When it comes to buying new vehicles, I'm about as easy as it gets. I know what I want to accomplish as far as payments and I know what vehicle I want pending a test drive. The team at Bill Walsh Ford delivered on everything. What started as a curious appraisal of my vehicle from KBB, I received numerous responses. The only non aggressive, yet personal response came from the team at Bill Walsh. We scheduled a visit and they had the Ford Bronco Sport waiting for us. Tim detailed everything about the process, the vehicle, and worked with Dave to get us to where we wanted to be as far as payments. This was a relaxed and easy going experience and the team at Bill Walsh Ford understands their customers. My Wife and I couldn't be happier with our new Bronco Sport and the entire process.

We were very pleased when we came in. Had issues with the transmission, luckily the part we needed was covered by Ford (saved us $1,000.) They also took a look at our headlights and narrowed down the problem. The guy that was helping us was very nice, understanding, and very considerate. Explained to us what the problem was, how long it would take, and around about what price it's going to cost. It was our first time coming in for maintenance, but it definitely wont be the last. Keep up the good work, thank you.

Disappointed and would not reccomend. On my purchase agreement the price was not the price we agreed on. Thankfully I caught the mistake and refused to sign until they fixed it. The employee claimed it was Ottawa sales tax and he forgot to take it out. Buyer beware and check before you sign.

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I traveled 250 miles to purchase the vehicle. The car was exactly as stated by my salesman Chris. Everything was ready to go when I got there. Paperwork, car detailed, car full of gas, etc. The people there were so pleasant to deal with and the price, no dealer in my area could touch. Will be going back when I am in the market for another vehicle.

I found a 2015 Ford Taurus on line through Cars.com. I called Bill Walsh Ford and was connected to Isaac. He gave me all the details over the phone and made me feel confident enough to make the drive from St. Louis, MO. When I arrived on 12-30-15 he had the car in the service center ready to view. The vehicles condition was exactly as Isaac had described over the phone. We took it for a test drive and within a short period of time I was on my way back to St. Louis with my 2015 Ford Taurus. Besides the car buying experience being so pleasant I must mention Isaac met me at the dealership on his day off as it was most convenient for me and while there he followed me to the rental car office and brought me back to Bill Walsh Ford. If you thinking of buying a car contact Isaac and his team at Bill Walsh they will take care of you.

I am 40+ and have been through 9 cars so dealerships and car buying experiences comes as no surprise to me. 1st what got me was the price, then I made the call. I will say I had the smoothest time with my purchase and am very pleased with the financing rate I got (best rate since I started driving). I drove over 70 miles from midway airport to Ottawa and not to mention the dealer was closing within an hour on a Saturday night. I will now check with bill Walsh dealership for my next car before I look anywhere else and it was a nice drive away from the city.
