Cesar was a fantastic salesperson for us when we walked into Nissan. He provided us excellent customer service throughout our whole experience. He was very knowledgeable with all of the cars and helping us narrow down to exactly the features we were looking for. Cesar was friendly and relatable throughout our whole time with him. Once Cesar helped us find our amazing car, Shirley was very kind during the financing process. She helped us understand all the different options we had in a quick and efficient manner. We are very thankful for both of them during our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Following what sounds like an unusual communication snafu, I was handed a dirty car and told my fob needed a new battery after a lengthy wait and substantial ($$) service visit. I sat in their driveway a minute before pulling out, wondering if I should say anything - a fob battery and car wash didn't seem like an outrageous expectation to me. Afterall, I did just spend quite a bit and I am a loyal customer. But I had been there for about 5 hours (I was working, so I was fine - they have adequate digs there in the waiting room so you can work if need be.) and I was all packed up so I left and opted to share on the review/questionnaire I knew I'd be getting in my inbox. I received a call from Carmen the very next day asking what happened. He apologized effusively for the mishap and asked if I could come back in and he'd make it right. He sure did! A week later, I left there again - this time with a new fob (would have been two had I had both with me) and super clean and detailed car! That exceeded my expectations by far but I could not be happier! I have always had exceptional service here, from Carmen and all the staff, so my issue was truly unusual. I highly recommend Berman Nissan! update: 12/20 Went in for brake service that was declined in a previous visit because it wasn't urgent, just mentioned to be prepared in some amount of time. Since I was planning a road trip, figured I'd take it in. When I got there, they took a look and said "nope, not yet. not needed." I really appreciate the honest report!

Going to any dealership can honestly be a pain spending hours at a time there, but Felicia was quick and transparent about finding a car that suited my needs and budget. I cannot thank her enough! Bought a used 2001 Wrangler Sport from Mid City Nissan on Sept 7th. The brakes went out on the way home and almost caused me a serious collision. They offered to fix it, and repaired two brake lines and failed to fix, or mention that the rear brake drums need replacing.They also said they were aware of and going tofix an electrical issue, they said it was a bad light causing faulty circuitry, and failed to mention that the only reason the electrical was working was because of some screws being used to make the connection or that the battery was failing and also needed replacement. They also failed to drain and replace all the fluids in the vehicle, leaving them murky and filled with debris. This includes the brake fluid after they "fixed" the problem.All in all, I have around $5500.00 worth of repairs right now on an $8500.00 vehicle. I purchased a used car from Berman because of their claim on their website stating that "Each vehicle has undergone a rigorous inspection to ensure the highest quality used vehicles in Illinois" this clearly isn't the case as I've not really been able to actually drive the vehicle outside of driving it home after purchase and almost dying due to brake failure, and the myriad of other issues I've had since.

My salesman Jay was fantastic, I'll start and leave the pros at that. He got me the financing I needed and was patient with my questions. However before I signed I asked for one last look at the car and discovered a bounty of missing and broken things. The car I was in there to purchase was missing crucial safety parts. They willingly tried to sell me a car with no horn, a key that wasn't programmed to the car, no spare tire, a hood with no latch that can fly up in the wind, no engine cover latch.... stay away from these guys. Prices may appear okay - but they leave out their $700 "city package" which you're forced to buy... which supposedly includes safety checks... waxing, and a cleaning. Who did this safety check??When I expressed my concern about them selling an unsafe car to the manager he essentially laughed in my face and said that for the price of the car I should not expect it to be perfect... I agree, but dents and dings are different than crucial safety features. Don't put people in unsafe cars. - Someone will get hurt or stranded and it's going to be Mid City's fault.Good luck guys.

