As easy as it possibly could have been. I've been going to bill kay for years, and this last time I bought a pathfinder. I told them what I wanted, they didn't have the color I wanted so they looked around at other dealerships and found one I liked. The buying process was fairly quick, and I was sitting behind the wheel of my new car in no time.

Offered me 400 dollars to leave a positive review. Proceeded to add thousands (THOUSANDS) to the total cost of my car after we had agreed on a price. Put my electronic signature on a page I never saw. If you think you're fine because you JUST agreed on a price, you're wrong.I was charged 23,000 dollars for the purchase of a 2013 car with a sticker of 16,000. I'm an idiot, don't you be too. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm a first time car buyer and decided to go to the dealer and salesman that my brother used for his first car. Luckily for me the same salesman Kurt was still there. I was nervous about the whole process because I didn't know what to expect and Kurt made the whole process so simple and quick. Absolutely friendly and took into consideration my wants for for the car and payments I was looking for. Together Kurt and Chris made the great effort and were able to get the numbers I needed to work. I will definitely be coming back for a next car or referring friends to Kurt for sure.

If I could rate this no star I would!Horrible customer service. I was going to buy a used car from them and I was working for Alex the Sales Manger and they wouldn't lower the car so I left. A couple days later they called to say they would sell the car for the price I was asking for. I took my time going to the dealership. I'm currently in the military so I have no means of transportation btw. I wasted my time going over there and I got the car. When we test drive the car before it was fine. When we drove it off the lot it couldn't even make it to get gas. They were suppose to get me a full tank of gas too but they didn't. Thank goodness that didn't because the car broke down at the gas station 5 minutes away. We went to return the car and they wouldn't give us our money back till a week after we already return the car. Horrible place to buy a car especially if your in the military too.

I went to Bill Kay Nissan looking to buy a reliable used car. I left with something even better, a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra. Everyone told me buying a car takes all day but the process was only a few hours. My credit wasn't great but Tim and Chris worked with me and they were very nice. I told Tim what I could afford and he made it happen. Chris explained all the paper work to me and answered all my questions. So glad I decided to go here!

Test drove a Nissan Altima. Asked for a price and the worksheet presented to me began with a numebr higher than the MSRP, then a discount, then a net price, before taxes, doc fee and transportation! Amazing, the transportation fee is included in the MSRP, but the dealer was attempting to make the deal look better than it was by adding in the transportation fee again. Their explanation was that they had discounted the price so it was ok to add it in, wasn't really being charged twice. Explanation for the higher MSRP was dealer added options on all cars at the dealership. I;m in my mid-60's and thought I'd seen every hustle out there, but this was new to me.

My sister was looking at a rouge at a different dealer. I called Bill Kay service to ask about warrentee terms, for the rouge when. I looked at the web site I saw the deals Bill Kay was offering so i drove out to look. I met with Frank Longo when i was looking I explained i wasn't looking to buy but was checking on rouges for my sister he was so courteous and helpful he brought out three different styles I told him ill tell my sister and if she wants we will come here first, and we did. well Frank was busy but Kanilli took her for a test drive when she returned Frank worked with her and gave her a very good deal she was very pleased frank, kanilli, Jason and Kim were all so courtious and helpful made her purchase very pleasant

I phoned one Saturday morning looking for a specific car. Bill Kay had it in stock and Tim was very polite and helpful on the phone. When my husband and I got to the dealership to view the car, it was washed and waiting out in front. This was the most hassle free speedy purchase I have ever experienced! I traded my old car and wasn't even held hostage like dealers usually hang onto your old car key so you won't leave. I definitely will purchase my next car here and have been referring Bill Kay to all my family and friends!

Went in showroom after dropping off 2008 Rogue for service. Looked at a new Rogue and Steve Wegener gave us a decent price before we left. Found out 2008 Rogue needed $763 in repairs so I told Steve would most likely not be in market for new car. Steve got the cost of my repair added to the original trade in value I was offered. This closed the deal and we purchased a 2015 Rogue off the lot.

I went to this dealer to test drive a Kia Optima; I wanted it so bad, that I was willing to do whatever I needed to do just to drive off the lot with it. Rolando was cool, sales guy; really laid back. I gave him all my info and my co-signer info, check stubs, filled out a credit app (u know how personal that is). He wasn't able to come up with a deal while I was there, I had to pick up my daughter; however, he ensured me he would contact me and said he was going to work something out. Here we are, 3 days later, no call, no text, no email. NOTHING! That's bad business in my opinion, I mean dang, at least tell me no or something smh.

