Me and my family own 4 BMW’s and get all our cars serviced at this dealership. Alex Flinn is by far the best service adviser I have met. I drive out of my way to get my car serviced at Bill Jacobs knowing that Alex will be taking care of me. He is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, never forgets to give you updates through phone calls or text messages, and has answers to any questions you ask him. If you absolutely love your car the way we do, Alex is definitely the service advisor you want to work with!!

Absolutely Fantastic experience at Bill Jacobs BMW. I had the pleasure of working with Khalil G. The best salesperson I ever met. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, KG was always responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself but in walking me through the entire process. Dean was our BMW service advisor and he was very friendly and very professional. He gave us confidence that he cared about us and about meeting our vehicle’s needs. He answered all of our questions. The waiting area was very clean and quiet with plenty of room to sit. There were amenities of coffee, tea and light snacks while we waited. Our vehicle was finished in a very timely manner complete and we were always updated on the work being done. Definitely recommend!!!

The service team--especially Alex Flinn and Mike Alwin--are just great to work with. They're fast, friendly, and genuine 'car guys' who are happy to tell you everything you want to know about what goes on with your car. They're fair and honest about what services entail and cost, and they'll even let you know what to look out for in the future. I really can't say enough good things about these guys and this dealership.

I bought my first car this November (2021 X1) and I am incredibly happy that I decided to buy a BMW from the Bill Jacobs dealership. My parents had purchased a BMW a few years back from them and highly recommended this dealership. In fact, my father stopped by the dealership with me one day to take a look at the cars. That day we worked with Shaun Patterson, who was very informative and patient with us. We enjoyed our brief exchange with him so much that we made sure to work with him when we came back a few days later to buy a car. Although my parents tagged along as first time car buyer support for me, I knew that even if I had gone alone that I would have been in the best capable hands working with Shaun. He made the car buying experience extremely smooth, informative, and exciting. Shaun ensured all my questions were answered and that I left the dealership with confidence. It’s been a little over a month since I’ve had my new car and I absolutely love it! I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Thank you again, Shaun!
