UPDATE, SEE BELOW. Took my 4Runner to have new tires, oil change and inspection, Also had factory remote start installed. Picked it up at the end of the day, drove home and felt a vibration through the whole truck. Oil hand prints all over the hood, fenders, door handles, and inside door. Looked like someone sneezed on the inside of my windshield. Also didn't fill my washer solution. I called the dealership and left a message, put my concern about the service I received on the survey they sent me, yet I still gave them a good review because the survey holds the advisor accountable, not the technicians. I ended up taking my truck to Lexus of the Lehigh Valley and paying to have all 4 tires balanced because I just don't trust Bennett to work on my vehicle anymore. I won't be going back. UPDATE : the Service Manager reached out to me and is going to resolve this issue, he was not aware of the problem and understands why I was upset. I need to know that the people I leave my vehicle with are talking care of it, and I get it back in the same condition or better when I pick it up. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me, I know it's a rough business to be in. Hopefully my next visit will be better. He also sent me a refund for the amount I paid Lexus to balance my 4 tires. This is customer service, thank you!!

Great place to service your car! Pull in and you are immediately attended by a staff member. You are constantly updated throughout the process while waiting. They offer a shuttle to your house if you would prefer to wait at home. If you choose to wait there, you will be impressed with the facility. There are complimentary coffee and latte machines you can use. The bathrooms are very clean. The waiting area is spacious. They will wash your car ok the outside at the end and they do a good job.

The service is getting better and better. Thanks. When I was there getting an oil change this weekend it was discovered that I needed new windshield wipers. I had the service rep add them to the bill and he took it upon himself to find a coupon online and generously apply it to my bill thus bringing the cost of the wipers down significantly. It was much appreciated and he went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. Thanks a lot!

I had such an amazing time dealing Matt and Marissa. I had been struggling to find a car within my price range and other dealerships I had been to were not helpful at all. Bennett Toyoya is the worst! Stay away from this dealership! They lack customer service and they do not explain anything in detail it is all about making the sale and nothing more. Customer experience is not important to them. The finance department is horrible. Buying a car took three trips due to the fact that no one wanted to do the job i had to do it for them! When said and done they didnt give me all offers available so i am out money because of them. No one wanted to correct it and the finance person pretty much was trying to blame me. I called corporate and the finance lady calls be with a nasty attitude as to why i called, really?Sales and other finance person wouldnt return emails and manager basically said they dont think they can do anything its too late. They come to the reviews and act as if they are going to make things right but never do. Just trying to make themselves seem as if they care. Stay away from bennett toyota.. Horrible place!

They do not honor deals after you agree to price. Shady typical salesman. After we made a deal, they sold vehicle to someone else while waiting for papers to be written up. Terrible customer relations. Will NEVER buy from them.

Most car dealership may have a bit pushy sales people, but I have never experienced anything like Bennett Toyota. Extremely pushy and unpleasant. After our test drive we wanted a day or two to think the purchase over, but Bennett wouldn't let us leave. They became rude, asked a lot of questions that are not of their business, etc. I'll never set my foot there again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

I contacted Bennett regarding a used car they had on their lot early last week. I was told it was in the shop for some repairs to the bumper. I followed up with numerous phone calls and email inquiries and was told the vehicle would be available today, Monday. Today when I followed up on the vehicle, after 3 different emails, I was called and told it was sold this weekend. I had made it very clear up front I was extremely interested in this vehicle and could come in whenever, and pay cash, so to have it sold "out from under me" is completely uncalled for. I will never consider them for a future purchase.

