Was more than a little disappointed to find out about the change in management. After dealing with a smuck Alan in finance with my sales rep Anthony, I had to walk out. He was SO clueless and his over-jovial attitude just made things worse, as if trying to mock me and placate me for his mistakes, it was absurd. It was clear they are only there to make money and push people into rush decisions Because of Alan I can confidently say I will never buy chevy again.

I had not purchased an American car in over 25 years. However I wanted a hybrid electric vehicle in a small size. My choice is a Volt. I started shopping online as usual and found a dealer that showed an exact match of my choice. I had gotten pricing from the GM site which included two rebates. I contacted the dealer and he claimed I wasn't eligible for both along with financing option. I believed him and gave a deposit on the phone. After three days, I finally heard back from different salesman that car wasn't actually delivered yet and they didn't have firm date. That wasn't mentioned initially since Web site shows it in Stock. Since I wanted to pick up the car that week, it now was a waste of efforts.So clearly I wasn't in a great frame of mind when I contacted Bill Deluca right afterwards. They had a close match on the model. The rep immediately applied both rebates and financing and assured me car was in Stock.I picked it up the following day. The salesman, Phillips G. was a total professional in every way. He also is a Volt expert. He gave me a thorough explanation of the vehicle and personally oversaw the car prep. He even had paired his own phone initially to ensure everything worked! Both Phillip and the manager Greg treated me as a valued long time customer. This was exactly the level of service I have gotten at Mercedes, Audi, and Lexus in my prior purchases. Needless to say, I was flabbergasted in every way!Please visit them and see for yourself. I have no affiliation with the dealer or GM, this my personal experience this week.I cannot recommed this dealer more strongly! And I got a bottle of Deluca Vineyards wine to boot!

With me, its all about feeling comfortable with my purchase. I walked away from about 7 different dealerships in MA before going to DeLuca and talking to John Canole. He was very likable and actually had knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. I thought this was a nice change from my prior dealership experiences. That tends to make me feel more comfortable, so thanks to him I got exactly what I wanted and I love it. Great car!

Feeling confident and greatly satisfied about car repairs and maintenance begins with the service manager. If you have one you like and respect, it makes a huge difference to the customer. I credit much of my satisfaction to the work I get done at Bill DeLuca in Haverhill to my service manager, Brett Williams. I realize he has a lot of other customers to deal with. But, I always feel like I'm being treated special when I have work done on my car, including my most recent visit. Brett is always considerate of my particular needs and whatever issues the car has. I feel I can talk to him about the car at any time and he is always approachable. The thing I like most about DeLuca is the great lengths the dealership goes to get my feedback, via emails and customer relations phone calls. There are plenty of opportunities to express my concerns. I know if I ever have a problem with the service, I'll be taken care of. There's a nice waiting room where I can sit down with a cup of coffee and do some work or watch television while I'm waiting for my car. It seems like all of the service managers at DeLuca are accommodating and sensitive to the concerns of their customers. And that helps to minimize the apprehension and concerns one has when they go to have their car worked on. I bought my car at DeLuca four years ago and have always been happy with the work and thrilled with the way my service manager treats me.

The service dept is excellent. Always up front and personable. Takes good care of my vehicle. I always wait and the wait for service is not usually more than a hour. Always lets me know if there are any issues that need to be taken care of in a timely manner. I have not needed the parts dept. yet but I am sure they are just as good.

I was paying for vehicle that was not affordable and I needed to make a change to live within my means. I went to many dealerships to see if I could trade in my vehicle for something else. What a nightmare. Deluca Chevy got me out of that car and into something safe, reliable, comfortable and for a price that I can afford. All without hassle or a headache. They were family friendly and very accommodating to my toddler who was with me. I will definitely be going back in the future.

My family and I came upon Bill DeLuca GMC by chance. An unexpected visit. We started in the Chevy dealership and was told that all sales reps were busy at the time and to try over at the GMC dealership. Right off the bat, I thought we were getting pushed away. Actually thought about leaving. So we entered the GMC dealership and was introduced to Mike Hideriotis. Best thing that happened to us. Mike is very professional, patient, very knowledgeable, and a very friendly and honest man. My wife and I were very happy with him. We ONLY wanted to go over numbers to see what we can afford with a trade in. We had no intentions on signing any papers. We were desperate for a newer vehicle. He helped us and what do you know. We leased a 2016 Terrain at a price we can afford!! We love the car and we can't wait to trade in our second vehicle for another GMC vehicle. Especially here at Bill DeLuca's GMC. Definitely recommend this dealership

My wife and I decided to just come here and go over numbers with a sales rep. We stepped into the Chevy dealership, and was told to try the GMC building. Was also told that all sales reps in there were busy and to try next door at the GMC dealership. I instantly thought we were getting the run around and wanted to leave. We left there and walked over to GMC, and spoke with a sales rep. Mike Hideriotis. I completey forgot what happened at Chevy. Mike was VERY helpful, patient and seemed trustworthy. We went over numbers. Not expecting to, within one hour or so, we ended up signing a 2yr lease on a GMC Terrain. All we wanted to do was go over numbers because our finances and we end up signing a lease. We love it! And we can afford it, too. Highly appreciate Mike's expertise and knowledge. He showed us everything and answered everything. Great dealership, great employees, great deals! By the way, we love our new Terrain and will most likely purchase it at the end of the lease. Highly recommend this dealership.

