Honest friendly car dealer. The photos online provided an excellent overview of the vehicle we intended to purchase. We arrived knowing what to expect and were not disappointed. We were very pleased with the car, dealer and transaction. We would buy from this dealer again.

Great staff, so helpful and nice. I was looking for a specific type of car and they found it. It was slightly out of my price range and with no wiggle room on the dealership's side I couldn't purchase there but they didn't pressure me and were so great!

Great place to purchase a used car or truck. I was looking for awhile for a used truck and had so many bad experiences with pushy dealers and over priced high miles trucks that it was becoming a real pain. Thank the heavens for BEREA AUTO MALL they very professional and have a great selection of quality used cars and trucks with price's that can not be beat .Would with out any hesitation.highly. RECOMMENDED BEREA AUTO MALL.

Berea Auto Mall made it fast and easy for me to trade in my truck and purchase another one. Bill was awesome! He worked with me every way he could and kept in contact to let me know the status of my applications! He even stayed after hours to help me finish my paperwork and get my insurance straightened out. Deff an A+ place with an A+ staff! THANKS AGAIN BILL! AJ

It was fast customer service after inquiring about a car on their lot. When I went there to see the car they were very courteous and Bill showed me right to the car I was looking at. He answered all the questions I had and didn't try to sell me a car I was not interested in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a courteous, honest, helpful dealership. I got my car today and it runs beautifully with no problems.

Such and awesome feeling, called up on a friday explain my situation with my payoff and vehicle, Bill was extremely helpful. Up front and honest people to do business with. Walked in Saturday afternoon drove off the lot and hour and half later in a nice well kept commander. could not have been more happier with Berea Auto Mall. I will be purchasing more vehicles from them, even if there an hour and fourty minute drive from where i live. thanks again Bill!

Shawn at the Berea Auto Mall made car shopping a breeze! I e-mailed him on Thursday and by Saturday morning I was driving off the lot! From the timeliness of his response to his swiftness in the financing, Shawn was professional, knowledgable and overall amazing!! The office staff and maintenance staff were extrememly friendly and overly willing to please us. We went in to just look on a late saturday afternoon and ended up in a Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 on tuesday. The Finance Manager, Sean, was able to get us financing to our dismay.