I will never buy car from this place. The sales team has some ethical/moral respect issues. Specially FAUSTINO has to learn how to treat customers . I was visiting this place several weeks ago with my family we were planning to buy another vehicle from Nissan (we bought 4 cars since 2008). Before we schedule the appointment with RICKY we ask at least 30 times about the whole process , because we don't like to deal with difficulties during the process and wasting are time as well. I did explained my situation including credit score, down payment ,terms of financing and RICKY says - no problem we not going to waste your time just come over. After bad experience with other dealerships we thought this may be the place to buy new car. I was wrong again . Based on the reviews from other customers this place has to many complaints and I ask Ricky why ? his answer was no worries , you cannot believe everything you read . So we decide to go to Chicago on Friday evening dealing with rush hour (almost 2 hours) and what we got was another disappointment. Nobody have to tell me what's business all about I understand both sides . But the issue was do not waste my time and I will not waste your time . Looks like these guys has no respect what's so ever .When I walk in I was assured by Ricky again no worries no headache it's done deal. Ricky introduce me his sales man FAUSTINO and we start the process . After repeating what the deal was FAUSTINO just start keep coming back with different offers I wasn't interested in. He brought his sales manager JOON and that point we decide to leave . These people will just waste your time with absolute disrespect as long as they make few dollars . I will not buy here ! My plan was to bring my Xterra in for a trade-in appraisal. They said that they should be right around the price I was looking for, and to bring it in anytime! Drove up to the dealership. I understand that this is obviously a tight city. Absolutely no parking for customers. I pulled into the service drive because I had no other choice, but before pulling in, I am greeted by an employee standing right outside the service entrance door, smoking a cigarette. Asked her for help with where I should park, and she told me she was on her break. Spoke to a service person who walked in and found the person that I was told to look for. He walked me in and said, I am running internet sales, so let me find someone who can help you. Waited, standing in the middle of the showroom, because there are no chairs for the customers. While I wasn't thirsty, my fiance was there with me hoping for a water. I asked an available employee who said, we do not have any coffee or water, but we do have vending machines for your use. Continued waiting for 10 minutes and was finally greeted by the GM. He walked up still wearing a fedora, and said that they are looking to get my car appraised and having it checked right now. Then walked outside and stepped into his $100,000 dollar car, which was parked at the very front with his vanity plate, backed it up about 4 feet to center it in front of the door, and then walked back into his office. Continued standing and waiting and after around 20 more minutes, came back up to me and said that they would not be able to have a technician inspect the vehicle for me, but regardless for what I was hoping for, wouldn't be able to get to that price? So after my 20 minute drive to Irving Park from South Loop, and 45 minute wait standing in the showroom, he told me that they would not be able to get to my price and he was sorry for the inconvenience. Complete waste of my time. Since the vehicle wasn't inspected, everything told to me about the appraisal could have been told to me over a phone call or within the first 5 minutes of me being in the dealership. The GM pulled the vehicle out of the shop and again apologized for the inconvenience. I stepped into the car and drove down the road for a few minutes before realizing that my title was missing, as it had been sitting on the center console. I searched the entire car, and turned around to head back to the dealership. Walked into the GM's office to ask about my title, and he had no idea. On my way out, I asked the service writer, and he said that he had placed it inside my book in my glove box. Once more, another 10 minutes of wasted time. It was the smallest amount of help I have ever experienced in a dealership. Left steaming, and headed to the next Nissan dealership in Chicago, who was very accommodating and ended up offering me just what I wanted for my car. Thank you Hawkingson Nissan, and Mid City Nissan: you deserve this rating.

Ernesto Perez is the most polite patient salesperson I have ever encountered. For one month I've been going to Mid City Nissan trying to gather my data to make the right decision. I went in asking for a 2015 Rogue Select. On different visits I discussed options such as prices for other car models, whether to lease, whether to go with a used car.... Sometimes I made appointments and was late or had to reschedule. Ernesto never lost his patience and understood that buying a car is a big financial decision not to be taken lightly. Finally, I decided that due to my current circumstances, leasing would be the best option. A lesser salesperson would have kicked me out a long time ago (believe me it happened to me once!) You have to ask for Ernesto, especially if you are a high maintenance, detail oriented, frugal, analytical buyer!

I am completely satisfied doing business with this company. My sales consultant Luis Martinez has been very helpful and accomodating. Very professional. He gave us a lot of options in order to process of getting the car. At the end, I was able to bring my dream car home...Ecstatic! So I went into Mid City Nissan Wednesday with no intention to buy. I met with Maciej Skwiot to talk about the possibility of buying a G37 if I liked it. The condition this car was in was AMAZING! I actually had several cars I was drawn to because of the condition they were all in. Mid City Nissan is truly a hidden gem in the car buying world. Everyone was nice from finance to the managers. Truely Impressed! I think the best hidden gem was my sales woman Maria Munoz. I had no intention in buying a car and was just looking but she swayed me into taking it for a test drive and it drove beautifully. I am glad I listen to her. Suspension was tight and the power of the G37 was amazing. Im a fan for life because of your saleswoman Maria! I told everyone about the deal I got in my Maxima group. Your Finance department was very helpful as well.

