The Sales Representative Steve Miles and I made an agreement on the price and even shook hands, but after reviewing the paperwork he had adjusted the prices to reflect an extra $829.00 increase. The worst part is the general manager John Mallia refused to refund my money after acknowledging the additional increase. All they wanted to do is give me free trinkets and all I wanted was my refund. If I wanted the trinkets I would of purchased them with the new Buick. General manager John Mallia did not even have the common courtesy to respond to my email. New Buick was delivered dirty, recall needed, NO state inspection sticker and a shake in the front end of my new 2014 Buick Lacrosse. I had to take the vehicle to O'Connor GMC to correct the problems.

I must say that I had a great experience working with Matt, even though wew only met and made a deal within a few short hours. Everyone that I met at Bill Dodge was very friendly and helpful. Matt was very capable of answering any questions that I had regarding the product you offer, (in my case the 2011 GMC truck). After a brief conversation, he was able to find the vehicle that suited me perfectly. I also met Matt Taiani from the service area, and Mike Bean from the accessories department, they were also friendly and knowlegable. Your team there made the experience rather pleasent, not at all what I have run into at other dealers, (names witheld)! Bill Dodge has given another better than positive experience. Brian was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. He went far and above any expectations to get me in to the car I wanted. He took the time to explain all the features and how to operate them. I have had other Bill Dodge sale and service people assist me. All have impeccable customer service. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, shop around if you want but, chances are, you will be happy with the service and inventory of the Bill Dodge people.

I purchased a brand new Buick Verano at Bill Dodge after being a Honda owner for 16 years. I had originally gone to just do a test drive to check out this new line from Buick. I always thought of Buick as an "old man" car line but boy, the Verano is a beauty! When I got to the dealer it was about ten minutes before they opened. Thaddeus in sales let me in and explained it was his day off, that he had come in for one issue but that he'd be happy to assist me. He was not pushy in the least but very upbeat. He brought out the Verano for me to test drive. After having seen it in person and given it a test drive I was smitten with the car. Thaddeus asked me if I was still interested and if I wanted to continue to the next step- never did he do the high pressure thing. As for pricing, I am a member of USAA and use their car buying service and told Thaddeus what I was willing to pay, and what I was seeking for my trade-in. I dislike dealerships that play games. He brought my offer to the manager, Matt, who actually doesn't sit "out back" like in many other places but is at the front desk. There was no game playing, no back and forth, no shenanigans. They cheerfully agreed to my request and even added more to my trade-in value! I was introduced to the people at the service desk and given a tour of the service area which was a friendly and welcoming touch. I highly recommend both the Buick Verano and Bill Dodge Buick!

I was looking for a new dealership because the one I had used for years had moved. When I met Todd, he was very friendly and patient with me as I was not sure what car I was going to buy. Then I wanted a car that was in Brunswick and they got it down very quickly so I could drive it that afternoon. I ended up buying it. They were good to deal with over the price and made it as quick as you can with the paper work. I went home with the perfect car for me that evening. Any work I have had done has been a great job. They also have a Rewards card that has lots of freebies on it to.

The staff I dealt with at BD Kia were very helpful and comfortable to work with. I didn't feel like I was at a car dealership as much as a store I have been going to for years. I have never been to this dealership, but will return and recommend it to others. I was in and out in a short time. In addition to Todd and Damian, there was another woman (who I cant remember her name) working with them who was equally as helpful.

Selecting the vehicle was very easy. We told the Salesperson what we wanted and he found it quickly. All personnel were friendly and cordial.Gary Cheney was very personable and efficient. This is the secound vehicle we have bought through him and I will look to him for our next vehicle. The only thing I didn't really care for is the amount of paperwork required. The interest rate of 1.9% should have been requested from the banks and most of the paperwork should have been ready before we arrived. All in all we were very pleased with the whloe experience.

