Tim was great. I got a loaner car before I even got my truck to the shop. Great communication thru out the the process. Truck was even done a few days earlier than expected.

Michaela was responsive and listened to my needs. Was truly shocked when the perfect suv came into the picture and we were in it within a day. Great Used Car Dealership, Great Sales Staff I was in the market for a used 4wd Crew Cab pickup. I visited Betten Baker Used Cars in Lowell. At first I did not find a truck that fit my budget, but Jerry, the sales agent, applied absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He was very easy to work with and I honestly felt he had my needs above just making a quick one time sale. A few days later I returned. Jerry again was ready to help in any way he could, to put me into a truck that fit my needs and newly increased budget. Jerry helped to secure the financing at very low interest rates and correct a few minor issues with the truck. If you want to shop for a used vehicle without the high pressure sales techniques, visit Betten Baker in Lowell and ask for Jerry. I would highly recommend him!

Eric, Michaela, Tim, and Ryan did a wonderful job helping me find the right car for my wife and I. They were quick to answer all of our questions and helped us purchase a vehicle in record timing. When I expressed concern over the price of the vehicle and added warranty costs they were calm and professional in explaining the value and even helped with the cost. This is a major win in my book. I will definitely be revisiting for my next vehicle. Sidenote, we leased the Buick Encore GX Sport and we love it. Thank you!

Incredible experience here at Betten Baker Lowell! Tim in the used car department was incredibly helpful as we were inquiring about a specific truck. It was ready when we arrived to see it and was a truly painless transaction! Ryan in finance was great to work with and stayed after their closing hours to be sure we got the best rates possible for our loan. We will be repeat customers!!!!!