I was in the market for buying a new car specifically a Nissan Versa. I saw some good prices online so I went in. They offered me a price much higher than the one online. I showed them the price I saw, and they said that price includes military incentive, grad student incentive, and other incentives that less than 5% of the population would ever qualify for. I told them why would they market a price like this online that hardly any one would qualify for. They said there is fine print stating this. When I went back to the website I had to click 2 other links to find this fine print. Immediately, I knew I was dealing with a shady business model.I told them that price was unreasonable, so they offered me a discounted price which was a little higher than what I wanted. I said okay lets work with this then. I was putting $3K down and financing the rest. They then came back to me with my monthly payment stating I would be at 8% APR financing. I literally laughed in their face. I have a credit score of 725, and am a CPA, which I told them earlier. The fact they would try to stick me with that APR is just plain insulting. I negotiated the terms down to 3% after that. So they went back and ran my prices again only to add a $700 fee at the bottom for something called a City Package Fee. When I inquired what the heck this was, they said its for door guards and wheel locks. I went out to the car to see what those were. Its a couple screws and some crappy plastic around the door. This service at most would be worth $100 and that's being generous. After I saw that, I just said have a good day and left. My advice to you is they will always act like they are going to try to get the price down for you only to try to screw you in another way. Beware if you are financing. Do yourself a favor research your credit score and fair market APR rates. In this low rate environment today, even with a fair credit score, you should never pay more than 4%, you would just be getting ripped off.

I purchased a vehicle back in May or June of last year and the buying process was great in and out little to no haggling. This review pertains to the support aspect and follow up treatment after purchase. Recenlty the vehicle I purchased from Mid City Nissan I sold and then have been trying to receive the refund for the extended warranty I purchased through Mid City for the past couple months now. I called the warranty company and they verified that the cancelation was received and they processed the refund months ago which means the refund was sent to Mid City. I have been after Mid City for some time now trying to get them to issue the refund and get it to me. I have been very patient hoping this process was going to play out just like when I purchased the vehicle but I should have known better. I have received email correspondence from Mid City saying the refund has been sent out to me and it's been over 8 days now and nothing. The next order of business is contacting the BBB and opening a complaint. **This is an update from the above review** I just received the refund in the mail today. I still wish the correspondence was a little better from Mid City but in the end I received my refund.

Been a loyal customer of mid city since 2006. In 2013 got a Nissan Pathfinder in which since day 1 i been having issues. Bought the car to showroom 3 times in first month to finally figure out there was a nail in tire. Then Jan 2014 computer malfunction took a week to figure out and on top of that my rental car bill showed up in the mail in May that they did not pay it had to take a week before they did. In Jan 2015 again car issues, key not detected, accelerator malfunctioning getting my life in risk. Brought it in then they said that it was a brake chip error refixed and on top of that had it brake pad changed, again 3 days later I had to bring it in same issue. Solution to get a 2015 pathfiinder due to the numerous issues with the other one. I did and it seems like noone cared about the other car issues. Try to get the store owner email nnone wants to give it, store manger service desk manger none of them return calls, they promise they will call in an hour never does. Leave voicemails never calls, after corporate Nissan calls them they will finally attend. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone and I will take extra steps that others know the trouble I went through with them.

I bought a used Altima 2013 from MidCity just because they were able to match my budget, without compromising on my choice of car. Daniel Durojaiye ensured a transparent deal except for the fact that he did not have the spare key fob for this car. He promised to trace the owner but had no luck with it. Now on a fine early morning(6:30 a.m.), I opened the boot, kept my bag inside it & closed the boot. The keys were in the bag & I did not unlock the car before closing the boot lid. Voila! I'm stuck. I do not have a Roadside Assistance so when i call up others on Craiglist, i here insane charges(north of $150). That's when i call up Midcity at 7:30 am. I'm connected to Dennis, the Service Manager. He understood the situation & assured me that someone will come with a duplicate key in about 2 hours time. I decided to wait. It had been 3 hours by now when I call back &spoke to Daniel Durojaiye. He took some more time and called me back, saying that he would be coming to my place with the keys. Post 30 mins, here he is. And the car is unlocked. And I now have a spare key too. Honestly, I did not expect this kinda service, especially when the deal has been sealed but MidCity & Daniel proved me WRONG! My next purchase will be from MidCity, for sure!!

I came here after a bad experience with Kelly Nissan. First off, Desi Zamora lied when he said they had all colors in stock and also quoted me a price that included college discount even after I asked him about the price since it was considerably lower than Kelly Nissan. I went in, worked with Jason Vargas and ended purchasing a Nissan Rogue; I got a better deal than with Kelly Nissan and Jason was more pleasant than the other salesperson. A month after I got the car, it was damaged due to a leak in my garage. I called Jason and asked if there was anything they can do for me. He supposedly talked to his manager and said I could bring it in & see if they can buff the spots on the car. He said he would call me back and let me know when i could take it in. He never called me back. I was very disappointed; I didn't understand why he would not call me even if to tell me that they couldn't do anything for me. Even though my last 2 cars have been Nissans and I loved them, I will never buy one again. And definitely will not recommend this dealership to my family & friends.

