Went with my BF today to test drive the Mach E! Though the car wasn't my fav, I have the say... the staff are amazing! Angel took care of us from start to finish. He is thoughtful, attentive, and enjoyable to talk with. Ford, if you're listening, give the man a raise! ;) But truly, everyone we interacted with was great! Highly recommend for car shopping!

We ordered a Mach-e and came down to pick it up at Pierre. Raymond helped us out and he provided a high degree of service. Despite it being a new car Raymond had a thorough understanding of the car, and importantly the apps needed to get full use. He also didn’t try to push the after market none sense.

After 1000.00 spent found a problem. Called and was asked if it was something I could fix. I was shocked that they asked me the question and ultimately got the problem taken care of. 1mth later, we find that the front end wasn't torqued when we were 18mi deep in eastern Oregon mountains. An area called Desolation. You can only imagine!! Not cool and extremely unhappy about the situation. Called and notified the dealership and they sataed that they would certainly pass on the message. PERFECT! That will certainly help all of the future negligence

Talked with sales guy Josh Hill at length numerous times on the phone and asked about the vehicle condition. I was told that it was in good shape, but no mention was made about a 12" X 12" scrape on the passenger door. Was told the advertised price is the price, so I got financing from my bank, picked up the cashiers check and brought the rest in cash. I told him I was getting on the train and would be there to pick the vehicle tomorrow. Then, I was told I may not be able to take the vehicle home until the funds clear, they would rather have a wire transfer. Then I was told that if I finance through them, I could drive the vehicle home on Saturday, otherwise it might not be released till Sunday. ( like any financial transaction is going to clear on a Sunday...) Then their "finance manager" calls and tells me they would rather me finance through them and they would send me a link to fill out their credit application. I told them I would pay the cash down to hold the vehicle and was told "We do not hold any vehicles... ever" I fill out the credit app. online, then get on a train and ride all night to check out the vehicle. While walking around it I asked about the scrape, and was told "I didn't notice that yesterday". Vehicle drove nice and Josh was pleasant. We got back to the dealership and Josh brings me another credit application, whereupon I tell him I have the funds, and am willing to wait the "5 days" it will take for the cashiers check to clear. ( We all know cashiers checks issued by banks are as good as cash everywhere.) Josh takes the check to the " finance manager" who comes over, throws my check on the table and says they won't take an out of state cashiers check and that the advertised price is noted on the add that it is only for in state residents. ( I went home an have read the add multiple times and it states that NOWHERE in the add ) And that they will not accept my financing. He leaves, and I called my wife and we decided to walk away. I told Josh that I am going to buy the same vehicle from them or someone else but I am going to finance with my bank, so thanks but I have a train to catch. He says let me talk to my manager one more time. I waited for a while then just left, I felt like I was getting just more run around. I called back after 20 or 30 minutes from the Starbucks up the street and when I asked if my bank could wire funds on Monday if the vehicle was still available was told NO. I was told the ONLY way they would sell me the vehicle was to finance through them. I even said " If I bring in CASH on Monday, you still will not sell me the car?" And was told that was a correct statement. Who doesn't take CASH... SCAMMERS that's who!!!! I don't remember the name of the "finance manager" but (I HAD TO EDIT THIS SECTION BECAUSE MY UNFLATTERING BUT HONEST DESCRIPTORS CAUSED THE REVIEW TO BE PULLED DOWN). RUN from these guys! Read ALL the reviews, not just the fake glowing ones. They will tell you so many different things, THEY can't even keep the lies all straight.

Found the vehicle I wanted online and made sure with Jessica in sales that it was still available before we ventured out there. They were pretty busy that evening in finance, but she was very attentive and a pleasure to chat with until we were able to go to finance. The finance gentleman was extremely helpful and listened to what we had to say. Not to mention, he made the mind numbing task of financing hilarious.

Great experience with online browsing. Found a blue nissan leaf. They couldn't find it on the lot and instead offered us a red one for the same price. That was great. Then they said the navigation chip would be sent to me (I guess they don't keep the chips in the car on the lot). Never heard back. Called and called. Left messages. Now they won't work with us about the chip. Even talked to the manager.THE CHIP IS VIN SPECIFIC. THEY SAID I WOULD NEED TO GO TO A DEALER AND PAY MORE MONEY!!! WITHOUT THAT CHIP I CANT OPERATE CLIMATE CONTROL, NAVIGATION, HANDS FREE CALLING, RADIO (!!!!!!!), CD, ETC. Big freaking deal! It's the principle of the matter, I feel we were kicked to curb about our purchase.

Very desapoited with the manager at Bill Pierre Ford, came in to buy a new F150 today, and I did see the car advertised on the Internet for certain price and after finding it in their lot, I told them this is the car, and this manager name Michael but he goes by Kelly McNeal came with paper saying this is what this car cost and it was about $6.000 more and after complaint about their dishonest he sass if you do not want to pay what I want for the truck don't waist my time, I have a lot o costumer to help.He maybe have been a good sales person to some one, but I think, if this is the way he treat his costumer, Bill Pierre may end up losing a lot of them. Best luck to whoever is shopping for a car.Be blessed

Richard was great! I found my new 5.0 mustang online and reached out to the dealership. There were text messages, emails and phone calls for 3 days before i was able to make it to Seattle from Portland. They did all the paperwork while i was on my way to test drive. The dealership stayed open late for me, i never felt rushed. Everyone was friendly and great!!!

