The market is crazy right now due to shortage and prices are not how they were a year ago. With that being said, I wanted to try to get the best bang for buck possible in this market and Luis Cachyo did a great job in working with me to find just the right vehicle for me. He was very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Of all the other salesman I spoke to at other locations, Luis stood out and seemed the most genuine out of all of them. He made sure I had everything I needed during, and even after the purchase. I highly recommend him and this location.

Service department is fantastic. In addition you can pay a bit more for them to wash you car and they do a phenomenal job. My wife also left some jewelry in the car which they left there. Very strong integrity! Thank you!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Purchasing the new car was painless. The follow up maintenance and customer service has been miserable. I've never been treated so poorly from a dealership before. Even the Sales Manager that I woke up sleeping in his chair at his desk was rude and jerky to me... NEVER going back! This was our first Honda purchase from this dealership. We buy the kids each a new Honda Civic when they turn 16. The last four kids were purchased from Fairfax Honda and they were great! The only reason we went to this dealership is that they had the color combination my daughter wanted. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

I purchased a new Civic 2022 from this Dealer. Neil Johnston, was my salesman. Neil was doing his job the right way , this is not my first brand new car (so i know how a salesman can be ) and i am definitely buying another one from him again. My family , friends and neighbors will hear nice words about this location and specifically about Neil. Thank you Neil!

Bill Page is the cream of the crop of Honda. No matter what I call for and no matter who answers the phone, they are always gracious and helpful and can get me pointed in the right direction with ease, even if my issue is not one they can solve directly. I could not be more pleased with their service department, even when they are extremely busy, their staff is as attentive as possible to anyone who walks in. As long as the team at Bill Page maintains their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service, I'll never take my car anywhere else.
