My lift gate was being stubborn on my 2020 Ford Explorer, so I took it in. They were backed up with appointments and I was told that the earliest was 9/20 which I expressed that I really needed access to my trunk. The young lady in the service department was sweet and got a mechanic to look at it. Steve Long was very quick and explained in detail what the issue was. He had me do a check from all of the remote access points. Thank you so much Steve for taking care of my truck needs.

I had previously gone to Stanley Ford in McGreggor, they were not willing to work with me to achieve the payments that I wanted. I worked with Jake weaver at Bird Kultgen. He did an amazing job working with my trade in and the price on My new truck to get the payments where I was comfortable. Everyone involved was incredibly courteous and took the extra time to explain things I didn’t understand, and had the patience to deal with my horrible jokes. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new vehicle. They worked with my bad credit and still managed to help me get a 0% interest rate. I appreciate Jake for going the extra mile in communicating with me afterwords and following up with me to make sure everything was going good and that I was enjoying my new truck. He has answered every question that I had quickly and thoroughly. I would be more than happy to buy another vehicle from then In the future!

I went to Quick Lane for some service. Tyler was very helpful, friendly, and helped me with what I needed. It turned out I didn’t need their service and he told me so. He saved me some $ by showing me how to fix my problem. He was also happy that he was able to help me save some money. I will definitely use them for any service needs again.

The professionalism and customer service at BK was exceptional! This is my third new truck purchase and Claire and Michael were completely dedicated to finding me the right truck and making sure I was absolutely happy about my purchase. I bought a certified pre-owned Mustang at Grapevine Ford. I noticed that it sounded like my driver seat motor had a stripped gear not allowing it to move up. I thought, "no problem, I'll go over to BK Ford set up a time that I could bring it in and have it checked out. Mind you this is Tuesday. I was told that they are booked for the week and come back sometime next week?? I asked, " Can I make an appointment?" Service Writer - "No just bring it in early." Thinking to myself, its only Tuesday and your already booked, how is next week going to be any different?? I further go on to explain, that I accidentally programmed a MyKey to my car. I asked if it could be removed. The service writer, who was giving me completely contradictory information from what is in the owners manual on how to turn it off, was not listening to what I was telling him. I don't have an admin key to turn off my key! The admin key programmed to the car must have been lost by the previous owner. He told me there was nothing they could do then. I HIGHLY recommend that you not go to this Ford dealer for service. They are SLOW and CONDESCENDING and don't listen to what you are telling them. I will gladly not bring my car her for service ever, not recommend this service department to anyone, and let everyone know about this experience! I will drive the hour and half to Grapevine Ford. I already called them and they have a spot open and ready for me at my convenience. BK Ford should take a note from their customer relations!

I recently had a total loss on my car, so I was in a rush to find another. I contacted Chad Johnson, who ask what I was looking for and apparently is excellent at his job. I live out of town, but drove to Waco to check out the vehicle he located for me. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. He listened and worked with others to find this vehicle as it came from Gainesville, TX. I purchased the vehicle that afternoon (I could see it ahead of time-online) and drove it back to my home that same weekend. The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. I am so, so happy working with Chad Johnson and B-K that I plan to purchase my next vehicle with them. Chad listened and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He is a top notch person and sales person. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for the perfect vehicle for them.

All the people in the Service Dept were very friendly & nice to work with. Bobby made sure my repairs were done promptly & right. It was good to be able to have the shuttle to take me home, then pick me up again when my car was ready.

My family has purchased 4 vehicles from Bird Kultgen now. My mom was looking for a Ford Escape and told her to skip everyone else....Just go up to Bird Kultgen and they will make you a good deal from the start. They did, now we are both proud owners of an Escape.

Everyone treat with the up most respect. Bill Bullman was very nice to us when we called and talked to him. His kindness continued when we arrived at the dealership an hour early. Everyone at the dealership that walked by us stopped and visited. We never go back to a dealership that does not treat us with respect , can say Bird-Kultgen Ford will see us again.

Have not owned a Ford before but our family has been sold on them for years. I love my new Escape but the sound of the 4 cylinder bothers me alot as it is so loud and vibrates the car when standing still at lights. Service Dept told us thats just the way it is. The salesman Eric & Phillip & Paul were outstanding to work with us.

Years ago I bought a Ford Ranger, and it was such a good truck and my experience with Bird-Kultgen was so positive that I had no reason not to come back when I decided I wanted a 2012 or 2013 Explorer Limited. I started by checking the BK inventory online. Vanessa Bounds, Internet Director, answered my questions completely, and offered additional choices. Vanessa alone is worth Five Stars -- she's polite, not pushy, knowledgable and seemed to genuinely care that we found what we wanted. When we came in we met Kirk Lewis, and he was excellent too. If this Explorer turns out to be as good as my old Ranger, I'll be back in a few years for another. Finally, because Ford acted so responsibly during the country's financial meltdown, I figured that was reason enough to buy American and to buy Ford.

My sales consultant, Ernesto Ramirez was very helpful. He helped me find the vehicle that was what I wanted. After purchasing the Escape I was unable to pick it up for a day and he was helpful with that and was there to show me how the Escape works. he has offered to help if I have any questions. Working with the dealership was easy and comfortable. I did not feel that I was preasured at any point during the process.

I have bought a few cars from BK Ford over the years. I almost hate to count how many. Once again I just bought two more. What an awesome experience it is to walk in knowing you are going to receive a fair deal. The experience is always a pleasant one. From Linda the receptionist to Bill Bullman who is incredibly helpful and patient to Tim Pietsch who has helped me for years and all the support people in the dealership. These have been some good years and it is nice not to have to search from one dealership to the next trying to determine whether you got the right auto at the right price. I have developed my trust in al the folks at Bird Kultgen Ford. Thanks again.

This is the fifth car my family has purchased from this dealership. I would have to say this was my best experience overall. Salesman Ernie, was professional, friendly, and didnt miss any points on my purchase. As well as after, he sat with me and showed me how to work every button on there. He is very thorough and easy to get along with.

In late 2007 I was looking for a new truck, Your dealership would not Deal with me at all, I went to Ennis ford and received good service, just to far to drive. Your service dept has done the majority of my service and while we at times butted heads they were always respectful (especially leslie) as well as the service manager. last Year I met Claire (thourgh EAA chapter 59) and AOPA She has become a great friend and told me when I got ready for another truck to come see her and she would make sure I was satisfied, SHE WAS RIGHT. THis time around , I was treated with the upmost respect and was not pressured and above all I found the truck I wanted and At a price I was satsified with. Anthony George is not just a salesman He is A people person, He made me feel like he had known me for some time. I HAVE NOW COME BACK TO BIRD KULTGEN Thank you Pat Baucom

Friday, August was my first time to have oil changed, tires rotated, etc. since my purchase in May. I was very pleased with the speed with which the service was done, and the fact that my first visit was free was icing on the cake. Look forward to great visits in the future.