I went to the Toyota here in town to ask them if the vehicle had a keyless entry device, and they stated that it did. Turns out the key I am currently using is the Valet key, So this makes me upset because I would like to lock and unlock the doors with the buttons, along with the trunk instead of using the valet key on the door. It will cost me 500 bucks to get two replacement keys when I believe I should have the keys already for the price of the vehicle.

We got the name from CostCo, and made a very nice informative appointment with Taylor. Very nice and knowledgeable. But when it came to numbers, he kept pushing his sheet of profit toward us. The manager, Ken, tried to get me to sign on a line with numbers as varied as $20K -$29K citing that we were not giving him proper profits. When my friend (who is a negotiator by trade) tried to make a few points about the price structure, he tried to get her to be quiet and didn't want us to talk alone for any time. He was pushy and not polite to my friend. He kept rounding on me to see what MY opinion was of the car, and didn't bring out the Costco price sheet until after he tried to get us to sign another higher number. We told Taylor that he had done a great job, but his manager just blew the sale. After we went home, we found newer model cars online for close to $10K below his very lowest "invoice" pricing. There was no proof that the invoice he brought out was even to the car we wanted to buy. No vin number, no description even. The sales guy marveled at it too, saying the car make and model should have been at the top of the page. CostCo is going to hear from us tomorrow. If Bill Pierre is the only choice, then we will change brands and forget Chevy or Ford. I only wish I had run my video recorder.

Troy was awesome and incredibly helpful. I felt like he was very honest and up front with me about concerns I had. The entire staff was very patient with me as it was my first time buying a car. I had two minor issues with the car that I was concerned about before purchasing it but the service center took care of all of it and I feel very confident driving away with my vehicle. I had been car shopping for 4 months and finally decided on a older Honda CRV. In one of the major car buying search engines, I found that Bill Pierre had the car I wanted for a clearance deal, price not too far away from the Kelly Blue Book value. By this point, I had test driven 12 cars and brought 4 of them in for a formal inspection at my mechanic so I was a pretty informed buyer. I called ahead, talked with salesman Tony Senter, and was able to get right in. I looked at the car, test drove it, then worked with the dealership to get approval to take the car to my mechanic for a third party inspection before purchase. Unfortunately, this was the day of a terrible wind storm in Seattle and when I got the vehicle to my mechanic, their power was out. Knowing that this was the car I wanted and that the price was one I was willing to pay, I decided to gamble and purchase the car since it was low miles, there was no obvious damage/concerns and the CarFax was good. Mason Parker, floor manager, was also helpful that day in setting up the paperwork for the temporary loan and eventual purchase. I went home that day a happy camper. This was a Saturday in August. I took it into my mechanic first thing Monday morning for a formal inspection. Took this to my trusted mechanic in U Village who Ive worked with the past 3 years. They discovered that the catalytic converter was held together with metal zip-tie contraption (which is not normal), there was an odd sound coming from the exhaust and there was a substantial amount of rust in the undercarriage. My mechanic was quite upset with Bill Pierre for selling a car in this condition and encouraged me to contact the dealer and see what they could do. Bill Pierre told me to bring the vehicle into the service shop and offered me a car rental for the day at no cost to me. I dropped the vehicle off at the service shop where they did a half-asked job of the undercoating for the rust and ignored the catalytic converter but fixed the exhaust sound. I contacted Luk Blackwell, the General Manger, to share my frustration and he was very understanding and responsive. I shared with him what my mechanic told me and he offered to have a phone conversation with the mechanic to get a better understanding. After that call, Luk offered for my mechanic to quote him for the repairs (which were about $1800) and the dealership would foot the bill.Bill Pierre came through for me. They fixed the major issues with the car, after some back and forth communication. They were understanding of my frustration and responsive to my concerns. Even though I didnt buy a Ford model from them, they still treated me with respect and patience. Luk was especially noteworthy as he was able to fully resolve my concerns. While I would recommend that everyone should have a vehicle inspected for a third party before purchase, Bill Pierre Ford is a great starting point for car search and I had pleasant interactions with all staff there.

Bill Pierre was our first stop in our car purchasing venture to sort of "kick the tires" and use them as a starting point. We were looking for a reliable, used vehicle and did not have a strong preference in the manufacturer. We were introduced to our salesman, Ayo, (Odunayo Emmanuel Ajayi) to discuss our need and price range. He asked us a number of questions to better understand our goals which made us feel he had a personal interest in getting us what we wanted. Long story short, he made all the difference in our positive buying experience. He was very understanding, compassionate and patient and possesses great customer skills. He is a very courteous, caring individual - not the "typical" used car salesman. George Kourtis was involved in the financial aspects of the purchase and he also was very personable and very comfortable to converse with. Great deal with a great team!

