I'm a former customer of Bedford Nissan's, and due to the current car environment, there is a ton of equity in a car I was leasing (from another dealership). To buy out my lease and sell the car privately -- to realize that equity -- I needed a dealer to execute the paperwork for that buyout. I left three messages for Bedford Nissan's finance department -- no return. I spoke to a salesman, Mark -- no further communication after initially seeming interested in helping me. It's really hard to execute a buyout when a company requires you to do it via a dealer ... and a dealer refuses to help execute the buyout. I get it: This dealer was going to make no money by helping me execute this buyout, at least on this process. But the dealer (Nissan of North Olmsted) who did help me execute it -- and even had paperwork ready for me when I showed up, so it took all of 6 minutes -- will be getting my business going forward. I encourage you to do the same. EDIT after seeing the dealer's response, to which I can't reply here: I was paying CASH for the buyout. Bedford Nissan would have been out exactly $0, and would not have had to be reimbursed for any money, nor waited 4-6 weeks. Of course, they never returned my call, so in that way, they're right -- it IS one-sided. Unfortunately, not in favor of me. Do not do business with this company.

Dropped my car off for an oil change, etc. Was greeted and served by Jake Harrison. Super nice, friendly and professional. He explained that they would contact me when my car was finished. Next thing I know, I get a text with a link to view my car's progress for the service process. Very cool. Got a friendly call later that afternoon informing me my car was ready. All in all a great process and experience. Keep up your good work!

I walked in they got my keys and instantly started working on my vehicle. Before I could even get comfortable everything was done and I was set and ready to go. I have been to another Nissan Dealership where I was treated poorly. NISSAN in Bedford Hts is 40 mins from where I live but because of the positive feedback I received from others I chose to go there.John was professional and helpful and listened to what my needs were. He made sure I was out the door with my new car in a respectful manner. John new I had limited time and valued that.Very professional.When I stopped in to the service department to ask a question my answer was answered and they went a step beyond that by making sure I had information that would help me.Thank you Bedford Nissan for making my experience pleasant!

First time on the lot Marc the salesman was very helpful in showing the used Rogues that they had for sale. He asked us if we ever thought of leasing and explained it so completely that it made perfect sense to us. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Service time was quick. Truck needs oil change, tire repair and het shields repaired. They suggested a tire rotation which I approved but after inspection they said to wait another oil change cycle. They easily could have rotated and charged me but they did not. I believe them to be trustworthy.

I went into Nissan service center with 6 concerns about my 2009 Nissan versa. The worker took my husband and I outside to explain to us that it would be best if we discuss our concerns with our car with him before he takes our car inside the service center, because each one of our concerns on the list would cost us 99.99 to check. after looking over our concerns he took all things off the list that would cost money and said he would charge only 99.99 for the exam of the car. the next day he gave us a bill for 200.00 instead of the 99.99 he said it would cost and denied ever saying he told us any of this. Don't take your car to Nissan. I own three Nissan's at this time I recently purchased a 2016 Rouge, I will not purchase or lease another Nissan. They are liars and thieves.

Went online to buy my Altima. Searched several dealers and liked what i saw at Bedford. Overall good experience would say give them a shot. Only issue i had and felt is was bogus my car did not come with a full tank of gas. Didn't realize it till i came home. Also was told they were going to follow up with maintenance promotions but haven't seen ir heard anything. Its only been 2 weeks but i love my car.

Went there for a specific car which they did not have. Kept showing me numerous without the features I asked for. Tried to get me to buy a car with no warranty. Finally I escaped them and got to leave. Amber (Sales Associate) emailed me every single day about a car. Tried to get me to buy the 2016 Maxima, which was $15 more than I wanted to spend. I don't know what their deal is over there. They could be so much better if they were't just trying to SELL a car for themselves. They don't care about what you get or what you want, they just try to make a sale which isn't a good experience.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Frontier from a local dealer that I trust unconditionally. After about a week I noticed an issue with the light controls. I got the remainder of the factory warranty with the truck and my dealer could not perform warranty service. The Service Manager there recommended Bedford Nissan for the service and he was absolutely on target. I am 57 years old and have NEVER experienced customer service at this level. The entire service staff is laser-focused on customer service and satisfaction. It's a 45 minute drive past several other Nissan dealers to get there and they will be my first, last and only choice for service and repairs from now on. Five + stars. I recommend them without reservation

