Courtney was great! We contacted the dealership about a vehicle and Courtney was eager to help and get the information on the vehicle we were asking about. She contacted us the following day just like she said she would and didn't promise the vehicle had anything on it before double checking the specs or physically looking on the vehicle herself. She was also very knowledgable about her product. Great price for what we got and the market right now. Everyone was very friendly-I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

Nice friendly staff. Courtney Ellis-Motes is a great asset to Bill Jackson. This is the second vehicle I bought from her. I could have went to another dealership to buy my GMC Sierra but I waited for one to come in at Bill Jackson because I wanted to deal with Courtney. She has a great knowledge of the vehicles and makes sure everything is set up for you before you leave the lot. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly.

They gave us a run around with issues and tried to work on our car in ways with out our permission. Seemed like a smoke show. They also broke the phone clip that was in the car and never mentioned it. Only reason it’s getting two stars is due to the one polite person. This place will never see our business again and hopfully I can help push people towards a better establishment.

Very nice and professional people. My daughter is away in college and had car trouble. The company made sure she had a loaner car for transportation to class and work. The repair was done must sooner than expected. Great service!

Treated very well. Friendly owner, staff and sales team. this is the second vehicle I have purchased here this year, so I'm obviously pleased with the treatment and service. Clean facility and really appreciate service department. I have 3 Chev vehicles, so one of them is always in need of service. Tony is Always willing to allow me to leave vehicle and run me back home, to minimize my personal down time. Very important to me to not be tied up at the dealership waiting. Work out of town and when I'm home have a lot to get accomplished. Tony making this happen for me is a very important part of the service experience. Thanks Tony, Jeremy

I went in for routine oil change and tire rotation and explained that after the last time it seemed like the front right tire was wobbling and asked them to look and balance tires this time. They reviewed the balance issue and found out the truck was out of line and corrected the problems for me. Truck drives drives great.
