I was looking for a new Ram 1500 and priced it at at least 3 dealerships. Big M was the cheapest. Can't say enough good things about Ron in finance. Thank you.

It was a very nice car lot. They have so many cars. They found me a 2008 Charger for $1100 less than anyone else that has one. If you go there ask for Rodney or Ronnie.

I smell a class action lawsuit in their future......this company as well as the one that preceded it. Bad customer service, lies about the quality of the condition of the vehicles. They need to be brought down a notch or two. The epitome of what a shady deal is.....these Salesmen. They don't stand behind the work, nor honor the deals from the previous owner. They need to pack up and GO. They ruin credit of decent people......I do believe some of the banks need to be informed of how this company operates. If they can't get banks to finance the autos, then they can't keep the doors open.....so its time to hit them in the pocketbook......

Do not buy from unless you want a car with major safety issues, I Bought a used car from them and as soon as I pulled off the lot the airbag light came on so I took it back and the assured me they would check it and fix it but they had to end up taking it to ford and found out the module for air bags was faulted and shorting and my airbags wouldn't deploy in a crash then told me they wouldn't fix and is my problem so now I'm driving around without airbags and they said it was my problem and they have my money.

Matt Ballard was the salesperson who helped me with the purchase of my car. He was truly awesome in every sense of the word!!! Matt answered every one of my many questions I had about the car I was interested in buying. He was so accommodating in working with my schedule and never hesitated to offer help with any of my requests. I have purchased 15 cars in my life and this was by far the best and smoothest experience I have ever had. The first finance person that assisted me stayed late to ensure I was given multiple options on the best interest rate and payment plans. The last finance person I met was Ron Daniels (Finance Director). He was such a pleasant and positive person to be around. We hated to part company with him even after all paperwork had been signed. He had a wonderful, refreshing sense of humor and kept us entertained the whole time. Lastly, when I picked up my car I had an opportunity to meet the General Manager, Rodney Chancey. I let him know how thrilled I was with my experience, and he was truly engaging and seemed so glad that I was very satisfied with my new car. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend going to see Matt Ballard at the Big M Superstore. I had been looking for over a month for an affordable used pickup. I had looked at several websites and I noticed BIg M Superstore was always towards the top when I searched for best prices. I found a 2008 Tundra that I called on and they told me they search to make sure they have the best price and the price was non-negotiable. I didn't think this was the case so I looked for another week and actually negotiated on two other trucks and it ended up being that their advertised price was in fact lower than the other two dealers negotiated price. I called them back and completed the purchase. They delivered the vehicle to me 3 hours away. I waited for the surprise fee and to my delight the total price they told me over the phone was exactly what was on my paperwork. I love my truck and if you're in the market, I suggest you at least look at their prices. Great customer service and great vehicle! Thanks!

After speaking with salesperson 3 times I drive over an hour to look at vehicle. I test drive vehicle and then was told there was a mixup and they can't sell me vehicle to me at listed price.

I purchased my Jeep in 2013 and was told I would have free oil changes and car washes for the lifetime I had the Jeep. So, so not true. The first time I took it in for an oil change (I did have an appointment), it took 3 hours with no car wash. The second time and I also had an appointment, it took 2 hours and no car wash. That is horrible service - horrible. A few weeks ago, I had an appointment for them to install an update for the voice command. As I said, I had an appointment DAYS ahead. Got there and they did not have the equipment to do the update. Apparently, DAYS ahead when I contacted Service and explained the issue - no one checked to see if they could actually SERVICE the Jeep. No one planned ahead to see about this, because if they did, it would not have taken almost 2 hours to let me know they did NOT have the equipment to do the install.There Service Manager and staff are NOT customer-oriented. They could care less about my time.