After doing quite a bit of research online I found the car I wanted. Bennett was a bit out of the way, but they had what I was looking for. Salesmen probably like types like me because I knew what I wanted and there was virtually no selling involved. It was just a matter of seeing the car to verify it was what it appeared to be online. My wife and I went in and met a salesman who was courteous and helpful. We told him we wanted to make the purchase and he got the paperwork together in a reasonable amount of time. He then introduced us to the finance officer who took us to his office to make the final arrangements. We decided to let Bennett provide the financing as they could offer a better rate than the bank could. The finance officer laid out a printout on his desk to show us three options for additional warranty service and proceeded, at some length, to tell us about possible calamities that can befall an automobile owner and how these products would make our problems go away. By the way, in the high pressure pitch, they like to use feel-good phrases like bumper-to-bumper protection a lot. Interestingly, he never actually mentioned the dollar cost of any of the three tiers of service. The printout showed what the TOTAL monthly payment would be for each plan be (that should have been a red flag). He told us that if were to total the car in an accident, our automobile insurance would not pay what we owed on the car and we would be stuck for the difference without mentioning that our insurance would replace the car with one of equal value. Ordinarily, when you make a decision regarding insurance coverage, you take time to study cost-benefits and compare various companies. Here we were put in the position of wrapping up the deal and having to make a decision based on pressure from someone who has obviously sat through many hours of sales training (they have their stock answers for everything and never take no for an answer). In conclusion, the buying experience was good, but beware of what you will face during the finalization.

I assisted my daughter in finding/purchasing her first new car, a 2014 AWD RAV4 Limited. Bennett had one equipped with the option package she wanted and the color combo she had been looking for (Shoreline/Latte). They treated her well. Patti Smith was great to work with over the phone, getting all the details worked out before our trip to PA. We agreed upon a price, and gave a deposit. My daughter did the credit ap online the night before. Once we arrived, she completed the transaction with Jeff Roberti and we were out the door in about two hours - no surprises, no drama. It was one of the smoothest, most pleasant new car buying experiences I've ever had.

Very frustrating experience with this dealership. Negotiated a fair price on a used car. They advertised the car as having navigation. After speaking with internet manager on phone, she confirms this. This was an important piece of info as the used car in question didn't come with navigation as a factory option so this was a customer add-on worth something that I factored into my negotiations. Go to see the car and you guessed it, no navigation. Ultimately decide to still go through with purchase anyway and simply ask dealership to lower price of car to make up for lack of navigation. Not only do they not lower price, but deny ever telling me that the car had navigation. Sales Manager then has audacity to tell me I shouldn't rely on what I saw on internet advertisement as mistakes are made all the time in the advertisements and then calls in the internet manager who states that she didn't say what I clearly heard, which only enraged me further. Straw that broke camel's back was when I was told I should have looked at all of the photos in advertisement clearer to verify for myself that car had no navigation. Can't make this up. They falsely advertise car, then blame the customer when called out on it. Now as a true testament of where this dealership places its values, let's see how long it takes them to take down the erroneous information from the web advertisement. I for one am not holding my breath. As for my purchase, I will add $5,000 to it and go buy the same car new which is what I should have done to begin with.

Last week my office was searching to purchase a new vehicle, which is always a lengthy process. After days and days of test driving different cars from so many different dealerships, we finally decided to take our business to Bennett Auto Group. Nine months ago I purchased a brand new 2012 Camry SE. I could not have been happier with the car buying experience. Today we brought my mother in law over to the dealership to see Kevin and he put her in a pre owned certified Corolla for a more than fair price. Kevin also sold us our Camry nine months ago. He's patient and makes sure all your options are made clear so you make the right decision to fit your needs. He treated my mother in law the same way he would have treated his own mother.....So fast forward to later on that that day, my wife and I returned to purchase our second brand new car in the past year...Kevin sold us a beautiful 2013 Rav 4 XLE. We needed a good price for our '08 minivan on the trade-in. We also needed to be with in a certain number for our monthly payments....Kevin met those numbers to the penny!!...I could not have asked for more. Thank you Bennett Toyota and a special thanks to Kevin for taking care of us.

I test drove a 2011 Camary Hybrid. A couple days later I called and asked if I could go to and from work with the car to help me decide...I work 70 miles away and would need to borrow the car overnight. The Salesman needed to check with a manager, but he called back later and said it could be done. We arranged for me to come in at about 8PM on Monday night, there was some paper work and a deposit needed. No problem. I arrived on time and was kept waiting because another client had arrived late, again no problem. I kept busy looking at the showroom cars and started to feel an afinity toward a teal Prius C - I knew my wife would love the color and I would like the better mileage for my commute. Anyway, once the Saleman and I get together he tells me that we need to sign an agreement-for-sale on the car before my test drive. I indicated I felt it was wrong to not tell me this before hand on the phone. He asked to see if his manager would allow the borrowing without this "sales" agreement. I was left to stew for 7 minutes. I could easily just sign whatever they wanted then say I didn't like the car, but I don't roll that way. I was serious about the car, but wasn't in the mood or position to start negotiating a deal at 8:30PM. The manager shows up and says he wants to make everything alright, great I say lets forget about the sales negotiations. He says he can't do that, so I leave extremely frustrated feeling I wasn't getting decent treatment. I will not buy from this dealer nor look at them again in the future.