THE SALES GUYS SAID IF YOU SEE ANY ISSUES CALL US BY TOMORROW AND WILL FIX IT FOR YOU... WE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE MANAGERS DONT CALL BACK AND WHEN THE ONE DID WE GOT NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE AND TOLD IT WAS OUR SALES PERSON PROBLEM, WELL THAT GUY NEVER RETURNS CALLS... WE FINALLY GOT IT IN AND THEY FIX ONE ISSUE AND THEN WE FOUND OUT IN PROCESS OF FIXING THEY BROKE SOMETHING ELSE- ALSO THEY STAINED THE SIDE BOARDS ON OUR CAR WHEN THEY DETAILED IT JUST REAL BUMMED ABOUT EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY GOOD PART OF EXPERIENCE WAS FINANCE GUY WAS SUPER NICE AND DID HIS BEST ON GETTING ME BEST DEAL.

I really enjoyed my car buying experience. Art approached me in a very casual and friendly way. That's a nice change from most of the other dealerships where you are badgered until you feel you have to leave to get some peace. He let me browse but made some suggestions about particular models after some pointed but unobtrusive questions. I had never even heard of the Juke before he mentioned it. I drove it and fell in love. His test drive with me was perfect as he showed me all the bells and whistles that came with the model I was driving. With all that being said, I didn't think I was anywhere near buying a new car yet. Art didn't really even have to sell me on how Nissan's stand out in the new car marketplace, but his knowledge of Nissan and his friendly no-pressure attitude was what really made me decide to buy a car that day. Go to Bill Kay and ask for Art...you won't be disappointed!

I used Edmunds.com to initiate a search for a new 2015 Nissan Rogue. Bill Kay had the vehicle I wanted and at a great price. I have been buying new cars for over 25 years and Khalil Sulaiman was the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. I am not one to spew negative comments about anyone or any business, but when it comes to my child it's a different story. My daughter bought a used 2011 Jeep Liberty for which she paid full price. The Jeep was in excellent condition except for staining on the wheel flares and bumpers, most likely from some type of cleaner that was used, permanently staining them. I asked the salesman, Steve, before we bought the car, if the stains would come off. He said they would and that we should use Back to Black, which we used immediately upon returning home. Those stains did not budge with a couple of different products. We immediately called Steve to let him know that the Back to Black did not work. He said don't worry, we will take care of it, I will have my body guys take a look at it. That was a couple of weeks, several phone calls and emails and to date nothing, I even emailed the General Manager and left a message to call me, but nothing from him either. Common decency is to at least call or email back. This type of customer service is inexcusable. My daughter was completely taken advantage of in this situation. We were told the problem would be taken care of but it wasn't. We bought this car in good faith and were led to believe the salesman when he said he would take care of this issue. My daughter would not have purchased this car nor would anyone else have. I really thought Bill Kay Nissan was a good, decent reputable outfit. Boy, was I wrong. Is it so much to ask for a call back or an acknowledgement of an email when we purchased a car from the dealership? Bottom line is that my daughter has to pay to have the bumpers and flares painted. Shame on this dealership - it's dealerships like this that give the good, honest ones a bad name.

My Husband and I visited Bill Kay of Downers Grove 11/01/2014And in a few words if I can say, If you are having problem and need a car Go to or call Khalil S. and he will do his best to get you into a vehicle if it can be done he is your Man and the General Manager Justin and Chris in Finance they will do their best, or as some of us might say keep it 100 they will do the darn thing if possible, and I think anything is possible and with God all things are possible, So go on over to Bill Kay of Downers Grove and let them make it happen for you and your auto needs, if it can be done they can do it work with them and they will for sure work for you, I have never seen this in a car dealership I always thought they were out for themselves but they showed us that we matter and if i am wrong which I don't think so this is where you want to go for your next auto purchase needs , I only know about one other Nissan dealership that we have experience with and I rate Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove AAA+ give them a chance and stay away from Nissan of St. Charles ,been there done that and it was not good for us and I know for a fact they are not good for anyone else ,they are the worst in Nissan Dealerships or any auto dealership , Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove changed my view on Nissan or any auto dealership and that was a hard thing to do once I make up my mind on a bad experience I am done but this Team at Bill Kay can make it happen if you give them a chance, Keep up the GOOD work and give our guy Khalil a chance to help you call him or stop by the dealership and ask for him everyone was GREAT but Khalil was our # 1 salesman from start to finish very nice young man tell him Lynette said so. I had my vehicle in to be checked out for a noise in the front end. I was informed that the differential in the front had a bad bearing. I was told I was 1,100 miles past my 60K Nissan mfg warranty. When I bought the vehicle new, I had purchased an extended warranty to 100K. I was informed that my warranty was voided because the vendor who changed the fluids in my differentials had used 75W-90 Synthetic Oil vs Nissan recommended 80W-90. I researched and the synthetic is actually a better oil. When I spoke to Rick the Service manager, he admitted it was a technicality but since I had it serviced outside of Nissan, they would not honor it. What really upset me the most, is that they dug through my glove box without my permission to find the service records for the vehicle when they had my phone number and could have simply called and asked. Last vehicle I will ever take to a Bill Kay dealership. Nissan would not honor the warranty either as I called them direct. This was my second and last Nissan product I will ever own. Once this vehicle is repaired, I will trade it in on a new American vehicle and I will buy American from now on.

