I just recently purchased my Cadillac ATS from Bergey's and our sales associate was Ryan Distler was very friendly and helpful. Although the purchase took about longer than expected; about two weeks, in the end, the process was very satisfactory. I buy a truck every 6 to 8 years and like to make sure that the one i buy will fit my needs for that time frame. Keith was extremely patient and helpful during my 6 weeks search and decision making process till the right one came available. I went up to Bergeys Reluctantly, only because I had my 3 young children (No other option) with me and everyone knows its hard to concentrate like that. I really enjoyed my experience with Bergeys. Everyone I dealt with there went above and beyond my expectations. I purchased by car from a different state and they made the experience very enjoyable. Ken Bobb was my salesperson and he was outstanding. He was on top of things from start to finish. One example was that he and the dealer were able to secure transportation of the vehicle from PA to GA. Although they didn't have to do this, it put my mind at easy and the vehicle arrived unbelievable fast. In fact, car arrived a day earlier and only took 2 days to be delivered! I would have never expected that! That better than Amazon!! The Driver, David Cressman was just as nice as everyone else at Bergy's. Bergey's definitely treat the customer right. I always felt like the people at Bergey's put me first from start to finish. I would DEFINITELY recommend them and would look there first for my next car!

This was my first time in my car purchasing/leasing experience wherein the entire process took 3 hours from initial discussion with Keith Hackman to delivery. Keith worked with us in getting us to our comfort payment amount and beating the other Chevy dealer in our area in Bethlehem. Keith was honest with the process as to how he arrived at our monthly payment. Daryl from the finance side was also very forthcoming with the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family shopping for a Chevy vehicle.

Lito is the consummate Professional. I received the car I wanted, got all my questions answered. He even answered questions I hadn't asked yet that I should have been asking. I felt very at home with Lito and it was a pleasure to buy my brand new Impala. From day one. I found D the van online and Laverne helped me basically buy the van through email traffic cause I was 2 hours away. The day I showed up I brought my wife and three kids. They had a children's centef set up with food and juice boxes! The had colouring books and tables. They already had the paper work ready for me so I literally said papers for 5 minutes and was done. Props to this dealer. Yiu have changed my perspective on buying from dealers.

Horrible service! Overcharged me for service not completed, tried to charge me for unnecessary work, and tried to put the wrong part in my car!!! Always short staffed on Saturdays. This is the second and last time I will go there!!! My friend had the same issues. I called the GM and emailed them and no one from service ever called me back!! After talking to others, I found out this is nothing new, they ONLY take care of customers that bought their cars there. Well, guess who will not be buying a car there?

After getting SEVEN new cars from Bergeys, I can honestly say this is the best place to get a new Chevy. Everyone is friendly and knows their stuff. I purchased a 2010 Chevy Suburban 2500 form Keith at Bergey's. As I live in Indiana Bergey's was more than helpful getting everything completed over the phone and email. I flew in on Saturday Feb 20, 2016 they picked me up at the airport making transportation easy. Once in the dealership Keith gave me the keys for a test drive then we filled out the paperwork and I was quickly on my way back to Indy.

I personally object to the (widespread) practice of charging for the diagnostic test. When the vehicle is engineered all diagnostic systems are included in price of the vehicle. When the vehicle is built, all diagnostic hardware is included in the price. But when the time comes to read out the information that MY vehicle collected and stored, then you charge a whopping $98.00. This constitutes vertical monopoly (IMHO) and effectively eliminates the owner (and all other service organizations) from competing with your dealership.I consider this to be VERY customer unfriendly, so as soon as I am finished restoring my 1967 pickup, I will opt out of this unfair system and sell my Silverado.I truly think that if Bergey's was interested in retaining their service customers, there would be some accomodation other than just whacking them for a 100 bucks every time their vehicle needs service. Here's a FREE suggestion: Charge the $100 fdiagnostic fee the first time, but include it for free the next 4 times. That would be less onerous than your current system.I worked for a manufacturer of life-support medical systems, in the technical service department, and know that this system can be changed. Went in for an oil change only to find out it was free and free tire rotation. Showed them a factory defected rim and they ordered a new one for free. Plus the lady explained my warrenties that the dealer I bought it off of never did.