Ariana is the best Salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She is caring, trust worthy, and a go getter! She was super busy when I came in, and she was still able to sit down with me and go over the best way for me to buy a car. Do not do business with these people, they are highly unethical. After my internet inquiry, Desi called me Monday to say Mid City has the largest inventory of Nissans and they had the exact Nissan Rogue we wanted for my daughter who just moved to the Chicago area and is carless. He connected me with Ariana who assured we both met financial qualifications and selected the car we wanted. The car was a demo but my daughter wanted that specific color and that was fine. She said they would even discount it a little because of the mileage. Ariana offered to reimburse taxi service for my daughter when she came in on Wednesday to pick up the car. Ariana provided the numbers, monthly payment amount, etc. and all looked good and acceptable. Some criticism begins here because at this point Ariana called back later and said that because this was a lease, the papers had to be signed and returned by Fed Ex (we are out of state). This pushed back the purchase or pick up date until Thursday. We were fine with that. I took the day off Wednesday to do this paperwork but there was no FedEx delivery- a text to Ariana and she says she is off this day and finds out the Fed Ex guy never picked up the package. No other comment or apology followed that text - you would think someone who wants your business would reply with what they are doing to make the deal happen. I ask what is the plan and she says she is off but she will find out when she goes into work Thursday. Thursday am which was today - my early morning text inquiry about the Fed Ex delivery happening today? Ariana's reply via text "It looks like the general manager made a decision to sell the car yesterday. I'm truly sorry it was out of my hands. I would offer you something else but we don't have anything else like it in stock". That was it - unbelievable! Later in the day, she texts again "If you need anything else please call my general sales manager at 773-282-6200 his name is George. My intentions were to sell you a car and make you happy. The fact that the car was sold was a surprise to me as well. My apologies once again Mrs. J to you and your daughter(her name)." Like I want to call the GM who sold my car (didn't have the guts to tell me directly) and ask him for some additional help. Avoid this place, this business is not honest.

Fist time experience couldn't have been better. I owe a 2012 Nissan Quest, called made an appointment, brought it in the very next day and within an hour and a half my car was ready to drive. The technicians explained to me detail by detail the repairs that needed to be done and As smooth as it sounds, that's how smooth it turned out. Very happy I chose Mid City Nissan.

My experience was horrible. My trade is was valued 2k lower than it should have been. And they totally took advantage of the situation. They gen. mgr is a fast/smooth talker and try's to mislead with numbers. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. This location is small and not expanding for a reason, they specialize in ripping people off so approach with extreme caution or just don't go at all. I have never had an experience that made my choice feel so bad afterward. I have purchased roughly 3 Nissans in the Chicagoland before this time and I usually do business at the North Lake location, but this one seemed convienent. But oh boy, I didn't know what I was in for. After all of this ranting I would just say Avoid Avoid Avoid. And by the way right after I purchase my car from there which was certified it left me on the side of the road on the way to work needing a tow.

BUYER BEWARE!This dealership has been deceptive throughout my entire purchasing process.The peak of my troubles happened just recently when I found out the (supposed) 2012 Hyundai Sonata *SE* (sports edition) Mid City sold me was only a 2012 Hyundai Sonata *GLS* (base edition).My paperwork reads SE but when I called Hyundai USA to verify my VIN they confirmed the car was indeed a GLS. The VIN on mypaperwork matches the car which matches the GLS model from the manufacturer- yet Mid City claimed it as an SE which is a few thousand dollars more expensive.When I called Mid City to explain this the General Manager, Chuck Settles, said it is in their records as SE and nothing can be done except for me to sell it back to them (at a major loss, of course).Though Mid City claims their records show it as an SE my bank, Chase, says the documentation received from Mid City allreads GLS.The best part is that I paid thousands more for something I did not get!Also note that Mid City will have you sign an Arbitration Agreement that prevents the customer from taking Mid Cityto court for anything.Other issues: -Mid City was unable to provide my car's title within Illinois' grace period. During this time my drive-away license had expired and I was forced to drive 100 miles to my parents house to use a spare car. I was then forced to get another temporary license. I was never compensated for any of this.

