I have been a fan of Bill Pierre Chevrolet ever since I bought a Spark in 2017. The sales department has always been friendly and no pressure. The service department has also been honest and easy to deal with. When I traded in my Spark for a new 2021 Bolt EV, I went from fan to a true loyal customer. I have been treated with respect and dignity throughout the whole sales and trade in process. Erika, the General Sales Manager, made sure I got the best deal on the car of my dreams and answered all my questions and concerns with a friendliness and expertise second to none. Thank you!

Buyer beware!!! Sold a vehicle I was told had features that it did not. Given a brand new vehicle that had dried sap spots all over it and barely enough gas to get home after being told it would be full. Contacted them right away to let know our issues, Latoya our sales person admitted wrong doing in her handling of switching vehicles on us mid sale without checking to make sure the options we were very clear about wanted were on it before telling us they were and either lied about trying to come up with a amicable solution or her sales manager is the lowest of the low and denied any attempts to fix issues because no one has contacted me since! As a buyer make sure you advocate for yourself more than you think you should because these guys are in it for the sales only! Worst part and should have been our red flag to bolt was when the finance person admitted to paperwork mishaps recently! We learned a valuable lesson. I caution others to run not walk away from this slimy dealership or if you don’t make sure you go over every nook and cranny. Update: To say that I am extremely impressed and blown away by a car dealerships ability to go above and beyond simply for customer service satisfaction is a gross understatement! Jake contacted me less than 24 hours after I left the above review wanting to get more information and when he did, he did not hesitate to say”how can I make it right”. Well, he did just that, went above and beyond and I have never in my 5 plus car buying experiences been so literally blown away by such excellent customer service!! He didn’t have to and we knew that…it mattered more that we were in a vehicle that made us happy. They gained our trust and future business as well as word of mouth for anyone in the market for a new vehicle! If you want a car dealership that values your satisfaction over a commission then this is the place you need to go! This was a stellar example of what all car dealerships should be. We will be future customers for sure! Thank you a million times over, we absolutely love love our new Trailblazer!!

Very clean lot and helpful staff. Salesman named Benny showed me a few cars and got me into my Mazda. Everything was straight forward. Walked away with the vehicle that I wanted at a great price. I would recommend.

My family and I were looking at a vehicle that didn't meet our needs. We were simply talking about the desire to have something else when one of the sales managera interjected and begun typical sleazy car salesman tactics. He started lying to us in order to convince us that what we really want isn't what we actually want or need. I told my spouse I wanted to leave and apologized to the salesman for losing a sale due to the sales managers behavior. My husband let them know I hate car salesmen because of this. The sales manager left and came back out and said we hate rude customers. My husband called him out for speaking to a customer that way and ended up getting in my husbands face, pointing his finger in my husbands chest while he was holding our 9 month old. I lost it and told him to "F" off and that his behaviors are out of line. I spoke with the GM, who essentially supported his salesman's unacceptable behavior. I have been to several great dealerships where the salesmen weren't pushy, didn't lie, and treated us with respect; regardless of us wanting to buy a car from their dealership. I will never go to or recommend a Pierre dealership to anyone, ever. This is unacceptable, regardless.

Like another reviewer said, do your homework. Edmonds.com, kbb.com, NADA.com. Print the values you come up with. I was lied to about the impact an accident had on the value of my car. I was told my trade would have to be sold for below book. The reality: Car value as a trade was $8k -$11k. It had low miles. Newer tires, and was mechanically excellent. I was told due to the minor accident, the best I could get was $6k. I should have walked, but I believed the sales rep. My bad. Within three weeks, they sold my trade in for $13k. Even if they put a $1,000 into it for detailing, they made a $6,000 profit based off of the LIE that a minor accident means the car will never sell for book. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BRING IT WITH YOU.

Know your numbers when leasing from here... Go to sites like edmunds.com to know your money factor and residual. Do the calculations even before you think about buying from here. They are just waiting for amateurs to walk in and rip people off. Went in for a Camaro, got the exact same car from Bellevue Chevy at a much much lower rate.

After visiting multiple dealerships over the last several months looking for a specific Subaru, I came across an amazing looking model being offered at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Seeing as I had previously purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Bill Pierre Ford, I thought it would be great to return to a trusted, hard working and reliable source for my next vehicle! I originally spoke to Keith, the Internet Sales Manager, who said feel free to stop by at your convenience to possibly take a test drive and see how i liked driving the Suby. I had some free time to kill, on a Saturday (Worst day to buy, generally) but went anyway with really no hurry on purchasing a vehicle that day. I arrived and spoke with Keith who introduced me to Galen, great guy very personable and honest! We took a test drive, we chatted about a lot of things, he was never pushy and didn't use any sort of tactics to bait me in anyway, just cordial and thoughtful! We arrived back after test driving the vehicle, it was an Amazing 1 car owner, clean Carfax as they showed me right away, they made the VIN available for me to research online, so no shadiness in what I was about to negotiate a fair price for. We talked for a bit, Galen offered me Coffee and water throughout the discussions and comparables. The sales manager, Jeff (prior Navy Submariner! (Thank you for your service, by the way!) came over with my trade in appraisal, which to my surprise, was the best price ANY other dealership had offered for it! I was pleased and proceeded to tell them what I felt comfortable with paying for the new vehicle based on my own research, they came back ONE time and dropped down VERY close to my offer, they allowed me alone time to contemplate the negotiation, I came back with one last offer, and sure enough, we shook hands and off to Financing where I was introduce to a Stand up gentleman, prior Marine ( Thank you as well for your outstanding service) Stuart. He looked at my Good (Not Excellent) credit score and found me an outstanding APR, and even after finding an incredible rate, went above and beyond to find additional APR Discounts such as a reliable, local Credit Union like Varity, direct deposit discounts and Vehicle low emission/High MPG APR discount! Never once did he try to sell me something I did not need! Amazing experience all in all. The whole process lasted about 3 hours, which in the grand scheme of things most of that time was for my stubbornness! Galen had the car detailed and pulled it out front with a huge red bow on the Hood and even assisted me with transferring all my personal belongings from my old vehicle to my new one! Outstanding customer service, friendly and just an overall great group of guys there at BILL PIERRE CHEVROLET! So outstanding, I had to bring it on in for the real thing and gave hugs to all the staff that had assisted me with the purchase of this immaculate vehicle! Thanks to all of you for your hard work and dedication to your Customers, AGAIN!! Bravo Zulu!Signed,Drew Rice- Electronics Tech First Class (USCG)