I have used this dealership to purchase my Camaro and Chevy pickup truck. I first went somewhere else and walked away feeling belittled and humiliated. I then went to Bill Deluca and spoke to the staff about a purchase. They made me feel like a customer who was important and they took care of my car needs. The service is always top notch and I get my truck back washed. I think of them as extended family and have recommended my friends to them. Completely satisfied, I don't say that often now a days. Many years ago I had a bad experience with Bill Deluca Chevrolet and thought maybe things have changed and if nothing else I can take a new truck for a test drive. I asked for the sales manager for Chevrolet and then proceeded to voice my past history with the dealership, when I was all done the manager apologized for the bad history.I then realized the dealership had come along way from 19 years ago. Well long story short two days later I ended up purchasing a new 2015 truck and felt as though I got a really good deal.Thank you Greg and the sales consultant Phil !!!!! This is our second car from Bill Deluca. We went there just to do a test drive and see if my husband really REALLY wanted the Impala - not necessarily to get it, as our lease was not up for a month. But also like last time, our "guy" there made it so easy we would have been foolish to pass up the deal. Also, when we walked in the door, the exact model we wanted and thought would have to be searched for elsewhere, was front and center on the show room floor - including the precise features we wanted. It had a special and very attractive price, so we took it. When we went back to pick it up we had to wait for the insurance people to get back to the dealership, but were able to sit in a comfortable and quiet lounge area where my husband could plug in his laptop and work at one of two work areas made available and I could watch the flat screen TV. There was a "pod" coffee and hot drink maker and a good bottled water. In spite of the problems getting an answer from the insurance company, no one's fault really, except on their end since they had all the info needed and could not seem to manage to reply, our salesperson was terrific and kept working on getting us into the new car and on our way. I just bought a new Camaro here. It was my first experience with this dealership, and I have to say, it was the most enjoyable car-buying experience I have ever had. Their price on my car was more than fair - they honored their online advertised price without any further haggling or attempts to add-on fees. My salesman, Alan Katz, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The entire process was quick, painless and without any pressure of any kind. After the sale was completed, Alan spent an extraordinary amount of extra time with me in the car, explaining every single feature and piece of technology, and he has called me a few times since I took delivery on the car, to make sure I am completely happy with it. I have excellent credit, but Larry, the finance manager, got me a lower rate than I told him I was looking for - to me, that demonstrates integrity. I won't forget it. These guys did every single thing they said they would and more. So often, as consumers, we are quick to complain about poor treatment - and with good reason! I just had to take the time to thank the people at this dealership for doing everything right and for treating a total stranger so well. Based on this experience, I can not recommend them highly enough. If my future dealings with them are half as good as the past two weeks have been, I will be buying all my cars here. This is the second time I've bought a truck at Deluca's. Even though there was a 10 year gap between the two, I was just as impressed with the customer service this time as the first which is why I had come back. It was seamless and painless. No haggling, pressure, I was treated respectfully and the prices were great. You just can't go wrong at Deluca's. I will always get my vehicles there as I don't get that kind of consistent superior service else where.

We came to DeLuca after looking at GMC ACADIA online. We were greeted promptly and our request to bring cars home to an injured family member was granted without hesitation. The courtesy and respect given to us had us buy a car after only an hour. After driving the GMC ACADIA for five days, we can truly say we love it. The car was delivered to us in pristine condition. Although we didn't arrive to pick up the vehicle until 6PM, we were given all the time needed to feel confident with it's features.

At 73,000 we found our rear brakes worn and making grating sounds. We called Brett Williams to schedule replacement of our brakes. We had an appointment made easily; the work would take a few hours and so the DeLuca Chevy dealership in Haverhill gave my husband a ride home and then picked him up when the brakes were finished. We have, since buying the Traverse in 2010, had all of our maintenance done at this dealership, and are very confident in the work they do and the fair price we pay. And by the way, we're astonished that our four tires passed inspection each year until we just replaced them at 70,000 miles (at DeLuca) and that our brakes lasted this long. Go, Chevy! Happy customers here!

For the past 3 years I have had my Buick serviced at DeLuca's. They have consistently done an above and beyond job with my car. I believe the dealership was honest with me regarding the need to repair. The other Chevy dealer in Amesbury added on another $2000 in in what they claim was needed repairs. In my opinion those repairs were not immediately needed or asked for. You hourly rate is very high but those costs were all presented to me before the repair. The repair came in at the quoted cost and done correctly.