I was thankful for the use of one of the loaner cars. I normally would have scheduled a 'wait' appt. since I drive a considerable distance for service. Otherwise I would have had to use personal or vacation time away from work. That was a big PLUS.

I purchased a 2005 equinox here that came off lease with 56000 miles in 2007 has been a great purchase with a few things up till now . GM stood behind their product and resloved it at my discression of choice dealer, which was bergey. This week I had a problem with my gas cap and the parts dept was kind enough to see if ,i really did need a new cap, the spring in the cap did not engage and was setting off my check engine icon ,the cap cost 22 bucks ,its oem and the engine light is no longer on .This Dealership rocks

I have had my truck serviced at multiple Chevy dealerships from Florida to California as well as in Eastern PA. I have never had as unpleasant a service experience as I had at this dealership. I visited the service department three times for the same problem. They blame the customer, are condescending, and then talk as they walk away from you and the problem still exists. I am actually in the market for a new Chevy truck but would never think of buying from this dealership since they would want to service the vehicle. Their service personnel need to be trained what the word customer service means.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. It should have been a tell tale sign from the beginning since the day I went to buy my 2012 Chevy Cruze no one even attempted to approach me to try to make a sale. Then the sales person that finally helped me was one of the most unpersonable people I've ever dealt with, but I bought the car anyway since I really liked it. I've had the car for about a year and a half and it's literally been nothing but problems. I have had it taken back numerous times because the car keeps stalling out and at one point the brakes did not work when the car was in reverse. Their service department could literally care less about any of their customers safety considering when I told them about the brakes they wouldn't even take the car for another 4 days plus I had asked them to check it out previously about 2 months prior when I noticed the issue for the first time and they completely ignored me. I tried to explain to them that there was a recall for the exact problem I was having and they told me that wasn't true. Needless to say I went there and it was for the recalled part that broke again and needed to be fixed again. Then when I called about the car stalling they said it wasn't a big deal. Every time I called to have the car looked at they were extremely rude and acted like there wasn't a problem and that I didn't know what I was talking about, only to have me bring it there and have them tell me what I already knew. The Last time I took it there I wouldn't even let them perform the service considering they couldn't even get the problem straight. They literally told me it was two different problems the two different times I spoke with them. They told me the engine was misfiring but it was due to maintenance that I never performed. Then told me that it wasn't routine maintenance it was just a problem that happens sometimes and is not covered under the warranty. So at this point I feel like I can't even trust what they say. The scariest thing of all was probably the fact that one of their employees tried to tell me that the cars sometimes stall if they are starting to run low on oil. It really makes me question if they know what they are doing. Then to make matters worse their manager tried to say that I never brought the car in for any issues when it's literally been there 4 times in the last 8 months and I have all the service documents to prove it. Im beyond fed up with dealing with them and I will make sure that no one I know will ever use them.

I got to the service department at 8:00 AM. I was asked if I would be waiting or leaving the car. I said I planned on waiting but that I needed to be somewhere later in the morning. The car needed an inspection. I told the service coordinator that I could have my wife pick me up if necessary. He saw that my car is a 2012 Equinox purchased at Bergey's and maintained there. He said there is probably nothing that needed to be done and he could have me out of there in short order even though he was busy that day. I was done and on the road by 8:45. I was very pleased to say the least! Thanks a million.

Everyone at the maintenance service desk in Colmar really are the best people you have in your system and the maintenance guys are equally good they are honest and fair and I personally recommend them all for an increase in pay, they are the ones that keep your dealership going but unfortunately I can not say that about the sales dept. across the street, I wont go back, very rude sales people......