I spent over a week talking with victor about a reasonably priced new 2012 armada on their website. I was surprised at the low priced advertised and asked about it. Victor proudly and repeatedly proclaimed how much savings he is helping us with and that we knew that they had the lowest price. Admittedly he was right about the lowest price, and less than honest about the reason for the low price. Finally, we agreed on a price and I asked him to fax me a purchase agreement (i live 500 miles away and was planning to fly to Chicago to close the deal). With the purchase order, arrived a damage disclosure stating that the car had hail damage that had been repaired and possible damage on the roof that may not be seen easily. He wanted me to acknowledge by signing and returning the the signed Purchase agreement and disclosure to him. I promptly called him and asked if the damage had occur the night before after we finished talking and if that was the reason that in multiple phone calls and over 20 emails he had not mentioned this damage. He said that the car had been damaged in last summer, repaired and that he thought someone else in the dealership had told me about it. i asked him that i felt that it was false advertising and bad customer service and business practice to not mention this after a week of discussions. and he promptly told me that his manager (chuck) handled this situations. After talking to chuck, it was not illegal for him to not disclose such conditions and that he he has met his legal obligations by providing the disclosure after negotiating a price and he could have waited for me to get there before telling me about it. I thanked him for his Honesty!!!!, truth in advertising and the favor he did me by telling me before I flew 500 miles to pick up the car. I also promised him this review, with Nissan corporation and Chicago Better business B. Two down and one to go. Do not go near these people.

We needed a new car for our daughter, who was going to be 18 very soon. However, both of us had very busy work schedules and could not spare any time to spend on researching her new car. Somehow all of us managed to be free on a Saturday. So, we called Danny in Mid City Nissan and arranged an appointment at5PM. He readily agreed even though it was on short notice. We arrived at the dealership at 4:50PM, and were promptly attended by Laura. Further, we were showed various models, explained the pros and cons of each one, and how it would suit my daughter. And, we finalised on and Black Nissan Sunny with all the bells and whistles. After the test drive, I asked for a week to arrange finances, which was promptly agreed and the next Saturday, we were driving back home in my daughters Brand New Nissan Sunny!All the process went smooth! I hope its the same for service too. For now, full marks from me to Mid City Nissan!

We went in on 12/31 trying to take advantage of the year end sales event. Victor was our sales associate and he was nice to work with at first, which is why I feel bad writing this review, however the customer service failed when it should be the most important. At the end of negotiations on the final car price when I went to sign the paperwork there was a $500 additional charge over the discussed price we agreed upon. After asking the finance person what this was I was told "It's an additional fee and we are very busy tonight so can we move on?" I should have stopped right there and walked out but I felt pressured and was exhausted.We followed up to try and have an explanation of this from Victor which he completely ignored via email and then claimed he emailed it over. We went to the dealership trying to pick up this info that he claimed he sent us and he now said it had to be faxed from a different store??? If he sent it to me via email shouldn't it be there on his computer? We then waited for 30 mins while he claimed to wait for a fax to be sent to no avail. Finally, we ended up leaving with still no paperwork in hand. If customer service throughout the entire process is what you are looking for don't go to Mid-City Nissan. I will certainly not be referring them to anyone I know or the many customers I deal with on a daily basis. Disappointing to say the least.

I went to this dealeship with an open mind. I went there looking for a used Nissan Altima. I found a 2011 that they would not work with but said there was a 2009 that they can work with me on. After going back and forth on the price, we overheard the sales manager tell the salesman Just sell some cars, stop coming to me with numbers. We finally agreed to their price when they came back and said that they dont agree and wanted $600 more than their verbal agreeement. Also we waited over 30 minutes for each time he had to go back to his manager, so needless to say we left immediately after they decided not to accept their higher offer. Thank god we did after reading the reviews on yelp.

I was in the market for a new car an I was referred by my mother to Mid city Nissan, she is a very hard person to please so I was sure that they did somthing right. I went to check out there inventory an everyone was very polite an professional as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if I need help. There Mr. Voladymyr came to my rescue he asked me what I looked for in a vehicle and showed me several vehicles that were everthing I wanted .He also made sure that I received the best price for my vehicle .Not Only did he accommodate my budget , and make me feel secure in doing business with him, but he also came in on his off day to make sure I knew all the features and how to operate them in my new car. Thanks Volad you are truly without a doubt the best sales person I've encountered and trust I've been to numerous dealerships but Mid City definitely knows how to treat there customers ; )

In my car, I had a seat base break just the day before my vacation was to begin. I had suffered the same issue that was corrected under warranty. Now, after a year and several thousand miles past warranty, I was unsure how the problem would be handled. I left the car at Mid City Nissan in the middle of the night and emailed John at the service desk. A few hours later John called and surprised me by telling, the car was ready. In just about 12 hours after I dropped it off without an appointment, the car was repaired and washed spanking clean, no charge to me, and I was able to take it on my trip. I highly recommend Mid City Nissan.