Dealer does not disclose agreement/legal information to customers and does not honor advertised prices or meet other dealers competitive prices claiming that customers don't understand the business. The negotiation process is long and exhausting, a practice used to force the customer to buy without getting the best price. After sale customer service is bad and none courteous. Repeat customers are treat just as bad and without any consideration for their loyalty. All in all a bad experience and a bad dealership.

went to this dealer twice. explained both times that I was shopping around (back and forth between different versions of the altima and accord and of course they had both). I went alone the second time, stated 5 times that a deal wasn't going to be made and still tried to nonstop push me into buying a car without giving me details on interest rates and trade in value for my car. it was like a broken record the way i had to keep explaining that i wasnt buying today and nothing will change my mind. also tried to argue with me over my opinion of leasing a vehicle. they took my keys to look up mileage and VIN so I felt trapped sitting there. terrible experience. I do my research on cars and was not backing down on not making a huge decision right then and there on something I'll be paying for the next 5 years.

Have been thinking about possibly trading in a vehicle and have been casually looking. Had been corresponding back and forth through email and was quoted one price but of course at the dealership, another price was given. Was given quotes on a vehicle that I did not pick out from their inventory. Questioned them about about MSRP, invoice, residual value, and TMV to which they did not answer my questions but instead proceeded to tell me how long I had been looking for a car (with a cocky attitude) which quite frankly has nothing to do with them! Kept reiterating how they don't operate like other dealers and are upfront which is not the first time they have stated this to me. If you keep repeating this, then obviously, you are trying to prove to YOURSELF that your dealership is AUTHENTIC and in the business of giving people the best price, NOT!!

My wife and I had walked in to Bedford Nissan and were immediately greeted by Daniel. We were there to see a used Subaru that they had on their lot...but because we showed up unannounced, it was burried under a pile of snow. No worries, Daniel gladly put on his coat and got the snow shovel. After about 15 minutes, he had the car ready, warmed up, and read for test drive. The rest of the day was easy. Daniel and the team were extremely fair, fun to work with, and ethical!!! I already hate buying cars because of salesmen, but the staff at Bedford made the whole process worthwhile. GREAT FOLKS!

We love the car, but were very dissatisfied with the customer service experience. Dealership didn't explain the rebate process, there were unexpected price changes when we were presented with the buyer's order, and they refused the honor the agreed upon purchase price when we went back to make the payment and drive the car home. I wouldn't trade the car, but I will not buy from this dealer again.

I just leased a new 2015 Nissan Altima. Everyone in the facility from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was so very helpful and polite. They are so professional and have great customer service. Of course you expect them to be polite and professional because they're trying to sell you a car, but it was more than that. Less than a month ago, I bought a new car from Bedford Nissan. In less than 3 weeks, I had a blow out in my right rear wheel. I was really not happy with the situation - brand new car, did I get bad tires initially? When I called the dealership, they said they would fix it at no charge and it was simply a benefit of buying a car through them. That made me a lifelong customer.

The service was very pleasant and friendly. My only complaint was that I had to wait a while for the test drive because a tire was being replaced. But I would rather wait the extra time than have a vehicle that was not fit for driving. All in all I was very satisfied with my visit.

These guys are very shady. They quoted me a price and even emailed me a signed buyers order. But, then they decided they wanted more money for the car and they used tactics like "oh we just sold it" which they had not and "this price is only good if you finance through us." They quoted an interest rate that was competitive so I agreed. The next day they told me the rate would have to be higher. When I pushed them for an answer they just said the lender needed a higher interest rate.. These guys are very unethical and unprofessional.