Indeed, it was not until we were asked to pay a further $2, 500.00-$3, 000.00 ($5, 000.00 in repairs for a 2008 vehicle would have been really very disappointing!!) that I stepped in and took the decision to purchase/lease a new vehicle!!

Dealership contacted me when my service was due. I made my appointment on line and was taken in for service when I arrived. I was offered coffee or a cold drink. A comfortable place to wait. The service was routine but was performed in a timely manner. I waited for my vehicle. I was greeted warmly and with a hand shake. My vehicle was washed when it was returned to me.

I called because I notice the air pressure was low on one of my tires. I noticed I had something in the tire. I called and they told me to come right in and they would check it out. They did take out the bolt and plugged it for me at no charge. They told me I should go to have in patched or that I may need a new tire. I was very happy with the service. I feel they went out of their way for me. I am very happy with the dealership and will continue to bring my car there.

I was extremely impressed with the entire process. My new truck was ordered and Mike Moore kept me up to date where it was. As soon as it was in he called me and had the truck within a couple of days. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and very informative. Mike was informative on all the options and attachments that could be added and was excellent at explaining the entire truck. Great place all around would highly recommend it.

I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service I received at this dealership. I worked with Phil Georgoulis as well as Gregg Georgoulis. Whenever I buy anything of significance I make sure that I buy from people that I like and trust. I could tell right from the start that Phil and Gregg were straight shooters and trustworthy. After the purchase of my car Phil went above and beyond by showing me all of the bells and whistles the car has to offer. He also helped me set up my Wifi and Onstar account. We worked with Phil Georgioulas and Joe Salines, who sold us an awesome GMC Suburban 15 years ago. We were so happy with the no-pressure sales process, understanding of our needs, and -- most important to us -- PRICE, that we leased a gorgeous Chevy Traverse on the spot and never made it to the other dealerships! I'm on my 2nd pre-owned car that I've purchased from Bill Deluca. My current car is an 06 Buick,and my Fiancee's car is a chevy and Ron has taken care of me most of the time with exception of 2 other times, 1 with Brett, and the Don service manager. Their service entrance is unique in the fact that you drive right up to the garage door, wait for the door to open (in the winter), and in summer, the garage door is always open. Once in their initial bay area, the service rep's office is right there, he comes to you right away, pending he's not with another prior customer. If you need to drop your vehicle off to them, then they have a shuttle service to take you to from wherever you're going to be while waiting for your service to finish.In their service waiting area, they have a bid TV on the wall with local cable, a Keurig system for coffee, etc, and 2 bathrooms, 1 for women, other for guys. Their service area is right behind the chevy/buick showroom. Another thing great about this place, the service dept is open 6 days a week, they open the entrance garage door around 7:30AM, but the mechanics don't start work until 8:am, and they're all there until 4:30PM. I would go back to their Haverhill location for service anytime, but NOT their Woodworth location, just for sales at Woodworth...

I had to have my car towed to the dealer for a securtiy issue. Adam was so kind and helpful over the phone. Once my car arrived at the service department, he called me to let me know that it had arrived and that he would be calling me with what the problem was once they had found the issue. He later called to let me know that it was the ignition cylinder. Although, the issue cost $501 I was happy to know that my car would be fixed the following morning by 10am. When I arrived the next morning, the service department was expecting me and had my car ready as Adam had told me it would be. I was so pleased. They also told me if I had any further problems that I was to bring the car back. I have had no problems since.

I purchased a new Chevy from this dealer in Oct 2011. They negotiated tough, but in the end I wanted the car and agreed to the price. My first mistake. During the closing I was promised a $500 Lowes card and have the GM Customer Incentive and Onstar Acknowledegment form in my hand to prove it (and yes they spelled acknowledgement wrong). I was told it comes directly from GM and that I will get it in a few weeks. After a few weeks went by, I called and spoke to Greg the manager. Greg put the blame on GM. Ok fine. I follow up with GM and they told me that program was expired before it was even offered to me. So DeLuca purposefully offered me the incentive even though they knew or at least should have known it was expired. After numerous follow up calls and emails with Greg, he admitted that GM stopping running the promotion but REFUSED to make good on the incentive which I have in writing. I am tired of trying to get DeLuca to do the right thing and man up and provide me what they promised and put in writing. To this day, I have not received anything. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM DELUCA! EVER! Please do not think because you have it in writing that it means anything to these guys because obviously it does not. STAY AWAY!

We traded for a 2012 Malibu in June 2012. After visiting a few dealers we were offered the best trade in at DeLuca. The entire purchasing experience was non stressful.Since the purchase, we have had one warranty visit and two routine service visits. The service department is every bit as professional as the sales department. Each visit is followed up by contacts to be sure there is customer satisfaction.From our point of view, this is a very customer friendly dealership that we are willing visit at any time.

I went to Bill Deluca to look for a new GMC truck. I have been shopping all week and dealing with greasy sales people. When I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted by Mo. I liked the guy right away. He was very easy to deal with. He showed me the truck and took the time to answer all my questions. The whole experience was just painless.
