We called Betten Honda and they told us to call our roadside service number on the key. They came out within 30 minutes and jumped the car and told us to go directly to Betten Honda. They took us right in and checked the car out and couldn't find anything wrong. Told us they would leave the issue open for a couple of days and gave us a direct number to call should we have problems again. So far it has been fine. We were very satisfied with the response we got.

New owners of a Honda. We were traveling and needed an oil change, Betten Honda was on our way, so I made an appointment. JULIE, was who we made the appointment with on the phone, she was great through the appointment process. We arrived a hour hour early, but were able to get right in! We ended up having all our fluids changed, and they were able to do that without delaying our travels too much. We live 70 mile away from Betten Honda, with several dealer closer, but with the customer service we recieved at Betten Honda in Muskegon, we will make them our new service center :) Julie was the person we dealt with on the phone, at check in, and at check out, we can't say enough about the awesome customer service we recieved from her!!!!

My salesman, Ben Homik, , did an excellent job. I had seen this car online so called to see if it was still available. Before I arrived he had it washed and it looked great. He explained many details about the vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all but enthusiastic about the strong points of this vehicle and all of this led to my decision to buy the car. There were several details to be worked out regarding when to pick it up, etc. etc. My daughter in law called Ben and they found a way to make it work well. She too commented about Ben's fine manner. Excellent customer service! I scheduled my oil change through their website the night before and got a confirmation email the next day. When I arrived they confirmed services to be performed and then showed me to the waiting area where I can help myself to free snacks and beverages and relax in large leather recliners while watching TV or use their available WiFi service.

When we got there we didn't know that we were late. I thought told my wife the appointment was 4:30. After we got home I found the paper that I wrote it on and it was at 3:40. They still treated like we were the only customer. That place is always busy and they still take time to treat you like number one. So glad we bought a Honda there.

I am always happy with the repairs done on my Odyssey. It's a 2004 and it runs very well. The staff do the necessary repairs and I never feel like they are just trying to get me to spend more money for unnecessary repairs. The Honda service department was a big reason that we now also own a 2013 Honda Accord.

My wife and I are completely satisfied with the exceptional customer service provided my Mark, Adam and Peter at Betten Honda. No pushy sales gimmicks - just down to earth friendly customer service. Mark was very accommodating to us as we looked for that perfect car. After looking at 5 cars that morning we actually drove across town to test drive a Toyota 4Runner but they didn't have it ready for us after we said we were coming to test drive it. Obviously they didn't want our business so we went back to Betten Honda and looked at more cars. Mark finally found us the car we were looking for - a 2014 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid in perfect condition and priced to sell! I highly recommend Betten Honda for your next car buying experience. As an added bonus I get lifetime oil changes for $19.99. That's a bargain when this car requires synthetic oil only. Plus free car washes! These guys are serious about customer satisfaction.

We found a Honda Odyssey van on line that we liked and contacted Betten. We worked with Brett over the phone to get everything in order to trade our old van in and buy the new one. Brett had the new van ready for a test drive, and all the paperwork ready for us should we decide to buy, which we did. Refreshingly, the asking price was fair and consistent with Kelly Blue Book, and they gave us a fair amount for our old van without a lot of the typical car dealer haggling. We were in and out of the dealership and drove our new van home in less than an hour. We'll certainly look to Betten Honda in Muskegon in the future. The transaction was friendly and flawless. A win for all involved.

Quick and to the point was my experience at Betten Honda . I took my 2015 CRV for an unplanned oil change and tire rotation. Within 20-25 minutes of my mid-morning Saturday arrival, my service was complete and I was back on the road. Service staff was friendly and I was promptly greeted. The service represent (didn't know her name), told me of special offerings.

Buying a good vechicles at a ggod price is always nice, but it is the follow-up services that will keep me coming back. Lots of places will sell a good used vechilce, but seem to forget who you are. We bought our used car in April and so far I have been very pleased with the service department. Praying it continues until I need my next used car.

She is the best at her job that I have ever dealt with and I have been having cars serviced for more than 50 years. If not for her we would be buying our cars from a different dealership for sure. If I were in business where I needed some one to deal with the public and customers I would hire her away from you in a New York minute . The service dept. is what keeps people coming back to buy cars, not salesmen or new car prices. They deserve to be treated well.

Too my car in for a diagnosis and recall items. Now I'm having more problems with my car due to the "fixes" and the main reason I was there they claim it was fixed but it wasn't. Now have to pay more money And take it somewhere else to get something re programmed and pay for that. Very stressful. And they claimed it wouldn't affect anything else in my car.