These guys quoted one price and even sent a signed buyer order.. But then they did not want to sell it for that price.. They first told me it I would have to finance through them for the quoted price... I ask for their rate and it was competitve so I agreed. The next day they called me back and said the rate would have to be higher. When I pushed them for a reason they claimed the lender change their rate... I agreed to the slightly higher interest rate and then they told me the car was sold.. Later I was told the car was not sold but they just did not want to sell the car for the agreed price. because they could get more for it selling it to someone else.

Not a welcoming atmosphere, nobody there bothered to say hello until I approached the front desk. I worked with the online sales rep, Jason who was in between sales with another potential buyer. I had to sit in the lounge of the showroom while my information and questions were shouted across the way. Very pushy in the sales process and this is why you need your game face on and guard up. What saved them from my total disappointment was after I rejected multiple unrealistic offers, they went to battle for me to get terms I agreed upon.

Leased a vehicle even though we knew it was to small for our family which we take responsibility for. However after 18 months we waited to call in and talk about trading in the lease early and get into a larger vehicle. Spoke with 2 different sales reps (1 of them sold us our car) and shared all of our information explaining our situation. After 2 months we never received a call back. They don't care! Save the hassle and either go to different Nissan Dealer or chose Toyota or other nearby dealer. I won't get into the overrated quality of the vehicles.

I absolutely love love love my Maxima. I spent a half the day on Saturday at Bedford Nissan looking at both the Maxima and the Altima. I initially went in looking for an Altima, but after looking at both side by side and driving both, the Maxima had more of the room we were looking for. We carpool to work and and the extra legroom will be appreciated. Our salesman encouraged me to look at both and I'm glad we did. I thought it would be out of our pricerange, but it turned out to be right at the top of what we could afford. The dealership itself was smaller than others I've been to (at least the buildng was), but they made up for it with a lot of inventory, and good service. Our trade in was not in good shape and they offered more than I thought we could get for it, so that was a plus, too. I'm thrilled with the whole experience.

So I was talking to Jason the online rep a week earlier quoted me on a price for a used car after doing some research saw car was selling cheaper elsewhere called me back right before I was going to purchase other vehicle and told me he will match the price! I agreed (they had it in white, the color I wanted- other car i saw was in black)paid the deposit they ran my credit. When I called to get an update he said "I just sent the car to get rechecked cause you spending so much money" mind you when I spoke to him the previous week he told me the car was mechanically excellent that the manger Steve was driving car for a few months and the only thing wrong was a minor scratch on bumper and some leather wear. So I get a call about an hour later and he is telling me "it's a good thing we checked cause transmission is slipping" he said he can't sell me the car and refunded my money without asking! Don't have any car Now! But thank G-d, I believe everything happens for a reason!!

I visited a few dealerships before I came to Bedford Nissan and the experience there really stood out apart from the others. John Beal assisted me through my purchase and was very professional, compromising, and helpful. I had bought Nissans before, but never here. The dealership building was pretty small, but they had plenty of cars to choose from. I couldnt be happier with the deal I got on the new Armada at Bedford Nissan. It must have been sitting on the lot for a while, because they really almost gave it away!

I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I bought a 2 year old Pathfinder Tuesday and it is fantastic. The salesman knew exactly what I needed after talking for a few minutes and knew the perfect vehicle for me. I wasn't quite sure which model I wanted to look at, so he showed me two and the Pathfinder was it. It took a few hrs find the right car, get financed, but that was ok. I thought it would take longer. I will definitely recommend Bedford Nissan.

I was looking for an Altima for a long time and just not pulling the trigger. I saw on MSN.com that Nissan had lowered the prices on some models . That was all the motivation I needed to go ahead and buy. I had been to Bedford Nissan before and went back this morning. It took about 3 hours, but I am now the owner of a 2013 Altima! They were helpful without being pushy, the financing department was more than fair, we got a great rate on our loan, and I couldn't be happier.

John Beal helped my wife and I buy our new Versa on Thursday. I was drawn to this dealership because of their prices initially, and happy with the whole transaction process. John knew what he was talking about and was able to help us decide what options were crucial and what we could live without based on cost and our budget. I also feel like we got a more than fair offer on the car we traded in. The showroom is smaller, but the price was definitely right for us. I don't have anything to say about the service department yet, but I will be back for my oil changes and maintenance on this car.