The sales staff at Bill Pierre are friendly and helpful. Although the employee we had was very new and he did not know much about the cars we were looking at, he was still respectful and helpful. We ended up getting a fair price on a car and we went home happy in our new family SUV. I would recommend people check out Bill Pierre Ford.I will say that their online staff needs a bit of work. I still ended up receiving calls about seeing some cars after I purchased a vehicle. Also I know that cars can and will move quickly, however their online inventory did not match up at all with what they had in terms of used vehicles. I looked online and the inventory did not change at all over the course of 4 days. When we went in person they had none of the vehicles we were interested in. I recommend calling and asking them for what they have physically on the lot.

This really could not have been any easier. I filled out my application online, Bill Ploeger called me the next day, we set up an appointment, he emailed me with the things I needed. I looked online at the inventory, picked out the car, told Bill the car I was interested in, and he made it happen. No pressure, nothing weird. Very easy going. Buying a car can be a NIGHTMARE, especially if your credit isn't something you feel confident about. I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience. There was no downside, AT ALL. Absolutely great!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Either they are completely dishonest or they are simply too incompetent to know how the very programs they are signed up with work. On 5/8/15 I used Autotrader Instant Trade in to obtain a guaranteed cash offer for my Porsche 911 towards a trade for a vehicle from Pierre Ford. After they lowballed my trade at a number 1500.00 LESS than the number given by Autotrader, they informed me that the Autotrader number was just a guide they didn't have to use if they didn't want to. Having used the autotrader instant trade in service before I knew for a fact this was a complete and utter fallacy, as the previous dealer I had sold a vehicle to through this program had informed me that even though auto trader's number was higher than the number they would have offered, they cut me a check and honored it anyway. Sales manager I tried to explain this to was also extremely rude and had no idea what he was doing. Awful experience. Please note, the "name of the employee I worked with" field is incorrect but this app forces me to select a person from that list and my sales person (Kelly McNeal) is not in that list.

It was my first time buying an electric vehicle, I appreciated the low-pressure sale approach and accurate information provided by the sales person.What impressed me the most however was the after sales service. I ended up having some trouble with the charging cable that came with the car. Bill Pierre Ford bought an upgraded replacement from Nissan and the sales person I was working with, Christian went out of his way to deliver the replacement to me in person.2 weeks in the car is working our great. Bill Pierre Ford provided good service, a good product, at a good price, what more can I say.A satisfied customer.

Thank God for technology, more techy savvy consumer like me are able to gather information before buying. What is even more fascinating is how this dealership acknowledged and complimented my buying experience. I worked closely with Kelly McNeal and Johnnie Greene on this transaction. They assume a role of guidance and support, helping clarify the information I gather and help navigate the buying experience. They were upfront about options, never challenged my data and if at all possible, offered me better options (in fact better loan package than BECU!). I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends, colleagues and acquaintances. Tim Puller went above and beyond what I expected a car salesman do. He is friendly, personable, professional and worked out a credit plan that was within my budget. He made sure that I wasn't going to leave the dealership without a car. I purchased a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica and it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. In fact, all the staff I ran into there were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Were not pressured into buying a vehicle but I came and got the vehicle I wanted. Not what I have experienced at other dealerships. I would definetly recommend this dealership to anybody that is looking for a vehicle. Doesn't matter if you have bad, good or excellent credit.

If you want a GREAT DEAL and a great buying experience from people that are real and not fake then come to Bill Pierre Ford. I have known Shane Pierre and Jaime Pierre since 2000. Great Family, Great Deals and Great employees. My wife and I just purchased our first New Ford F150 Pearl White Supercrew 4x4. Its the first new truck that we have ever purchased. It was pretty special. All the employees made us feel like Gold. The Pierres have been doing business for over 50 years in Lake City Way,WA. This place is very special and all the employees are super nice.

RUN!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Worst experience ever!!I was very excited when I purchased my Nissan here, after the 3 hours of negotiating. They make car buying very exhausting! I had my car for about a week when, IT BROKE DOWN ON ME! I had to have it towed back to the dealership. They did repair it after having it for two weeks when I was told one week. Upon getting my vehicle back it appeared filthy, there was even mud smeared on my driver's seat black leather! The repairs that were supposed to be done on the "due bill" were not fixed properly! I am very dissatisfied! My alignment was just one of the repairs needed. My car still pulls severely to the right when driving. When I called today to tell them that it is still not fixed they basically gave me the run around and said it must be my tire pressure. Now I have to pay more money out of my pocket to fix the brand new LEMON that I purchased from Bill Pierre Ford. I feel as though they sold me a car that looked good on the outside but no one bothered to check how it ran before selling it. From the other reviews they have received here they obviously could care less about their customers and more about their bottom line. "A happy customer will tell two to three people a typical dissatisfied customer will tell eight to 10 people about his or her experience." and nowadays people tell Yelp and Google.I am going to tell everyone I know and some about the worst car experience I have ever had at Bill Pierre Ford.

