Got an awesome deal on used truck from Big City Cars! Drove in from Columbus and had great communication before hand to work out a deal. Had excellent customer service upon arrival and the team moved quickly through the process! Thank you Mackenzie, Eddie, Bob and Greg, I could not be happier!!

Strike 2...won't go back. Not even going to wait for 3rd strike. First time I was just shopping around still. They promised they wouldn't run my credit yet...but did anyway and that lowered my credit score few points. The second time I went to go look at a car that was just posted two days before on Cars.com. I inquired about it via email, and had no response (even weeks later). So I went to the location and inquired about the car in person. The staff told me that the car wasn't there, they sent it to auction, and told me I didn't want that car anyway. Well then maybe they should take the car down that was just posted two days earlier. Nobody even offered to show me any other vehicles so I purchased the first car for my daughter somewhere else ** Update: thank you management for responding. I changed the score to 3 because you took the time to respond. I did tell the salesman that I was willing to spend 2K, though I would have gone higher. I just didn't want to be high-balled. We do have the capability to make the car project in motion, so even though it wasn't in top quality, we wouldn't have minded putting some work into it. I do appreciate you taking the time to make sure I understood your perspective.

I would like to say, I have never, ever, EVER had an issue with automobiles at Big City Cars. My first purchase from this place was an amazing experience, and returning for a trade-in, they never skipped a beat. A HUGE shout-out to Michael and Kyle who handled this transaction; these two were awesome! I highly recommend Big City Cars for your next car purchase.

Great place to buy a car. I had a fantastic experience. Needed a car because I was visiting family from out of town and my car went down. Went to see Bobby and the guys at Big City Cars and they made the process quick and easy. Got exactly what I wanted and at a payment well within my budget.

Had the pleasure to met Travis. As i walked in the door, I was greeted by a friendly face and asked if I’ve been helped. He went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for. I truly believe he wanted to make sure I found the perfect car and that I’d be happy with the purchase and not regret it later on. He pointed out some things I had missed and made it his goal to find something in my price range and not pushing other more expensive cars. From start to finish, he was there making sure everything went how I wanted. He even went out of his way to make sure I got an extra key for my new car and said he would drive to get it for me and offered to come in on his day off to make sure everything got fixed that needed to be done. I highly recommend Travis Hoover to anyone looking to buy a car.
