This dealership will happily sell you a pre-owned vehicle that is DEFECTIVE. Hindsight with this purchase is that they KNEW it wasn't operating properly. It's all about the money with these greedy people regardless of how they get, honestly or dishonestly. Doesn't matter either way with this dealership. As always, BUYER BEWARE.

I absolutely dread shopping for used cars and dealing with pushy sales people. I had looked at several trucks already and was tired of the standard sales treatment. But I have to say I had a pretty good experience with Bill Rapp. I live about an hour away and saw the vehicle I liked. We drove up and met with Erlander one of the sales people. He was really cool and didn't pepper me with questions about my trade or how I'm going to pay for the car. He just tried to answer any questions we had until we were ready to talk money. I was very satisfied on the amount they gave me for my trade in and the finance manager even got us a lower rate than my credit union. I would definitely consider these guys again in the future.

A tree branch fell on my Subaru Forester on a Thursday evening. Got everything with insurance taken care of and as soon has the body shop opened my call was returned and they were ready to receive it and get the ball rolling. That Friday my car was fixed and back to 100%. The repairs look great, wouldn’t even be able to tell anything was repaired. And the customer service was outstanding!

The person I saw was very blunt and said there is no bargaining. That was the price. I really didn't feel valued there. It was as if he didn't want my business. I was shopping with my grandson looking for a car for him. He didn't even say what are you looking for and maybe give me choices. I left and haven't been back.. for that person I'd say 1st impressions.