Our purchase of a new 2013 Ford Fiesta in July was a 5-star experience. After visiting 6 other dealerships in the Puget Sound area, disappointed by sales people who knew very little about the product they were selling, switching out models we were not interested in for test drive, and pressure techniques to 'come into the office', walking into Bill Pierre Ford was a breath of fresh air. We called about a particular car, and when we arrived, that particular car was pulled out of the lot for us to see. Our salesman's knowledge regarding the car's design and engine, the electronics, the changes in the model over the years, the general Ford trends, was far beyond our expectation. We felt zero pressure from our salesman. However, once we did begin discussing price, terms, credit, etc, we believe our conversations were honest, fair, and our salesman's efforts were stellar in getting us all available discounts. Our post-sale experience further proved Bill Pierre's commitment to satisfy their customer. We have already recommended Bill Pierre Ford to several of our friends. After making initial contact via the internet, I made a call to drive the vehicle in question, a F150 4x2. The appointment was made on a Wednesday for a Friday 4:00 PM meeting. At the time that I made the appointment, I was told to just ask for Kyle. When we arrived, we were asked which Kyle we wanted to talk to, and both Kyle's came over to meet my partner and I.They did not have the vehicle that we had made the appointment to see as I had been told it would be pulled up to the showroom to see. They had to look for a comparable vehicle. The reasoning was that it was at Harris Ford, but they had told us it was at Pierre Ford, which is why we made the appointment that we did.The only thing that they then tried to do was upsell us and say that it would be cheaper to get a F150 STX as they were being featured for the month. We decided to take a look and see if that was true, as had thought that based on my research before going to the dealers.We had been told by another dealer (Evergreen Ford) that we would possible qualify for up to $9,500 in rebates, but Pierre Ford did not offer that same amount. The price3 was considerable (10K) more than the original truck we were looking at. When we asked about the original truck they just fooled around and tried to explain that the STX was better deal for us, at which time we just got up and walked out. Once outside of the showroom as we were walking back to our car, we stated that we would not even take a car if it was free. A man commented that "That is just great. Have a good day!"This was all very nasty tone of voice. Thing is, we saw him in the showroom and he was a salesman. The dealership seems very dirty overall, and the whole experience was completely terrible. We had gone in with the intent of buying the vehicle - a F150 XL - but no one seemed to know where it was and only wanted to upsell to another vehicle. We went to Evergreen and got the 9500 in rebates and got a better price than the XL, all for 10K less than Pierre Ford offered as a base price.Do NOT use this dealer, they have higher markup and just outright lie to you throughout the process.

We bought a van for our business back in Novmeber...sparing you the long, involved details, there was an issue with the loan, some lack of communication (on our part and theirs) but in the end, Val Cummings got everything together and the deal was finalized. I have never been to such an unprofessional dealership like Bill Pierre. Unfortunately my mother and I had to experience them two days in a row. Through 3 different salesman, none of them had any knowledge on the vehicles on THEIR OWN FREAKING car lot. Extremely rude...even up to the general manager. Seemed as though every man working there had "little man's" complex. Tried to make up for their size by yelling. Total disrespect, aggressive/bulldog behavior, and very intimidating! This dealership is the reason why women do not feel comfortable going to complete a car deal without a man present. Almost closed on a deal but detail job was HORRIBLE, seats still soaking wet and nothing else in the car had been wiped down. Car was on empty and engine light was on. Just because this is not a new car purchase, doesn't mean the quality of the so-called detail work should be sub-standard!!!! I noticed all good reviews on this site are from people who purchased a brand new vehicle. Well if you're looking for a used car, DO NOT go to Bill Pierre.

This dealership is very shady and sneaky...I would never have my worst enemy shop with this dealership. I went to test drive a car that I saw on the website and went I get there, they say they sold the car. The next day I was told to come back and that the car was still available. I come back and was told the car was sold again. the manager at money mart tried to sell me a 2009 malibu for $19,000+ and that car was only worth $13k. I showed the manager the print out from the website of the same car and it was listed as $15k plus. They told me that they would only give me $1000 for my ford explorer eddie bauer v8 4.2l. They were talking done to me as if i did not know what i was doing. the manager could not explain away the ad posting for a different price he was selling it for. i went over to rairdons and got myself a brand new chrysler 200 and they gave me $4400 for my explorer. i am so happy i was not conned by this dealership. if you want to get the respect and honesty you deserve, go over to rairdons of monroe. their ratings are excellent too!

My son purchased a new car from Bill Pierre Ford,, after driving it for two days the finance manager called me (his mother) to tell me my son needed a co-signer, $5000 down or to bring it (the new car) back. He than told me to call and tell my son (for him), to bring it back! Really? He wanted me to tell him?? NICE. My son took the car back that evening after work but was told they couldnt get him his trade-in, it took two trips to the dealership to get his keys and trade-in back, and a week later he is still waiting for the $500 down to be returned to his checking account from the dealership. At this point no one there will return our calls (20+ unreturned phone calls so far). He just wants his money back so he can forget he ever stepped his foot on their lot. Wow.... Terrible finance guy. The salesmen were great, though clueless, they had no idea why the car was being returned when my son showed up and they were visibly upset that they lost a commission without being told by their finance guy.

I had a very positive experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought a used car from them and also traded in my old car. I was treated fairly and respectfully. The process was quick and non-threatening and frankly, it was refreshing! I also interfaced with Ron (sales manager?) and Danielle in the service department. Honestly, everyone I dealt with went out of their way to make the total experience a good one. Based on past experience buying a car, this has been a new approach and (listen up, other car dealers) one I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone else about. What a concept, treat the customer the way you'd like to be treated!!