Are their prices good? Yes. Better than anywhere else. Are their trades in allowances good? Absolutely. Is there customer service good? Noooooo way. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership AND still purchased a vehicle. In my humble opinion they price their cars at such a quick turnaround that they get a huge influx of people and just simply don't have time for YOU. You get what you get though. The used cars are all filthy. And I do mean ALL. Looks like they had a 10 year old run through the inside with a can of WD40 and go willy nilly and spray everything. That's ok if you know that going into it and realize your going to spend a couple hundred bucks getting your car properly detailed, or you're going to spend a few hours cleaning it yourself. I looked at an Altima that was only a year old, but you couldn't have guessed that. The previous owner was obviously a cake face and had makeup buried into all of the cracks of the leather. Straight naaaasty. (and yes they said they had it detailed). Will it come out? yes, with a little time and elbow grease it could be restored to it's original glory. BUt I found myself looking for latex gloves to adorn in order to test drive it. It's the little details that make the car buying experience. . . better than the yuck it is, and Bedford Nissan doesn't pay attention to a single one of them. I'm certain they buy cars at the auction, hose it off, douse the inside with cheap detailing goo, call it a professional detail and slap a sticker on it. Again, the bottom line is this. . . the bottom line. The vehicle was priced right. Way right. It was filthy and took 4 hours to clean up, but what I found was that most, if not all of the blemishes that were on the car were superficial. To sum it all up, you'll get a great deal on a filthy car that needs some TLC.

Not John, he was great with explaining everything and working with me to help get me the price I was willing to pay. He was also great with calling me after my purchase to make sure I was satisfied.

I really want to thank John Beal for the great overall experience. I went in with my guard up being a single woman. I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past. When we got to Bedford Nissan, we gave our budget, requirements, and opinions to Dan Horvath. Dan provided us with exceptional knowledge and kindness as we walked around the lot. He took our needs into consideration and showed us exactly what we were looking for without any pressure or push to spend outside our budget. He was very upfront during the negotiation process and in the end we left with the perfect car for our needs. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for car in Bedford.

Stay away! Dishonest and they will waste your time. Quoted me an out the door price in writing through e-mail. I then went in to order thinking I saved a bunch of hassle and time and they didn't honor the e-mail price I worked out with their sales man. They wanted an additional $1800!! They lied and said they applied a rebate on the price that didn't apply to the particular model of car I was ordering. I can see the rebates online at Nissan.com. I don't believe the dealers are not all well aware of the incentives on their products. Then they have the nerve to try and up-sell to the model with the rebate.Way to many other Nissan dealers out there be sure to skip this one

Negatives: - No understanding of customer service - Shady business practices - Hard to work with - Minimal inventory - They really do not care about their customers. - They quote a low price ($300 under the rest), but offer trade values that are thousands less than other dealers. Do your homework! There are much better dealerships in Northern Ohio. Do your self a favor visit more then one dealer and my advise don't make this one of them.

I bought a new 2011 Nissan Altima a few months ago, which has been a great car by the way. We had a minor miscommunication at first (but who doesn't every now and then). Everything worked out. I wish Matt Greenberg (the general manager) and his crew the best of luck in their years to come. His service guy was great to work with (I think his name was Rich Jeffery).

I had a 2 year lease. The final inspection appointment was missed by the inspector so I took my pristine(!) Sentra to the dealership to drop it off as I was leaving for out of town the next day. I wanted to leave it good hands so they could verify its excellent condition. Several months later I got a bill from the lease company saying I owed $300 for a bent tire and broken windshield. I was shocked. I wrote to the owner of the dealership and was thus informed that they have nothing to do with the inspection company and they couldn't help me. Oh, the owner made a call to the company he says, but they said there was never an appointment. I was furious. I was told by an outsider to pay it to protect my credit and then take it to small claims. It would have been nice if they told me when I dropped it off at the dealship where it was origially leased and handed the keys to the service mgr, that it HAD to be inspected by the inspection company and they could NOT take responsibility for its condition.
