Ii spent the whole day comparing Toyota and Honda vehicles and prices. There ability to work with my price range was not good enough for me. The i went to Kia. They meet my prices and has the best customer services I have encountered from all 3. Jonathan, Daniel, and Alex were super helpful and grateful about my decision. Best Customer Services I have received from all 3 dealerships, did not feel like just a number. If your going to buy a car I recommend going here to compare prices and customer service.

The salesman at this car dealership are the most thoughtful, patient, considerate people ever. They took high priority in my budget, and worked out all the finances to fit my monthly payment alongside all my other bills. They worked very well to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase!! They gifted me free oil changes FOR LIFE. Gave me their business cards, constantly offered me coffee, water, multiple other customer services. If you’re looking for a GOOD car with REASONABLE, CONSIDERATE pricing, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! I am a full time college student, and a full time worker at my job and the deal I received from here is more than amazing!!!!

Amazing service ! I was so pleased for all the help I received. They made sure I got the best rate and monthly pay I wanted, of course it all depends on individual factors, but they delivered! I went to go get a vehicle and everything was great from the sales man Adrian to the finance department with Daniel Vallejo. The finance employee Daniel Vallejo was very thorough with all the information we had to sign and made our visit smooth and pleasant. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went early in the month to inquire about a vehicle as soon it was on the lot was notified it was ready to view, told them I would go as soon as I could. Sales man put no pressure on me to come in to see it, although it was a hot item, just thanked me for still considering them and that they would be happy to help me when I came by. Went and saw it later that day, didn’t buy it but got great information from the sales team. Once again there was no pressure in coming back, went on to see other vehicles at different dealerships through out the week, but decided on a KIA but most importantly at Bert Ogden KIA in Mission. Everything was great from the sales man Jose Hernandez, financing Daniel Vallejo and the rest of the team supporting them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

'twas a great experience and my salesman Red was on point! he really knows how to provide above and beyond customer experience. he sets appropriate expectations with his clients and never uses those unrealistic salesman pitch in order to close a sale. as a first time car owner (and a meticulous one), i can certainly say that i made the right choice and given a chance i'll definitely get my second car (SUV) with them. also, one of the best thing that this dealer have, is their after sale. their staff are so professional, warm and very helpful! so if you're looking for a reliable vehicle that fits your needs, budget, lifestyle and most of all excellent customer service, i'd strongly suggest this branch of Bert Ogden! kudos to the team. again, to Red and Eva truly appreciate all your help! #happycustomer #1sttimebuyer #goodjobBertOgden #customerisalwaystheirpriority #highlyrecommended

I was skeptical about the dealer.but once I went in people were friendly I del with a few sales reps and all of them were great made me feel rite at home .helped me get a good rate.and that vary day I was on my way with a new car .love it

Just bought my FOURTH KIA OPTIMA ..... A 2016 ... My salesman Juan "JJ" Garza was awesome . I saw the car I wanted , left him my phone number and the next day I picked up my car ... Total time spent at dealership was 1 hour . We did it all my phone ... And I got a beautiful car at an amazing prize and super low interest rate ... . Going for my 5th in 5 or 6 years
