All I can say is just "wow"!! From the moment my family and I stepped foot in their dealership, we felt welcomed and treated with respect. In comparison with other dealers, there is none! If you're looking for a true honest and up front dealership, look no farther. Big tex autoplex has very very clean used jeeps!!! We have purchased two jeeps from them and both times have exseeded our expectations!!! Chase went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. It is a family owned business and they are all very nice and friendly people. I would highly recommend this place!! Thanks so much for all your help.

I also drove several hours to get to Big Tex. They had the truck ready to go and I was out of there with a new truck in about an hour. When I got home I noticed a missing part on the door. I contacted them and the next day they had the missing part ready for me to pick up in my home town. Best service I have had buying a vehicle. Nice people, great truck, and great service. Thanks To Chase and his mother for making it a smooth car buy. I would recommend to anyone.

bought my truck from them and i drove 4 hr to get there! i was there for maybe 30min then i was heading home in my new truck!