I was at this dealership maybe 8,9 months back looking to get a used car. While my sister has gotten many vehicles from this place and advised me to go there. Now they say they work with you and can get you in a vehicle no matter your credit! Thats a lie and its apauling that they would false advertise like that. While the gentleman whom was assisting me was nice n kind and trying to do what he could I remained in that dealership for three hours upset and walked out with nothing! They dont help others with bad credit they just want your money. Thats it thats all bottom line! I would not recomend this place to anyone that has bad or in need of repair credit they only look to help those with a score of 700 or more! My sister can tell you that! Sad they have to lie to try and lure possible customers to try and get buisness!

The staff my husband and I dealt with were friendly,courteous, and informative. March 1was a very snowy cold night but we were made to feel warm and comfortable. We wound up being the last costumers in the showroom but we were never made to feel rushed, documents were explained and as necessary reexplained, Chaplain gave us a tutorial on all the technical features my new Pathfinder was equipped with. The management of Bill Kay Nissan should be proud of the staff that represents them. I am very happy with my new Pathfinder and the deal I got.

Bill Kay Nissan in Downers Grove is not only one of the finest Nissan dealers but also one of the finest car dealers in Chicago land. I was in the market for a new car and having made a couple of unsatisfactory visits to other dealers, I decided to go to Bill Kay Nissan. And I'm so glad I did. The entire process was as pleasant, as satisfactory and as easy as one could hope for. The people at this dealership are quite simply wonderful. First, Adam Fick helped me choose a model of 2014 Nissan Altima I was looking for and took me on a test drive. He and Tom Steinbraker gave me an extended description of the features on this new vehicle. Both of them along with Jason Mallinder went out of their way to work out an excellent deal for me. All of them were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful and made me feel at ease. Once I selected the color, Adam and Tom had the car ready in no time and sorted all the paperwork for the deal to be completed. The finance manager Kim Golden was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with while I signed the paperwork. I've decided to make all my future car purchases from Bill Kay Nissan. Spoke to the service writer on Wednesday 1/29 to make an appointment for an oil change--the service writer told me he could not schedule me till next week--I spoke to the service mgr--who was doing a "two step" and told me that Friday would be the earliness. Thomas Nissan in Joliet--drove in, no appointment out in 1/2 hour--the difference in the 2 dealerships is customer satisfaction "taking care of the customer" Spoke to Jason on Thursday, the GM ?, had no idea that his service was run that way---Bill Kay is operating under the "old school theory" on taking care of the customer that is why Thomas has by business and the "word by mouth" will be emphasized in all dealership conversations that I have.

Everyone that I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to buy a car, even on Christmas Eve, considering this is the slow season for the car business. My salesman was quite helpful and explained how the new car works. I was in a little hurry that day, but he said to come in anytime if there were things on the car that I didn't know how to operate. He even is giving me a 1st time free oil change and free car washes when I am in the neighborhood. I got a warranty that will cover the length of the loan I received. But since the equipment is a lot more sophisticated than the Nissan I traded in, I figured the cost of the car plus the extended warranty was worth it, even though I was afraid it was a little bit expensive for.Michael Lamb

I went in looking to lease a new Nissan Altima - I used my company vehicle purchase program discount that was available to get the best possible pricing.I walked in and was greeted immediately and everyone had a smile on their faces. This was absolutely one of, if not, the best vehicle purchase experiences I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They showed me several vehicles in the model year I was asking for and finally decided to lease the one from the showroom floor.I would definitely recommend Bill Kay Nissan as they are friendly and knowledgeable about all the vehicles on their lot. This dealership was respectful of my time and gave me a very fair price! I did alot of research on the cars I wanted and was very focused on what I wanted as far as type of car and price, and they did not try to up-sell me or upgrade me, or push me in any other direction. At closing, they got us through it pretty quickly. I had a really good experience dealing with them at this Nissan (and I visited two other Nissan dealerships recently too for comparison sake) and would recommend starting here!