Just went through the process of a lease pull ahead. I just turned in my 2013 Honda Civic Ex and signed up for a 2014 Honda CRV EX AWD. I was very unfamiliar with the process itself, but my salesman, Joe Holstine made the entire process a breeze. Joe was able to get all of my paperwork done ahead of time, so it made the buying process so simple, I was literally at the dealership for less than a half hour, then I was driving my new car home. Monday I called Adam and let him know what happened. We worked through that. I was very impressed how that went. I was expecting a big hassle but Adam was very understanding of the whole incident. On Tuesday Shane Watts called and in a very low key way asked if he could earn mt business. He had already did some work on the Honda with getting me a decent borrowing % by making a few phone calls. I told go ahead and he took some info and we came back the next day and he had some great ideas that fit the parameters I gave him. Adam got a great interest rate. A great experience overall.

I love the Saturday morning availability for an oil change. After it was all done I suddenly remembered I had a noise in the fan of the blower. I was assured that it would only be another 20 minutes for that to be checked out. I was out of there 20 minutes later as promised. The customer service never disappoints me!

I brought my CR-V in because my tire air pressure light had come on. Len Atwood was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and at put me at ease immediately. I also was due for an oil change but had a limited amount of time. He assured me they could get it all done, so it saved me another trip and my time. They also managed to throw in a car wash. This was the 2nd time for service since I purchased my car from Ken Norwood in Dec. Both times were great experiences. The best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Keep up the great work!!

Certainly the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a used car dealer. After searching for weeks and many trips to check out vehicles that didn't meet our standards, we found a beautiful 2009 Mariner for well under market value. It's apparent that Betten takes great care in selecting vehicles they purchase for resale. Shopping for a new used car at an actual dealership was a first time experience for me, and John Braun and Adam Hopma made the entire process as easy as possible. Going through the financing paperwork was a lot to take in, but Adam made sure to explain everything as clearly and concisely as possible in order to prevent any confusion and I'm glad for it as there was a lot to take in and process. I ended up buying a 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser and while I wasn't able to talk the price down to one I could be completely satisfied with, the final price was one I was able to work with and still be able to afford the car payments and the treatment I received by everyone involved more than made up for it.

Greg Brown was so helpful when we bought our new Honda from him recently. This is the second car we have purchased from Greg and we would always buy from him. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and really listens to what we want. It was a great experience from start to finish!!! Our car had been in an accident and Greg was very helpful in working with our insurance company from everything to new policy to a loaner while we waited to get our car. He called us several times to see how the new car was working out for us, and to be sure all of our questions were answered. "pandora" and Bluetooth was a new experience for us and my lessons in how to use it were fun and informative! The atmosphere in the dealership is one of friendliness, and helpfulness. It was a great experience and we thank everyone who worked with us, especially Greg Brown! We will definitely recommend this dealership and Greg to all our friends.

We have used Betten for service on our used Accord. Great service, fair pricing. Thought we would have the same experience buying a new car. Greg Brown quoted us a price $600 more than any other area dealers. Then when we attempted to negotiate the price, he insulted our integrity, on our voice mail non the less. SHOCKING! We would have purchased a car from Betten if the price was even close and Greg Brown was not condescending to us. Maybe we would give another sales person a try at Betten because their service has been good. But never from Mr. Brown. Oh, we spent our money at Rivertown Honda.

I went to the dealership during my research phase to decide the best fit for me. I told Chris up front that I was many months away from buying. He still gave me excellent service and answered all of my questions, unlike other sales people who once they found out I was not buying right then they brushed me off. Joe Holstine has helped me out tremendously over the last year. My old vehicle needed some repairs and while it was getting fixed in a quick and timely manner, Joe offered to let me drive a rental car until the problems were fixed. It was very, very helpful. We are from Grand Haven, Mi. and were out looking for another truck for my husband's business. We shopped several different places, even in Coopersville, where we found a truck we liked, but thought we would just check a few places in Muskegon. We stopped by Betten Honda, not really thinking we would buy something there as we liked the truck in Coopersville. We were welcomed by a young man by the name of Joe Holstine. What a nice young man! Started out just showing us some of the types of trucks we might be interested in. No pushing, no pressure. LOVED THAT!!! I was all set to have my husband buy this one truck and he just didn't want to spend that kind of money so we walked away. We left. About a week later we went back to look at the truck again. Met up with Joe again and he patiently took us through all the trucks again going back in and checking on prices and information about various trucks. We finally narrowed it down to two and ended up buying one. Joe was so helpful and patient with us and my husband said he came back to look at the trucks again because of how Joe treated us. With respect!! A couple of older people just not being able to make up their mind and Joe stuck with us so patiently. The Betten Honda dealership is so pleasant, clean and welcoming, we truly enjoyed coming in there. My husband is so happy with his truck it makes me SMILE! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING JOE. I purchased a 2013 Accord Sport. Joe Holstine was the salesman who "quarterbacked' the deal, and did a great job. I always felt comfortable and not pressured in the least during the entire buying process. His honesty and knowledge of the vehicle that I was interested in made me feel that I had picked the correct car for my needs.
