Nick is the example of how All Car Dealerships should act when purchasing a vehicle. 6 yrs ago I purchased a Used Lexus LS series for a reasonable price. That car just ran and ran, 80,000 miles later I only had $3500 in total repairs included $800 tires over 6 yrs. Since then I have bought 2 other vehicles from their dealership with minimal repairs. They buy good cars and sell them in great condition and Nick should be commended for his Integrity, as well as the way he works with his Customers to assure their experience is Solid. Their repair shop also HUGE discounts on repairs which makes this Car lot a no-brainer if you are looking for a Quality used with minimal maintenance and upkeep.

Our daughter bought a car from here and Nick bent over backwards to give her a deal. We decided to go back. HUGE MISTAKE. First nick was gone so we dealt with some one else. The vehicle didn't match the discription, i.e. the electrical stuff did not work right. We were told the vehicle was a cash only purchase,no financing. We just gotta the run around. My daughter payed her car off and still hasn't received her title. Still dealing with that mess. Don't go here STAY AWAY. Your better off taking your business elsewhere

I just purchased a car from Best Auto Buy and I couldn't be happier! Nick and his staff were great to work with. I had been looking for a car for a while and dealt with many dealers, I have to say, Nick at Best Auto Buy was the friendliest by far! Nick is a family man and really desires to run an honest business. I will recommend this place to my friends and family! Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I will go straight to Best Auto Buy! The only reason i gave there customer service a 4 star is because i went in knowing what i wanted so they really didn't have to do much but hand me the keys to test drive. the buying process was excellent. he communicated with me during the entire process . as i was test driving i noticed lights and radio didnt work. i pointed it out to their attention and they were sure to fix it without a problem. overall, i was and still am satisfied with my 06 hyundai elantra.

Please for the love of God do not let yourself be bamboozled into thinking you can received a safe reliable vehicle from this lot. I traded in a 07 Mustang Convertible under a warranty until 120K miles that I still owed $3400. I was looking to trade even up for a car with no payments. I first chose a 99 Suburban. The first week of driving the vehicle the check engine light came on for all three o2 sensors. I then looked under the vehicle and noticed there was oil leaking from the oil pan gasket and front and rear differentials. They also said they would fix the door handles that 4 out of the 5 where loose or damaged. They never did. The door latch on the drivers side door malfunctioned and the door would not shut. There was an issue with one of the pulleys making a squealing noise and the salesman told me that was normal. My mechanic later told me it would be a $450 repair. He also said the leaking oil would cost another $1000 or more to fix. The o2 sensors would be $300. The door latch and door handles another $400. I then asked the dealership if I they could take the SUV back an give me a different vehicle and they obliged. I then received a 01 Mercury Grand Marquis. Again the check engine light came on a week after driving it for the catalytic converters. I replaced both sides with the repairs costing $800. The A/C was blowing luke warm even though the website said it was blowing ice cold. I asked them to correct the issue before driving it off the lot and they said the issue was because they compressor was a cheap aftermarket part. I took it to my mechanic and cleared out the lines and added a sealer and reset the fuse and the A/C worked properly. Another $100. The tires they original had on the car were all dry rotted from the heat and lack of driving. I spent another $400 on replacements. Now the front suspension is making a bad creaking noise over bumps and makes a loud noise when I make u-turns. My mechanic said it would be the control arms or the ball joints. Just the control arms are going to cost another $800 to replace. I've asked them to take there car back and give me my old car back and let me make in house payments on the $3400 they paid to pay of the original loan and they have said they can not help me.

Their prices are great. Nick opened the office on Sunday to complete the deal. The buying process was quick and explained well.