I actually specifically created a yelp account just to let people know about my experience at this car dealership- Pierre Chevrolet. I cannot begin to explain what a headache taking my 2012 Chevrolet Captiva to get serviced at this dealership. I have been having issues with my car- it wouldn't start, it was losing oil, and shaking. The first time I took it here, they told me an oil flush, new battery, and putting in an indicator light to let me know when the oil was low would cost $600. This seems like an insane amount of money for those three things. Also I had gotten the battery checked two other times and both times the other places told me just the cord going to the battery was the issue with my car not starting. My car was needing a couple of quarts of oil added every few weeks. It wasn't dripping oil so the only other explanation was that it was burning oil. I paid for replacing the battery and flushing the oil with the PROMISE that by paying for an oil flush they would then record my oil level and prove that it was losing oil and then I could get the power train replaced under warranty which is thought to be the cause of the burning oil. I would need to come back every week for 6 WEEKS straight to check the oil level. I called a dealership back home and they said this was crazy and just one time I would need my oil level being low to prove my car needed fixed by Chevrolet because it was under warranty. I had them call Pierre Chevrolet and they AGREED that just one time of coming in and checking my oil and it being low and then it would prove that was the problem and it would be covered under my Chevrolet warranty and would be fixed. I drove the car for about 6 weeks and then felt my car acting up again. I checked my oil and it was dry- EMPTY. I took it to the dealership and just heard back that they do not have a record of my oil level. They said my oil level was only 3/4 of a quart below full and that it would need to be 1 quart below to justify sending the results to Chevy- again I checked right before and it the stick was DRY. They also said I have to come in at least 2 more times to get the level checked. They also said the indicator light should tell me when it is low which is what at first they wanted to charge me to "install." They also said it had been 3,000 miles since my last visit and that if they did have a record, they couldn't justify my oil level being low because I had driven too far. Previously, I was given NO advise to come back in after any certain mileage. This car dealership knows I am a young woman that does not know enough about cars. They are abusing this fact and STEALING my time and money. Stay away from Pierre Chevrolet. I am taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

I showed up and didn't have any hassle, we got right down to every car I wanted to look at. We took an hour drive and back just to test one of the others I only wanted to see. They even kept the car safe (I later purchased) so I didn't have problems competing with other buyers. The process took awhile but they were patient the entire time, and also courteous and honest, which are hard attributes to find. Many of their cars listed are the best deals you'll find anywhere based on the thousands of cars I looked at from KBB. Great experience.

Well to start off I went to Pierre with the intention to by a Camaro 2014 but my credit was not that good do to a past car I got from the so called car hop which I will never go to or recommend to anyone as my experience with them lead me to pay three times the amount the car was worth. Well I had an accident which total the car I only owed 800 more for the title but after paying about 11000 for a car not even worth 3000 I decided not to pay. So when I went to Pierre they told me because of that it was not possible right now to get it but with a year of paying on a car I can then trade back and get my Camaro. So not only am I going to my car I want but I'm building up my credit as well and the car that I have now from Pierre is great I love it I spend less on gas and more on me Thank you Pierre for giving me what thought I was getting from car hop some years back.

This is probably the most unusual experience I have had with purchasing a vehicle. I bought a used hybrid and I immediately had to take it back because of noise issues with the brakes. I took it back to Bill Pierre, they inspected it and said the brakes were fine and the vehicle was safe to drive; the brake pads had 6mm, and I should set up a time for Toyota to perform warranty repair for the noise. A few days later, Toyota informed me that the brakes were so bad that the car was unsafe to drive; they would not give it back to me. I had Toyota show me the brake pads and they were worn so thin, even the metal thing that makes noise was worn out. Bill Pierre gave me a nice loaner car while the warranty work was being done; it was only a year old, but that car's air conditioner didn't work. I have to question their service department's resolve and knowledge in inspecting their used vehicles. If you purchase a used car from this dealership, be sure to have a mechanic look over the car before buying it. To Bill Pierre's credit; they have done a good job trying to make this right (the only reason they got three stars). They are replacing the brake pads and have given me a different loaner car. Bill Pierre currently has my car and I have now driven a loner car for more days than I drove the hybrid I purchased. I am sure this will all work out. I hope they resolve whatever issues they have with their service department as it is a big tarnish spot on an otherwise great experience.

I purchased a pick-up from these guys. They were a pain to buy from, but I finally finished the deal. They offered me a free oil change, but I asked for a tank of gas instead. The salesperson said ok. When I returned later for the free tank of gas, he informed me that he only offered me a free oil change. I reminded him that he said I could get the gas instead if I preferred, but he said no. Like I said, no follow through or customer service.

Bought a used car there later I found out it was way over priced. The car leaks water inside the car. These people really don't care all they want to do is sell you a car no matter what. Turns out they have a history of bad car deals. Stay away shop someplace else.

Sales person BILL was awsome and he showed me all the options I have and without being pushy , he recommended me what I can qualify for. And Ibrahim the guy in finance office was able get be a low interest rate. Overall my experience was good and I definitely going to recommend it to everyone and I will be visiting Pierre's money mart for van as well. Thanks

I've had Japanese cars now for over 30 years, but I thought I would try a Chevy Volt. I used the Costco Auto Buying program and they recommended me to Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Now, this dealership was out of the way fro me, passing two Chevrolet dealers on the way, but I had been emailing Jeff Timm, the Business Development Manager for two weeks prior to buying the car and I committed to coming out there on a Sunday. Jeff was great - he made it personal - easy to work with, kept all of his commitments to me - then came the "closer". The Closer is the one who talks trade-ins and deals with you. I had a 2003 Honda Accord EX-L, with not even 80,000 miles on it. Kelly Blue book said it was worth as a trade-in from $7,900 - $8,400. Honda had offered me $8,300 a few weeks ago. They test drive it and they come back and say, "Your car is in Excellent condition", and offers me $6,000 for it. He then tries to tell me all the cost they have to burden before they can sell it. I reminded him that was what the difference was between a trade-in and a private sell of which Kelly Blue Book rated as over $10,000. I get that. He was trying to take that off the trade-in value. If it wasn't for Jeff, and him being a great sales person, I was ready to pack up and leave. After hours of showing me the car, talking about monthly payments and trade-ins, I was exhausted and they won. However, I would not go back there again, since I thought they were a bit shifty. Jeff, however did go above and beyond to get my other car (he had to drive back to my house to get it). I traded in, a 2005 Subaru, of which they also gave me $6,000 for. That car was in Very Good Condition. Yeah Jeff. The rest, well, I do not plan on going back there. But that's not all. The next day, a Red Engine Maintenance light appears on my dashboard and stays on. I had the car one day and I get an idiot light already. I brought it to Michael's' Chevrolet about a mile from where I work and they repaired it. Yes, one day, and I get an idiot light. I hope this was not a mistake. 12 years in my Honda and I never saw one idiot light on. I truly hope that was an anomaly. Good luck to me!