Everyone was great.. Tried getting me in and out but unfortunately the issue needed a few hours and I was waiting with 3 kids under 5 years old... Kenny got me a loaner car for the night so I could be on my way!!! They helped me move car seats and load the kids up!!! Fixed problem by next morning!!! Last January when I purchased the 2013 Chev. LTZ the handle fell off the passenger side seat and it took one year to get it back on. Then when I was checking out, the woman was going to charge me for it. I told her to call Clyde Derstine who knew about this problem and in fact was nice enough to try to fix it. It fell off the next day. She had to go to one of the men to get permission not to charge me. The handle took one hour to put on. The repair person told me he almost gave up. My oil was changed, car checked and I was on the road for my 55 minute ride back home to Hellertown. Thank you Clyde for all your help. Dennis Bishop

The service people are always helpful in knowing what needs to be done. The wait time has always been minimal and the waiting area comfortable. They are very thorough in the little things like checking all the fluids when doing an oil change or noticing that the vehicle could be inspected that day instead of bringing it back later during the 3 month window. I stopped in to have the weather gasket looked at for the drivers door so it could be ordered. The parts man said it was in stock and it was told to the service consultant, at that time I said I would bring it back. We went to Bergey's on Christmas Eve an hour before they closed to look at a certified pre-owned Chevy. Everyone was so friendly and gracious even though we were there at the last minute with our two toddlers! Brad Fox did everything he could to help us get the best deal for the SUV and our trade-in. We weren't able to make a decision that evening but returned first thing in the morning the day after Christmas ready to purchase the SUV. Again showing up unannounced, Brad was so helpful and got us all set and ready to go. After shopping at other dealerships it was so refreshing to deal with such a friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely go back to Bergey's and Brad for any future car purchases!!

I had lights appear in ref to power sterring,traction Y stabilization. I noticed problem changing gears. I dropped off car and called the following morning. We made initially contact with a sales representative Lito. In that conversation he stated: Most of my business is repeat and referral from satisfied clients like you. My goal is to provide you with the best service. You are going to love your experience with me.Satisfied is the furthest from what I experienced with our interaction. We spoke with Lito several times throughout the day regarding a potential purchase. He initially acknowledged the fact that we lived a distance away and we are very busy with 4 kids. We were attempting to complete an initial qualification of the purchase over the phone given those initial acknowledged restrictions. We understand and recognize that no deals were going to be made over the phone, especially given we had a trade and it was a "sight unseen" situation. In the final conversation he had with my husband he stated that he was going to talk to his manager and get back to us. Yet, there was no response or phone call for the last 4 hours for which the dealership was open. I recognize it was a busy day for them, given the weekend and Black Friday, but I do not see this as behavior of someone or a company that is highly focused on customer satisfaction. In fact, this only portrays to us that our business is not valued in any way. At this point, I would not give my business to the organization nor would I recommend their services to anyone in the community. Being in sales myself, I know that reputation and customer service is the only thing that truly differentiates yourself from your competitors. I am just appalled that this is not his or the companies focus. With all this being said, I will make sure that everyone I know within the community is made aware of the service that I received to ensure that no one else becomes subject to this type of treatment. All that needed to be done was a basic phone call or email stating that our business was not wanted or that we did not qualify. That is how a reputable organization does business.

I found a certified Chevy Cruze LTZ online and was approached by Brad Fox when I went to go see the car. After test driving the car and discussing price, I left wanting to consider the purchase. I called Brad a few days later and asked if he could hold the car until the next day. I went in the following day and met with Brad, who had come in on his day off. He went over the car with me 100%, showing me everything it had to offer and setting up the Bluetooth and OnStar for me. The car had been cleaned inside and out and the gas tank had been filled. I called Bergeys on 2/10/14 to inquire about a 2014 Chevy Silverado truck. The salesperson i talked to didn't introduce himself on the phone and was very short with me when I was asking questions about options I wanted to get on the truck I was thinking about buying. Almost 2 years ago I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ken Long at Bergey's Chevy. I was very unsure of what I was looking for and have been checking out a number of dealerships. It was becoming a very tedious process and I started to stereotype car salesmen. Then I found Ken Long at Bergey's. Ken was very understanding and was more than willing to spend over an hour with me showing different options. All of the cars were well priced but nothing truly caught my eye. I was acting spoiled and picky. Then Ken brought over a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles from his other lot. The car was priced to sell and was in excellent shape with new tires and inspection. Ken had offered financing but I was already working with a bank in Blue Bell. I showed up the next day and rolled off in my new Jeep. Not once did Ken pressure me. He showed me what they had and let me do the rest. Oh yea..after 2 years, all I have ever needed with my Jeep has been change oil and fill it with gas. Thanks Ken

