The service was impeccable! I worked With sales Person Kireem. From the moment we spoke he was quick honest and helpful. He got me in and out was I was there. I even saved a few hundred dollars for insurance. I definitely recommend

I called Best Buy Imports after a terrible experience with one of the competitions. I was angry and felt like I could not catch a break. I was immediately treated with respect by Kireem, one of their excellent sales guys. I told him my low credit score and he instantly assured me that I would be heard and we would find a deal and a car just for me. The next day I came in to best buy and they were so true to their word. They have the honesty of the 50s yet still have all the technology and bells and whistles of the 21st century. Great place to buy a car. I'd recommend them to family and friends alike.

I got a car! I got turned down 3 other places they worked with me they were very friendly. Leonard helped me, picked me out a great car for my family i would send all my friends and family here!!

Gave me the run around for days, never would return calls, it’s like they didn’t want to sell the car. So confused, day of in finally suppose to go see the car and they call me says it has front end damage. So unprofessional

I wish I did NOT have to leave a star in order to leave this Post Warming!!! This is NOT a good place to do business with. Best Buy Imports is NO BETTER then predatory lenders!!! Purchased 2 Cars within 2 weeks and nothing but problems, not even 30 days! This places subculture preys on those in the minority community whom suffer from poverty, bad to no credit, limited other resources... John Silva DBA Best Buy Imports of Philadelphia has made a comfortable living on the backs of folks whom can barely put food on the table. Shame on you John & Jane!!! Needless to say I got NO where with Best Buy so now I have filed a Consumer Complaint with the BBB. Next step is consulting with Legal Counsel. All I wanted was to be treated fairly with the business that I spent my money with! The only Good thing that came from all of this was a high rate bank loan 20% all this to help fix my credit-Smh Dwayne S
