I'm a single mom of two amazing daughters. I was in desperate need of a new and safe vehicle. One that I wouldn't have to stick money into. I had looked online found a few options I liked. Got information on them and got my 2006 Buick rendezvous. I'm in love with it. There is plenty of room for grocery shopping as well as my girls friends to come with us. I will feel safe knowing my 16 year old will be driving it as well.. I won't have to worry as much now as I would of with our old car. Thank you to Mike Henke for all of your help. Had to get some odds and ends done on my 2012 Terrain. Easy to make an appointment, work was done promptly, and I was picked up at work and taken to the dealership to pick up my car by the shuttle service (which I love). Everyone is very friendly and they go out of their way to help you.

very happy with the pick up and delivery service, however all things I asked to be addressed were not. External temp gage does not calibrate very quickly. When I bought the car sales department promised to provide the second remote key fob. Still no key fob.

My service advisor Dan Mrotek took very good care of me. The whole experience was great. He got me a loaner car and then delivered my vehicle to me the next day. I have told everyone how well Dan and Bergstrom takes such good care of its customers.

I was told that the service would take around 2 hours and it was done in two hours. I bought my 2010 GMC three years ago from Bergstrom and I come in for my oil changes and other services. I travel 45 miles for your service. Maybe that will tell you how I feel about your service.

Oil Change, tire rotation and inside air filter change took a little longer than I would have liked. Filter was $44 not including labor. Wow, way too expensive!!!!!!

Express Service was completed quickly. The waiting areas are always very pleasant and all of the Staff are very polite and friendly. It is a nice experience and I left with a secure feeling that my auto is well taken care of and, therefore, it will take good care of me. Thanks!

Service was for a simple oil change and checkup. Claimed to check my tires for nitrogen service levels, recorded it at 5 lbs low on all tires and did NOT service them. Because servicing with nitrogen can not be done by the home mechanic, it renders our compressors useless for filling tires. I expect this to me done at my regular vehicle service interval. Am I wrong to expect this?

I was able to get in immediately for my oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I noticed was that my oil monitor was not reset and it took me awhile to figure out how to reset it.

Very pleased with how I was treated. Very helpful and pleasant personnel at Bergstrom. My car had to be towed in and they were wonderful about getting to it and informing me about what needed to be fixed. Dan is always very pleasant to work with.

My Equinox had been using oil and the engine light came on. Chad from service and the mechanic were able to discover what the problem is in a very short time and have scheduled an appointment to correct it.

My service manager was great. I threw a last minute change at him and he dealt with it with true professionalism. My car was done before he said it would be. He kept in contact with me throughout the day. Everything was fixed as promised.

when i 1st called the girl was very rude and appeared to have a problem when i asked what her name was because she spoke so fast. i ended up saying good-bye and haning up and called back later. i get a call every week which is very annoying regarding the service that i had experienced and if there were issues to please contact tom the service manager. i understand the customer service side to call and see how everythign went. no issues so that's why i haven't called back and if there was, i would definately call. as far as dan, he's ok. i like eric much better. just a preferrence is all.

We came in for an oil change. We're treated to coffee and cookie. We had scheduled our appointment ahead of time but it took longer then expected. Without complaining your team give us a $10 discount. Who wouldn't be happy. We have always been happy with the service.

Service personnel were very friendly and accomodating. Waiting area was clean, bright and well-appointed with small food and beverage service. Restrooms were clean. Was told the wait for my service would be about 45 minutes, but I was out the door in just under 40.

I came in to Bergstrom Buick without an appointment with a tire losing air. I was greeted politely, advised to take a seat in the waiting room, and told promptly what was wrong (pinhole in sidewall). Two days later I received a call to stop in and have the new tire put on the car. A+ service.

Let us say that Jennifer Hollenbeck made us feel comfortable and like family, the moment we walked it. There was no pressure, she answered our many questions, built and rebuilt trucks for us and would never want to deal with anyone but her again. I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and from the time I drove in and was greeted by Rick, the service writer, to the time in the waiting room when both car porters, Tom and Stan specifically came over to say hi and ask how I was, to the time Chad, my personal Service Consultant came over to say hi and ask how everything was going, my experience at Bergstrom is always nothing but top notch. Even the Service Manager, while walking by, recognized me and greeted me and said hi. These folks get it and make it happen. At Bergstrom, you don't feel like you're at a dealership, you feel like you're with family who just want to help you. Great job!!

My wife and I went to Bergstrum to purchase a new truck for our new business we are starting. The salesman showed me a few options, left my wife and I alone to talk, and wasn't pushy at all. We started the paperwork late in the evening and decided to return a few days later. We walked in, signed a few papers and the truck was ours. This was, by far, the best buying experience we've ever had!

I get a knot in my stomach anytime I have to enter a dealership. I expect to be lied to, to be ripped off, to be quickly forgotten once a deal is done, etc... In other words I expect the worst. My dealings with Bergstrom have given me a whole new faith in dealers. We saw a car on-line, called on it, got every piece of information on it that we requested in a timely manner. Got quick response to followup questions (which were many). We worked with Brian who was an absolute gem. We drove 180 miles to check out the car. It was exactly as described, probably better. The price was more than reasonable. They put it up on the hoist at my request without any issue though it was near closing. And they completed the transaction so that we could get back home even though it took them well after closing to do so. Steve in finance, was as accommodating as Brian and made completion of the sale easy finding us a great loan. A month and 1/2 after purchasing the car we totaled it hitting a couple of NY deer. Steve worked with us to get a refund on our extended warranty. Customer service like this is to die for in any type outfit, but to find this with an auto dealership, at least from my perspective, is incredible.

Very friendly employees. I took my car in for a recall and oil change. I was very surprised by how well they cleaned my car. They told me they were going to wash it well I didn't know that included cleaning the inside. My car looked wonderful. I was bummed that it rained the next day but at least the inside is still sparkling.

Setting up the appointment was great using the internet. When I arrived everything was in place so all I needed to do was sign the work order and work began immediately on troubleshooting the problem. When the problem was diagnosed I was updated on it and the repairs were started.

Great Service. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Bergstrom for the past 8 years. They have always been very professional and timely when I needed my car serviced. They have great customer service and are courteous. The building is always clean and welcoming. I enjoy their fresh baked cookies and refreshments.
