Dan Grady my salesman was super helpful, not pushy and made me feel comfortable about the deal I was getting, answered every question to the best if his knowledge if he wasn't sure he checked and confirmed. He's one of the best car salesman I've dealt with and normally I hate them all because they're just trying to push you through the sale. He was honest, straightforward and no BS. This was a great experience.

Wow! What an amazing experience. I was coming off having issues with a different dealership, and I called this location to pretty much seek some information. Lisa answered my call, listened to my needs, and flawlessly guided me through every step of the process to leasing my new car! She was open and honest, provided excellent customer service and ultimately made my fiancé and myself very happy with our new car! From the first phone call I made, to visiting the dealership, to filling out paperwork everyone we encountered was kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful! They are doing it right at this location.

Leasing a car with Nova was the easiest experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I typically wake up the morning of a car dealership visit and curse at the idea of having to spend what usually ends up being an entire day at a dealership. With Nova, I walked in a little after 9am, walked out at 10:30 and came back at 1:00pm to drive my new car away. It was phenomenal. Nova is real, accommodating, knowledgeable and was always one step ahead. There was never any gimmick or a feeling like I was "making a deal". Plus, personally as a woman, dealing with another woman for a car was a more pleasurable, relaxing experience. I would never deal with anyone else. All this and not to mention that in today's car crisis climate, she was able to put me in the car I've wanted for 3 years at the price point I needed. I truly can't say enough about Nova and BiCal Chevy of Valley Stream. I may very well be a customer for life. I told Nova she's never allowed to leave. Lol

Came to This town because I had an appointment with another dealer. The customer services was not as expected however on our way out we saw that Bical had the same exact vehicle on their lot with much less miles on it for the same price but with SIGNIFICANTLY better service. Daryl and Dawn were very helpful and professional while attending to us, their service is undoubtedly worth a 5 star rating.