I did a lot of research on the Nissan Leaf before heading into a dealership. I comparison shopped at all the local dealerships and was offered the most competitive price. Khalil communicated with me via email back and forth for a few days and I eventually went in. He had the car I was interested in all charged up and ready for a test drive. He walked me through every feature available on the car, including ones I wasn't familiar with. We were in the car on a test drive within 10 minutes. He didn't make me feel pressured as we were testing the car out and let drive it how I wanted to, and again continued to explain how different features worked as we drove.Satisfied with the test drive, we walked in to talk about purchasing the car. He quickly got an assessment of my current vehicle for trade in, made a fair offer for it, and got a price out the door for my new car. He didn't haggle, didn't change his quoted price, and didn't make me feel pressured at all. The other members of the sales and management team introduced themselves throughout the process.It was a bit busy that day, so I did wait for a little bit to get into the financing office, but once there it was a smooth process. The finance woman did not pressure me into an extended anything, unlike most dealerships.Overall I am extremely happy with my experience at this dealership and would highly recommend it to a friend or family member. Before heading out for my new car buying experience I did a lot of research and asked around to see if anyone knew of any reputable dealerships and Bill Kay Nissan of DG was at the top of my list and I have to say I was not disappointed! The men and women of Bill Kay Nissan made this the best car experience of my life. At no point did I ever feel pressured or taken advantage of. Everyone was very friendly and made this experience super easy. General Sales Manager Mark was extremely approachable and I would have never have expected someone in his position to be so hands on and helpful with my purchase. I also dealt w/ Sales Manager Nick and he was very outgoing and friendly. My salesman Kurt was very thorough and patient. Kurt took a lot of time to go over all the new technology with me. My previous car was older and didnt have much in the way of technology so having someone like Kurt take the time to make sure I had a full understanding of my new car really meant a lot to me. Kurt even called a week later to make sure I had a handle on things and asked if I had any questions. Kim in finance was very organized, fun to talk with and also made me feel very comfortable w/ the entire purchase. The whole purchase process took less than two hours. My payment is completely reasonable, I got an EXCELLENT deal on my Murano (which I LOVE), a good deal on my trade in and Bill Kay Nissan didn't waste my time like a lot of dealerships tend to do. I would recommend anyone and everybody in the market for a Nissan to give Bill Kay Nissan of Downers Grove the opportunity to serve them.

I had gone in with a friend to look at a few Nissans. We looked at the GT-R, Altima coupe, Altima Sedan, along with the Juke, and the Versa. We had a very wide array of interest and points of looking at each car. At the beginning he was very helpful. As we had sat down and talked about a payment idea and a plan, how many months etc etc. He started getting snarky. We would say multiple times, is there a way we could get it possibly into this range of price? and then he had gone on and asked us more personal financial information like "How much do you pay for you phone every month?" and it seemed very out of line. Not only that, the Sales manager was overly pushy. I do understand it is a part of their job. But he was very unhelpful as well. Overall, they're just very out of line and very rude. They will not work with you on deals or anything. It's unfortunate but I was very happy with a different Nissan Dealership I ended up going to.

Customer Service is really bad and second I spoke to two people inside the dealership was trying to put me in a used 2007 Mazda 3 but i specified that I have to stay in my monthly payment arrangement Mr Gene Gilerman said he could not do the payments at $300. Adam Fick said there is no one in this town that will trade in my 1999 Dodge Durango and that I will need a co-signer to get a new Vehicle. Now I do know that My credit is or maybe be low but I do know alot of other Dealerships that will take me in. Gene Gilerman was not very friendly and was rude!!!! The gentleman has no respect I get better respect from women then I do with men sales rep. Adam had the decencey to say to me " Beverly if your friend TJ and your family won't help you then why ask them for help?" Then asked me " Who is my cell phone service?" I replied to him! I said My family will protect me and my children is first priority. So I told him no one talks about my friend and my family like that to me! I told him I have friends all around and in alot of high places! I will never come back to Nissan again! I explained to Adam Fick that I have a friend that works in the Nissan Coroporate her name is Brandi Heuer I grew up with her! And she is an amazing person! I will never ever recommend anyone to go to this Nissan dealership for downers grove again! The dealership needs women in there. All the gentlemen in there are rude and disrespectful! I can guarantee that I will make sure that I will never recommend anyone to this dealership. My brother works for Gerber Auto Collision I already explained to Gerber to not take anyone nissan customers from Bill Kay Downer's Grove! I might have had bad experience with this Dealership But I am sure that Mazda down the street will help me!

I am 55 years old and have done a fair amount of mechanic work, transmissions, head rebuilds when I was younger and I have NEVER been to such a terrible, DISHONEST repair shop as this one! I brought my car in for a hard starting problem and without even my approval, they start cutting the rear suspension off and part of the frame!! I got the car back with the same problem and had to pay the bill to get it back! I called the police, but because BILL KAY is lining the village sales tax chest in downers grove, guess who one that battle?! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

I went in on Presidents Day weekend with a pre-approved $30K letter from Cap One Auto Finance. The Salesman immediately stated that he could do one even better for me and get me approved with a Prime Bank (Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp) for a higher amount. We had been looking for a SUV for several weeks and had narrowed the selection down to several makes. At the last moment we also included Nissan and were happy we did. The sales team there was extremely friendly and courteous. Adam Fick was our salesman. He was particularly helpful and responsive to our questions. He understood that initially, the first time we walked in, we were just looking so that we could compare with other makes. No pressure, but he made sure that we had all of our questions answered and that we could test drive the specific model that we would want. Several days later we did a second test drive of the 3 makes we liked best. Nissan was one of those. Adam once again was very friendly and helpful. He provided exactly the car we wanted for our second test ride and we did end up buying that same car. The Bill Kay sales team gave us an excellent price without the usual haggling. We purchased a 2013 Rogue SV AWD and are very happy that we did.