This dealership is run by unprofessional salespeople with a profound lack of training and no customer service. Kyle Sorenson and David Murray have repeatedly ignored my email and phone requests with regards to an order I placed. They will lie into your face and they will keep you waiting ( "Your car is in production....but we do not have an order #", "I will call you tomorrow" or "We will work something out"). I should have listened to previous reviews pointing out that Pierreford is run by "high-school"-level employees. I ended up buying a Nissan after waiting for over half a year for my Ford to ship without success. I filed official complaints against Kyle Sorenson and David Murray with Ford customer service. Don't get fooled by their fake reviews posted on their homepage.

I went to Pierre Ford on the 4th of July to look for a very good priced new gas-saver sedan. I ended up test driving a 2012 Ford Focus and then spent some time looking at their used vehicles. Since nothing stood out in the used vehicle selection, we went into the office to run some numbers and that is what really made me like this dealership so much.They did not ask me to run a credit app prior to doing ANY negotiating. They asked me the normal questions like 'what it would take for me to buy the vehicle today' and I gave them a number, a few minutes later they came back saying they could hit that number and then we moved forward with the credit app!This is the first dealership that I have been to (Ford or otherwise) that was able to hit my price range for a new 2012 Ford Focus. I was very surprised and delighted! The sales staff, sales manager, and finance manager worked with my wife and I the whole way through the process and even when it came down to the additional options offered (extended warranty and the like) they were able to allow me to add on some of those options without breaking my very tight budget.In addition they gave us many different finance options (from banks and credit unions, to length of the loan) and allowed us to totally customize the additional features that WE were most interested in.I would definitely recommend this dealership and the staff I worked with to my friends looking for a vehicle!

We went there on a weeknight to do a fact finding mission on Super Duties, we told them we were not buying that day, but they wanted to push us to be "TODAY" buyers, while working the numbers they gave us the trade in value and lowest price, we called them on it and said thier internet price was 48k and they asked if we would buy today, we said no Plus it was still not in our range, the sales manager's face turn beat red and smarted off OK this is name your own price, we said 45k Price with 7500 trade-in (bear in mind we ran all the numbers- blue book so on, Plus my father was a car salesmane for 30 years, so I know all the tricks they pull), he asked if we would buy today(again), we said no, but may this weekend when we are ready if he sells it for that price and trade-in. He smarted off again, keep your trade in and sell it your self. Who does he think he is kidding? I promissed that we would come back Sat if they stuck to our terms half thinking they were BSing us. Well we were right, came back and its as if we were there for the first time, renegotiating and never coming near our price points i.e. 52k thats when we talked to Matt, in fairness I only fault Matt for treating us as if we had never been there and negotiated a deal already before (or so we thought); We would have purchased the truck if they agreed, They think they are going to sell these things at 50+k, sure they are dam good trucks but gas pricess are projected to go up 35 Cents in April according to king5.com! Bad enough we were played and given such disrespect! I will Not recommend anyone buy from this dealer. I work for a Major software (Microsoft) company in the area, I intend to recommend all my fellow employees to stay away from these jerks.. Especially David (sales manager) not on the list may have been a lie cus he looks allot like August only skinner, franky if my father was his boss he would have fired him for his attitude alone! Not how you treat customers. I bet they loose more money paying the loans on those truck sitting there for the next month or so then they would have if they sold us the truck for 45k (our offer).

I would always recommend Pierre Ford for service (Greg Karras is great to work with), but I will never recommend for purchase...what a nigthmare. The service department is top notch. I have never had buyers remorse on a car purchase before but I still do for so many reason (after 6 months). First off, I really felt like they did a bate and switch on the car. I came in to look at one car and they told me they traded it for purchase to another dealer...then they talked me into another car...the did not offer to let me see it before agreeing to purchase. It was a VERY hard sell. I wanted a Ford Focus hatch back and really liked the body style. However, I really did not need the top of the line model..although I do have to say it is sweet to have heated leather seats.The tires on my car at purchase are absolutely inappropriate for Washington weather...I think it should have been disclosed to me at purchase that they upgraded the tires to racing tires. The tires handle poorly in the rain and frankly, I tried to exchange them in Service...but well...that was not an option unless I purchased new ones. It really makes me hate my car...I get nervous driving it in the rain. I blame the dealer because they "picked" the car for me and I did not know what to look for in a tire. They told me they were top performance...that is bull shit. Top Performance for seattle is not a racing tire. I got stuck in an unexpected snow storm and had zero traction. I am not a happy customer. I am disappointment that I have had to be at the service department 3 times and my car only has 8000 miles on it....first because my battery cable was loose (my car died in my driveway with only 70 miles on it), 2nd for the Ford Touch Navigation system (the new update from early March is fantastic by the way) and third because fo the tires and because the gear ratio on the Ford Focus Titanum is off..the car does not alway drop down to 1st gear when approaching a stop sign and well..there has been a hesitation on take off, which can be dangerous...I hope the update helps. The dealer says it should take a couple of weeks.I am disappointted with my purchase, but mostly because I feel like I paid too much and got ripped off for the quality of car given to me.

