I apologize for the lateness of this message. I had leased out a vehicle from this dealership awhile back not realizing I would get a vehicle that day. Though in anticipation I was eager and utmost excited and fell deeply in love with a Chevy. I thought nothing of it when I signed up and waited for approval to get accepted. I honestly figured I would get denied and offered no explanation of why. But, with least of my surprise, the acceptance over the phone put me in such whirlwind that I couldn't find the right words to express my gratitude. From the beginning it was such an easy and well thought out process. Jason and Travis were impressively professional and cared a lot about getting me into the vehicle I desired so happily. I give them a 5 star rating for their dependability, kindness and determination in not giving up on me. Now I have a reliable vehicle for my 6 year old son and I. Thank you Best Buy Auto Sales for being a firm catcher on what I wanted in a vehicle! Again, sorry for the lateness and lengthiness of this message.

I've bought two vehicles from Travis and have never been happier!! My last buy was a duramax and absolutely love it. The most honest guy I know. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see him.

I was in the market for a Challenger and had a specific budget in mind. After finding a listing online, I contacted Travis at the dealership and he promptly set me up with a walk around and test drive. Jason went over the details of the car, and offered to fix a few small cosmetic imperfections, which I thought was very gracious of him. Long story short, I drove away with my new car later that day! As a first time car buyer myself, they made the process quick, smooth, and stress free. I'll be recommending them to anyone looking for a used car!

It's been 15 months since I bought my van from them .. and I don't have the trailer hitch that was part of the agreement upon purchase. And got nothing except a story about how they were going to take it off of one to put on mine then they were going to order one then it went back to going to take it off another and put on mine and still no trailer hitch.. but they were going to call me .. yeah that never happened..