I was taking a look at the Hyundai Accent and Seth saw me and came out to talk to me. Before he said anything I made it a point to tell him that the only way I would be purchasing is if he could make me a deal on the terms I had available to me. I told him I was looking for a payment under $200 a month, no money down just my 10 year old Pontiac as a trade, 15,000 miles a year allowance if it was a lease due to my job and no long-term loans due to the uncertainty in the economy. I made it clear that this is what I had to work with and if a deal could not be made on those terms, I could not sign anything. He assured me that he could get me into a good lease or sell me a late model and either would surely fit me in the terms I requested. I met Stu, and rehashed the story with him that I told Seth and they both had me assured they could get me into a car within my terms. When Stu came back the offer was three years between $230-$250. I reminded them that I had been quite clear about my terms. Stu and Seth talked it over and said that they could still make the numbers work, and Stu asked Seth to have me test drive an accent while he did some more calculations. Seth asked for $200 for the first month payment, and reminded him that I could not swing that, and I wanted to wait until I saw what the sales manager came back with. After being convinced that I had to do this, I gave him my credit card and we took the test drive. When I got back from the test drive I was alone waiting to hear from Seth. He came back and told me I had a new car. I was a bit confused as I had not agreed to anything at that point, because I needed to make sure they honored the terms I had laid out. When I went in to see the finance manager, the first thing I was assailed with was a multitude of add on's I was strongly urged to take so I would not have to pay in any additional monies because of scratches, bird excrement, dents, dings, and bald tires. All of the programs were thrown at me and in frustration I asked about the other packages the car was supposed to have and other programs Seth had had me read while I was waiting. I was totally overwhelmed and then I noticed that paperwork I was signing did not have my name correct. I brought this to the finance managers attention, and he proceeded to change some of the remaining paperwork. The rest of the paperwork I was asked to sign with minimal description of what I was signing. When I left his office, I was told Seth would help me with the insurance company, and yet in the middle of trying to get insurance, he went off to talk to his manager. I tried to keep a cool head, but somewhere among the hand-off from one person to another, I just became totally lost. I told Seth this before I left, that I was not at all happy with what had happened. It fell on deaf ears. Later that night I got a call from the finance manager saying I had to sign some more paperwork, when he showed up at my work on Thursday, I finally found it, it was my lease I was resigning, but not for 15,000 miles like I had agreed to and signed on when I took delivery, but 12,000 miles a year. The car did not seem to behave like the one I test drove, and the all season tires that they said worked fine in snow, even though I said they would not, were useless when we had snow this past weekend. I requested they contact me in writing, so I could have something in writing, and none of the parties would honor that request.***********************************UPDATE********************************************Shortly after posting my review online, the sales manager Nick called my home. I was still at work so I was unable to respond until the following day. Nick was genuine and sincere in dealing with me and listening to the issues that I had. He addressed my complaints and made right a couple of the issues that I had written about and explained the others to me, and told me that he wanted to make sure that I was happy with my transaction and that he wanted me to continue to be a customer. While my experience with Bill Dodge was not what I had hoped it would be, and I am not completely satisfied with the outcome, I will say this. Seth and Stu were pleasant, friendly, and amiable and Nick was a consummate professional. He was polite and wanted to make right the things that went wrong during the transaction. I think it says a lot about a company who owns up to an issue as Nick did. He was prompt in addressing my concerns, he was understanding and patient with my situation and frustration, and his actions and the manner in which he responded showed a sincere desire in repairing a relationship and working to grow that into the future. I plan on giving Bill Dodge of Brunswick the chance to reaffirm that commitment and go from there.

I can't say enough to describe the happy and upgeat saleman from whom I puchased my Serento, the very first new car I've been lucky enough to have. He was thorough, patient, and I was pleased with his manner and considerations. I've a long way to go to truly feel calm about all the options, etc. because it is so advanced with the side bags, the appearance and big lights to stand out in any parking lot, and highway. We were looking for a 2008 Cadillac CTS with a very specific list of features and were delighted to find a listing for what seemed to be the perfect car, just a few miles from home. We drove by after work to give it a quick look and while we were "kicking the tires" Tony made himself known to us, but let us look the car over in peace... a refreshing experience compared to the pushy sales folks that are all too common in the auto business. Tony seemed to know when we were ready to chat about this car and at just the right time introduced himself and answered all of our questions thoroughly and accurately. We asked to take the car for a test drive and within minutes there was a dealer plate attached and keys in our hands. Wow! What a fantastic car! We returned to the lot and thanked Tony for all his help so far and told him we'd be back in touch in the next day or so.Two days later we returned (20 minutes before closing time) to "crunch some numbers" with Tony and everything fell perfectly into place. Tony brought Damien out to speak with us about financing and available options. Between Tony and Damien we had the perfect vehicle, a customized list of extended coverage options, a fantastic price for the entire package and instant financing at a good rate... all in just about two hours. (yes... they both stayed almost two hours past closing time to take care of us!). When we walked out of Damien's office Tony was there to hand us the keys, having just returned from filling up the gas tank.We're both in our 50's and have had pleasant and not-so-pleasant car buying experiences, but this has been by far the best one ever. We were treated like family and it seems that not only have we gotten a great deal on an awesome car, but we've also made some new friends.Tony & Damien: Thanks guys.. you can absolutely count on our future business.