I wanted a 2012 focus for the better milelage they get, with gas prices going up. So after doing some calling around got a email from Bob Paz saying hey we got great rebates going on come on over, after a couple more emails with Bob and Dave Murray. I got a call from Nick one of the managers and I explained what I wanted and needed and he ran some numbers called me right back. So I drove over. The price was right on, what they gave me for my trade was excellent and Val the finance director went the extra mile to get things done. In short order I had a new 2012 Focus Titanium. I have bought lots of cars and I can tell you Bill Pierre Ford gets it, there wasn't any pressure, they were very true to their word and I would recommend anybody looking for a new ford see them first. I think a good slogan for Them would be "Great Cars, Great People, Great Prices". Andrew C.

The guy wouldn't even look at my wife, ask her a question, offer for her to test drive, etc. Will not be buying a car here!!! We did like the car we drove, so will seek out another source to purchase!

This by far was the worst experience I have had purchasing a car. I went to the dealer fully intending on buying my car cash, which I did. During the process I was asked to fill out paperwork with my social security number. I did so and asked that my credit NOT be pulled. I asked this 3 times and was told it would not be. 10 minutes later the guy brings back my credit report!! Then, 2 days later my credit report was pulled by Pierre money Mart which is linked to them. I called and asked why and they didn't have an answer. I am still waiting for a return call. I am still soooo mad about this. There are a bunch of other things that happened but this is by far what made my experience bad. They even did a followup survey a few weeks later which I told them what happened. I have yet to see a followup from the survey either. Stay clear of this dealership!!! They just tell you what you want to hear.

Bill Pierre Ford was not able to honor their agreement they made when I brought in my Mustang for a trade-down into a Focus, because their finance department did not get the approval in advance. I drove home my Focus but had to bring it back a week later, and they had to unprep my Mustang for resale, because it turns out it is easier to finance a $30,000 car than a $12,000 one. I thought it fair and impartial for everyone to know how they do business, and spot deliveries don't work unless your credit report reads like a love letter. If you strip out all the negative emotions I have about this place, it does not make financial sense to buy a car here, nor does it in the slightest way make the car buying experience even remotely enjoyable. There is definitely a trend with the Ford company as a whole and undesirable customer treatment when the trade-in is worth more than the car being bought.Deceptive, fraudulent, bait-and-switch Ford Dealers, Seattle, liars, apathetic, rude Ford Dealers, hate Ford, spot delivery, lender left blank, open, predatory lenders, Seattle.Now that my FICO is a very respectable 722, and the inquiries (hard pulls) these clowns put on my credit report are GONE, I have the upper hand. Now It's MY turn to call the shots. And I will remember the injustice done to me by Bill Pierre Ford, Sound Ford and Evergreen Ford, not to mention the outrageous insults by Pierre Money Mart, and I will shift my buying power to another car manufacturer. When I have been flat-out lied to and my dreams shattered, I have a very hard time letting it go. Since Ford does not seem to care one way or another, I won't buy Fords any more. As far as I'm concerned, Bill Pierre failed completely in the mission statement on the back of their business card: "...We're committed to continued growth through building long-term relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling their needs by providing ethical practices, prompt and time services, well-trained, knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, superior values."That all sounds good in theory, but in practice, it's a completely different story.

I went into Bill Pierre looking for a pick up truck. I and bought several other vehicles from other dealers over the years. I always felt pressured and pushed into doing something I did not want to do. I was met by manager Joe M (Italian guy) and was put at ease right away. He introduced me to matt who knew more about trucks than anyone I ever met. Everything went smooth and I loved how I was treated. I will be returning.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge Limited AWD from Bill Pierre Ford on Sunday, 12/04/2011. The vehicle is used with approximately 25,000 miles on it. The first thing the sales manager did was show us their invoice price. This invoice price showed they had paid $31,500 for the vehicle at the time it was traded in. The asking price for the vehicle was $36,995 and we were able to negotiate it down to $34,995 plus $8,000 for our trade in. We opted to purchase the extended 100,000 mile warranty for an additional $2,879.00. We left the lot feeling pretty good about the deal but when we got home and started doing some research we got a really bad taste in our mouth.When we were on the test drive we were told by the sales person (David) that the vehicle was fully loaded and when I inquired about some of the features that I thought would be included in a fully loaded vehicle in this price range I was told that those items were not available in 2011. The items included the panoramic sunroof and keyless ignition. We were also told that there was a fully featured navigation system built in. When I went directly to ford.com and looked up the features available for the 2011 Edge Limited I was shown several packages that were available including the sunroof, the keyless ignition and several others. I also discovered that we didnt have the full-featured navigation system, but rather a dumb system that would provide you with turn-by-turn directions but wouldn't handle route re-calculations.I was dismayed so I decided to dig a little further. I went to autotrader.com and did a search for the vehicle we had just purchased, and sure enough, it was still listed as available. The price it was listed for $31,877, a full $3,000 under what we had negotiated down to.At this point I made up my mind to go back to the dealer the next day and confront them. Why was the same exact car (I matched up the VINs) for sale at a mere $377 over their invoice price online. A sales manager (Joe) claimed that he was not even aware they were advertising on autotrader.com but that they would match the price. I brought up the rest of the discrepancies that we discovered and his only excuse was that fully loaded can mean a lot of different things.Joe then told me that they dont list anything on autotrader.com. He said that autotrader.com pulls from their inventory online and calculates what they (Auto Trader) thinks is a fair price. He said they had no control over it. This was after he had told me 15 minutes prior that he wasnt aware they advertised on Auto Trader. This really sounded suspicious to me, but since they were going to match the price, I decided to let it slide.Joe proceeded to ask me what he needed to do to make things right. I told him that I wanted the price matched, a second master key cut for the car, and I would like him to investigate if it was possible to add the navigation. He told me to come back on Tuesday and resign the paperwork and that he would investigate the navigation.I left feeling alright about the situation and was prepared to still give Bill Pierre Ford a positive review. Then Wednesday came. My wife and I headed into Bill Pierre Ford around 11am on Tuesday morning to resign the paperwork. A different sales manager (the one who had originally sold us the car, Jason) approached us and had heard the news. He said to wait for a moment and he would get everything taken care of.He came back about 10 minutes later and reiterated that they would match the price online and once again told me they had no control over the price was set by Auto Trader. He then told us that they needed to reduce the amount we were getting for our trade in. He said that he was very aggressive on the trade in pricing because he wanted to make sure the deal happened and he still had some profit room to work with. However, if he matched the price of the vehicle, he was going to lose money on the deal. I explained that I felt like I had been misled in several areas and that I wanted the price matched, the trade-in value maintained, and a second key but I would let the navigation go.He agreed (in a very short and irritated way) and left to go get the paperwork ready. While he was gone I went to ford.com and did a search for Certified Pre-Owned inventory directly on Fords website. I found the exact vehicle listed on yourfordpco.com (Fords own site) listed for $31,877. This made me livid and after we signed the paperwork I decided to start asking around.I received confirmation from two other Ford dealers in the area that the dealer HAS to set the price on Auto Trader and that there is no way an automatically calculated price would ever be listed on Auto Trader.I also did some investigation into the extended warranty, and if I were to have bought it from Ford directory (rather than through the dealership), it would have cost $1,554 rather than the $2,879 we paid for it. The price we were given was supposedly the "Friends and Family" discount and they were using the last one they had available for the month.In closing, while they did honor the online price they lied to us at least 3 times about options on the car and how their vehicles showed up on autotrader, over charged for warranties and potentially are showing invalid invoice prices. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Bill Pierre as you possibly can. Learn from our mistakes.