On Saturday, October 27, 2012, I went to Bill Kay Nissan knowing exactly what kind of car I wanted. When arriving at the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly salesman named, Greg. What I wanted wasn't in their inventory but Greg and a "general manager" offered to order the vehicle for me. I gave them a $500 deposit and they promised me they would either locate the vehicle in transit and have it shipped to Bill Kays facility or they would order it from the factory. At most, they told me it would take 6 weeks. I was thrilled and felt satisfied my needs were being met. Greg told me he would call me on Monday and let me know the status of the transaction. Monday came, no phone call. Tuesday came, no phone call. So I called him. No return. Called again. He returned my call, with no news on the transaction. He said he'd let me know the status by Friday. Friday came, no phone call. I waited until the following Tuesday and I ended up calling him. He returned my call with the same story--they have been unable to locate one in transit. He said he will definitely know something by Friday--I can count on a call. Friday comes, no phone call. Waited all weekend. I called Greg on Monday, no return phone call. I called and left messages for Greg every other day for 6 business days. He never returned a call. Well, I had enough, I went into the dealership on Saturday, December 8th42 days after they took my $500 deposit to get an explanation. Greg greeted me at the door friendly as usual, I had to re-introduce myself and then he remembered me and proceeded to tell me the same story that they were having no luck locating the vehicle I was looking for. I asked for my deposit back and then drove 25 miles north to St. Charles Nissan. In the 30 minutes I was inside the dealership in St. Charles, they guaranteed me they could help me outthey located what I was looking for and made delivery of my vehicle within 4 days of my visit.I was absolutely shocked at the lack of responsiveness of Bill Kay Nissan. I didnt even need to be sold, I was ready to buy, finance friendly and all they had to do is find something. Just a complete and total failure by Greg and Bill Kay Nissan but he was a nice guy.

So finally last week when they said I have to change my rear breaks again (less then two years since the last change and only 20K from the last change), I had enough and sold my quest and brought a Honda van.

Honest. Reputable. Great Price. This place by far beat any used car price that we have looked at for the last 2 months. The car was in great delivery condition. They were short handed and Chaplin did a great job, sweating, trying to run around and accommodate the delivery. I am very thankful to have a dealership go out and look at the car and tell me exactly the problems, if they see any, and actually fix them prior to us coming in. Only disappointment is they did not fill up the car, but that keeps costs down for customers so I got over that shock fairly quickly after thinking how much gas costs me. However, they did fill up more than enough gas for us to go a few days prior to filling up. Bill Kay was probably the best experience that we have had since purchasing cars. Keep up the great work, and the manager should GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!!!!! If it wasn't for his honesty and candid approach we probably would still be looking for our perfect car. We need more people like him in dealerships.

Yesterday we decided to go and test drive a Nissan Rogue or Murano. We were greeted by Steve Wegener and he was very friendly and not pushy. He decribed the differences between the Rogue and the Murano, and we decided that the Rogue would be the best decision for us. He then showed us the inventory they had and we found one we liked and took it for a test drive. Usually this whole process is an unpleasant one for me and especially my wife, because you seem to be asked many questions and feel forced to want to make a deal on the spot. We told Steve we were looking, and may possibly go to other dealers to get other options. He lead us through the test drive and when we returned to the dealership, he asked if we wanted more information. We sat down and he was very informative about the deal he could offer us. We did some negotiations and ended up with a deal we could live with and a new car we really like. Steve made the whole process probably the most enjoyable car buying experience we've ever had.

Last three oil changes, vehicle never washed.Now, can not even schedule a simple oil change a day in advance.All I know is that it must be nice that a dealer can provide such a "lack" of service and still remain in business, especially during these economic times. I drove up from St. Louis to look at a used (2003) Nissan Altima, which I thought was worth the drive. However, once getting up there and after dealing with the salesman (Tony) through several emails, the service was horrible. They were not willing to deal at all with me on the price of the car, and I was paying cash. They hinge on the door was malfunctioning resulting in the driver door not functioning properly. I said I would by the car if they would agree to fix the door prior to leaving. They agreed. However, as I was signing the paperwork, they told me that they would not be able to fix the door until tomorrow. I was not going to drive 4 1/2 hours again just for them to fix the door that they had originally stated they would fix. They did, however, provide me with the parts to fix the car, but now I have to pay for the labor for the hinges to be changed. Also, they switched the stereo back to the Bose factory stereo. I did not have a CD with me to test the stereo. Of course, when I did check it, the CD player did not work. Also, the gas cap needs to be replaced as well. I am sure they had to put gas in the car at some point while they had the car to notice that you need to pry it open to get gas. Also, safety checks were not complete on the car as well because one of the rear back up lights was not working too. Some of this stuff I would have not been so upset over had they told me from the beginning. So overall, I would never buy a car from Bill Kay Nissan. Not only would they not budge on the price, I have many things I need to repair on the car. I did buy the car because of the low mileage. However, I really wished I would have done more research on this particular dealer prior to buying from them.