Every aspect of this experience was pleasant. The folks were courteous, professional and very helpful every step of the way. Tony allowed us plenty of time to look the car over before approching us, then hung out and chatted about it with absolutely no pressure before offering us the keys for a test drive.When we returned to discuss options for purchasing the car, Tony was again very helpful. Damien had us approved for financing within 38 seconds, at a competitive rate and with a package that included absolutely everything. Damien even reworked the numbers so we could have the extra services we wanted at a price we could live with. Both Tony and Damien stayed two hours past their usual closing time to accomodate us.When the time comes to purchase another car this will be the first place we stop. Let me start by sharing, that Bob is my Service Rep from your Organization, he is the reason I have my truck serviced with Bill Dodge Cadi. Whenever I call to set up a service appointment he is extremely professional, polite and attentive to my request. Bob calls me once they have completed a number of point checks, that is part of the oil change & tire rotation service that your customers receive, to let me know if there were any concerns found. And my favorite part, My truck is always washed when returned to me. Now to make you aware I have a long time relationship with Emerson Chevy, Auburn, ME. I have been buying new trucks since 1988 every 2 or 3 yrs. I decided to buy the Cadi Escalade Ext from Lori Morin who had been trying to work with me on a truck purchase for a couple of yrs. She made me feel like I was your most important customer during the time she was locating my truck. She connected me with Mike in Parts who worked with me and ended up giving me a good deal on my 22" Wheels and Tires, which I had been planning on buying in Lewiston at either Tire Warehouse or a VIP. Then she set me up with Bob from Service and from day one he has made my experiences at BDAG in Westbrook so positive that I don't mind dealing with Westbrook instead of Lee Cadi in Auburn for service. (the only thing I have Lee Cadi do is wash and hand wax it once every 2 months, and that is because they have a $24.95 deal and will do it same day or next day when I call). Overall experience was good, I was up front and honest about what I wanted and what I would pay. They were within $265.00 and RIchie would not budge, so we asked for two new front tires and got them. Everything went smoothly and quickly. SUV was clean and shined up for the delivery which could have gone a little quicker since they knew what time frame we would be there as I called ahead. HUGE issue, NO auto manual with car. WHY is this ? How am I suppose to figure out what all these buttons are for? I have e-mailed Charlie about this and no response as of 2/9/10. We purchased the vehicle on 2/6.

First time Utilizing this dealership. Treated like a long time customer. Pasted the keys to a Cadilac and told to enjoy the test drive. Unlike most cars this on a a 1/4 tank of gas and I was told to take my time, in fact take it home for the night if I wanted too. I enjoyed being treated like I was speacial and that they wanted my business. I was really confortable buying the car from them.

Everyone was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We took the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves which has never happened to us at other dealerships. It gave my husband and I the opportunity to discuss the vehicle in private. Jules was very easygoing and never once applied pressure on us to make a decision. Every step of the finance process was explained clearly by Charlie. He laid out our options and explained in detail the different plans available. Iwas shopping for a used Buick Park Avenue. Make an inquiry to Brian Kelsea via the web after ascessing dealer web site Brian responed promptly--no pressure to buy. I continued tosearch web for a vehicle as dealership was 250 miles south of my home. Brian got back to me in a timely manner. Quality of work. I requested a Sat. radio be installed on the vehicle--it was accomplished in a highly professional workmanship. Friendliness--Brian was friendly but at times seemed frustrated with my questions-he suggested my expectations were high for the vehicle. Overall experience was good--vehicle was professionally detailed the inventory of used vehicles was good had i wished to look at another vehicle. Price--the vehicle was on the web for $9,965. onThurs.10/l. the vehicle was lised for $8866. when i called Brian he was not aware of the price change said we would re work the deal i told him the trade in figure of $800. was way out of line. - for '01 Taurus 70k in excellent condition no reconditioning needed. Brian called back with the new price on the web figured in i asked about trade in of $800. he said he could'nt do anything about it, but the trade would be looked at again when i came down the next day. the next day we went down to the dealership to see the Park AV. I asked several when the trade would be looked at finallythe used car mgr. came ouut to the Taurus, he did'nt want to drive the trade or even start the engine--I reviewed to him the numerous new parts on vehicle the the $800. Brian had quoted me. he had no reaction. Finally the paperwork was brought to me to sign i again asked about the trade--the finance man said nothing could be done. At that point i had to decide whether to take the deal--the Buick which i liked or walk. I was tired after a 5 hr. drive, assisting my wheelchair bound partner. Would I recommend the dealership? probably--with the advice watch closely the pricing of any vehicle you buy. Chris Pierce.