I went there as a returning customer and they jerked me around for about an hour. I did my research and knew what was a fair price but they didn't even come close after a few trips to the sales manager. I went to Krause and they did the deal that Bennett wouldn't do in about 15 minutes. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Very offensive tactics!!!!! They won't help you unless you give ALL your information and a drivers licence. We were in the research phase of buying a new car. We wanted to see layout and ease of getting in and out of the car. We were told we couldn't have a sale rep, not that I wanted one that badly. We wouldn't follow the sales reps "steps to sell a car" , so they didn't want to deal with us. What's ever happened to the customer is always right and worthy of respecting private information.

I just bought a Toyota 4Runner from Bennett Toyota and could not have had a better experience. I was dreading going through the whole car buying experience as it is at so many dealerships. In 46 years I have never had a better salesperson in Marcus. He was so great to work with that I can't put it into words. No pressure, was so knowledgeable about the 4runner and went out of his way after the sale to teach me how to use the Bluetooth etc. Emma in Internet sales was great. The finance person was amazing and got me a super low rate which was better then I even asked for. The used car trade in guys were fair. All in all, I will never buy a car from anywhere else now that I know what a first class dealership is like.

This was our first time at Bennett Toyota and we were very impressed with the show room. Everything was very clean and orderly. My husband and I were greeted promptly by a very energetic, young salesman. We were shown the car we wanted to see and his knowledge of the car was impressive. After test driving the vehicle the salesman showed us the rest of the Bennett facility and then proceeded to "close the deal" on our new 2012 Toyota Hybrid Prius V3. This is our first purchase of a Toyota and I'm glad we made the purchase at Bennett.

I choose this dealership because it was close to my home and they had a large inventory to choose from. The customer service was good through out the buying process. After making arrangements with sales person to pick up car at 1:30pm and after a 2 1/2 hour drive, the sales person was busy with another potential customer. We waited 1 1/2 hours before anyone helped us. The car was brought around for us to take a look at and no one told us. They couldn't find all of the keys and told us there was only one and we would have to have purchase additional keys and remote door opener. I went out and looked through car (sales person should have done this) and found other keys and remote door opener. While inspecting car, I also noticed broken remote gas door opener lever that dealer said was there when I road tested car and I would have to pay for to fix. Dealer was nickeling and diming us for items. Poor communication and long waits between seeing the different dealer staff areas during this process. Finally left there at 4:00pm, a long 2 1/2 hour process to pick up car. Absolutely no follow up from dealer after purchase to make sure everything was OK. Poor customer service, communication and follow up.

I bought my very first new car, in July of this year. I now own a 2012 corolla. My sales associate Joe Colon, made the shopping and buying experience a breeze, instead of a hassle. He worked with me, and really listened to me and what I wanted. He provided me with great service. Joe made my first time buying experience exciting. You hear all kinds of stories about other dealerships, and their associates, and this was the complete opposite. I recommend Joe Colon to everyone I know, that wants a great car, and even better service.

Low pressure and clean showroom while buying a 2012 Prius. They gave me more for my Corolla than I paid for it, from here. I bought the car car for less than I expected to spend on it. Recently bought a used vehicle from Bennett Toyota. I had to do all the phone calls and leg work on getting insurance cards that dealer said they would do. Found out that vehicle didn't have owners manual and lug nut wrench,called back and got response they didn't have it. So you sell a vehicle that you can't even change a flat tire!! A real dealer would of followed up with the insurance cards,sent me an owners manual and lug nut wrench,besides don't they do a pre-sale inspection? I responded to their generic note and got NO reply. All customers are important not just those buying the 80k suv

My wife and I visited Bennett Toyota today only to test drive a car and drive other cars we found in the Allentown area. Barry was courteous, gave us great service, and his honest opinions regarding the vehicle we bought. The environment didn't seem chaotic and we enjoyed being able to tell them we had a specific price-point to meet. Not only did the management meet and beat our payment price, but they didn't push us in order to upsell any service or part we didn't need/want. Tom was very specific and fast in going through the finances and even gave us a better price on a much-desired extra. My wife began the day nervous and apprehensive and left feeling satisfied that we bought the right car for the best possible price.

