I did not purchase a truck from Bill's, only because it was more truck than we needed. Vehicle was clean and in very good shape and price was acceptable. Sales person was very courteous and helpful. In the future I will be checking their website for incoming trucks.

I purchased a three year old used truck from Bill's auto. I am a very picky buyer, which makes buying a used vehicle a challenge. Bill personally took care of a few minor touch-ups as well as some minor aesthetic blemishes that I discovered days after taking delivery of the vehicle. If there is such an experience as "hassle-free" used car buying, this was it. I can say from this experience that Bill's auto will stand behind what they sell, which is very reassuring to a consumer. I will be recommending Bill's Auto to anyone that I know who is buying a used car, knowing that they will not be disappointed.

First time I ever bought a car using the internet. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it at Bill's Auto. Sure there was the same car other places but after talking with Bill and Ryan you could not do business with any better people. Bill and Ryan went the extra mile for great customer service. The car was and is exactly what I was looking for and perhaps better. They fixed the one small issue that arose with no questions asked. I had to drive a bit to get to Bill's but would do so again in a second. You just don't find customer service and honestly like they provide everywhere. Highly recommend them. Side note is there detailer is great

Great family business who truly cares about the experience the customer receives in purchasing a vechicle or getting it repaired. Bill, Ryan went above and beyond to find a good, quality used car that I was looking for. I like to purchase locally and this family business gets an A+. There is no pressure when buying, very helpful in getting financing etc. I will make my next purchase with Bill's Auto.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Bill's Auto and have been so pleased with their quality and customer service. Currently my husband and I had been searching for an used vehicle and couldn't find anything on the lots that fit our taste. Bill, Ryan, and Bart went out of their way to find us the perfect used Tahoe. Any minor problems that the vehicle was purchased with were fixed and the vehicle was in and out of the shop promplty without charge. They also assisted with finding local financing that fit our budget. We have dealt with more then just purchases throughout the years, as we have had them fix minor vehicle problems and repaint vehicles. They always go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and take the time to answer questions. They are never "pushy" like other auto dealers and we have always been treated with respect. Bill's Auto is one of the best full service used vehicle dealers in the area. Look forward to dealing with Bill, Ryan, and Bart in the future!