I have great faith and respect for Andrea Ribero, and we met her as she took us through several different cars and ended up eventually selling my parents a new Cadillac!Adrea was given excellent support by the sales manager Jeff Campbell, who I had has the pleasure of dealing with for over 15 years as he climbed through the ranks of sales and sales management. Together, they worked diligently as team to facilitate this sale. My parents who are elderly, never felt like their issues and concenrns we not important to Jeff and Andrea and they made the car buying experience a pleasure. My dad, who for his entire life has adhored the new car buying experience, walked away from the Bill Dodge dealership with a whole new attitude and high level of satisfaction.Thanks to all involved, we appreciate it.

I recently purchased a new 2009 Cadillac DTS from Bill Dodge. Both Mr. Campbell, who is the Sales Manager, and Mr. Connors gave me the impression that they wanted to sell me the car and wanted to do so at what I thought was a fair price. They spent several hours patiently explaining why they could not sell the car for less than the price they set and could not pay more for my trade-in, showing me the recent prices that cars similar to mine were selling for at auction. I had performed considerable research before I went to the dealership so I know that the information they provided me was accurate and the price I agreed to pay for the car was fair. I had previously had difficulty with service at the dealership and was considering a Lincoln instead of another Cadillac; I have owned 5 previous Cadillacs and had all of them serviced at this dealership. Based on my experience with Mr. Campbell and Mr. Connors, I changed my impression and am glad that I decided to purchase another Cadillac. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to people I know. Hopefully, the good service and treatment carries over to the Service Department.

I bought a 2004 Buick Lesabre and they were patient and curtius. I am very picky and have been called a pain elsewhere. I got the car at a nice price, and I am still being treated well by the sales and service departments. I have had other cars repaired there most currently the thermostat on my 2000 Chevy Malibu, they fixed it quickly and at a fair price. We were shopping for a used vehicle We stopped at a number of used car dealerships and told them what we were looking for. Out of the handful we stopped at, Richie Axlesen and Tony Lekas took the time to listen to what we were looking for and called us every time something came in and they thought we would be interested in. They continued to look until they found what we were looking for. We were extremely satisfied with the vehicle and the price. The customer service by both of them were exceptional. I would recommend both Richie and Tony and Bill Dodge to anyone looking for a car. The entire experience was enjoyable.

I have been shopping for a Chevrolet or Gmc 2500HD truck for several months at dealerships in my area. I started by requesting quotes online and then visiting several dealerships. I never felt pressured by anyone at Bill Dodge. I bought my truck there and had a plow swapped from my old truck and a bed liner and ladder rack installed as well. Every step was easy and their service was first class!

I have owned Chevrolets and GMC in the past, Irecently purchased a 2004 3/4 Truck with king cab and 4w drive from this dealership and I have delt with the Repair Garage,Parts Dept.paint shop, and salesmen. I have never had such personal and expertise to work with and it is a great pleasure to know that I have not been taken to coals which has happened in the past with other dealerships. I will continue to do business with them, and when this truck is paid for I will purchase another.

This is our first purchase from this dealer (other GMC trucks purchased elsewhere in Maine) and the experience thus far has been very positive. Dave was helpful, without being "pushy". Chenoa handled the paperwork in a most efficient manner and the followup by Jeff impressed us. We hope that as we continue to have this truck maintained by Bill Dodge, the same level of service will continue.