Chuck (Bergeys) informed me of recommended future work (front brakes need to be replaced soon) that needed to be done but said it was up to me since car passed inspection. I chose to have brakes replaced, they honored brake discount coupon and car was done by the end of the day as I requested.

Great. I love the drop off and pick-up inside, out of the weather. Waiting area is sparse but sufficient. Check in and out smooth and friendly.

Bergeys took care of the problem at no charge. Recommend doing a better road test after maintenance. New tire purchased. Don't know why car pulled to left.

I had an 8am appointment and it took a long time for my vehicle to be ready. The waiting room was not inviting and the staff was not particularly friendly.

Pricing of the oil change is hard to understand. The oil with Dexos is about double vs non Dexos oil. Checking prices at Walmart I do not that difference .

My check engine light came on while I was near Bergey's so I stopped in for that as well as a blown headlight. Chuck was fantastic at getting me a ride to work, having both issues resolved and bringing the car to me at work!!

I was shopping for a used car and spotted what I was looking for on Cars.com I noticed a discrepancy on the drive-train, and emailed Bergey's. I got a call very soon after emailing and was told which drive train it had, unfortunately, not what I wanted. I received emails from the sales rep.(Matt), that had called, with many suggested vehicles. I also received follow-up email from the Sales Manager (Ken) with more suggestions and offer to help me. My Bergey's experience was extremely pleasurable, and I did not make a purchase yet. I will definitely be shopping there after the holidays, and recommend them highly.

Bergey's Chevrolet has always exceeded my expectations. The prices are fair, the work is outstanding, and the car is usually ready sooner than promised. They also go out of their way to make sure you can get home, and when you wait, the customer area is clean with magazines, TV, and coffee.

After four months of shopping, I stumbled upon Bergey's on car gurus. The prices caught my eye. At first I was hesitant because I had no inkling of the where about of Colmar, Pa. After being disappointed about the "hype" and "empty promises" from several other dealerships, I decided to venture to Bergey Chevrolet. It only took me 20 minutes to decide to buy. It was worth the 50 minute drive. Tyler was great and did not pressure me at all. I am going to tell all my friends about Bergey's.

We keep buying Certified Passenger Van every year for our Business. We are based in Yonkers, NY and our business with other state is based on Trust. Two reasons: 1. We have not seen the Vehicle. 2. Price . Once I arrd they picked me from train station. Professional Service. I saw the Van. ready to take delivery. Clean, oil changed and ready to drive down. We financed the Van. All document were ready. I was In and Out within 30 minutes we no hassle. Got the price and the Van I discussed on phone. I recommend any out of state individuals to do busy without fear.

I came in for an oil change and anything else the vehicle needed. The service department could access my vehicle's service schedule quickly and suggested changing the inside air filter. They took my car into the bay within 20 minutes of my arrival and everything was done quickly.

I appreciate the friendly & professional attention I received on an obviously busy morning. I stopped in at 9:15 AM for my service to change oil, rotate tires & 27 pt. inspection and I was leaving by 10:00 AM.

Found car on web, contacted them via email. Their responses weren't informative. Their final response was that the car had been sold. I guess it was pending a sale and they didn't want to tell me.

Good technology made purchasing easy, most of the negotiation was via email. No tricks smooth transaction. Credit guy was very helpful and pleasant. Salesman did not push and explained everything even though she was under a time constraint. I would highly recommend Joanna she was very nice an thoughtful.