I must say that I did not expect this type of service when I let them know up front that I planned on shopping around regardless of their best offer on the Cruze we were going to buy, and we were also going to be using our credit unions financing. They pretty much said okay to all of my requests, and also showed me a few other vehicles that met my requests. I ended up buying a different car than I thought I wanted, one with a lot more options for close to the same price. Basically I ended up buying a 2LT which had power seats and leather instead of the LT. I also have a 2 year old who can be a handful and they kept him busy the whole time! Did I get the cheapest deal around? Maybe. But... I did not want to keep shopping around to try to save a few hundred bucks. We checked the pricing and they were right in line so based on everything else being what we hoped for, I signed and closed the deal. Hats off to Pierre Chevrolet and Jeff Timm for making this purchase a great experience. The sales manager Matt Goldstein also was great at explaining all of the numbers and answering some questions we

I bought my first ever new car, a 2013 Chevy Equinox, from Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Little Old Lake City! Devon T. was respectful and extremely knowledgeable, helping us learn about the buying process and answering every possible question we had. I love my new car! It has to be the prettiest on the road - a gorgeous ocean blue with stitched leather seats and all the bells and whistles. Rides like a jet! Whenever we to to Pierre Chevrolet, whether it is for a check up or car wash, we always feel like we are treated like family.

Jeffery Timm was a very friendly, supportive and a great sales rep. He asked what I could work with as far as monthly payments and after being given this information found cars that were within my price range. He helped work with me and the bank to lower my payments and even helped get the down payment to be lowered/ waived!! it was a great experience I am very happy with my purchase and the whole team was very friendly from the start offering services, introducing themselves and offering beverages and snacks after we had been there for a few hours. I will be recommending this establishment to all my friends and family. other great employees there were MATT and Stewart in the finance department! thanks guys!

I've serviced my Chevy pickup for about 4 years now with Bill Pierre Chevorlet and thought since I was looking for a new car I would talk to Pierre Chevy folks. They were very low keyed, no pressue at all. I went to the dealership looking for a new 2014 Traverse but wasn't that excited about the new cars with options being offered. I asked Mitch about another Traverse on the lot and he stated it was a 2012 model. Looked at the 2012 Traverse and took it for a drive. Car really sold itself. No much to talk about other than trading in a older auto. The entire process was about 2-1/2 hours but the entire time there just wasn't any pressure to "buy" the car today, right now. The easy of the sell was excellent. With my past experience with Bill Pierre service staff and now the sales staff, this is truely and excellent dealership to buy or service your Chevy product. Would recommend working with Mitch and/or Zach in the future.

I worked with Mitch Edvalds on the purchase of a brand new Equinox. The sales experience was probably one of the best experiences I ever had. I did my homework and knew what I wanted to pay. I basically made the deal over the phone and then drove to the dealership to sign the papers. Easy as that. They had to get the vehicle from another dealership and I also opted for a special coating. Because I wasn't able to pick up the car once it was ready, Mitch drove to my home and then taught me how to use my new car in my driveway. How great is that!I am a customer for life and I recommend then highly!

Bill Pierre Chevrolet was an awesome experience. I got a great deal on a 2014 Chevy Cruze. Jefferey Timm went above and beyond to get me into the right vehicle. Also their finance department is the best hands down. We just bought a new 2013 Chevy Volt and a Cruze for my son, both got really good deals. When we showed up we let them know that we had no intention of buying that day, and we expected the standard run around about best price coming when we're ready to buy, etc... The salesman told us dont worry, that they will give us all of the information we needed so we can figure out our finances and how to fit this much new debt into our budget. After we looked at probably 10 different cars, my son decided on a car and we ended up going with a new Cruze. Went with the lower model, since he's only 20! I knew the Volt I wanted and was happy with their selection. When it was time to talk turkey, I was introduced to 2 other people, one was a manager and then the finance guy who was pretty low key and straight forward. Only complaint is that I had to come in back again to fix some paperwork. This happened last time we bought a car for my wife so it wasn't unexpected. I'd use them for service if the Chevy dealership closer to my house doesnt take care of me the way that the Pierre sales guys did. One cool thing my wife really liked is that they had bottles of water for us instead of paper cups!