Brian worked very hard to make this purchase come to fruition. He was persistent without being annoying. We worked on a purchase price that was agreable to both parties and vehicle delivery went smoothly. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership personally or on the phone was very friendly and helpful. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased or leased at this dealership. I'm looking forward to excellent customer service from the service department as well.However, I was disappointed with the GM Rewards card earnings program. I was not able to useall of my earnings and the GM Card customer service reps were not helpful. As a result I will cancel my GM Credit card but continue to support the dealership since this was not a dealership issue but a GM issue. Thank you GM for taking my tax dollars and also keeping by earnings dollars. Let's hope you don't screw up your restructering like you did the rewards program.

We purchesed a Buick Lucerne on Saturday April 25,2009. We found that it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Jules Guerin was really easy to speak with and answered all of our questions. He took time to explain the features of the vehicle to my wife and he made her feel very comfortable. We also dealt with Chenoa Fickett the Finace Manger. Our family deals exclusively with this dealership. Ritchie is the reason we keep returning. He deals honestly and provides exceptional customer service. He knows what we want and gives us the best deal the first time. If the dealership doesn't have the inventory we are looking, they will find it. The dealership overall will follow up and forward the reminders that are some time necessary to make sure the vehicle is well maintained. When it it time to purchase a new vehicle, there is no pressure to purchase on any given day. I just recently purchssed a new Sierra truck, my second from this dealership and from my saleperson David Durocher. David is the bomb when it comes to service. He is the only salesperson I have bought from multiple times, not an eay task for him on his part. I was just in two days ago for a look at a third vehicle from Bill Dodge. I was still impressed by the level of service everyone expressed. We got to take the vehicle home overnight and use the next day for a lengthy test drive, even when we were late to show up by several hours no pushy salesman called to locate us. The same goes for Chenoa for her level of service and willingness to get the answers from the correct source if she can't answer it. I wouldn't think twice of buying from here and feeling like I wasn't run over from a bullying salestaff even in this market.

I recently purchased a new GMC Sierra pickup From Bill Dodge and the experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. The salesman (Jules) was friendly and courteous, more like having a conversation with an old friend than the pushy salesmen I've dealt with at other dealerships in the past. Shen was able to arrange financing for me at a better rate than I had found anywhere else. I have purchased several aftermarket items; bedliner, tube steps, ladder rack, etc. since buying the truck and Mike has always been able to get what I wanted, usually at as good or better price than any I could find. The only problem I have had with the truck is a wire that disconnected on the horn, which they fixed in about 5 minutes when I stopped to ask about it. It's nice to have a dealership close to home that I enjoy doing business with.

I have used this dealership for several service trips now, and I plan to make them my exclusive dealership for service, and sales if the time arrises again. I purchased a Pontiac G6GT from another site and was not happy with the service department, and was recommended to try this one. The service staff are very friendly and most eager to not only answer any questions you may have but also FIX the problem. So far I have not had to return with an ongoing issue. The service drop off area is clean, and easy to get into, they have an automatic garage door so that you exit your vehicle inside which is great in bad weather. The hours they are open was unexpected for me, because they have late hours which is also great for drop off and pick up without affecting work hours. They also have a service that will take you to work in Portland if you need to drop your car off during your daytime working hours. I have to have my vehicle inspected (which is offered free of charge on my new G^), and an oil change and alignment this month, and I am actually excited that I will be able to take it to the Westbrook location for service! Thanks Bill Dodge Westbrook for exceeding my expectations in the service department. This is the FIRST time since I have been back home in the last six years that I have found a service department that I truely trust my vehicle with.

For my Pontiac G5, I browsed online for several local dealerships that could help me with my service needs. I emailed quite a few places and the only place that gave me an immediate response was Bill Dodge. I quickly got to discuss details and it was 100% easy to communicate through emailing with Brent. He helped and explained to me my warranty conditions before I brought in my vehicle which helped me gain knowledge as to what my warranty covers and what it doesn't cover. I brought in my car to the dealership and I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me, Brent approached me and he told me that he would have an answer for me as soon as that following day. I was also provided with a loaner as it is covered under my warranty. Brent gave me a phone call and completely (and I mean completely) explained to me what I needed done and he gave his opinions as well as how much it would cost, an overall estimate, and prices for each thing that had to be repaired. I am completely happy with the pricing, for I understand that I could have been spending much more if I brought my car to another dealership. I felt so much better when I brought back my car because the problems I was having with my brakes seemed to disappear! I would definately go back if I have any other problems with my vehicle.
