I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team at Bergen County Auto Group. This is especially true for Lou, Robert, and Anthony. From the moment of first contact, throughout the entire process, they were responsive and welcoming. At no point did me or my wife feel anything less than at ease. I had originally called about 1 specific car I saw online... when I arrived, it was there as promised and in great condition. There were also other cars that caught our attention... the team had no agenda, they simply let us take our time to view and test drive whatever we wanted; this allowed us to be very comfortable with our final choice. Like most car buyers, I did a ton of research... they met every standard I was looking for. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Dave from the moonichie location was amazing!! He helped us out incredibly. He worked with us on our budget tremendously. When ever we have any questions about the car or issues, he has the answer or the worker to fix it. This location is awesome. I would definitly recommend Dave and Bergen County Auto Group to anyone who's is look for a new or used car.

I've always leased cars so I was nervous to finance my first one. I worked with Dave who was very friendly and answered all of my questions...and I had a lot! We went for a test drive and the car was just as beautiful in person as it was online. Mike, the Sales Manager was not pushy at all like some other Sales Managers I've encountered who just want your money. They really cared about me being happy with my decision! I'd definitely recommend going to Bergen County Auto Group for your next car!!!

I was in NEED of a USED vehicle and thanks to BRAULIO ESTEVEZ and SHARON I found the perfect used vehicle a 2010 BMW 328xi in great condition. Last month we were started looking for a car for our son. On Cars.com we found the least expensive, lowest miles, most optioned BMW X5 4.8 in America. It was located at Bergen County Auto Group. The car was everything they described, clean, perfect and available unlike a bunch of other dealers found that have cars listed that don't actually exist or don't meet their descriptions. We dealt with Jecca, Paco and Wilbert and they all were professional, personable and helpful. We had no issues, there are no stories, it was a quick and easy transaction and we're very happy with the end result. We would recommend this dealer and these folks to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price.

I had been looking to replace my 2006 Honda Accord for at LEAST a year. Having gone through the car buying process many times over the years, I honestly didn't expect it to be much different thanthe rest. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I felt a very different vibe; completely the opposite from every new or used car dealer I've dealt with. I was greeted by my salesperson Joe and he was extremely helpful and patient with me and only showed me cars that were in my interest and price range. Zero pressure or fast-close sales tactics. Once I found my car, Joe took the experience to another level. The process was smooth, efficient, and very pleasant. Paco, the general manager, made sure everything was in order and took the time to answer every question that I had. Not to mention, they gave me a totally fair trade in value for my Honda. I was absolutely dumbfounded that I didn't have to negotiate. I drove off with a mint 2010 Acura TL and am extremely happy with both the car and this dealership. They sell quality used cars and the fact that the dealership itself is setup much differently than any other I've been in simply gets an A+ in my book. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends and certainly go back for my next car when my wife's car is ready for trade. Finally....Sal, the owner. Absolute gentleman and a truly nice guy. Definitely consider them for your next car.

I was looking for a Audi TT and came across this dealership which had it in stock. I called and scheduled an appointment which they called to confirm the day before(++). On the way to my appointment there was a lot of traffic and I was almost an hour and a half late but I called and the very nice receptionist Alma assured me that they will wait. Once I got there, I knew immediately I wanted the car, it was exactly what I was looking for. Showroom is really exceptional as all the vehicles there, all nice, high end cars. Wilbert Marte, my sales person was really very knowledgeable and helpful. Handled all the paperwork without a hitch. Really made the whole experience very stress free and pleasant. I choose to come back 2 days later for the car, it was washed and detailed with a full tank of gas, Overall, I highly recommend Bergen County Auto dealership. They rise above other dealerships with their exceptional customer service and quality cars they offer.

I went to another dealer prior to Bergen County Auto Group. And i must say after buying over 19 vehicles in 9 years this has been by far the most pleasant experience I've had at any dealer. The car had a TPMS sensor showing when i took it for the test drive and they took it to a shop to be fixed right then and there. I would highly recommend coming to Bergen to buy your next car the salesmen are very knowledgeable and everyone is so friendly. I got a great deal on my car and am completely happy with my purchase. The staff is not into hiding anything from the customer they will show you the issues and are very reasonable with values on the vehicles to accommodate any issues.

