This dealership deserves more than 5 stars. From sales to service they get an A+ . I have 3 dealerships within 5 miles of me and I prefer to drive 25 minutes to THIS location. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Thanks Chad!! I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone! Thanks for going above and beyond.

I wish I were able to give more than 5 stars. This dealership is AMAZING!! Dalton really listened to my needs and explained all the options available. He made me feel WELCOME first foot in door. He put in the time and effort to see i got everything i needed and that i was happy with my new vehicle. He even made the changes i asked for even on his day off. Another shout out to Owen who was very gracious and accommodating. Overall....i wish i would have dealt with this dealership sooner....I'll be back!

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer sport in September of 2020. Traded a 2017. At the time It was everything my wife was looking for. The same night I got it home I found the inside of the front tires were bald. The brakes started to make noise and shake and the sunroof would not work. I took it back the next morning. They did replace all tires and front brakes and rotors and even got the sunroof working. Hell the even did an oil change. With that being said the coved the windshield with the oil sticker where there are big chips in the windshield. I moved out of state 3 month later. When to get the oil changed again and the oil plugs corroded off. The valve covers were leaking and a turbo line was leaking oil as well. The whole underneath of the car is rusted. Head bolts broke off and exhaust bolts. A lot more issues then I want to put. Called them a few times and got blown off. They kept putting the blame on someone else and now I I got lawyers involved and there excuses is this the pa weather roads. Nothing they can do to fix it. I tried working with them. Why would someone want to pay whatever the price is for something that may not pass inspection a few years down the road. I have an 07 from upper New York that doesn’t even look as bad as the 15.

Bought two caddies from Berger,great experience. Went to Blaze Alexander’s show room. Looked at the car in show room. Not one sales person came to help. Twice we went to their car lot,not one sales person can out to help. There were plenty sales people standing around inside just talking.Not one was wearing a mask.Guess they don’t want our business.Their service dept. is excellent and we really wanted to stay with them.But if they don’t want to sell cars,what can I say.