On 6/25/2013 I purchased two new vehicles from Bill Pierre Chevrolet located at 11323 Lake City Way NE, Seattle, WA 98125. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala and 2013 Chevy Traverse. I spent over $70,000 on new cars. I traded in my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe on the same day. Since this purchase, I have brought a number of issues to the dealer however there has been no resolution. Below was promised in our negotiations but has not been fulfilled:Financing with the monthly payments under $800 per month for a total of 84 monthsUpgraded rims on the 2014 ImpalaGPS and Navigation on the 2014 ImpalaQuality DVD system installed on the 2013 Traverse ($1,500)When I went in to test-drive a new car on 6-17-2013. Salesman Keith Battle asked me if there was anything specific that I was looking for in a new car. I told him if I was going to spend that much money on a new car I wanted to make sure it has navigation and GPS installed. The first day I test drove the 2014 Impala I made it very clear to Keith Battle that I would not be financing a car for over 84 months. I told Keith Battle and another gentleman (Tom I believe) that I did not think that was reasonable or necessary to finance a car for 96 months, (they were trying to push the longer finance period on my purchase). So I guess you can say since day one I had no doubt in my mind that I would absolutely not finance a car for more then 84 months. After test-driving the 2014 Impala 2LT and taking a few days to go over my finances, I returned to Bill Pierre Chevrolet to make an offer. I arrived at 8:00pm to make an offer and discuss a few additional options I would like to add to the vehicle. When I arrived I decided to purchase another vehicle for my childrens mother to drive (an SUV with better gas mileage) and trade in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. I test drove the 2013 Traverse and came to a conclusion that it would work perfect for my children and their mother. There were a couple of options that I wanted to add to both cars as part of the deal, and I expected it would not be a big deal as I was purchasing two new cars on the same day. I discussed with Keith and the other gentleman (Tom, the General Manager) that I would like the upgraded rims on the 2014 impala (20inch LTZ model) and then a drop down DVD screen with audio that would be hooked up to the car stereo (I didnt like the idea of my children having headphones on in the car). They said they could work the DVD into the financing and it would cost $1500 and Keith told me specifically that they would put the rims on if I purchased both cars. My offer for both cars was $800 a month or less for 84 months for both vehicles. After about 3 hours of going back and forth and them adding rebates Tom finally said we have a deal with the rims and the DVD. I asked both Tom and Keith before I shook their hand if they were sure the 2014 Impala had navigation and GPS, and they both said yes. At this point Keith and I each took a car to the Shell station across the street to fill the cars fuel tanks up before they gas station closed (11:00 pm). When I got back there is a lot of paperwork I began to do with Jared Stockdale. Jared kept telling me this is the latest he has worked. On a couple of the documents I noticed and pointed out that my name was spelled wrong. He said it didnt matter because I would be back in the day after to resign everything after the financing went through and they would give me an AARP discount also. The only piece of paper that was explained to me was the lemon release form. Other then that Jared was rushing through all the paperwork. He said that this would be the fastest he had ever done paperwork on two cars. I made two trips to get the cars to my house after midnight. The next day when I came in to resign the paperwork Jared said that it was all the same and I got a great deal and we rushed through the paperwork again possibly faster then the night of the purchase.I dropped off the 2013 Traverse so they could install the DVD for the children, and when I picked it up it seemed fine. A couple days later the headphones were barely working. The DVD system could not be hooked up to the car audio so basically the system was worthless. I called Car Toys where they said the DVD player had been installed and gave them the model # they said it was a $200 installed DVD player and they didnt have any on display (Car Toys in Tacoma WA). I went into Car Toys in Seattle to look and see what they were selling and the most expensive DVD was around $900 with installation included. So I began to feel even more ripped off and like I was lied to. I texted Keith (I have all the texts about the deal and the finance months, the rims, and DVD) and told him in a very nice and reasonable way what was going on, I thought maybe it was just a mix up or an misunderstanding. Keith wouldnt tell me what Cars Toys or any information. I reminded Keith that the GM of Bill Pierre said the system was $1500 and there is no reason for me to expect anything less them that. I finally called Car Toys in Seattle to so what they could do and they had no records of any 2013 Traverse ever having a DVD player installed. Keith then told me that the GM of Bill Pierre had talked to the store manager about fixing the problem. I told Keith they would need to put a system in that they said they would, one that was worth $1500. I finally talked to the district manager of Car Toys, Dan, and he was very helpful and concerned with the problem with the DVD player and getting it fixed for me. Apparently the GM of Bill Pierre Chevy never spoke with Dan (district manager of Car Toys) -- it was Keith and all Keith said was to see what the problem was and possibly replace the same DVD player. When I made the deal with the salesmen and the GM of Bill Pierre that is was I expected and nothing less, and all I have gotten is less then the deal on the 2013 Traverse. Now onto the 2014 Impala, and this is all happening around the same time as I am trying to deal with the DVD system. I have been out of town with work and working late when I am in town so I havent driven the 2014 Impala much at all. When I did drive it I noticed that I couldnt get the navigation to work. I called GM and on star and they said the vehicle did not come with GPS or navigation. I was a little frustrated with what the salesman and General manager had told me.During both of these issues with the salesmens and the GM of Bill Pierre I get the loan paperwork from two different credit unions. Then Jared (finance at Bill Pierre Chevy) said he had to send them both in at the same time because no one bank or credit union would give me two new car loans. One the paperwork one of the vehicles was financed for 96 months and the other for 88 months. Jared ran thought the paperwork so fast and nothing was explained I had no idea what they were doing. I expected them to keep their deal and not go over 84 months with out asking me. Now I am furious, but I am willing and capable of figuring out a solution. At this time I have had the two new cars for about two weeks and have heard nothing about the upgraded rims for the 2014 ImpalaSince I have purchased these cars from the dealership I had received calls from Matt and Luk both of these managers have told me that they did not want me as a customer and that they want their vehicles back. Chevrolet has contacted me and the customer service has agreed with me about the finance scam that Bill Pierre Chevy has used on me.The BBB case ID: 22398236

This was my first time buying a car as my previous two cars were hand-me-downs. I had already spent months researching so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, and wasn't looking to turn this in to a long process. I set up an appointment and ended up working with Devon Thiele, who very quickly understood that I knew what I wanted and was looking to make this as fast of a process as I could. We grabbed a car, ran it around the block to make sure everything was in order, and than got to the paperwork. While I worked primarily with Devon, there was also some assistance from some of the others there, and they were all great to deal with. What concerns I did have were addressed quickly and honestly, and I felt like they really were doing all they could to make this work out nicely for me. One of the parts I was most impressed with was when I took a little while (10-15 minutes or so) just sitting there thinking, crunching a few numbers, being terrified that I was about to make a huge purchase, etc. They just sat there patiently, didn't pressure me at all, and just let me come to the decision at my own pace. I walked in to this with that classic feeling of dread about what I was getting in to, but was absolutely astounded by how good it was. Now were there a few things here and there I could have done without? Sure. The finance guy gets the job of pitching me the warranty/undercoating/whatever else, of which I wasn't interested. But honestly even there, his pitch was really good and he gave it a reasonable couple of shots before relenting, so even that wasn't too bad. In my book, there's nothing wrong with a business giving you all your options while trying to make their money. And lastly, I appreciated that if there was something that Devon didn't immediately have an answer to, he found out. No BS, no guessing, just found whoever would have the information and got it. I've always found that one of the best qualities in a sales person is when they can say 'I don't know, but I'll find out for you.' So seriously, if you're shopping around, don't hesitate to go in and give these guys, and Devon in particular, a shot. They will absolutely impress you with their professionalism and attention to detail.

Called the dealership and was connected with Devon Thiele. I'm working to recover from some challenging past credit issues, however he reassured me that they weren't too difficult to overcome and could get me into something I would love. He couldn't have been more correct. When I drove up, he came out to greet me and immediately set to work at getting me into the most ideal vehicle for my needs. Not only did he get me the lowest possible price on a new Chevy Equinox which is exactly what I need, but also a very low interest rate. Because of my credit, the process took a little longer than usual, however it was because the entire Bill Pierre Chevrolet team was doing an absolutely thorough job of getting me the best possible deal late on a Sunday afternoon, and even stayed past quitting time just to make sure I was well hooked up. I can't overstate how awesome a job of hooking me up they actually did. Would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Devon and his team to someone needing a great car for a great price.

