Can be very scary to be buying your first car, but this place was incredible. The customer service made me feel as though we had been friends for years. Great smiles great deals. This place makes you feel more comfortable and as if you are part of a family gathering rather than throwing you into a sharks tank. Birmingham Luxury Motors is one of the best dealerships I've ever had the privlege of working with. I'm currently active duty military, and needed a safer more affordable car to travel with for my wife and daughter, the dealership worked with me and my bank to get the best deal and interest rates out there, they had a vast selection of luxury sedans. For a small car dealership the make up of the dealership definitely exceeded all expectations of your typical used car lot. All of their stock and merchandise has been well maintained and well taken care of. They may not have the best location, but that hasn't stopped them from providing the best customer service and most competitive prices in Alabama. We spent more time test driving cars and less time sitting in an office than any of the other car lots we've ever visited. Our wonderful salesmen, Jack, spent more time moving cars around for us to drive than actually trying to sell us a car. For anyone who appreciates online shopping and despises the traditional car-lot experience, this will be the best car buying experience you'll ever have. Everyone we spoke to treated us like neighborhood friends instead of just another customer. Oh, and the 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 S we bought happened to be pretty great, too; as well as the lowest price we could find anywhere. Actually, all the cars we test drove were great, inside and out. So much so that it actually made our decision a little harder! Go to Birmingham Luxury Motors. The team at BLM is excellent. From buying process to after service. Prices are very competitive. They don't hide anything from you and are straightforward. Even things which are not listed in Carfax, they disclose them to you (if it's in their knowledge). I would definitely buy cars from them again!

We bought a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze LT with only 44,000 for my 16 year old daughter. When we test drove it, we were amazed at how clean and well kept it was. It drove smooth and handled well, compared to other Cruzes that we tested. I had a set amount that I wanted to spend and they worked with me on the numbers to get it just right, and we sealed the deal.I would definitely buy another car from Birmingham Luxury Motors. Great Customer Service!! We found a great car for a good price. They provided us a Carfax Report and everything we needed. They went out of their way to provide us extra things!!! We trusted them from the start and they delivered us a great car. Was a way better experience than the actual Auto Dealerships. I would get another car in the future from these guys.