My son and I drove over to the Bergey's Chevrolet dealership on Tuesday evening to check out a car that (my son) spotted on-line. The dealership was very busy. The sales people were working hard to accommodate all the customers. Tyler B. handled our questions and he exhibited great customer service throughout the transaction. Bottom line - my son purchased the vehicle. The car was prepped and ready to drive off the lot as promised (the next day). My son and I were very happy with the service we received from Tyler B. (and others) at this dealership. We'll come back!

Joanna was the most helpful car sales person that I have bought a car from. We have bought at least 15 cars in the past 30 years and no one comes close to the knowledge and helpfulness of Joanna. I've purchased 2 SUV's from Bergeys in past 3 years; I got a great value and exactly what I wanted to buy. We take our vehicles back for service and the service department is nothing short of professional. The rates are reasonable and work is done right. From a loaner when I needed to leave my ride for a sensor recall to pulling my wheel up when finished to their indoor area for pick up. The facility is clean and people are polite. I've purchased a new Tahoe and new Yukon in past years from other dealerships and would be hard pressed to go back to those. Bergeys is a no non-sense group that will not disappoint.

Everyone was polite. What was most impressive to me actually happened to someone else. I saw an elderly man who had brought his daughter's car in for an oil change. After about 5 minutes, the service rep came to the waiting room and told the man since the car only had 1,000 miles since the last oil change, it did not need one. That was honesty! That is the kind of thing that keeps me coming back! And coupons and discounts!

My experience was great. The camaro sale was done completly by phone, text, and internet due to I live an hour away in Delaware. My salesmen Matt Cerefice was informative, very detailed. He made the transaction go extremly smooth. I could not have been happier.

Bergeys has a coupon offer for a $19.95 5 qt. oil, oil filter change and 4-tire rotation using synthetic blend oil. When I called for an appointment I was told they would have to use conventional oil for this offer. Having been in oil sales I do know the difference between conventional and synthetic blends so I wasn't about the let whomever it was pull anything. I've had trouble with their service in the past but thought I'd give them another shot. Their bad service has cost them 2 car sales, looks a 3rd in the works.

Purchased a 2005 Trailblazer from Matt who was great to deal with. Worked with me on price and trade. Pat made the paperwork quick and painless. The truck had a Check Engine light on within a week and Jesse in service took care of everything and followed up to make sure no other issues remained. I was very impressed and will definately be back.

I was looking for a Mazda Tribute, they had one. I went to the dealer and was told it hadn't been detailed/serviced yet and they'd call me when it did. A couple of days went by, I called a couple times and was told it hadn't been detailed/serviced yet, but they'd call me when it was. Well, they finally finished whatever they needed to and called me, but told me there were some issues with the car, but they'd offer it to me at a lower price. So I drove it, decided I liked it. I made an offer and they rejected it, that's fine, thanked them for their time and left. I get a call a couple of days later from the same sales lady telling me they have another Mazda Tribute in. I said another one or the same one (I checked their listings and there was no new one). She said a completely different one and that they sent the other one to auction, I said I'd come up there on a certain day and see it. Well, there was a day off or something where they were closed and I was in the area, so I stopped by. Well, it was the same one I looked at, but the price had shot back up to the original listing price. I was furious and never spoke with them again.

I recently bought a used 2008 trailblazer, Stan "the salesman" was very friendly and upfront about my monthly payments, and also gave me a great deal on my trade in. i have purchased more than 10 vehicles from this dealership and have always been extremely satisfied ( i would never have gone back after the 1st one if i had not been).i used to travel more than 80 miles to go there for sales and service, except oil changes.their sales department is extremely professional and honest and does not try to sell you hidden or fraudulent aftermarket items.they will recommend the extended factory warranty but will not push you. i have always purchased the ext factory warranty because i travel a lot of miles.their service is also excellent. on several occasions i have had some relatively minor problems, which no other dealer seems to have been able to fix, but they did in a very expeditious manner. their service writers, mechanics and foremen are extremely knowledgeable.i would recommend this dealership to anyone for sales and service.every time i recommended this dealership to my friends, they were very pleased and they said it was more than worth the trip.there is no highway pressure.