My husband and I decided to get a used Chevy with our tax return this year. We shopped around and at each dealership we were accosted by money hungry salesmen out to make a sale. Not so at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. Mitch showed us around the lot and helped us make a decision with no pressure. He showed us several beautiful cars on the lot. We went home with (my favorite) a used 2011 Chevy Cruze with low miles. I was blown away! I walked out the the dealership with my dream car! When I go to buy another car, Bill Pierre will be my first stop! See ya on the road!!! :)

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BILL PIERRE. You will be taken advangae of, you will be lied to, you will pay way more than you should. I went in looking for a good car, two good cars for that matter. I love Chevys and it was time to upgrade the family vehicles. The sales people were less than knowledgable. They knew very little about the cars. It was almost sad to think that they sell cars. I ended up buying a camero and a SUV. I love my camero. I love my SUV. I loath Bill Pierre. I will never buy another car from them........ever. I will own another Chevy, but it will not be from this group. They were very interesed in geting me into a new car. they were very interested in how much money I made. They did all the great sale rep butt kissin. It was a classic auto dealership. When it came time to buy the cars. they sat me down at a small table and had a plain white piece of copy paper......tacky. They wrote down all sorts of numbers, they wrote down what i would pay a month. They wrote down how long I would pay on the cars. They made it seem like I was getting a great deal. They told me I would get a better deal cuz I was buying two cars. From those numbers I then asked what the total price of one of the cars would be. The wrote down a number and I flipped. It was too good to be true. It wasn't!!!!!!! They told me I would be getting my new car for thousands off the sticker price. THOUSANDS. I was sceptical. They said it was because of my amazing credit score. They said it was becasue they liked me......they said it was cuz they wanted my buisness. I questioned it and did some research. sure enough I was going to be getting a really good deal....so I thought. Nope. I ended up paying every bit of $50,000 for my SS2 Camero, and 10,000 over the blue book value for the SUV, not the thousands less like they said I would be. I missed it in the details and now I am paying full price for a great car and way more than anyone should pay for an SUV..........but at the cost of being lied to, tricked, hurried through the paper work that I did not get a copy of until 1 year later........1 YEAR. Fishy?? yes it was. Do not get me wrong, I love my Chevy Camero. I am sad that villians sell great USA produced cars. If you learn anything form my review. Do not be fooled by this group. Go somewhere else. There are many other dealerships that do really want your biusness. This group is not one of them. They only want your money. I fell sad for the Peirre Family. They are getting thier named dragged through the mud. It is a shame that they have no conscience about their actions. UPDATE. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING TO WORK WITH THEIR GM. What a joke. When I called them on what happened they told me that I got a good deal on the car. that it was my fault for signing the papers and that this happens to all car buyers all the time. WOW. They told me this. It took numberous calls and the CS was horrific. They denied, denied, denied. Only after one month of calling them did they tell me all of this. I hope to have another update after I call my Lawyer gets involved. Please.......for the love of Chevy.........and all good used cars everywhere. Please go somewhere else. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. BB

I was greeted by a friendly sales guy who offered to pull up the car we wanted but instead we decided to see what else they had since there are so many cars here. Besides the cars being spread out, everything was easy to see. They showed us cost and their MSRP invoice without us even asking. I told them the car was for me even though my husband was doing most of the talking, they made sure they showed the car to me. Other dealers we went to ignored me completely! I thought when they ran my credit their attitudes might change for the worse because we have bad credit but they understood and were still very helpful. We went through a few different cars that they said I would qualify for. Eventually we came to an agreement and I'm really happy to have a new car! The finance guy helped find me a good warranty that was a little pricey but I could afford the payment instead of having to pay for repair. They got the second key I was promised within a week. I was a little worried about the other reviews here but I have heard that they can get people approved who otherwise wouldn't. My interest rate is 12%, and other dealerships quoted me 18% and one even tried to get me to sign at 30%. I probably would have because I needed a car but I am really glad I called these guys first. Thanks Leo and Theo!!!

These guys are very professional and willing to go the extra mile! I just totalled my Impala and needed a car quickly but let them know that I still had some time to shop around. The people who helped me ( a few different guys all worked with each other to make sure I was helped since they were so busy) were willing to give me all of the payments and information up front, and showed me all of the cars I wanted to see. We finally (after a few hours) found the perfect one that works for me and I drove it home that day! I didn't want to have to shop around and they helped me get exactly what I wanted. I will send all of my friends there for sure!

This was a horrible car purchase experience. My wife and I found a 08 Mercury Milan with very few miles, we were so excited we jumped on it. We get down to the dealership the car is there, immediately we are on the test drive. The car has a lot of scratches on it, a funny odor, needs a couple of other fixes to make it ride pretty. These things were brought to the attention of the salesman. The odor was fixed on the spot; however, the scratches weren't so easy. When the paperwork was drawn up the finance guy started doing lot of fast talking. We wound up agreeing to a Cilajet package "at an additional cost to us", we also agreed to an anti-theft activation "at an additional cost to us", the gap insurance which could have been agreed upon at a reduced charge was charged even beyond our informing the finance guy that we could get it much cheaper. In all when all the fast talking and paper signing was done we wound up paying much more for a car that was priced at a really low price only to get us into the dealership. When we called to ask to have the "optional" items removed to lower the amount being financed we were told that the car was already financed and we couldn't take anything off. If its optional then it should be easy to remove the "optional" items. Never purchase or deal with the financial department at this dealership. They do not care about the customer or the potential for putting them further in debt.