MCN: I have had a fairly new vehicle ( the 2008 Mitsubishi Galant) but then, it was extremely high payments. Also, for a newer car, it had no upgraded features. So, ultimately, I felt trapped in a car that had very high payments, loses its value, and infact had nothing modern about it, except the model. I walked into Mid City Nissan and Mitch was my dealer. Its worth mentioning that from the moment I walked in, I was treated with extreme professionalism. The staff at Mid City Nissan were very courteous and helpful. We sat down and discussed, and when I told Mitch, I laughed because I felt like I was being unrealistic. But then, Mitch went on, and helped me to get the vehicle I wanted and also with lower payments and everything I said I wanted in the car. I just couldnt believe it!! I have never felt so satisfied leaving a dealership!! Thank you Mitch and thank you Mid City Nissan!!

On September 5, 2011, I purchased a new vehicle through Berman Mid-City Nissan at 4444 W. Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL. After the usually back and forth between myself and salesman Victor, we tried to negotiate a fair price. Soon afterward, Victor brought in Manager Nick who then brought in another Manager named Dalila. After much more negotiation we settled on an out the door price of $30,000, everything included. Victor continued to consult with the other Managers while returning with multiple different monthly payments. I strongly expressed that the above set price of $30,000 was all I was willing to pay. Victor came back three more times with different monthly payments however assured me that the no matter what monthly payment we settled on, the final amount would still be $30,000. The entire time while punching numbers, Victor was visually showing me that the amount was indeed adding up to $30,000. Finally, Victor and I shook hands and settled on my monthly payment which was again to come out to the agreed price of $30,000 in the end. Then I was sent to talk to Gary the finance manager. Gary typed up all the necessary papers and placed them in front me, one after another for signatures. Gary also assured me that the end total was the agreed on $30,000. Gary mentioned the agreed monthly payment but failed to bring up the fact that that monthly payment would raise the end total to $31,601.08 instead of $30,000. I did not realize this because when Victor was punching numbers mysteriously they all added up to $30,000. I realize that I am at fault as well. If I would have taken the time, hours at minimum, to double check all the documents I maybe would have caught the scam. However, I trusted the Managers and never did it cross my mind that they would try to raise the end price without my knowledge. So, you could imagine my shock and disappointment when I received my finance paper from Nissan and there was an $1,601.08 addition. Upon receipt I called Victor and Gary who never called back. Fours days later I revisited the dealership and brought the situation to Dalila. Dalila said "you had to know that if we raised the monthly payment, the end total would increase as well". I replied, "I assumed because it was a zero percent loan, that if the payment went up so did the term of the loan". In other words they said shame on me for not catching their scam. I guess I assumed. After talking with Bermann associates, they insist they did nothing illegal. While I cannot prove it was illegal, it was in a very grey area of the law. Although Bermann insists they did nothing wrong, I believe they are sending me a small gift certificate, proving they did something under the table. The sales manager at Bermann, was very irrate on the telephone and threatened to sue me if i mentioned his name again. So now i see more and more how this occupy movement all over the world against large corporations who are looking for nothing but profit, is correct. Buyer Beware.

All staff of this dealership have been awesome. Due to an electronic problem, I had to bring in the car to the service center many times, and, due to this, I got frustrated and asked for an apt compensation for all my troubles. Well, guess what, I little expected the dealer would budge, but, Mid City Nissan gave me few accessories worth much more than what I expected. This is in addition to the fact that, ALL the time , when I brought the vehicle here, they were very courteous and dealt with me very well, especially Mike. I appreciate Mid City Nissans service and follow up.

Mitch Schy was professional and great to work with on phone and in person. I had been heavily researching cars and had driven several kinds. I finally decided I wanted a used subaru outback. I began searching online and approximately one month ago I found the car that I wanted (color, features, year, mileage, price, etc.) and contacted the dealership. Mitch followed up and was able to help answer the many questions that I had regarding features of the car and previous service. We had several phone contacts--usually daily. Mitch would go look at the car in the lot or call the service department next door at Berman's Mid City Subaru where the car had all of its warranty/service work completed. As a result of working with Mitch, I made the decision to drive 4 hours to Chicago to look at and purchase the car I wanted. On the day we drove down (9/10/2011), Mitch had everything ready for test drive and to process my trade-in. Mitch and the other staff worked with me and we quickly negotiated to close the deal. The service department checked on a recall notice and fixed what was required. The financial person helped me obtain a better loan rate as well as a service agreement. All of the staff were courteous, helpful, and friendly. The car looked great inside and out and the detail staff made it look brand new. If I lived near Chicago, I would certainly be bringing my car there for all service. Mitch is GREAT and I definitely recommend Berman's. I just took my Nissan Sentra in for a service, and had to work with Tracy there. It was awesome. She didnt keep me waiting at all. The best thing was that, she kept on updating me on whats happening with my car. It helped a lot. Finally, I was a bit nervous about the bill, and considering the quality and facilities, expected it to be on the higher side, but was pleasantly surprised. It was decent and on par. Mid City Nissan is highly recommended!