After a frustrating experience dealing with 2 local dealerships, I found the exact vehicle I wanted on Bill Kay's site. I emailed them and Jeremy replied within 5 minutes. Despite the fact that I live 3 hours away, he was eager to negotiate with me. We settled on a price and 36 hours later I was driving it off the lot. This guy is a pro and knows exactly how these Internet deals should work. No 'let me talk to my manager' and no stalling, just make the deal, sign the papers, and get on the road. I'll buy my next Nissan from here, too.

I went to Bill Kay to look into the purchase of a used car. I have serious Credit issues and i knew that going into the Dealership. I wanted to rebuild my credit and a auto loan would help me do so. Jeremy had contacted me through another loan site i regestered with and told me that he would be happy to assist me and therefore i went in. From the moment i entered the store the reception of the staff was amazing. They were happy and very professional. I filed out the necessarry paperwork and one of the managers talked to me. He made me aware that he couldnt finance me on a used car because of my low credit rating. He then told me that he had worked it out with Nissan Finance to secure me a 2.9 percent rate on a 2012 Nissan Sentra. I was floored and almost in tears. I went in knowing i would likely not be able to get a loan and if i did it would be at a very high interest rate to getting a Fantastic rate along with a rebate on the new car purchase. The down payment was very affordable and i was very surprised at the outcome at the dealership. I have always had medocre experiences at dealerships but the Staff at Bill Kay made my experience The best auto purchase i have ever had in my life. I love my new car and i would recommend the amazing staff at bill kay to anyone. The finance manager that helped me with the loan paperwork was very informative and made the process in his office very comfortable and un pressured. The whole experience was amazing. I have had a rough few years and the purchase of this car has given me hope that i can rebuild my credit and have good happen to me. Thank you so much Bill Kay for the best car purchase i have ever had. I can only give them five stars or i would give them as many as i could. Low and behold, I was told that both those used cars could not be sold. I was then directed to more expensive cars on their lot. I do not like to be playing games, especially "bait and switch". Not sure if I will go back to this dealership. It's a shame, because I bought my daughter's graduation car here and thought they were good then.

I found the vehicle online, and drove down to see it. It was in great shape with a good price. My odd situation was that I wanted to trade on the vehicle, but would not have my trade available for 9 days. The dealership ensured a competitive bid on my trade, took a reasonable deposit, and held the vehicle for me until I could provide my trade. Further, a sales person delivered the vehicle to me at my place of work; swapping my trade in the parking lot. A few mailed documents later everything was good to go. I was even given a set of model-specific floor mats,Though the dealership is a little far from home to utilize for servicing my vehicle, their ability to facilitate a solid transaction was excellent.

This is my 3rd new Nissan Quest we've bought from Bill Kay Nissan. Our experience was great. They were informative and very helpful. Tim was able to answer all our questions. Walked in to Bill Kay Nissan on Monday to purchase a minivan for my wife. They told us that she was approved through nissan at 2.9% that very same day they just needed her tax returns and proof of address. When we provided them with that 1 day later they told us that they cannot finance her because she owns 3 business' and is "self-employed". Then some IDIOT sales manager said banks don't approve people who are self employed anymore. Long story short, we left that dealership and went to a toyota dealer where we drove off with a brand new minivan in less than 2 hours. DO NOT BUY FROM BILL KAY NISSAN. They're an absolute JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i had totaled our first brand new car and still don't know how.Due to fraudulant circumstances that had been done to my husband over the past 4+years. Also he lost his 20yr job with a fortune 500 company 15mo ago In feb&march he had to just about kill himself to take care of his parents,one with rapidly deteriorating dementia,back and forth between new mexico and illinois, hundreds of calls etc.. I have been disabled for a little over 3yrs and have no income. Our substancial retirement has been depleated to almost nothing to fight this battle and to survive.My husband had a consulting job back at the same company but due to horrific circumstances with his parents he did not come home in 4 days but had to surrender the job. I had great concern for his and our well being. I called Bill kay nissan the day after the accident and the original sales person wasn't available and i said that if i didn,t get a response by the next day, i would not be a repeat customer and look for my best deal.Right when they opened I received a call from the general manager jason mallinder and he worked with me. I could not make a commitment until I got a figure from AAA.I got that figure in 36hrs on fri 4 1 11. I kept giving jason more and more information and not only did we make a deal on 4 2 11, but he let me take the car based on a verbal confirmation from AAA. If my husband knew about the car before he got back, I thought he would have a nervious breakdown. Then 2 days later AAA calls me to tell me that they were reducing my coverage by $1800.Jason did everything he could for me. I got the AAA check 2 days late and he was patient. During this time I was also applying for any kind of assistance available to us. I almost made myself sick and did not want to get an other pulminary embalism.I got the check the same day my husband got home.It was ugly when my husband got home,but he finally reached a point that I took care of it and he was happy that I survived what absolutely should have been a fatal car crash.AAA made things right also.My husband came home too a new set of problems.I can't say enough thanks to jason and staff that even hooked up my blue tooth which has been so helpful. I have just purchased my fourth new car from this dealership and Bartosz. The purchasing experience was the same in each case---excellent. Bartosz and his team were as professional as ever and spent time actively listening to my needs. Of course, each time I have purchased, those needs have changed. Bartosz was most helpful and knowlegeable about all product lines and ably answered all my questions. He brought Justin into play at the right time to conclude our discussions. Justin was cordial and knew where I stood as I neared a final decision. Julio was equally cordial and seamless in finalizing the financials and paperwork. I can't think of one reason why I would want to search for another dealership.