Where to start........My husband and I had been looking online for a very specific car-a used Honda Civic, LX or EX years 2001-2006. Nothing fancy, just something to get me to work and home everyday. The minute we showed up on the lot, Leonardo was hustling over to help us. I guess that was the best part of our experience. I was a little surprised to see a salesman wearing a baseball cap, but kind of pushed that aside believing it didn't matter if he didn't look professional if he was going to help us find the car we saw in the ad. Well, we really never got a straight answer from Leonardo about where that Civic disappeared to. Damon Wilson later told us it was sold, but that was long after our high pressure sales experience. Leonardo kept showing us all these other cars, driving us around their lots, acting like we were looking for the Civic we wanted, (I now believe that it A). Didn't exist and was a ploy to get people in, or B). Sold before we got there and he never told us to try and lead us into a different car). So even though the car we came in for was priced at $8900, Leonardo whips out this '08 Civic for us to test drive. I asked him straight up how much this car was, knowing that it was out of our price range and didn't meet the criteria we had specified. He kind of muttered something about 'transparent pricing,' and changed the subject. We ended up taking a test drive at Leonardo's prompting. I knew the car was out of our price range and kind of felt like our time was being wasted. My husband and I are really "nice" people. I say that not to brag, but to explain how we made it this far without leaving or saying anything! Leonardo was just talking this Civic up to no end, asking us to tell him the mileage again, and making it sound like we needed this car. We got back from the test drive and they had already taken the keys and registration to our prospective trade-in. We went inside the building, and I honestly thought we were going to sit and talk about the car and see if there were more that we liked that he could show us. I was completely wrong. He whipped out this piece of paper and started writing numbers on the paper. $21,000 was the first number I saw. I'm thinking , "is this a joke? This is wayyy out of our price range and he knows it!" So, I immediately said that this was just completely out of our price range. Here's when the pressure was on. We told him from the minute we were driving around with him that we had wanted to pay cash. We had saved money for this car and were going to spend what we could afford, no financing. This guy did not respect that AT ALL. He was pushing financing down our throats trying to convince us we should finance and it would improve our credit. News flash: we already have great credit, own a home and two cars that are completely paid off. Anyway, he kept crossing out numbers trying to get us to sign to numbers next to "I will buy this car now!!!" on an X_____________. My husband and I were just so frustrated and confused. We kept turning down every figure he offered us! He kept saying "what would itTake to get you in this car, out the door?" He was just obnoxious. Telling us over and over that this was a car that would last longer than the other car we wanted to see, etc... I kept saying that I wanted higher mileage because I knew it was in our price range. I told him that my anxiety level was now through the roof and I did not want the car. He didn't stop. We had to ask for time to talk, and he didn't want to give it to us! I wish we would have gotten up and left then. I knew that even if we reached an agreement price, I didn't want that car anymore. I felt sick to my stomach and wanted to leave. So, here's where Damon Wilson steps in. He tells us he has a Mazda 3 for us to look at, and he takes over. I can say right off that Damon was a much better salesman, but I never find it professional to reek of cigarette smoke and swear during business type transactions... We test drove the Mazda, (maybe just to escape that building), and I knew even if it was the car of my dreams, I didn't want it because I still felt so shaken up from the grilling we'd gotten from Leonardo. Luckily, Damon was worlds different and didn't pressure us into the Mazda. We ended up telling him we wanted to leave and it was no problem. He said he'd call us if anything came through that suited us. All this to say that Bill Pierre already has a bad reputation, I've talked to many people now that are laughing at us for even going there. We ended up buying a car at Blade Chevy in Mt. Vernon with a diametrically opposite experience. We recieced the most excellent customer service, great pricing and NO PRESSURE. They were genuinely interested in what worked for us and we never heard one word about financing after we said the word "cash." Pressure may get some people to buy cars, but they're not going to be repeat customers. Bill Pierre left a bad taste in my mouth, and my husband and I will never be back.

Worst car buying experience ever! After negotiating a value for our trade in and shaking hands on the deal, had to wait an hour an a half to go into finance to sign papers. Once there, the finance person (Matt Sisson) used high pressure sales tactics to sell add-ons. After biting on the extended warranty he tried selling the service package, stating that if you didn't use factory oil filters the warranty would be void. Not a pleasant experience. Then finally getting to the signing of the papers and found that the agreed upon trade price had not been honored! Should have walked, but signed out of frustration just to get out of there! Missed the document fee gotcha. Emailed the sales person along with the sales manager and have not received a response. Shouldn't be surprised. Was not worth the 240 mile round trip, time or gas!

Hate to give them 1s accross the board, but zero is not an option. The finance dept. has been totally inept in everything they've done and they still owe me money! Sadly, once i refused to accept a free tank of gas in exchange for not writing this horrible review, i haven't heard from them since.

Worst experience I have ever had!!! Zino was working on my application and didn't hear from him for a while, so I called and found out he left for a month. Then talked to Steve and he told me that my deal was on the back burner because they had a big sale that weekend and the there were lots of Zino customers that were on the back burner.... Steve made me feel like a piece of crap and that I wasn't worth nothing. Then a few days later Hammer called and said he thought he could get the deal done. My hopes got up again and then he said he would call.... I called him and it took over a week for him to get back with me........ And he says " Do you have any questions?? Are you serious??????????????????? Not only once but 3 times...

STAY AWAY FROM THE START TO FINISH DISHONESTY OF BILL PIERRE IN SEATTLE Found a new car online (Autotrader.com) priced at $11,998 (also on their website). There was nothing about needing to qualify for discounts in add (I have a copy). Called Bill Pierre's, asked for price breakdown. They said car would be at $13,??? due to not qualifing for discounts. Told them no thanks because I can get that deal in my area and hung up. "Big Mitch" called back 3 minutes later saying his manager said to just do the deal at $11,998 and they would call it a loss from the East side. I asked him on the phone three times to make sure the price was going to be at $11,998, said yes each time. Told him I would get on the plane then. He said he will pull the car and put sold on it. I FLEW 300 MILES THAT SAME DAY TO "make sure I get this deal"!!!! Called "Big Mitch" when at airport because they said they would pick me up to begin with. He said they were busy, so catch a cab. He texted me the address. $63 later I arrive at the dealership. Walk up to the car and Josh comes up to me. I ask for Mitch. Says Mitch's dads birthday is today so he went home. I said I just talked to him 25 minutes ago, he was expecting me. Josh told me my car was being sold.I said, yep thats for me. He says no, for someone else! Test drove same type of car that they wanted to get me into... at $18,???! I said no, I flew down here to buy a car I was promised at $11998. Managers got involved, said "Big Mitch" was just now fired, that was him walking out the door. Funny since Josh said he wasn't there. After an hour+ of dealing with garbage, all of a sudden my car is available now...also funny since the SAME CLIENTS have been there since I arrived. Was told that they could only sell the car for $13,2??!!! Told them I was promised $11998 and thats why I FLEW DOWN HERE! Called "Big Mitch's" cell number after around 2 hours of being there to see if anyones phone would ring... the next salesman over, his phone rang at the exact same time, he reached over and shut it off and at that same time my phone was directed to the automated message! Could have been coincidance...but was exact timing on ring and hang up. What are you gonna do when you are 300 miles from home and have to work the next day? Exactly, and they knew it. I put my cash money down and financed the rest. Here is another big kicker... had my female co-worker call the next day and ask for "Big Mitch"... they got him and he answered the phone! Last kicker... turns out a co-worker bought a used Mustang from them the year prior, yep you guessed it. They did the exact advertise and promise one price and say they can't do that price when you get there!! STAY AWAY FROM THE START TO FINISH DISHONESTY OF BILL PIERRE IN SEATTLE

I had some questions and Michael Yamamoto answered them all patiently and courteously. He tried to provide all the information I needed. Customer service is a major factor in a dealership's rating, and based on my conservation with Mr. Yamamoto, I would say Pierre Chevrolet offers great service.

