miles away but worth the trip. the truck was better than described & exactly what I wanted! & the price was great ! All the folks at Bedford Ford, in Sales,Financing,Title,ect.are some of the best in the buisness. During the whole process,everything was done to make this experience as easy as it could be. Being from out of state,due to this level of service I only had to make one trip to the dealer. All was taken care of before I made the 200 mile trip via phone and internet so all I needed to do was take a test drive and sign the papers.
