I was very pleased with the help I received in my recent purchase of a 2009 Ford Focus. Bart was helpful at every step of the process. I originally drove a 2005 Ford Focus, was not entirely sure it was what I wanted, so when I went in again, Bart told me they had just received a 2009 Ford Focus in that day and wondered if I would like to test drive it. I liked this one much better. The office staff was very good when it came time for me to sign the papers for my car. I had a few questions, which they gladly answered for me. I am glad I went to cars.com and I am very glad I purchased my "new to me" vehicle from Blake Hollenbeck Auto Sales.

Blake and his team saved the wedding evening when our personal vehicle died (transmission casing crack causing hard failure). We needed a last minute minivan rental (within 2 hours of the wedding) to transport the wedding party to the church. No other place in town was open. Blake was about to close. He made it happen - pulling out all stops and being very flexible. You cannot ask for better Customer Service. On top of that, he did not know me at all as I was in from out of town (Denver) and doing the driving. He met me, asked several qualifying questions, trusted me, rented me a van at a more than reasonable price, and prevented a disaster. Thanks for Blake and his team! Kudos! You don't find this service just anywhere! Trust me - I run an IT Customer Service Desk!

Bert was our primary Rep. He was friendly,knowledgeable and no pressure. Good quality used car - a nice Corvette, with a good , Fair price! Definitely worth the hour drive to get there!

Wrote for information on a car via Cars.com and never received a reply. Stopped in and waited about 10 minutes for an associate. The person knew almost nothing at all about the car i was there to see and did not seem very interested in talking about it. They were very warm and friendly, but overall it was so-so.

I recently purchased a used car from Blake Hollenbeck and it was the best used car buying experiences I have ever had. There was no hassle about anything. They let me drive the car to my mechanic in another town for them to look at it. Then when I purchased the car, they renewed and transferred my title, transferred my license plate but, the extra service was they called my insurance company, gave them all the info (VIN number etc) and then handed me the phone to confirm the insurance to be added to the car. I have NEVER had anyone do that, and I really appreciated the extra service. I was very impressed. These are honest people with integrity. I will recommend Blake Hollenbeck to anyone looking for a used car. And will definitely look there for my next car there.

The cars.com site was good because they got back with me pretty fast but the dealership never responded which made me feel as though it was not a real deal.

I recently purchased a used van from Blake Hollenbeck and it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They were completely honest and upfront with me during the entire process. The actual process of the buying the car was very simple. After purchasing the car and driving it for a few days, I noticed a slight squeaking in the brakes. I took it to them and they fixed everything for no charge. They even gave me one of their other vehicles to drive while they did the repairs. I have never been treated as well by any other car dealership. There was no hassle about anything. Real honest people with integrity. I will definitely look there first the next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle.