Bill Pierre Chevrolet is an unassuming dealership on Lake City Way in North Seattle. I scheduled my visit on a weekday afternoon after setting up an appointment to see a Chevy Malibu. I was greeted warmly and professionally, and got a chance to talk about the features and price points before selecting a vehicle to test drive. The entire experience was fun and pressure-free (I test drove the 2011 Malibu and the 2012 Cruze.)I left that first day without purchasing a vehicle, and spent the next few days doing more research and test-driving other brands (Mazda, Ford, Mitsubishi, etc.) I even visited another Chevy dealer, but was not able to find a better deal than at Pierre Chevrolet. The atmosphere, the experience, and the final results (a GREAT deal on my trade-in and an AWESOME brand new Chevy Malibu) were more than I ever expected. I definitely recommend Pierre Chevrolet. :)

What an enjoyable experience! Taylor (my sales rep) was friendly, courteous, and very patient. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel like a V.I.P. She was quick to respond to my many phone calls and emails, and she never once pressured me about anything. All of the managers, sales reps, and customer service reps were extremely helpful and friendly, also. The financing manager got me a great deal and saved me a ton of money - I am so grateful! I will definitely be coming back to Bill Pierre. They are awesome!!

When our daughter wanted a Chevy Cruze, we checked a few things out on the internet, then I called Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Lake City, the receptionist transferred my call to the sales department and Michael Thornton answered my call. I told him I am shopping around for a new 2011 LS 1LT Cruze with the standard package. He told me that he will find the car and will give me a call back in 20 minutes; he also gave me his cell phone to make sure I can get a hold of him anytime I needed. Mike called me back soon after that and told me he found the car with the color we wanted and was ready for us to see him so I made an appointment and came in at 3:45 the same day. When I came to see the car already parked in front of the showroom, but instead of seeing Mike, I met Mitch Edvalds because Mike had to deliver a car to Oregon. I worked with Mitch, took a test drive and asked Mitch to point out every single feature of the car. Mitch took his time and showed me everything I wanted to know before we sat down for negotiation. Before we started I told Mitch that Im ready to do business with him and asked him to be fair with me. I also told him that no matter how hard he tired I will not buy the car if the price is more then I wanted to pay. And likewise, he will not sell me the car if I do not make a reasonable offer. From there it took less then 30 minutes to get the deal done. While I worked with Mitch, the manager, Mitch Mattson, who is very knowledgeable, worked on my trade in and he paid me exactly what I wanted for the trade in which was much better than two other dealerships. Mitch M. figured all the numbers figured out for me such as my net cost, tax benefit for trade, etc. In short, we are very satisfied and happy with the manager and sales persons who helped as at Bill Pierre Chevrolet. If you read this review and want to buy a Chevrolet car I strongly recommend Bill Pierre Chevrolet and give Michael Thorton, Mitch Edvalds, or the manager, Mitch Mattson a call before you go. I am sure you will have the same experience that we had!

I found a used 2008 Ford F 150 on the web advertised at Pierre Auto Center. I sent an E mail and received a call back From Taylor in under 5 minutes. I asked her to check some things out and she did right away. I agreed to drive 50 miles to look at the Truck. When I arrived she had it ready for a test drive. The truck was in beautiful condition and the price was excatly what it said on the internet! Greg also gave me a second test drive to explain how the 4 wheel drive worked. Very pleasant experience. The gentleman who wrote up the quote was very polite and profesional, as was the finance manager who wrote up the final paperwork. There were 14 vechiles on the web that fit what I was looking for. This one was the best priced unit.A great place to buy a car.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Mike Thornton was professional, friendly and really knew what he was doing. He made the process so easy. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. I called Mike and asked about a car, when I got there he had the car already pulled up. It was so easy. He answered all my questions with great insight. This experience was way better than the other dealerships I visited.

I recently bought a 2011 AWD Chevy Equinox from Bill Pierre Chevrolet. I shopped around several other Chevy dealers in King County and got the best price and easiest financing from Bill Pierre. The sale, trade-in, financing and pick-up of vehicle with the additional packages I added, all got done in just 1 day. Of course I did my own online research in advance and so I had a clear vision of the kind of vehicle I wanted. I also already knew, for the most part, what my credit scores were. There was no hassle at all at Bill Pierre and the staff is fairly friendly. I mostly appreciated the extra attention I received upon pick-up, paying special attention to detail. So far, I am really happy with my new Equinox. I especially enjoy the savings in gas on this size of SUV. I also love my OnStar in my new Equinox. Oh yeah, Bill Pierre was also the only dealer that had the exact model, color and accessories I wanted. Because of their large inventory, they were able to find exactly what I desired without having to wait. I got an amazing rate from Bill Pierre at 3.49% for 72 months. I was getting quotes for over 4.99% from all the other dealers I talked to. I was also not pressured to add anything to my new purchase, allowing me to feel comfortable when signing off. Overall, I am pleased with my new vehicle and am happy Bill Pierre made it easy.