This is my second new Nissan Quest purchase from Bill Kay of Downers Grove. The sales staff is always willing to assist you in a very friendly professional way. They will make sure that you are treated fairly, and all of your questions are answered completley. The business manager Julio explains all of the financing information so that you have no questions when you sign the papers. He explains the maintenance plans and gives you all of the options available. The 3 service writers are very qualified and as in sales all questions are answered in language that you can understand. The Executive General Manager Lee is very hands on with the entire dealership, a truly professional leader.I recommend my friends and relatives if the need a car new or used to go to Bill Kay Nissan of Downers Grove for all of their auto needs. I regret having my girlfriend buy a car from this place. We did some back and fourth over the internet and I did some car shopping myself before I went to Bill Kay.I new what I could and could not afford, I had received different quotes from other dealers and decided to wait until I visit Bill Kay. I even took the whole day off to try and purchase the advertised Maxima. I presented Tony with a two car offer. My girlfriends Impala 2007 and my current vehicle a 2010 Camero for a 2010 Altima and 2010 Maxima. The Maxima was being adversised at $26,740 (internet special -aka bait)Other dealers were pricing the Maxima at $24,470. Good deal but I wasn't getting what I wanted for my Camero. I mean they advertise there "no haggle" pricing.. or whatever.. They all full of Sat!T. I figured right now I will take two cars from you and you can gain a family that will be loyal to your dealer.. and make you some business.. fair enough I would think.so my g/f got her car. My g/f was very reluctant to make the deal she wanted to finish paying off her impala. Yet she was not happy. I felt the deal was fair so I convinced her to take the deal. Afterward Tony told me (I would of made her buy it,)Yeah ok buddy that's why you all kept struggling.. anywho..So she now has a nice black impala. So lets go back to the reason why I even went to Bill Kay, for my Maxima. They told me they would work on my deal and that it was too late at the moment to contact the banks they would call me the next day.I never got a call back until 2 days later. He stated the banks had only approved me for $25,000.. Well no duh!! I let him know the Impala was still under my name since I co-signed and I even offered to higher down payment. He said.. "I will talk to my manager and call you back".Never did.. and I keep getting there BullS!at# adverstisements through my email.. they even have the nerve of having a BBB sticker on their window.. Bill Kay only cared about my deal when they had not sold anything to us. When my G/f bought her Altima I no longer was needed. I should of listened to the customer that left crying and upset about their service. she quoted "Do not make business with these people they are full of Sh!at"I should of listened. When you ask them to show you numbers... they are not in the "liberty" to tell me. What!... then how the hell are we going to work on making a deal?... I recommend nobody to come to this place.. they wasted my time!!!.and I hope they don't waste yours.I hope this helps anybody that is thinking of going to Bill Kay nissan.

Just as the title reads, NIGHTMARE!!! Brought the car(350Z) in for repair because my air was out.No biggie right????? WRONG!!! After I paid the 1,400 dollars in repair I went outside to pick up my car and was just HORRIFIED!!!I inspected the car before driving off because I have heard some horrid stories. Upon popping the hood (it gets worse)1. Bumper screws/clips that hold the bumper are not even on!! Bumper was sagging!2. Bumper was CRACKED!!!3. Fender was scratched real bad. It looked like someone scratched it HONESTLY with a DAMN BEAR CLAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (just had repainted due to Sh!tty body work done by previous owner, so i KNOW it wasn't messed up before I brought it in!!!4. THE F'ING windshield was cracked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not chipped, CRACKED.the manager at for the service dept is an IDIOT! his name is RICK and is a PRICK!!!!!! Warning DO NOT DO NOT go there EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please guys do not got there!