My husband brought home a used Nissan Murano for me today. It is beautiful and the price was better than the others we researched within 100 miles of Philadelphia. It has more bells and whistles than some of the competitor cars in the same price range. Bennett was worth the drive.

When searching for a used car in the Washington DC area I visited multiple dealers, many of whom epitomized the "sleazy used car salesman" stereotype. After exhausting most of the options in my area, I was drawn to Bennett Toyota in Allentown, PA due to the make and model I wanted (2009 Camry) being very competitively priced. The car also had an impeccable service record, was Toyota Certified, in good condition, and cheaper than most non-Certified equivalents in the DC area. Thus, I felt like the couple-hour drive up to Allentown was worth the effort. I was fully prepared to deal with another sleazy salesman in order to purchase the car, but, to my surprise, never had to deal with one. The salesman that helped me, Frank, was very professional, honest, and overall a pleasure to work with. When negotiating on price (I was on a budget), he understood where I was coming from and genuinely tried to work with me rather than getting snippy with me, as had been the case with other dealers that I had dealt with. He was very honest with me and when he didn't know the answer to a question he would find a coworker that did rather than just make something up (which happened to me at other car dealers). A few days after purchasing, Frank followed-up with a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with the car, which was nice. Also, another thing worth mentioning is the actual Bennett Toyota building itself is extremely comfortable to wait/conduct business in (only 1 year old, clean, free wi-fi, free specialty coffee machine, etc.). Though you probably won't buy a car based on the actual dealership building, this was certainly a nice touch and made it easy to pass the time while the paperwork was being prepared/in progress. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Bennett Toyota to anyone within a few hours' drive of Allentown. They are courteous, genuine, and honest - something that is hard to find at most car dealerships.

I recently went to look at a used car at Bennett Toyota. The dealers were very helpful and not pushy like at other dealers in the area. Heather greeted us with a smile and told me everything I wanted to know plus let me do a test drive where I wanted. I ended up buying the car and they gave me a great deal for the car and the trade in. I liked the service so much that I took my parents to Bennett and they bought a car on the spot. My parents never do that! All in all it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone going there to look for a new or used car. Their facility is very clean and very economically efficient. I am pretty sure you can eat off of the floor in the shop, it's that clean.

We were shopping for a new car and came to Toyota Bennett to see their selection. The facility was great, comfortable, great decor, great waiting area and even free coffee and hot chocolate and a waiting are for the kids. Just Great. The Salesmen were incredibly nice. We are a young couple with not bad credit just not enough credit and after going to six other dealerships and hating the experience and how we were treated Toyota Bennett was like a breath of fresh air. I would send all my family and friends; and Toyota Bennett has a customer for life.

Having purchased many cars over the years, there's always a level of dread anticipated when showing up at a dealership. Rather like going to the dentist. This is all changed. Toyota, in general, and Bennett, specifically, have evolved to make the experience comfortable. General Manager Chris Zerfass has certainly set the tone for a first class operation. With my Internet on-line research, checking inventories, some email exchanges, we agreed on a price. By the time I arrived there to close the deal, most paperwork was done. While finishing paperwork (no surprises) with genial seasoned Product Specialist, Fred Schimeneck, the new Prius was being detailed. Only small issue was a bit of a wait to get my turn with the very busy finance lady. Seems even they were surprised with sales of several vehicles before me. When gas prices trend upward, sales of hybrids do too. Good choice of gourmet coffees and friendly chat with Fred solved that. We'll do business again!

Had been looking for the exact Tacoma that Bennett toyota had listed on the internet for three years. A few phone calls to verify everything and I purchased the Tacoma over the phone. Drove out there 80 miles away and when we arrived we were greeted by their courteous staff from the time entered their new enviromentally friendly showroom. It was the best car purchasing experience we ever had.