Well the people were nice but not happy about buying a 2010 car and having to need tires on it and I have only have had it a couple of weeks I would of thought you guys would have checked it out a little better then that I had a low tire and the people at discount tire co. told me the tires are basically bald and were under 2/32 witch is the minimum.you dont expect to put money into a car that you just spent $18,000 dollars on so not sure how we will fair through the winter.also if I would have been paying attention I would have never bought a car with the intrest rate at 17% wow thats all the better you guys can do not impressed.wish there was something you guys could do to help us out but im sure we will hear nothing.

I am so thrilled with my buying experience at Bill Pierre Ford. Joe Mazilli and George Mayer were FABULOUS to work with. They got me into a car that I am absolutely loving!!! I first test drove a Fiesta with no bells or whistles and George and Joe could tell that I was not excited and without missing a beat showed me the 2011 Ford Fusion that has more bells and whistles than I know what to do with right now :) I am loving this car and THANK Joe and George for helping me to get into this car!! I will recommend this team to all of my friends...and I have a lot of friends :) Thank you, again. I can't say it enough!!!

Do Not use this dealership!!!!Horrible sales pressure from the sales manager and the sales rep. Visited to look at a Ford Fiesta - was very clear about this was the car I wanted to see. They tried to force a Ford Focus on us by driving us up to another dealership in the chain in a Focus and talking about it continuously.After we decided to go with a different car from a different dealership I received several calls from the Michael-J which I missed. When I finally did speak to him, I informed him that I had gone with a different car. I was asked which one and I declined to answer. He pressed for the answer and I again declined.Within 15 minutes of receiving this call I started to get calls from other dealerships who had been contacted via their websites by someone that I was interested in some car or other. This is obviously a childish attempt by Michael-J and / or others at Bill Pierre Ford to waste my time and energy.Overall a horrible experience with the dealership. Unprofessional and childish with a hint of bullying thrown in for good measure.AVOID!

I came in looking for a new car with a trade-in that had some dings and dents as well as being in need of some mechanical work. Kenny worked very hard for me to get an above the black book value for my car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. I never once felt pressured. I never once felt duped or that I was not getting a bargain. In fact, while negotiating for the car I had test driven, it was sold! They were happy to give me the exact same make/model/color of car with even more features while honoring the price of the car with less features. I will recommend them to anybody I know looking for a new car. The sales team and finance team were top notch and eager to answer any questions for me. In fact, during the course of things they not only gave me a great deal on my trade-in but they delayed taking my down payment for almost three full weeks as well as a free shoe-shine, ice cream, and a full tank of gas when I had to drive back up there with my car title. These guys are great and I will return to them when I look for another new vehicle!