I was looking for a new 2010 Altima Coupe in Dark Gray with leather interior. I sent an internet request and was quoted a price for the exact description I gave. When I went into the dealership, one of first things that happened was the salesman had me follow him outside whereupon he drove up a 2010 Nissan Altima Sedan in Ocean Gray with cloth interior and proceeded to tell me that the colors were very close (they're not) and that the leather interior was overrated anyway. I'm pretty sure that being quoted for one car to get you into the dealership and then being presented with another car (because the one you wanted was "overrated") is commonly referred to as "bait and switch".After I left the dealership, agreeing to wait for the car I was originally quoted, I got a call the next day from the Finance Manager and the Salesman. Both calls were essentially to try to talk me into a different car and/or a car with different options. I had gotten as far as running the financing and the finance manager wouldn't even tell me what the monthly payment would be ("that has to be discussed").Everything seemed very shady at this dealership; you weren't informed of things before they felt you "needed" to know. To top it all off, after I wrote an email calling off the deal, I received a phone call from Jason Mallinder who seemed as though he was taking my email personally rather than in a professional manner. I had already obtained a car from another EXCELLENT dealer and Jason's attitude was that I had somehow been "talked into" a different color choice by the dealer I went with. The conversation devolved from there until it finally got to a point where Jason told me he thought I was handling the situation like a child. It was at that point that I hung up on him.Lesson learned: research the car you want to buy and ALSO research the dealer you want to buy it from. They are NOT all alike.

Tony is the internet salesman. He is very personable and I feel that I got a fair price on the Nisssan Rogue I purchased. A week later my boss went to see Tony and bought a car for his daughter. My boss also thought that Tony gave him a fair price. I cannot tell you anything about the service dept yet. The dealers also gives free car washes which I have taken advantage of.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT purchase a car from this place. The managers are absolutely terrible. The sales person was actually nice and the car is good. They gave me the wrong plates though, when a police officer pulled me over, I discovered the dealership reported the plates stolen so I got my car towed. I called the dealership right away, it took them two weeks to mail me the correct plates. They claimed the original girl was fired so they didn't know what I was talking about. I was hung up on, told to be more patient etc etc. All the while my car is sitting in the pound. When I asked for a simple apologoy, the manager, laughed on the phone and saracastically said, "sorry, is that better". I also had to get the CHicago Police involved when they refused to pay my towing fees. So, go to Niles Dealership or anywhere else, just not here. Not worth the trouble. Service is also extremely unfriendly. When I switched to Niles, everyone was very nice, fast service and you can be sure you will be treated with respect there.

My salesman Bartosh was very helpful and friendly. He knew about the vehicle and all things associated and was also warm and enjoyable to be around. My father and I went in to Bill Kay intending to look and possibly purchase a new '07 Xterra. We found one we liked and we're being treated by the finance department. We waited to see if the price would go down but unfortunately it did not. We then decided to keep looking at other delearships for a better price. At that point, the finance worker, like a little child, ran out to his manager to tell him we were leaving. It was almost as if we had taken his toy and insulted his mommy. The manager came in and guilted us by saying he had two porters working on the car getting it gassed and cleaned and that he couldn't believe we were leaving after such a long process. We we continued to try and pass him, he cut us off like a stubborn teenager, imploring us to stop being so thin and realize the work they put in to get the car ready. When we finally raised our voices he moved aside. At that point we would still have bought from them after shopping around perhaps, but no longer after his childish actions. A shame because our salesman was very helpful and knowlegable. Shame on him for being so irritating and rude. Never again will I step foot into a Bill Kay delearship. I expected more from someone who owns 90% of Ogden Ave.

This dealership doesn't want to sell cars... I went in on a Saturday morning to buy a car. After filling out all of the paperwork the salesman Mike Navrot took it to the Finance department. We waited for 2 hours to be told that they will contact us about the final negotiated terms. I waited all day Saturday and Sunday for an answer. I finally called them back Monday morning and I was told that the finance people aren't in yet and that someone would contact me. Again I waited. I called back 2 hours later and was told the same thing. I finally grew tired of waiting so I called the General Manager. Then Justin called me back 1 hour later. He stated that the finance guy was with a customer and that they would then finally work on my paperwork. Well, 3 hours went by and no answer. I called Justin back to see if they sell cars or not. He told me that he would call me right back. Well, it has been 2 hours now and it is Monday night. I called again and spoke with my salesman Mike Nevrot again and he told me that he can't help me again and that it is out of his hands. Now, isn't a salesman supposed to try to help you by being your liason? No not Mike all he cares about is making a buck. What a young snotty, immature boy. I have a hard time believing that a car dealership doesn't care about selling a car. Afterall the car has been on the lot for 2 months. I thought that they want to sell them so they don't have to pay lot rent on them. Oh well, they just lost 2 sales, my wife and I were both going to buy new cars there is they were a little bit more customer friendly.
