We dealt with Joel Thomson at the billion Kia store on Minnesota ave. Great guy, patient and willing to listen and explain everything. Not pushy at all like some salesman. Great buying experience from him would highly recommend working with him to anyone! Will definitely go through him again down the road.

When I shop for a car I know EXACTLY what I want, find the dealerships that have the inventory and contact them. 99.9% of the time they'll try to upsell. Billion is in the 1% that listened to what I wanted, got me the information, and then went way above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle. They were outstanding! The whole transaction took place via phone and email - once everything was finalized they offered to deliver the car to me, from Sioux Falls to Rochester, MN.I have never before had such amazing customer service - these guys rock! I'll be recommending them to any and every person who mentions they're in the market for a new vehicle.Jon Olson, Tom Kahler and Louann Christensen, kudos to you! You exemplify customer service.

12/18/15: Bought a 2016 KIA Sedona SXL w/all the extras! No SDcard---had to wait several weeks & I had to keep calling Bob/dealer January 2016: Van completely dead 1 morning---Had tow truck come jump it, drove to KIA to have checked. Told me the battery was good, just probably the key fob in my house was registering the van to inform of close proximity. *Late in month the heated seats worked intermittently February 2016: Heated seat light would come on & right away turned off. Dropped by KIA & when they pushed the button it stayed on. Worked for a couple days then started issue over March2016: I videotaped turning van on & pushing heated/cooling button showing it would come on & immediately turn off. Called & got van in. Was told they dont know what is wrong but it could be the part under the seat is sensing it's overheating. Mike said they'd order part & call me when in April 2016---1stt wk: Got voicemail reminding me of my appt at KIA; wasnt aware so called to see if my part was in & Mike said it wasnt, but should be in within the week & they'd call Friday 5/20/16: *Called Mike at KIA service to check on heated/cooling seat parts since no one called me since I brought it in March 2016. Put me on hold & said that they did get part, but discovered they had to order the heated/cooling parts separate---said they were in & asked when I could drop my van off. Told him my schedule was too busy to bring it in, so June was earliest *Immediately called Billion to ask to speak to Mgr & connected me w/Shane, mgr of service dept. I explained all the issues I've dealt with & I had to be the one to constantly contact KIA to find out when parts were in (no one called me). Told him that I paid for a $50,000 valued van w/bells & whistles & the main selling pt was heated seats I've been without all winter. Told him I wanted to be compensated for the issues since I was paying out of pocket for something I wasnt able to use all winter. He said that they could set up the appointment for Monday, 3/23/16 & drop off a car for me to save the trip over, plus he said he would make sure the van gets washed, vacumned & gassed up. Told him I just filled tank & feel there should be more compensation. He just brushed me off & was quick to hang up. 5/23/15: *Guy came,got Van/dropped off car for me to use (low to ground, difficult to get in/out of). Came back at 3:30pm, asked what transpired at shop. Guy told me they replaced parts & still didnt work. They did more searching--said it had something to do w/remote start when they added it & spliced into the circuit board, but told me that everything was working & I should be good to go. I took him at face value; when I went to my van, it was still dirty, not vacumned like Shane said, & when I pushed the button on the heated/cooling seats, nothing happened. I was livid! I called & left a voicemail for Mike at KIA. He called back; said there was a problem w/remote start harness; when they did the wiring, they spliced into the lines of circuit board & caused the interruption. Said he had to order another part & should be here on Thursday 5/26/16 & he'd plan to have a car brought over again/get van. *Called Billion & asked to speak to Gen. Mgr & was put thru to John Olson/KIA. I got VM & left msg explaining everything I've dealt w/ in addition to letting him know that the special coating they put on my van when I bought it was bubbled/peeling on the drivers mirror. Told him I was very frustrated & wanted to know what they're going to do to compensate me for all the troubles I've dealt with. I also stated I've owned 3 KIA Sedonas & this will be my last since they dont seem to want to correct issue in prompt manner/compensate. As of 5/26 no response. 5/26/16: Picked up van again. Upon returned van still dirty! What happened to "pride themselves on topnotched customer service"? Quick to sell to you, avoid returning calls. I'M NOT DONE YET!

Bought a used car from Kevin Klaus at the Minnesota branch. He treated us well and really did a good job with both the sale and the education into the used car market. First time ever I do not have buyers remorse after buying a car! When I go to trade in my other car, Kevin will be my first stop.
