Had an indicator light come on driving from OKC down to Houston on a Saturday. Luckily the Lincoln service department was open. Nita, the service rep was very kind and got Edwin to check things out. Although they mostly do oil changes on the weekend, he didn’t hesitate to help us right there on the spot. He discovered that our Hybrid coolant was completely dry, so he filled it up, cleared the indicator and ran the testing again. Indicator light was gone! He gave us the bottle of coolant (in case there was a slow leak) and encouraged us to have it checked at our local dealer when we returned home. Nita said there was no charge. We were completely blown away by this service department, their kindness, their willingness to drop everything and take care of us. A service department can make or break a dealership, and this one is a gem.

Best purchase I’ve ever made from a dealership. I’ve never known any dealership to go so far out of their way to give the extra mile service, literally. Michelle sent a driver to pick me up at Dallas love Field Airport almost 2 hours away (thank you, Bob, the drive and chat was a lot of fun). From the moment I reached out via online listing, Michelle called and texted and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Chris even hooked me up with a deal on the warranty and some great music for the road trip home to Salt Lake City. Super quick/easy process, professional, and extra mile service. Highly recommend! ps - not to mention, I got a steal of a price on the truck of my dreams.

Never the less, my service request was taken care of within approx 1.5 hours - located rodent damaged wire, repaired, and recommended copious use of cooking spray and cayenne pepper under the hood. I love my 2013 Escape, it's been a great car! I had scheduled an appointment for the routine oil change and had a light come on for low engine fluid. They found a bad hose and ordered the parts, which came in next day. It was warrantied and I was back in my car that afternoon. The service department was very professional and took great care of me and my car. Couldn't have been s better experience!

Spent a full week searching all of Texas for a new 2016 Ford F-150 with just the right equipment and color combo I wanted, and at a price I'd researched and felt would be fair - simply could not find it anywhere... Then I looked just across the Texas/Oklahoma line and found the website for Billingsley Ford in Ardmore, OK. Their dealership had great customer reviews, and they happened to have a truck with the exact options I wanted at a very attractive advertised price I felt was upfront and honest. Well, It was a long drive up there from San Antonio, but I'm so happy we decided to make the trip! Our sales rep Michelle Holman was friendly, knowledgeable, competent, and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Needless to say, we knew immediately we'd be buying the truck!! I don't think any new car sales negotiation can ever be accurately described as "fun," but this was certainly the "least painful" one I've ever had (and there have been MANY). With both parties knowing the vehicle was already fairly priced from the beginning, we were quickly able to agree on a final sales number that satisfied everyone and eliminated a lot of the painful back-and-forth that so often makes car buying so unpleasant & time-consuming. Trust me, if you're in the market for a new Ford vehicle, save yourself some time and frustration - head straight for Billingsley Ford!

I purchased a 2014 Explore from this dealership and since they said my first oil change was free I took advantage of it. I was so pleased with the service I have continued to bring my vehicle back each time an oil change is needed. I also have discovered I save money by having them do it rather than a quicky lube or other business that advertises to be cheaper. I believe the Ardmore dealership and service dept. is one of the most friendly and polite businesses I have experienced in a long time. Hello, I just want to say that I have purchased both new and used vehicles previously and I have NEVER been treated in the manner in which I was treated at Billingsley Ford in Ardmore. This was, by far, the most pleasant and smooth car buying transaction I have ever experienced. From the beginning, in my e-mail and occasional phone conversations with Chris Holbrook, I felt a sense of trust that you do not always find in the auto sales industry. This was affirmed upon meeting Chris on the day of the purchase. He was knowledgeable about the F-150(s) I was going to test drive. The no haggle pricing was what attracted me to Billingsley in the first place. I especially appreciated the fact that your dealership did not add on a bunch of features or equipment and then assumed that I ,as the consumer, would want in addition to my purchase price. This is not the norm from what I have found here in the city dealerships. This continued as I met with Steve in finance. He, too, was on the spot with his intellect regarding the data and information he was presenting to allow me to make the best possible choice with my financing decision. In the future, if I should ever be in the market for a vehicle purchase, I will certainly give Billingsley Ford the first opportunity at my business. Anyone whom I come in contact with will be hearing my first hand recommendation. Chris Holbrook was our salesman and he was low pressure, which really sold me on the vehicle I purchased. He came out and asked what we were looking for but I really hadn't decided. He gave me his card and said he would give us a chance to look and to call him on the number if we saw something we wanted to drive. We were just about to call him and he came back out. We told him we wanted to drive the Ford Explorer. He got the keys we had a great discussion about the car and he gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. No pressure!!

Had service on Friday, Jan. 9, and had to return Jan. 13, to complete service because the parts department did not stock the spark plugs necessary for change at 100,000. Need to have sparks plugs on stock to service other Focus's that need replacement (even though there changed only at 100,000). Other than that, service was great

I have used Billingsley for my oil changes for years and have always been pleased. I do recommend making an appointment. I had called to schedule an appointment and was told I didn't need one. When I came in the next day, I was told it would be hours before they could get to my vehicle. I then called and made an appointment for the next day..no problem the next day when I came in. I will never just "drop in" again. Will always make an appointment.