I was recently in the market for a new Chevy camaro and proceeded to look at car dealerships from Vancouver to Bellingham, Wa. I have previously purchased a number of new cars and knew that homework was going to be needed. During this 2 week research I came across some of the most professional and courteous dealerships but also what was perhaps the most deceiving and underhanded dealership that I have ever encountered.First let me say that though Lee Johnson Chevrolet in Kirkland had one of the smaller inventories of those I looked at, they were by far the most even handed and courteous. Additionally, the sales manager, Randy Jorgenson treated me with sensitivity as a customer and was very sincere. I have been involved in the area of customer service for over 20 years and rarely do I observe this kind of honest professionalism and sincerity in the auto sales industry. It just isnt there. On the other hand, my experience with Bill Pierre Ford and Chevrolet was the complete opposite and as someone that sometimes teaches customer service, I can say matter of factly that I will use their underhanded approach as an example of how to ruin your reputation as a customer service provider. The first sales person I worked with was kind enough and was trying to be helpful (trying to get a sale) but was very slow to back up what he said he was going to do. I was looking for a specific model, color, etc and he was searching for various options in financing one of their vehicles. After not receiving a response to my voice mails overnight, I called the phone number that was identified on the Bill Pierre web page. I explained my situation to the person that answered and he immediately said that the sales person I was working with was new to their dealership and was also old. HmmmHe then said he could get me better financing, a better trade in value and the car I wanted. He then transferred me over to the person that was supposed to be the Finance Director, which was sales person number 3. He then asked me to come down and to bring my check book. When I arrived, the terms that were proposed by the so called Director were different than the terms I was given over the phone. Not too surprised I guess. While I was there, I finally heard back from the first sales person who explained that the director could not get better terms than he could and that they were back dooring him. I passed this along to the finance director who also explained that this sales person was new and could not get the terms that he could. Keep in mind, that all of these sales folks work under the name of the Bill Pierre dealership. The director finally gave me his best proposal that wasnt any where close to what was previously quoted.I could have walked at this point but decided to call back the original sales person at his request. He now placed me on the phone with the Bill Peirre dealership General Manager, Steve Casino. Sales person number 4. Steve explained to me that I went around them by going to their sister dealership across the street. I explained that I didnt hear back from his sales person and called the number that was identified on the Bill Pierre web page. They told me that they could get me a better deal and all I knew is that I called the number that was identified as a contact number for Bill Pierre and I only made that call because I never heard back from his sales person to begin with.So now, the general manager tells me he wants to help me get a deal on the car I wanted to buy at Lee Johnson Chevrolet. They would transfer it over immediately. After a long conversation, he tells me that he cannot make money on a car if he sells it to me at the price I am offering. I explain that my price is the one I was quoted by his sales department. He again tries to explain that they are a different part of Bill Pierre and that I should consider purchasing a V6 model camaro instead of the V8 I was seeking. That my price range would fit in that market and that because of my credit history ????, thats the best I could possibly expect. At this point we ended the conversation. After thinking it over, I e-mailed the general manager and asked what he could do for me if I chose a V6 camaro. Now all of a sudden, he cannot make the deal and needs more for the V6 model. His quote comes in significantly higher. I reply how disappointed I was and that he now had 30 minutes to give me the offer he originally provided or I walk. From here, I immediately went over to Lee Johnson Chevrolet to purchase the car directly on that day or not at all. Sure enough, after we come to an easy and quick agreement, I find out that the Bill Pierre General Manager, Steve Casino called the Lee Johnson sales person I was working with and told him the exact quote he had just offered me. What kind of business approach is this? This is a long story but you need to know what you are getting into if you choose to conduct business with Bill Pierre Chevrolet.Again, I was treated with respect, sensitivity and professionalism at Lee Johnson Chevrolet. From the sales person, Kenny Washington to the General Manager, Randy Jorgenson. At the end of the day, I would rather pay more for a purchase from an honest dealership that works from integrity rather than from one that works in the fashion mentioned. I am honestly surprised that Bill Pierre Ford and Chevrolet is still in business. Pretty incredible.Lastly, I have since received comments about the car and by coincidence; one person was a former employee of Bill Pierre and told me how shady this dealership was. Another person told me of his bad experience with Bill Pierre as well.

Everyone in the dealership was very welcoming. Mike was very professional and helped me understand a lot more about financing a car. I also enjoyed how everyone treated me as "family" and I felt very happy with the deal and car I got. Customer service was great because I felt very assured and the dealers made me feel that there was nothing to worry about. I don't regret going to this dealership because the overall service and experience was phenomenal.

I was planning to buy a car in Idaho, but last minute decided to see if I could get the same car/price locally. I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted and how much I was going to pay and what my trade in was worth. No hassle or haggling, out the door in a few hours with a new Tahoe. Ray, Darnell and Theo were good to work with. Lesson: "Do your homework and shop around." We've dealt with Bellevue Chev, Issaquah Chev in the past. Bill Pierre Chev was a far better experience--comparable to Dave Smith.

Steve took application and asked Mgr. who would not sell due to "Mistaken price on Craigs list, happens all the time, not responsible" when asked why and told them we were unhappy. My son offered $2,500 more and still he would not budge. We walked away very unhappy. What is this, bait and switch? They did not even offer alternatives. He finally said he would only sell at his cost for $15 something. When offered $14.5K he refused. Never again! Advertised price was $12,095.00. To all that would think about giving Bill Pierre Ford, or Chevrolet your business I would think twice. They had to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever been too. Told me I had something when in fact they lied, and I went to them with good faith. I am a military member with not very good criedit (which they knew before I came in) and my wife has been medicaly out of work (which they also knew). I was trying to get a smaller car payment to help our financial needs. Anyway the car I was trying to get from them (2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP) was $12,000 at the ford dealer, and is now at there Chevy dealer for a nice $21,095? The last time I looked the KBB and the NADA didn't go up, and niether did the economy! Their nice addvertisment about them being transpaiant is quite wrong, except them trying to take another to the cleaners. Also once we had to bring the car back, thier customer service was out the door. I called ahead to let them know I was driving up to them and that it would be about an hour. Asked if they could have my car ready as well? Not only did they not get my car from thier holding lot it took another 10 min for them to figure out where my car was, and another 20 min for them to go get my car. While we were there no one offered to help us, ask if there was anything we need, or even just were sorry have a nice day! Just heres your keys and the door! I know this only my opinion, but I hope I can save someone else the griff we went though.

I had been shopping around for a car since the end of last year when the economy took a nose dive. And, like most people, I lost my job for a month and suffered a couple of hits to my credit as well. Naturally, with some semblance of stability in my life now I chose to resume actively looking for a new vehicle -- only to be shot down, humiliated and degraded by several dealerships! Several dealerships I won't name treated me like some sort of criminal over one or two "mistakes" on my credit. Then I went to Bill Pierre Chevrolet (used cars). I wanted something known for reliability, within my price range and with all the features you'd expect to get for around $10,000. And I got what I wanted (2007 Cobalt) and with $2500 off sticker, and just shy of 9% APR! The actual transaction was a minimum of hassle, and I pretty much drove it off the lot the next day.