I am very impressed with Mid City Nissan. My previous experiences at car dealerships were so negative that I assumed buying my new car would be stressful. Dalila and Mary made my experience today very positive as they were both professional, caring, and friendly. Dalila helped me get a great price on a new car and also gave me a good amount for my trade-in. She answered all the questions that I had.Mary went on the test drive with me and helped me through the process of buying the new car. She was easy going and sincere which are not typical characteristics for a car salesperson. I would recommend her highly for anyone who is interested in meeting with a salesperson regarding a Nissan.An hour and a half after I walked in the dealership I was driving home with my new car. Everyone there, including the finance person was fast and efficient. The finance person was also friendly and had a good demeanor.Overall, it was a good experience and I'm happy with the car I bought!

I bought a car from car outlet (first mistake) couple months ago because I got new job and needed a car ASAP. They told me I have a bad credit and I need to get something old, used etc. Long story short I ended up with 7 years old car and 450 a month car payment.Then the car broke down. I went to Mid City desperate and Adelita explained me the process after she checked my credit and told me it's not even bad. Two hours later I was driving home in a brand new Nissan Versa with no miles , low monthly payment and interest rate. Luke made that possible.Thank you Adelita and Luke I will come back in coouple years and will tell everyone about you guys.

I came in their originally looking for a certain car I saw on the net and a new salesperson helped me out and he was absolutely great. I only live right down the street from the dealer and I am an old lady on Social Security. I had an appointment set up with him the next day because I had other things to do. But I also wasn't able to make it it for my appointment either, but he was so gracious and seemed so concerned for me he actually gave me his direct cell phone # and told me I could call anytime. Well i was going to come back in and buy the car and and the dealer said he didn't work there anymore, so I called his cell phone and he told me a story and I cannot believe a dealership, let alone a company would get rid of such an asset. The short time I spent in the show room I felt like all the other salespeople were staring me down and I felt very uncomfortable. I just had to leave at that point. I don't know what it was, but when I walked into that dealership I felt an overwhelming negativity and I am happy that salesperson is no longer there because he doesn;t need to be around that negativity; that horrible energy eminating from the dealer. The dealer's days are numbered. That dealer should be run by a whole new staff.

Simply put, this place didn't seem to want our money unless it was on their terms. They just didn't seem willing to work with us to get us the car, the financing or the price we wanted. It very much had the feel of 'our way or the highway' with respect to how they handled business. In general, they acted more like we were doing us a favor rather than the other way around. However, the "internet" folks seemed better than the floor salesmen.

The price was reasonable on my murano ( I dont like the big haggle environment anyways) but their service is exceptional. I come from far so Orlando always makes it a point to value my time. I come in and get out with my car serviced well. Never a surprise on the repair bill as is the case with a lot of these notorious dealerships

2. Painless process..the only dealership I went to and walked out with a great lease. Sales staff is very very non-pushy which I like, I hate pushy sales people, and very knowledgeable on leases which is what I wanted. Didnt play any games, I told them my budget for a monthly payment and they got the price down to meet it for a Nissan maxima. And no last minute additions like destination fee, additional tax, or anything, just one monthly payment within my budget. Great experience!

My family and I went to Nissan in the hopes of purchasing a "new" vehicle and everyone seemed to be to busy to even welcome us. We walked through the entire show room including the used vehicles. We waited around for about 30 mins. and still nothing. The worst customer service ever!! However, I ended up purchasing a "new" car from Mike Anderson...EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! *Never judge a book by it's cover:)

Recommending unnecessary work, and replacing parts that dont need replacing. Telling that brakes needed replacing, when the brakes were replaced 6 months earlier. Showing a used and faulty filter that wasn't even from my vehicle to get me to have my oil flushed out. I'll never bring my car in for service there again.