We set out on a long day of hunting for a used BMW X5 or a used Ranger Rover Sport. We are from South jersey area and done a lot of research on individual cars as well as the dealerships they were located in. We worked our way north and in fact came across some really nice cars. All along though my Fiance had her eye on a Black BMW X5 that we saw online. I had also read the reviews that stated how easy it was to work with the team at Bergen Auto Group. After a long day of visiting dealers, we made our last stop here. We test drove the X5, which was exactly as it was in the photo's, beautiful conditions, and then decided to sit down and discuss numbers with Paco. It was a quick and easy process for us to work out the details. Paco was extremely straight forward and willing to work with us to make the deal. I would not really call it a negotiation process, except that we had a trade in that we were looking for a certain amount for, which he gave us so that we could close the deal. We left a deposit came back up the next day to finalize the paperwork and drive off with our new X5. While I was there the second day, I had a chance to see the rest of their inventory and what a selection of gorgeous vehicles they have. As I said goodbye to Paco, I asked him to look out for a vehicle for me (RR Sport), as I would gladly drive the 90 miles again to do business with him and Bergen Auto group again.

I been looking for my "dream" car for a while and finally found but all the way in New Jersey which is almost 1000 miles away from home. Made the phone call, car was still there and guys promised they would hold car for me. Got ticket to NJ, Wilbert even picked me up at he airport. I bought a 2012 x5 from this place and the service was outstanding. Paco answered all my questions and Wilbert ensured a smooth finance transition. All the cars are kept indoors and very well kept. I initially reached out to this dealer on a vehicle of interest seen on there website. They were real quick to reach out to me and ask when would I be able to come in. I mentioned how I saw on there site about applying for finance. I did....Never did they reach out to me. I called to confirm if they have received my information. They stated Yes and that they would call me back. I called thru out the day to check my status and around late evening on a Sunday I believe when I called them back they said they were unable to assist. Just like that. But spent there whole time putting me off. I thought this could be a potential dealer to do business with...NOT!! Never again will inquire with these people nor refer people to them. Despite of there nice cars they provide VERY POOR SERVICE. STAY AWAY!!!

I received excellent service from BCAG. The staff was extremely helpful. Thanks Belle, Chris, Wilbert and Paco for making my car buying experience the best. I would highly recommend BCAG! There was no pressure or hassle. The atmosphere was laid back but I knew the finance manager was working hard to get me a great loan rate. I was happy to see the cars are kept in an indoor showroom. The car I purchased is a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe EX. I looked all over for this car and it was a rare find. I was looking for a V6, Blue and 6 speed manual transmission. I knew what I was looking for and found it at BCAG!! Awesome customer service and immaculate vehicle!! I would highly recommend BCAG!

I recently went to look at a few vehicles. There were literally so many beautiful used cars to choose from. I found the one I wanted only to find out it didn't exactly have what I was looking for. When contacted the dealership and explained, with no problem they helped me continue my search. Found a different vehicle which all the things I wanted... I went to see the car, set everything up and walked out the next day with my brand NEW (used) BMW!! The customer service was friendly, understanding, willing to work with you and the prices were outstanding with comparison to several other places I had already went to. So if in the future you are looking for a beautiful, affordable and luxury USED car that is in near mint condition... Bergen County Auto Group!! Thanks for my car... I love it!! If you are looking for a dealership to buy a luxury used vehicle, look no more. I had the BEST experience at Bergen County Auto Group. I live in Manhattan but found this jewel. Their indoor showroom is immaculate and their customer service is bar none. They worked VERY hard to make sure my buying process was completed and pretty much held my hand throughout. On top of their service, the staff is smart, courteous and even offered me lunch during my wait. I will refer all of my friends and family to purchase their next vehicle at Bergen.