I went to Bill Pierre Ford to look at purchasing a vehicle, I wasnt sure if I wanted to buy used or new yet. I asked what it would take to trade in my Ford Expedition and they asked me what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I decided I wanted something fuel efficient. They were very professional, really listened to what my needs were and took care of me every step of the way. I chose to buy a brand new vehicle versus a used one. I bought the new 2012 Ford Focus SFE(Super Fuel Efficient). I absolutely love my new car its not only very stylish and sporty, It looks like the new BMW sedans. Even after we drove off with our new car the service didnt stop there, they called us back 24 hrs later just to make sure we were completely satisfied with our car, and we told them we were but there were gadgets and buttons we didnt know what they did or how they worked. They told us to bring it in and went through the entire car with us. I have never had such a great car buying experience or service and I would totally recommend Bill Pierre Ford to my friends and family and I myself will return there when I am ready to buy another vehicle.

They are always thorough and let me know what I may need in the not too distant future but don't try to make me buy it now. I have bought my last four cars from Bill Pierre Ford. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from Bill Pierre Ford (2007 Fusion, 2009 Focus, and two 2010 Escapes) and have never been left wanting more. I have always received outstanding customer service from their sales staff, and whenever I take my vehicles in for servicing they always make me feel like I'm the most important customer. They are very efficient yet thorough, and as a result, I have never had to take any of my vehicles in for anything other than scheduled maintenance. By now, they know be by name and I'm always greeted with a smile. Bill Pierre Ford will always be the only dealership I let service my vehicles as well as where I purchase my future vehicles. Hands down, the best out there!

I got a Ford 2011 Escape XLT as my new company car. So, it was a fleet delivery, which is a no profit situation for the fleet dept. Les was ready for me at the appointed time, all the paperwork was in order, he walked me thru the vehicle and turned me loose. The unit was clean, had some gas, and was ready to roll. The unit has been a nice car for the last 2000 miles since 10-15. I love the Sync system over the Dodge U-Connect, the sun roof is a blast and I've learned how to store all my repair equipment that I used in a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT in my Escape. Getting used to the four cylinder engine(revs like it won't quit!), like the 6 speed automatic, I find the dash too reflective, so I put a black dash mat on it and put black electrical tape on the trim. This is my work vehicle. I drive Oregon, Washington, Idaho to install, maintain and repair BioMedical equipment. It's easier to park and turn, has sufficient power, good visibility and I am looking forward to my first winter with AWD(4WD would have been neater, but then, I prefer a stick!). All in all, This has been a good experience!

I worked with August for about a week over the phone trying to find the right car at the right price. He faxed me several different options since I was in Eastern WA and they are in Western WA. When we found the car I wanted we decided I would come in that weekend and pick it up, he told me if I got here and didn't like it no problem we could start over. I changed my appt at the last minute from Sunday to Saturday and August was very good about setting me up to meet with Kenny as he was not working that day. He made sure the car was ready for delivery and they were expecting me when I got there. Kenny was very, very helpful. As we were traveling we had all our luggage with us, he moved everything for us, set us up with Ben to go over the Sync system with us. After getting home that following week both Kenny and Ben followed up with phone calls to see if I had any questions or concerns. There has been several follow up phone calls from them since. A month later we discovered the roof of the car had some paint runs in it. We informed and showed August the problem on a Saturday by Monday morning he had made the phone calls to take care of the problem.

DISHONEST DEALER. I spoke with salesman Ramon 3 times this week, each to confirm that we wanted a certain model, with 2-3 features, at a specific price (flexible about color and other features). Ramon claimed he checked with the owner and assured me this would work. We made a purchase appt for Sunday but went in a day early. We called before we left home and Ramon again assured us that if we got there within the hour, the deal worked at the price we wanted. SURPRISE: the deal was no longer available when we arrived at the dealership 30 minutes after our conversation. There were dozens of excuses, but in the end it was simply a "Bait and Switch," which wasted 2 hours of our day. Ramon and this dealership are untrustworthy -- BEWARE. Dishonesty and theft (of my time) by dealerships certainly don't give Ford a good name!

I bought a used vehicle at Bill Pierre Ford and mechanical issues surfaced immediately after the purchase. They stood behind what they sold and made all neccessary repairs and more, above and beyond. I know they in the end lost money on this transaction but their reputation is apparently MORE important than the money! As far as I'm concerened, integrity is the most important virtue when buying a used car because the vehicle is an unknown quantity, often to the dealear as well as the buyer. Bill Pierre Ford has integrity, and that's the highest compliment I could pay them.

To all that would think about giving Bill Pierre Ford, or Chevrolet your business I would think twice. They had to be one of the worst dealerships I have ever been too. Told me I had something when in fact they lied, and I went to them with good faith. I am a military member with not very good criedit (which they knew before I came in) and my wife has been medicaly out of work (which they also knew). I was trying to get a smaller car payment to help our financial needs. Anyway the car I was trying to get from them (2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP) was $12,000 at the ford dealer, and is now at there Chevy dealer for a nice $21,095? The last time I looked the KBB and the NADA didn't go up, and niether did the economy! Their nice addvertisment about them being transpaiant is quite wrong, except them trying to take another to the cleaners. Also once we had to bring the car back, thier customer service was out the door. I called ahead to let them know I was driving up to them and that it would be about an hour. Asked if they could have my car ready as well? Not only did they not get my car from thier holding lot it took another 10 min for them to figure out where my car was, and another 20 min for them to go get my car. While we were there no one offered to help us, ask if there was anything we need, or even just were sorry have a nice day! Just heres your keys and the door! I know this only my opinion, but I hope I can save someone else the griff we went though.