I have found Mid City to be very professional and thorough in their dealings with me. They have communicated quite extensively every time I have been to their service department and made sure I understood what was needed and sometimes even helped me understand what I wanted was not really necessary at that time. That helped me build trust with their team. The manager of the department ( I think his name is Tony) runs a tight ship and keeps his staff on their toes to make sure the customer receives what he or she needs.If you go to a service department and the floors look clean that tells me something about the pride the staff feels for their work place. I know most of the comments people send in are negative as happy people do not take the time to comment so I felt it was necessary to tell people of my happiness with Mid City. I have been extremely satisfied and recommended them to several of my friends who have been happy as well.Excellent service department who provide quality work in a clean environment!

The staff at Mid City Nissan is amazing and I love the service they provide whenever I visit. I usually go see Dalila/Adelita when I need assistance, but if they are not available Shane has helped/assisted.Overall all the staff if good, but Dalila, Adelita and Shane are my number 1'S.My last visit was due to my seatbelt not working. I was involved in a car accident and after my car was fixed by the shop, Nissan had me take the car into their Service Center so that they can make sure the car was in Excellent condition.Great Job Mid City Nissan!!!!!!

Service dept was very RUDE and they don't take the time to answer your questions. I got my bill and asked a couple questions about the repairs and they couldn't answer them. Then I got curious and asked more and they started to make up stuff. Overall the experience was horrible! I do not TRUST this service shop. Stay away!

My experience at Mid City Nissan was an amazing one. I have purchased/leased with them for a couple of years now. I have purchased a Nissan Titan and currently am leasing a Nissan Altima as well as a Pathfinder. The customer Service is great! The staff is friendly and make you feel like family when you are there. I bought a used 2008 Xterra from them. The service light was on when I test drove it so I took it to an independent mechanic to look at the car before I bought it. He said the car was in good shape but he described the service light issue as an emissions problem and said that the dealer should fix it as it is covered by the warranty. The dealer agreed to fix it but it was clear that they didn't want to. The next day they called me and said that fixed it and it was only due to a loose gas cap. I didn't believe them and the service light came back on the next day and I could smell gas fumes in the car. I took the car to a different Nissan dealer and they noted that there have been a number of problems with the EVAP system in this car that didn't show up on the CARFAX report. Mid-City knew about this problem but failed to either disclose the history to me or to fix the problem. The other dealer that I took it to afterwards fixed the emission system and it has been fine so far.I found Mid-City extremely evasive and dishonest about everything. My car hadn't even been cleaned out properly as I found Coke bottles undearneath the seats and garbage in the glove box when I drove it home. The service team was rude when I called back about the service light issue. I will never go back there. Do yourself a favor and don't buy or service a car at Mid-City.

I will try to sum up my experience for a 2009 Nissan Xterra SE with the following quote "Let me ask you something, why does it (the monthly payment I would be paying) matter if it's just a tax right off." Why?!? Because I work hard for my money and I don't have a sign on my head that says I'm a complete idiot. Trying to charge me a ridiculous price ($750.00 per month) for a NISSAN XTERRA -- with that money I could have bought a car with more far more prestige and character. He also called my credit score a "2nd tier." After researching the fact, my credit score is considered excellent. These people do not have a basic understanding of how to attract and/or retain a legitimate customer.

Shane sold us a 2008 Nissan Rogue. He is a crook, and the dealership does terrible work. Do not buy a car from here!1) Before we drove off the lot, the car had a 10" scratch on the quarter panel. They "fixed" it by painting over it. It looked terribile.2) Shane told us that we needed to handle all add'l parts with the parts dept - He couldn't handle it even though we asked for the roofrack at point of sale.3) They don't communicate between sales, parts & serivice depts - even though they are in the same building.4) Shane told us they give loaners for all work. NO - they make you wait for Enterprize Rent-a-car for pick up & drop off. No rental charge, but Chicago tax and insurance YOU have to pay for.5) You are just a number at this dealership and no one that works there has any sort of pride in their work. I can't wait to get my survey from corporate.

One of the worst dealers in the town...has no manners how to talk to the customers...i brought a car thinking that i am getting a good deal and they made money on me by adding up stupid 5 year Extended warranty to my loan which i dint agree for...they said the bank requires me to get the warranty inorder to get my loan approved...which is a big B..S....Please,trust me you will i mean you will get ripped off for sure either way...by the time you will findout how it will be too late..and even the finace manager named Vlad Khayenko is a big asshole with a coat and a expensive watch thats all he knows....has no degree of finance..nothing....he only knows how to make money for the dealer...by ripping the customer off....dont deal with him...i had the worst experience dealing with this dealer........and my credit score was pretty good....but they still said its not good enough...bla bla....and got me trapped with a high interest rate and actually thats where they make the money...trust me make a good research online before you buy any car...and please dont rush...with the deal ...take your own time....