I am disappointed that Ford did not stand behind the AQHA rebate. I am a member and it should not matter that I just joined. I would like to know what that has to do with anything. We currently own 4 ford 450 and 350 trucks I don't think that is a good way to treat a good customer. This is not on Billingsley its on Ford Credit.

It is all about the people. Bob Foster went above and beyond to be helpful even though he was dealing with some serious health issues. As of right now I am very pleased with the Ford Edge even more than I anticipated. Much better the past two times. Unfortunately, first impressions are lasting and the very first time was not good. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator (New) and the sales man was great, but the financing left A LOT TO BE DESIRED because of error on the part of the dealership. (Got an excellent rate though.) First time to be serviced was lengthy, unorganized, and not very professional. The past visits have been great (definitely improved). Friendly service people who took good care of my vehicle.

I purchased a new Ford Edge from Billingsley Ford in Ardmore, and I love it. The dealership itself was top notch and my salesman (Joe Sparlin) was the best I have ever had. He helped me find the right vehicle for my needs, and was able to get the price where I could afford it. He also showed me how to use the navigation, and bluetooth in my car to pair it with my phone, which was super helpful. I would totally recommend buying from this dealership again, and I most definitely will be asking for Joe Sparlin.

I purchased a new Ford Fusion Hybrid, from Joe Sparlin at this location. He was a great salesman and very knowledgeable about the car and was most helpful with the all the new gadgets inside the car itself. He helped me input my phone to pair with my car and even gave me a little onsite training with the microsoft sync technology, that I had previously never used. I also felt like I got the best deal possible, as I had priced this car at other locations and Joe was able to get me better pricing than those other dealers. The waiting room was comfortable and clean (I had to eat my lunch there). When I reviewed the things that were checked in the multi-point inspection, I noticed several things were either left blank or marked not checked this time. I bring my autos into the dealership for the multi-point inspection. If I wanted someone to just change my oil I could go to Walmart where it is cheaper. But being I get billed for the inspection, I expect for my autos to receive the inspection that enables me to do preventive maintenance to my autos. Just look at my history with your service department you'll see if there was a recommendation made to repair or replace something, they are generally approved.

I had a appointment at 8:oo for oil change it was 10:30 before it was done I understand they had problems with lifts but that was a long time to wait for a oil change

I am John Welch. I have been a Billingsley Ford customer for 11 years. I have made 6 purchases and each experience has been great. My salesperson has always been Patrick Welch. He has great knowledge of the vehicles and goes to great lengths to get me into the vehicle that I am wanting. I have been very happy with all of my purchases from Billingsley Ford of Ardmore. I have also used the service department there and they have also been excellent. I have a 2009 Mustang GT and I get compliments on it everyday and I always tell them where I got it and what a great dealership you have. I made my most recent purchase about 10 months ago. I told Patrick what I was looking for and he went to work and later that day I had purchased a 2013 F-150 super cab STX. I have been very happy with it also. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle you can bet it will have a Billingsley Ford tag on it. You have one awesome dealership and a great crew of people working there to make it awesome! A big thanks to Michelle and the team at Billingsley Ford. We were very specific about what type of vehicle we wanted, Billingsley had one in stock. We traveled from out of state to check it out, and were on our way back home in our new vehicle within about two hours, and this included time with the F&I guy who was very capable in handling the paperwork and financing. Easiest car purchase by far, good job Michelle!

Billingsley Ford provided me with a very strait forward buying process, there was very little back and forth with the "mysterious manager in the back". The sales man and I were able to settle on the purchase price quickly, which was a bit better than any Ford dealership in the OKC metro area. Overall Billingsley Ford is a friendly and fair priced dealership, I would definitely drive the extra 45 minutes out of the city to save the money on a Ford/Lincoln vehicle.

Very friendly staff & clean facilities! We have had to wait for service but not complaining. If they weren't so good we wouldn't have to wait so long! Very smooth & painless buying process also. Overall great people.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced used pickup. We had been to several dealerships with no luck and a lot of hype. Billingsley was truthful and willing to deal, with no high pressure sales. We got a really nice vehicle at a wonderful price and they even delivered it to our door. We will definitely use them again. My husband and I purchased a new 2008 Ford F150 in 2009 from Billingsley Ford in Ardmore and the experience was one of the best we have had purchasing a vehicle. HOWEVER, things certainly have changed since then. I recently attempted to purchase a new 2013 Ford Explorer. I had found a deal in Texas but wanted to give my business to Billingsley so faxed the information and asked if they could match it. They said yes come on in with your trade and let us look at it. Well, the only way they could come up with a knock down on that was to say they would have to buy new tires for my trade-in. By the way, I am female (but contrary to what car salesmen seem to still think- I'm not stupid)!! I had just put new Goodyear tires on my trade-in just over a year ago- they have approximately 10,000 miles on them. Needless to say, I will not be trading with Billingsley in the future and will not recommend them to anyone.
