Wanted a trailer towing package from the manufacturer, however the dealership installed an aftermarket kit and passed it along as "good as the manufacturers". While they were installing the kit, they provided a compact vehicle, however we purchased a 6 passenger vehicle for a reason. When we asked for something larger to accommodate our family, they were unable. The hitch install was quoted at a few hours, however it took two days. Less than 9 months have passed and their installed trailer kit had to be disconnected from the vehicle as it was interfering with the vehicle's tail lights. Also the drivers seat is showing severe wear and they would not stand behind either. They are very friendly to sell you something, but beware, they will not stand behind their work or products. For all our hassles, they offered us a free oil change. We were so upset with this dealer that we turned down their token gesture. We have spent over $100k in the past 12 months with Betten and that's the last of our money they will see.

Excellent sales team, very friendly, found what I wanted/needed, Always returned phone calls and emails on a timely basis. Robb, and Joe are great, i would recommend this dealership to friends and family. This is my second Hyundai and I just LOVE them. It's a great family vehicle and the dealership treats you like family.

I was stressed out knowing my lease of another brand was coming to an end. Visited several dealerships. High pressure, higher dollars than I could pay. A friend suggested Hyundai and a specific salesperson. I knew nothing about the Tucson. Did some research online and was pleasantly surprised at reviews. Recommended sales person was knowledgeable, asked me questions about my driving habits, and suggested the Tucson. He came back to me with a "deal" I could not refuse. No stress, no high pressure. I've been driving the car for a month now and am very satisfied with it. Getting higher gas mileage than the previous 2013 lease. Its also very comfortable. Happy with this dealership and my first Hyundai.

Excellent staff and management. Did not feel pressured when dealing with Jordan or management even when I told them I am still looking at other options. Constantly stayed in touch with me to see how things were going and if I had any luck. Gave me advice on what to look for when I go to the other dealers. Jordan beat out 7 other dealerships I spoke to. Overall wonderful experience.

Went to another dealership and was passed by two different times by sales staff. Finally had to enter the building and ask "did anyone work here?" Finally was able to obtain information but that was all. Totally different experience at Betten. That is why I drive 40 plus miles to obtain my vehicles. Very professional treatment from everyone I was in contact with. Ken Norwood, my salesman for life. Sales manager Joe who handled my special requests and Jordan who showed us how things work.

I wasn't really in the market for a new vehicle when my sister showed me her new Hyundai. My warranty just expired and I went with her when she went to sign her papers. She said I should look at the car in the showroom like hers but with the ultimate options. I met Carlos Ramos who showed me the car and asked to take down the particulars that I required. After talking to Carlos and I told him I needed more time, he let me have my space until I was ready and then found me the car I wanted. I am now happily driving my new car.

It is an amazing product with an amazing car dealership. I had an excellent experience. I test drove both the Hyundai Tucson and the Honda CRV. The Tuscon was by far the superior of the cars. The ride was smooth and the seats fit like a glove. Thank you.

Was very happy with our sales experience. The car that we traded in was a Hyundai Hybrid. We enjoyed that car but it could use a few improvements. So far like our new Sonata. Miss the milage, but like the features of our new car. If the Sonata Hybrid had the features of this Sonata Ultimate we would have maybe purchased another Hybrid.