The salesmen waited a little before coming out to see what kind of car I was looking for,my saleperson was great! told me everything about the car,( by the way, Rav4 is my car ) I came in a Toyota Rav4 and I left in a Toyota Rav4. Went on a rainy day to buy new Sienna AWD. Sales person was not knowledgeable about car.("I have to know about 19 different vehicles"). Waited for sales manager to come and do deal. Waited over 1 hour. Acutal negotiation took all of 15 minutes (simple - no financing). Then we sat.... Had to go to 2 previously made appointments but returned after about 1 and 1/2 hours. But our time at the dealer until we took possession of the car was from 11:30am until 8:30 pm (minus a total of about 2 hours away from dealership). Sales manager kept us waiting despite sitting directly in front of his office. Even our sales consultant was embarressed. Got coffee and hot chocolate, though. When we were sitting in the car and ready to leave, the sales manager came over to us and thanked us (first time he spoke with us since the price negotiation) and then "begged" us to give him an "excellent" rating. A "good" rating was the same as a failure. In addition, no one gave us a tour of the service department nor were we introduced to the service manager. Granted we left at 8:30 pm but we returned the next morning to drop off some papers and still no tour or introductions. Most of the information (eg. 2 year included service and Saftey Connect for one year) that we learned was from us asking questions and not from the sales person offering. In all fairness, I am hesitant to rate an entire dealership based on one experience. We plan on taking our car here for service and hope that our first impression is wrong.

This is a brand new building. Very impressive with the whole facility and the enployees and their interest in my requests. The waiting area is very comfortable and the whole process of the check up including tire rotation, oil change, etc. was done quickly. I was very happy with their courtesy.

I had experienced a flat tire and installed the alleged spare tire. My agenda was very crowded and time sensitive. I didn't want to drive around on the spare all day and needed to have the flat tire repaired quickly. They took my car into the shop, repaired the flat, and reinstalled the repaired tire. Somehow, they fit my problem in and took good care of me even though it was apparent that they were very busy. I have to award their service department an "Atta Boy".

Having moved to PA recently, we received a "Free Inspection" coupon in the mail from Bennett Toyota. I took them up on the offer by dropping in on their service dept. without an appt. Although busy, they took my Honda in for the state inspection and emmission tests without hassling me for not calling ahead or that it was a Honda and not a Toyota as the coupon implied. Everyone was very nice and friendly despite it being late in the afternoon on a busy day. To make a long story longer, my Honda failed the inspection due to bad control arm bushings. Obviously, they offered to fix it there with after-market parts, but then proceeded to tell me that I probably would have it done cheaper with genuine Honda parts at the Honda dealer. Amazing! This was refreshing honesty and a welcome surprise. I'll get the work done at Honda, but will definately return to Bennett for all my future service needs on both my Honda and my Toyota Tacoma. Thanks for the great customer care.

Our product specialist was highly knowledgeable and followed up to make sure we were happy with our vehicle. We drove off with a certified used Toyota that made us an all-Toyota household. I purchased a new Toyota Venza last week but it was the longest and most painful car purchase. The night we came to test drive the car, we signed the paper work for the new car, we had the VIN number of the vehicle and everything. We get told 5 days later, that the car is no longer available. Then for the next three days, we were told they secured another vehicle, but then they lost it, two more times. Finally a car was found and we were promised it with the next 3 days, to find out they drove it from CT and put over 400 miles on the car. Never did we get the option to pick other option or colors to get the car sooner, and without putting 400 miles on the car. The day we came to finally pick up the vehicle, we were told to come at a specific time for an appointment. We can 15 minutes early, but due to the salesmen talking to us for so long, our we missed out appointment slot with the financing man and ended up having to wait an extra 45 minutes with nothing to do.

Our salesperson was very friendly and knowlegeable. He returned phone calls right away and was always in contact if we needed to discuss something. I've bought about 5 cars before and the purchase itself was the least stressful one I have done. Even though we bought one of the more inexpensive cars (Corolla), we felt like we got treated very well. Would not think twice about buying another car there.
