Was treated with respect. The owner is a class act. Tried to make a deal happen, unfortunately my deal didn't happen, and after dealing with Bespoke, i will be back when the right car comes along.

I went to this place literally 4 different times and not once did anyone come outside. Each time i went they didn't have any other customers in there they just sat at their desks looking stupid. So i would never go there again in my life they are VERY rude and the prices are pretty high but i was interested in this one car they have that i couldn't find anywhere else but there!

Great selection, especially of manual transmission vehicles! Was looking for a used TSX manual and found Bespoke Auto on Cars.com. I called to inquire about the car. The owners were helpful and provided excellent information. If you're looking for a used car and don't want to be chased around the lot at your typical dealership check these guys out. The TSX is great shape you can tell these guys care about the cars they selected to sell. Highly recommend.

The short story: these guys are straight shooters. I would absolutely recommend them, both for buying and repairing a vehicle. Competitive prices, respectful salespeople that give you space and let you take your time to make a decision. They were happy to let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted, and did not come at me with a hard sell. I bought a used Volkswagen. The negotiations were simple and straight forward, and they made the purchase as easy as possible. Because I was without a car at the time of purchase they even came to pick me up at the train station. I came back a few months later for some work on the vehicle and they did it for free, despite the fact that my warranty had already ended. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on in the car and what I may need to look out for in the future. Although they are a half hour drive away from my current home, I make the extra trip to get here because I trust them.

I went to Bespoke Auto in March of 2014, I was there to look at one of the cars I was interested in. It was a 2004 Audi A6 2.7t 6 Speed manual. I had gone there on a Sunday in the afternoon around 4. I had every intention on purchasing that car the week I had gone to go see it since it was a rare 6 speed manual A6. I called prior to going to see what lot it was on having the information that they had two lots in the area. The call seemed short but peaceful. After driving approximately 50 miles to see this car on a Sunday with my two sons in the car, I figured everything would go well and I could make plans to pick the car up if all went well with the test drive, the pricing, and the quality of the vehicle. I was wrong. I arrived on the lot, I know I was heard because the vehicle I was in was kind of loud and I was the only one on the lot. No one ever came out. Fine. I locate my vehicle and looked around it for about 5-8 minutes, no one ever came out. Fine. I finally went in and told him, I was the one on the phone interested in the Audi. He told me he had to jump the car since it had been sitting. Understandable. He goes and gets the keys and the mechanism to jump the vehicle, gets the vehicle started, turns around and leaves. Nothing else was said to me. Apparently he didn't seem to care whether or not he sold a car that day. So after I ran the car, a bit, checked random things, and noticed little things that should be done if you want to sell a car that weren't done, I went back in with the keys(I apparently wasn't told I could go for a test drive or not since nothing really was ever said to me), I said, "I like how strong the engine is, it seems like a decent car, is there any room for negotiation on the price?" He said and I quote "There has been no discussion about you buying the car so I can't tell you if there is any room for negotiation." Took the keys, and went back to playing on his laptop. In short, no introduction as to who he was, never took interest to see if I was ready to buy, never got any personal interaction on anything, and apparently driving 60 miles with my children on a Sunday, after making two phone calls, and asking about price, isn't enough to show interest in buying the car. I really liked the car and I was ready to sign that day, but the car is still there because the human interaction was no short of disgusting. Pretty decent cars, service that will make you throw up in your mouth.
