Trust the bad reviews and don’t waste your time here. A couple specific additional warnings, re: policies the dealership doesn’t disclose on its website or listings: 1) this dealership wont let customers bring car to mechanic before purchase (big red flag) 2) this dealership won’t negotiate prices

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would! The salesperson was so rude and demeaning to us! I believe her name is shala. Their site states you can make an offer for the vehicle, however when we got onsite they stated that they do not negotiate. Which seems like false advertising to me. They also state they provide a 90 day warranty but when I asked information about the warranty, the lady just provided very generic information and wouldn’t answer my questions. All while using her very demeaning tone! The mechanics were friendly and everyone else there was nice. But this lady does not seem to know what good customer service is.

The salesman was incredibly rude. They would not allow me to take the car to a mechanic but said I could bring a mechanic with me. They do not offer any type of return policy either. I chose not to buy from them as a result of this persons as a result of his behavior. Customer service is still important even on the internet.

The sales lady was rude and demeaning. I have sold card for many years and when my fiance put a down payment on a vehicle for me the day prior, when we went back to pick it up, I was inspecting the vehicle for flooding and making sure that everything worked. First off all.of the Windows were heavily tinted and I know that it would not pass any state inspection until a costly removal by a professional and she argued that it was factory? I pointed out where it didnt cover the entire window. Then the chrome rims had all been freshly spray painted because of them all being heavily rusted!! I also noticed some tell tail signs right off the bat of possible flooding and then the oil pressure gauge wasnt working properly as well as a number of other issues and asked if she could take off 100.00 because of him having to get the tint removed and figuring out what was causing the oil pressure gauge to not work . NOPE AS IS AS IS was her reply along with a few more demeaning statements made to me I decided to walk away from it and if he wanted to go ahead then it was on him. I had to clean the inside of the windshield before the 2hr drive home at night in the city (he also isnt familiar with driving the beltway day or night) On the ride home the temp gauge started malfunctioning. So I am pretty sure this was a Vehicle that had been in a major flood and not properly repaired before reselling just masked over to resell it to a non educated consumer. I wish that he would have listened to me but his money and now his problem. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR DEALERSHIP.CHECK OUT BBB AS well as other places.

I just bought a 2004 Volvo XC90 at this dealership. We were super happy with the car and help we got from Shahla, and it was worth every hour of the 4 hour drive from Roanoke VA. She was super sweet and on her feet the entire time, we test drove 4 separate cars and we're not pressured at all to make a purchase. Left with a hug and a smile on our faces.

I found my dream car ( a PT Cruiser!) on Best Auto of Manassas' website, and headed down to see it. I was helped (not hustled) right away. The car I wanted was behind a few cars, but they got it out and I took it for a test drive. I loved it, but had a few minor concerns... Mike assured me that he would take care of them. It was late on a Saturday evening and I had a rental car, so we agreed I'd come back in a few days. Shahla helped me through the paperwork, and I paid a deposit. I came back to pick up the car on Monday, and Mike went above and beyond on his promises! Mike, Shahla and all the staff are very down to earth, friendly people, they stand by their service, and their word. I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience, and am enjoying my car!

I am 17 years old and I came with my parents today to buy a used Jeep Liberty. Shahla helped us for hours and helped us come to an extremely could price for my dream car! She was the sweetest women ever and I wouldn't have wanted to get it from any other auto shop. 100% pleased and left happy :)

The sales representative (Shahla) went above and beyond to make sure that we have a pleasant buying experience without the salesperson pressure. She showed us many vehicles and helped us select the right vehicle. We are very satisfied with her service and recommendation. Moreover, we encountered an issue with the battery several days after purchasing the vehicle and she replaced the battery with a brand new battery for free. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson.

I work in the automotive trade and have shopped dozens of dealerships through the years. Unaware of my background, salespeople usually try to mislead me about concerns I've had upon inspecting vehicles. Responses ranged from rust on a brake booster being dismissed as "dust" to a noise from a faulty starter being attributed to "the way these four cylinders sound." One fellow even told me a worn out tire "just needs to be rotated." Pure entertainment. Things were very different with Best Auto. Every inquiry about the vehicle was answered honestly and directly. I was able to canvass the lot and explore cars without interrogation, only being approached once it was clear that I needed assistance. From there the process went smoothly from test-drive to trade-in, right through the ride home. Most importantly, they encouraged without pressuring the purchase, and they did not disparage my much older trade. It even included a 3 month/3,000 mile powertrain warranty. Some salespeople leave you with the impression that they'd do anything to make a commission. Not here. Both Mike and Shahla were courteous and genuine. Very personable. I felt right at home. This is only the second dealer I've encountered with qualities that take the pain out of car buying. Thank you and best wishes.

Looking for an inexpensive used car? Carefully do your used car research then try Best Auto in Manassas. You may find the inexpensive used car you are looking for. We did. Its not easy place to find but it was worth it for us. They even have covered parking, a hard to find item in this automall. I believe this is one of the best small used car dealerships in the area. Marcos and Shahla worked hard to sell us a car at a good price. We were treated with to utmost courtesy and respect. We will go here first for our next used car.

Best Auto of Manassas is a great place. I purchased my vehicle from there and Marco is one of the greatest. He is Very Friendly and Very Compassionate when helping you find the car you need in the budget you can afford. The vehicles he has on the lot are very nice reliable vehicles.
